i've lived through a good part of my life and have reached a very good place but it took me over 40 years of blood sweat and tears to learn some critical lessons to get me to where I am today i'm going to share with you these lessons in just 11 minutes so that you can skip past all of my mistakes and apply these truths to your life journey i hope you take this seriously and really open your mind to what I'm about to tell you it could change your life in just a few minutes lesson
number one time is your most valuable asset you can always make more money but you can't buy back time and yet most people act like time is infinite wasting hours on the wrong activities on the wrong people you need to think about time as a limited quantity of the most precious substance that you have you are born with a set amount and you can't get any more of it live your life very intentionally try to define what you want to accomplish in the time that you have then be diligent and spend your time in a
worthwhile way if you don't use your time very intentionally then it will be spent for you for someone else's goals that should make you very upset think very carefully what you are spending your time doing today write it down then decide very coldly how you will redistribute your time and also be very open to opportunity if you find yourself facing an opportunity then seize it ask out that girl apply for that job reach out your hand and make that professional connection carpedium as they say you should be very afraid of having regret at the end
of this journey if you imagine yourself at the end of this life road you should try to do things that will make your future self look back and smile and say "I do not regret this life it was time well spent." Lesson number two take care of you first no one is going to take care of you for your whole life there are people that love and care for you yes but in the end you are left alone you need to be responsible for yourself stop relying on others and shape your own life own your
path and you need to put yourself first it might sound selfish but if you don't put yourself first nobody else will and if you don't make yourself the most important person then you will not be growing into your full potential and will not be able to take care of those that you love as much as you would like you know how in airplanes they advise you to put on the oxygen mask for yourself before placing it on those you care for such as a child the reason is that if you are not taken care of
then you can't take care of anyone else if your own foundation isn't stable physically mentally financially you can't give value to anyone else for long people who don't prioritize self-care always end up burned out resentful and worse easily replaced lesson number three life is tough and not fair a lot of the stories that we heard growing up explain a world that is fair and good the reality is that the world is a swirl of chaos an animal kingdom there is no such thing as fair you would be wise to understand and embrace this you need
to come to terms with the fact that nothing will be handed to you you have to work hard for everything that you want you need to want it bad enough and put in the blood sweat and tears to obtain it and others will try to get in your way will try to claim what you have your eyes set on you must do what it takes to make it yours that's it the most capable the most ready the most opportunistic person will claim more victories there is no other way if you're sitting there waiting for your
fair share you're in for a surprise don't waste your time lesson number four build up your capabilities and wealth will follow where you focus will make all the difference if you focus on money you will fail you may get your hands on some money but it will then easily leave your hands your focus must be on your capabilities wealth will follow your capabilities the higher your capabilities go the higher your wealth will follow and wealth will never fall far away from your capability level and what does capability mean here it means a few things how
good are you at certain skills that are used to solve problems or build things how developed is your mindset around money and wealth do you understand the right way to think about money and how it should be used how mature are you as a person how do you handle your emotions how do you handle yourself amongst others these all contribute to your level of capability and if you work hard on building up these things then wealth will follow if you reverse these you will fail and find yourself in ruin trust me lesson number five grow
your own assets while building for others you might have a 9-to-five where you're building someone else's dreams and that's fine but always keep your eyes on creating your own assets too leveraging a job to fuel your own assets is a perfectly fine method but if you're just focused on a job and don't have any plan apart from that then if I put it bluntly you are a sucker if all you do is line someone else's pockets you'll wake up one day with nothing take the money you earn and invest it in your own side business
real estate or whatever you believe in that's how wealth compounds put a plan together and leverage all things like chess pieces in a chess game make sure that you are optimizing for what you own there's much more to talk about regarding assets and wealth so like and subscribe to the channel so you stay informed on how to build real wealth in your life lesson number six never live life on someone else's terms through life you will entangle yourself with many people whether they are your family your friends your employer or others if you aren't mindful
you may end up living life on their terms they may direct what life choices you make and how you live your life it's easy to fall into this trap and you need to be very careful to avoid it define your life's purpose yourself and follow your own principles if you don't create your own path you'll spend your life lost in someone else's story and at the end of your life you will be filled with regret it's not selfish to design your own blueprint it's necessary have the courage to hold the pen to your own story
you will ultimately end up in a much happier place lesson number seven mindset is everything as you live through life you will face all sorts of things great ups and great downs and everything in between the difference on whether you make a great life out of it or one of regret is your mindset your mindset will determine what you make of every experience with the right mindset you can make the biggest failure into gold and with the wrong mindset you can make the biggest success into a negative where there is value there is poison around
it and where there is poison there is value around it as well so if you have the right mind's eye and if you take the right perspective through life it can have the power to change reality for you lesson number eight think long term but live in the present if you live too much in the future you will miss the present and if you live too much in the present you will not head anywhere meaningful you have to balance both thinking long term while also immersing yourself in the present juggling these two is essential you
can't skip on any one of them always have a north star this will provide you with the direction for your life and once you have your north star and vision you can align your daily steps towards that direction so you increase your chances of landing there and having that north star will allow you the freedom to truly live in the present you can immerse in the pleasures of the day while also knowing that your daily actions are taking you closer to a destination that you have intentionally chosen i've also developed a free guide for you
to reference that explains how to develop a northstar vision for your life the link to it is in the video description below it will help whoever wants to make a serious try at life transformation lesson number nine fail fast fail often and never stay down failure is not an if it's a when if you're pushing your limits you're going to fall in your face many times most people are afraid of failure they think that it means they're going the wrong way this is exactly why most people do not reach the top of the summit of
life you must not be like the many you must embrace failing fast and learning from each failure and never giving up in a way you can think that the number of failures is correlated to your level of success you must not be afraid of failure have a plan take the calculated risks fail fast get back up and reflect on what the failure taught you then adjust your plan of attack incrementally then keep moving forward and facing failure after failure after failure this attitude and approach will be what differentiates you from the many and will make
you unstoppable in the end it comes down to who has the most grit who wants it the most and who's willing to go through the bruises fail learn adjust repeat my friends lesson number 10 build on momentum when things show progress in what you are doing then build on that double down on the things that are showing fruit momentum in what you do is very important to build on don't take a win and then take that as a sign that you can rest and lay back basking in the light of victory you need to roll
up your sleeves and push on to ride the wave of this progress this is where the disappear and transform mindset comes in keep your focus and push on don't brag don't boast just keep stacking those wins quietly resist the urge to celebrate or to claim victory this is a neverending push to climb this peak and how you treat progress is a test given to you to see if you deserve even more don't make this just another YouTube video that you watch take at least one tip that I've given you from my 40 plus years of
life experience and commit to trusting it and implementing it into your life and if you'd like to get some additional tips on powerful daily habits check out this video here
