thing that sells your house but it's not one we really have control over the second thing which we talked about in another video is price how do you price your home do you have a price that's attractive to buyers and makes them go see it or are you at a price where people don't schedule to go see your house so how you price your home is the second thing that's going to sell your house the third thing is marketing how is your property marketed to drive the most amount of buyers to go see your house

so is it just regular pictures from a cell phone and stuck on all the websites or do you have professional photography do you have a property website are you having a video done that gets shown in all the social media outlets where people are actively looking at videos all of those things go into marketing which is going to drive more showings the fourth thing is the presentation what does the house look like when people actually go into it and see it for the first time the first thing the worst thing a lot of times we
