But then you can only have what you already have. So patience is actually part of the foundation of materialization of reality.

And we can associate patience with stillness. If you're still, you're patient. If you're patient, you're still. And Psalm 46:10, be still and know that I am God. Before you can unify with the infinite intelligence and have any capability of Transcending reality. Stillness is a prerequisite into doing so. But because people aren't training themselves to be still, they're indirectly training themselves to be impatient. And when you're impatient, you want things to be different. when you want things to be different, you're going against the very foundation of what I guess of what how I define manifestation, which

So if you focus on your state of being as opposed to what you do, then you'll be infinitely much better in terms of vibrational positioning to be in the reality that

the more you begin to understand why your reality is the way that it is. And when I'm talking about toxic positivity, what naturally happens to people is that they begin to say to themselves, "I'm not going to focus on my emotions because I'm being positive. I don't want that to mess up my frequency." So the whole time while there's a storm going on out inside of you, you're not even paying attention to it for the mere fact that You feel like you don't want to be negative or you don't want to throw yourself or be

lower vibrational without realizing that that particular degree of avoidance of yourself is actually leading to a magnification of those emotions within you. Because it's your avoidance of it that signals to the frequency that is bothering you that you are weaker than it. And because it signals to it that you're weaker than it, it is stronger than you. And you Begin to submit to it on a deeper level. It's like, you know, you got no money in your bank account and you're just smiling. But the truth is you can feel deep down within that you're truly

unsettled. The better thing to do would be to allow yourself to process and experience those emotions through the three T's.
