Hello everybody, and welcome back to my channel! For those of you who are new to my channel, my name is Aria Vami, and I'm a shamanic astrologer. Today, I will be sharing with you astrological information about the upcoming full moon in Aries that is happening on the 17th of October.
This is a very, very, very harsh full moon and a very, very healing full moon. This full moon conjuncts Chiron, which is the asteroid that connects with our deepest wounds and deepest traumas, and how we're going to heal them. Also, the ruler of this full moon, which is in Aries, is Mars, the planet of war and the masculine.
Mars is making very difficult aspects under this full moon event. In addition to this, Pluto is moving direct in Capricorn just a few days before the full moon. This is a lifetime experience with Pluto in Capricorn, as this will be the last time it is direct in Capricorn for the upcoming 2150 years.

I want to start talking about Pluto. Pluto is the furthest planet we have in our solar system, and it has been retrograde since the 2nd of May.
It started its retrograde in Aquarius, and then in September, as Pluto moved into Capricorn, it continued its retrograde there. This is really, really interesting because when planets, especially ones like Pluto that are far away and slow-moving, go retrograde, they mark significant lessons for us. I want you to reflect back on your life: What was happening around the 2nd of May?
That is the exact day when Pluto started its retrograde in Aquarius. Of course, to be specific about this, you have to see where those degrees of Pluto in Aquarius and later in Capricorn were in your chart. This will indicate the area, the house in your chart, where you have been working during this period.
What was being transformed there? What changes happened? Because Pluto is the planet of death, rebirth, and transformation.
So, have a look at that. Pluto is moving direct on the 12th of October, which is really amazing because since Pluto moved into Capricorn for the last time, we have been working with a lot of Plutonian energy but retrograde in Capricorn. This is going to be a very, very big shift because, until now, we have been working with old structures, finances, business, and all these long-term plans under this retrograde energy.
Pluto wanted us to learn something first in Aquarius retrograde and then in Capricorn. So, until now, it has felt like a lot of learning that was not so easy. From the 12th of October, when it's direct in Capricorn, the energy will feel very, very different.
We will learn what the cosmos wants us to understand about bringing new structures into our lives, having different business ideas, and perspectives—it's all about our work with Capricorn regarding money and long-term plans. Capricorn is masculine energy, so it’s interesting that this is a very masculine full moon as well. Reflect on what was happening in your life back on the 2nd of May, and know that this energy starting on the 12th is going to feel so much different.
From the 19th of November, Pluto will be in Aquarius, marking a big shift that we've been waiting for. This is actually the beginning of a new era, so whatever we need to figure out before that opening, we’ll be doing this for the upcoming month or a little bit more until Pluto goes into Aquarius. I love this—it's so beautiful!
The second thing I want to talk about is Jupiter retrograde, which is also very important. I'm recording this video the day after the 9th of October when Pluto let go. On the 9th of October, Jupiter started its retrograde and will be in retrograde until the 4th of February 2025.
Jupiter is the planet of expansion, abundance, and opportunities. Every planet, when it goes retrograde, has a different lesson. Jupiter will be in retrograde in Gemini, bringing a very mental energy that has to do with our minds—how we think, how we communicate, and how we socialize.
To see specifics, you will need to look at the degrees where Jupiter will be retrograde and which house they fall into in your birth chart, as this area will be significant for you. Jupiter retrograde encourages us to see how we might be blocking this expansion in our minds and the ability to see new perspectives. It also prompts us to reflect on how we communicate with others and how we are socializing, especially since it's in retrograde.
It’s time for reflection, to go back, sit back, and assess. This retrograde slows the energy down for us. us to understand and learn.
So, it's very— the retrograde periods are so beautiful, our learning periods. I know there's a lot of discrimination about retrogrades, but I think, uh, no! They are beautiful periods.
Also, everything is amazing; all the planets are always helping us. There's nothing really good and bad— this polarity in astrology. Um, let's go about the full moon now: full moon in Aries—very, very, very powerful!
Every time we have a full moon, it is a time when our system can cleanse. We can clean all the emotions; we can let go of things. The full moon represents emotion, and the full moon is like a time when we can clean all these emotions.
So you see how our body is connected with the stars—how everything is connected. We have all this opportunity always to restart, refresh, and energize our system with a new moon and with a full moon cleansing stuff. So this full moon in Aries, uh, I think— I don't think; I think it’s going to be super; it's going to be super, super hard!
Like literally, when I saw the chart, I was like, "Oh my God! Why is this so hard? " Aries has to do, along with the archetype, as the archetype of the warrior.
