a sticky offer that locks in clients paying month after month with no skills required and how to get your first paying client using nothing but your phone and no this doesn't require cold calling but first you'll need to create a legal business right well not exactly because I'm showing you how to start all of this without out spending any money I'd recommend not creating an LLC for your agency just yet cuz that costs money and you can can still do business in the US as a sole proprietor for free so I'd recommend going that route
to start now eventually you will want to create an LLC so you don't pay as much in taxes but that can come later as you start this and decide if it's the right business model for you or not but all the legal stuff aside you're going to need a software platform to run your agency with and don't worry you're not going to pay for it yet the software you'll want is called go high level it has everything we need to run a successful digital marketing agency but the only problem is that the go high level

account here called web juu created which is where I run my agency from and so I can go to my web juice account I can click on it here and then I can go up to the top where it says actions I can load the snapshot and then I can select from my different snapshots here and I can find the one right here is the one that I just imported this is my agency snapshot and then you'll just click proceed and then proceed again and then you'll click proceed one more time and then click okay
and then it will import everything from my Snapshot into your account basically all you'll need to run your agency is a calendar setup in high level so that you can book your potential clients onto a calendar and jump on Zoom calls with them and close them as clients and then you will need the automation setup for my Snapshot which you'll find right here if you've imported my Snapshot and then you'll need a website to show your agency and you can find that website template right here under my Snapshot as well under the sites tab so
now you know what to offer and how to run your agency but you'll need a way to process payments from all the clients you're about to get and again at the beginning I promise to show you all of this without spending any money so here you go to process payments I use a payment processor called stripe creating your stripe account is 100% free but stripe does charge a 2.9% transaction fee when you start actually collecting payments from your clients it's the best and most secure payment processor I've used so I'd highly recommend it you'll just
go to stripe.com and click Start Now to create your free account and then you can connect it to high level and create different packages to offer and charge your client the setup and monthly fees but being able to process payments doesn't just magically make you rich we still have the problem of getting clients because getting clients is 100% the hardest part of running a successful digital marketing agency so how do we get them and what type of businesses do we go after after 3 years of doing this I found the website plus software offer is
best for small local businesses think your local electricians dog groomers or even restaurants the only Niche I do like to steer clear of are medical professionals like doctors or dentists but all the other business types are great to go after and here's a strategy for landing them that works literally every single time I've done it out of all the methods I've used to land clients this is by far the easiest and most effective method that I've used I've done cold calling cold emailing cold dming I've even walked into businesses in person and out of everything
I've done this is by far the best you're going to go to your Facebook page like I have mine pulled up right here once you're on your Facebook page just type in your city so I'm in rig Idaho um I'm also close to Idaho Falls you can see there's two groups right here this one is I love rig and I'm allowed to talk about it this is my local town that I'm in and then there's Idaho Falls which is also another town that's really close by so you can join these local groups of people that
live in your area I'm just going to click on this one this rig one you can see there's 18,000 members in this group now not all these members are going to be business owners that we could sell a website to or sell our marketing services to but I'd say maybe 10 to 15% of them probably are business owners and the cool thing about these groups is that they allow self motion they allow People Like Us agency owners to post in the group of what we're offering cuz they want to help support local businesses and so
anyway this works best if you're actually doing it with local groups so don't just join if you're in like North Carolina don't join a group from California and try doing this because it won't come off very nicely because they'll figure out that you're not from California and a lot of times they won't even let you into the group if you're not from that state but anyway find some local groups of places that a place that you're actually from and then you can post right here what you're going to do is you're going to say I
am offering two free websites and then in parenthesis just pay hosting for two businesses as a New Year's special offer comment down below if your business needs a new website or if you know anyone who does what this does is it creates a little bit of urgency cuz you're saying I'm offering two free websites that you're only doing two of them right you could do three here if you wanted to if you wanted to try to get more people but just two free ones right so people will feel like oh I need to comment quick
so someone else doesn't take the spot and uh you're making it some sort of special right New Year special you can create specials all throughout the year you could do one on your birthday you could do one for Christmas Halloween doesn't even have to be a holiday you can make up random special offers and you can post about them in this group you are saying hey you're you're just paying the hosting fee and so they know they're paying something right but they are you're giving them like a free website setup fee you're not going to
charge anything for these first couple clients right later on we're going to charge our clients anywhere between $500 to $3,000 setup fees but for these first two we're just trying to get our go high level cost covered our our $297 go high level subscription and so we're doing two free ones right and then comment down below if you if your business uh needs a new website or if you know anyone who does just a very simple post like this will get tons and tons of people commenting it also depends on your group if your group
is tiny tiny maybe you only got a thousand this method might not work as well but if you can find groups like this my town only has like five th000 or 10,000 people in it for some reason the group is bigger than the actual Town itself but if I can do this and make this work in a small town and this has worked every time I've done it and I've done it probably four or five times in the last year then you can absolutely do this and find tons of success and a lot of times
I'll land even more than two websites from doing something like this I'll just tell the person hey I've already picked the two free people but we can look into getting you a website at normal price or I can still give you a discounted price if you're wanting to get a new website done great way to find prospects and they're commenting on your post after you post it so you're not doing the cold Outreach they're basically reaching out to you after you're making this post here and so this method works every single time guaranteed try it
out and you can easily get your first two clients once you get a few people to take your offer you'll book a call with them you'll ask them about what they're looking for on their new website and then you'll tell them you just have to charge them the monthly hosting SLS software fee of $197 a month $197 a month is such a low price for what they'll be getting and now you'll have two easy clients so that your $297 subscription to high level is covered and you'll be making about $100 a month profit on top