In shamanic astrology, it is the one that steps forward; it's motivation. It’s like, very independent energy, uh, very bold energy—brave and adventurous. Also, when we have a full moon in Aries, conjuncting Chiron, it’s the best opportunity for us to really, um, dive deep into our deepest wounds and traumas with Chiron there and let them go.
So, Chiron is an asteroid, but it’s very important in astrology and connects with the deepest wounds and how we’re going to heal this wound. The moon is in 24 degrees of Aries, and Chiron is at 21 degrees of Aries—very, very, very close—the conjunction; they’re very close in degrees. So this is a unique opportunity from the cosmos to be able to release this old stuff.
So, this is an amazing time for us to heal our deepest wounds and move forward after this full moon. It can be very, very strong, this full moon, because also of Mars, which is the ruler of Aries, being in Cancer. I will explain this to you.
So, Mars is our masculine energy; how we're using our masculine is about motivation. Also, it’s the planet of war—uh, like the destroyer—a little bit of everything with structures and stuff. It also connects a lot with fears, anxieties, and anger—this side of Mars.
Mars in Cancer is in a very emotional energy. Mars is masculine, and Cancer is the feminine archetype. So, Cancer is a lot about our emotions, the mother energy, the nurturing.
Also, Cancer connects with the past, the traumas from the past. So, Mars in Cancer is also helping us under this full moon to release all these past emotions— all these old emotions. So, the moon makes a square with Mars, which is a very difficult aspect.
The square talks about limitation, restriction, and contraction. This full moon wants us to see how much we are restricting ourselves—how much we are blocking ourselves because of all these things that happened in the past, yeah—because of all these traumas and everything that we identify with ourselves in the past and how we are blocking ourselves. This is what it wants us to see.
Also, the moon squares Pluto, also in Capricorn. So again, it’s like if you don’t transform—if you don’t let these things die, go through this death and rebirth cycle—you cannot move forward in your life. You’re going to keep doing the same karmic cycles because Pluto is also a karmic planet.
So you have to really restrict; I show you your blockages so you can move forward. This is what is—the story the planet is telling us now. Mars also squares— you see there are so many squares, guys—squares, squares—also again, the same information: if you don’t heal your wounds, you cannot move forward.
The most interesting thing I want you to pay attention to here is Mars doing opposition with Pluto, and this is going to be the theme for the upcoming month. This event is like, takes—uh—it’s a lot of like—this is really important. Again, it is a lot about us wanting to move forward into this new era.
Pluto wants to bring a new era from the 9th of November with Aquarian energy, but it’s like you have to let go of your old structure. Pluto is in Capricorn, direct, right now with the full moon. You have to let go of your old structure if you want to move forward.
And of course, this old structure connects a lot with your programs, with the way that you think—with belief systems, with, um, with your wounds when we go back to Chiron and the past. So, this is really—this is really, really strong. So, with the full moon in Aries, conjuncting Chiron, we have to take our power back from the past, from whatever happened to us—from the wounds and also from all these alignments there with Mars.
What Mars does is also necessary to let these things go and move on. So, this is going to be a very, very—it's masculine. You see it’s like very strong masculine energy.
It’s like the masculine—uh, how do you call it in English? I don’t know the words—the masculine force, like coming, and it’s like you have to do this; you have to take action. You cannot stay with the old.
It’s very strong and at the… Same time, so much emotional cleansing with Mars in Cancer and the full moon. It's like it's a lot of that. And one last thing: Mars does a trine with Neptune, so also Mars is guiding us to follow our intuition, follow our spiritual nature, follow our spiritual connection, and be aware of the dream world.
Be aware of our dreams. Be open to receive guidance from our dreams. So yes, I’m already looking at the aspects; I feel like I’m not breathing just looking at the aspects of this chart.
It’s like too much! Yes, exactly, it’s like too much. There’s a lot going on.
So my guidance for this full moon will be to let it happen. Whatever has to die, whatever has to leave you, whatever you have to let go, just let it happen. Because the more you hold on, like, “Oh no, no, I want this!
I am this! ”—like the identity—and you don’t surrender, it’s going to be harder and harder. The planets are pushing so hard at the moment, so my guidance will be to allow the transformation to happen, allow these changes, and flow with them.
For sure, this is going to be very, very amazing afterward. The more deeply we go into ourselves and the more things we cleanse and release, the higher we can go afterward—so higher levels of bliss and happiness we can access. This is how it works, right?
