[dramatic music playing] [cheering] -[Mack] Oh! -[Mreast] It's going up faster! [Mack] Oh, my gosh!
You have got to be kidding me! There are literally four people currently saying "no" to half a million dollars! [yelling] What is going on?
[Jeremy] That's more money than I've ever seen, -but that group is worth more! -[Mack] What? [Mreast] You do realize that is real money that I will wire to you if you press that button, -and you’re not eliminated.
-[echoing] Oh, God! Don't press. Don’t press.
[woman] No! No, Deano! [Mreast] Are you guys chronically insane?
[Nolan] How can anybody resist that? One of you can press it! [indistinct yelling] 900!
Oh, my God! What? -[man] Come on, Deano, don't do it.
-[woman] Yeah, what is he doing? Are you guys numb to money? -[mechanical clicks] -It's almost there!
-[man] Stand your ground! -[Tareq] Oh, my God. [Mack] You don't want a million bucks of real dollars?
-[register dings] -[fire erupts] [muted yelling] -[dramatic music playing] -[man] You got this! Stay strong! [Mreast] You don’t want a million dollars?
[overlapping yelling and cheering] [laughing] What is going on? Deano! Stand your ground!
-[Mack] This is real. That's real money. -Holy moly.
This is real money! Real money! [yelling continues] None of you want a million dollars?
[man] Don’t do it. I cannot believe what I am seeing. Five.
Four… [man] Come on, Deano. Don’t do it. This is your last chance to take a million dollars.
-[man] Please, Deano! -Three, two… -[man] Is he taking it? -[Mreast] One!
[man] Oh, my God! You guys mean more to me than that screen. -[mechanical clicks] -[electronic sting] -[ominous tones playing] -[booms] The offer is off the table.
-[cheering] -Yes! Yes! -Oh, my God.
-Yeah! -Whoo! -Yeah!
All four of these captains rejected a million dollars, so you could stay in. [cheering continues] -You just turned down a million bucks. -My integrity is not for sale, Jimmy.
-Oh, my gosh. -I want to earn and win my money. -What just happened?
-What the heck? They’re not gonna think this is real. [woman] I’m almost, like, come to tears right now.
Who has ever turned down $1,000,000 before on TV? I’m freaking out. I don’t even know what to do.
[Mreast] And that concludes the challenges on this tower. [cheering] -[woman] There he is! There he is!
-[man] Oh, yeah, there he is! -[cheering] -[all] Deano! Deano!
Deano! -[all] Ooh! -[Jeffrey] Let's go win!
[Mreast] These four people, who are all here to win money, just said no to $1,000,000. Not for their friends, but for people they've only known for a couple days. Who they will be competing against in future games.
I know this might seem too insane to be real, but it is. He just had to press the button, and I would have wired him $1,000,000 dollars, and he said no. Hey, everybody watching at home, this is what a living legend -looks like right here, in the flesh.
-[cheering] First and foremost, thank all of you for trusting me. -[man] Thank you. -I don’t have a lot of family, and now I feel like right here, I got all I need.
-Know what I’m sayin’? -[applause] Let’s show everybody you can be a good person in this world, and you can still win! Money comes and goes, but integrity and honor is earned.
Hey, I know it’s hard having your fate in someone else’s hands. We have all been there. I’ve been there.
I was shaking in my boots on several of these different challenges that we experienced. That someone’s going to tap out. I wasn’t gonna do that to you.
I can’t do it to myself. I can’t do it to my friends and family, man. I got you guys, man.
-[cries] Love you guys. -[cheering] [all] Deano! [dramatic music playing] [man] It is another beautiful day in Beast City, watching all the contestants wake up.
No idea how this happened, but I could not be more happy. [woman] That challenge last night, it really shows how strong people are because I would have cracked 100%. [Mreast] It was becoming clear that players were particularly drawn to the four team captains who had refused the $1,000,000.
As a leader, I got a ton of respect for you, and I’m just excited to see what you do throughout the challenge. -We need more people like you, Harrison. -Thank you guys.
This man has more willpower than 99% of the world. He turned down a million dollars. -I found him and trusted him.
-Yep. And I’ve been with him all the way, and we’re going to stay together all the way. -It's been crazy, right?
-Yeah, quite the adventure together. -If I make it to top 100 or top ten… -Whoa! -That is where I want to be.
-Stop. -When we make it to the top 100. -When.
But I’m a humble person, that's all. It's just you--- I’m confident, these are called Beast Games but tell me -it hasn’t been like war sometimes. -Yeah.
I’ve enjoyed every moment in these trenches. I’m quiet, I watch, and when it’s time for me to step up, then I step up. I knew deep in my heart, as soon as they elected me, there was zero chance I was going to take a bribe.
My integrity is not for sale. Do you guys feel like you’ve made a lot of friends? -Yes.
-Yeah. I mean, everybody here has lost a lot of good friends. Surely that's not going to happen again today?
-No. No. -[laughs] [Mreast] Despite last night's 251 eliminations, the remaining 242 players are feeling motivated and optimistic, -at least for now.
-[cheering] Good morning, everybody! -[cheers and applause] -I think we can all agree, the games on the tower might have been a little brutal. Yeah.
So to switch things up a bit, we’re going to play a game that won’t eliminate anybody. -[cheering] -Yeah, I think you guys earned it. So instead of eliminating people, we have a prize for the winners of this next game.
[cheering continues] The prize for this next game will be that T-Mobile VIP house. Plus, a little surprise you'll learn more about later. And for the rest of your stay at Beast City, this house will give you privacy and luxury and possibly an edge over the other players.
I need you to split up into groups of three. Pick people you wouldn't mind being roommates with. But little do these contestants know, the whole purpose of this game is to trick them into pairing up with their closest friends.
Because the game following this one is the most psychological game I've ever done. Why'd you pick each other? Hoping to be blessed by their natural abilities.
We got this, man. We are so relaxed. What made you guys choose each other as teammates?
-We've been, like, core group… -Yeah. …ever since we’ve arrived. We’ve already had the bond.
We’ve already had the friendship. Might as well keep it going and win together. -Oh, wait.
751, 757, 759. -Yeah. -Yeah.
-Okay. -So we’re repping for the 750's. -It was meant to be.
You guys want to share the VIP house together? -Yes. That’d be awesome.
-That’d be amazing. It might be a little weird for me. They’re husband and wife, so… -Oh.
[laughs] -[laughs] You can move your bed outside. As expected, people teamed up with their friends and family. But they're about to come to the horrible realization that at Beast Games, that might not be the best idea.
-One, two, three… -Friendship. God, I love friendship. [Mreast] This next challenge is your typical potato sack race, and you'll be competing on the Beast City field.
The rules are simple. Race down to the end and back. And whichever team is the fastest wins the T-Mobile VIP house.
And on top of that, the secret prize inside. Remember, no one will be eliminated. We're just having fun.
-Three. Two. One.
Go! -[dramatic music playing] [Mreast] And just as I predicted, after everything they've been through, all these players really wanted was to have some fun. -[cheering] -[classical music playing] -[grunts] -[laughs] [slow-motion] Yee-haw.
[laughs] [laughs] [Mreast] But at the end of the day, of course, there’s still a winner. -[man] Yes! -[clapping] The winner was 514 and his team.
Congratulations. You three friends get to stay -in the T-Mobile VIP house. -Let's go!
[Mreast] But the real surprise is what’s in this briefcase. -What do you think is in this briefcase? -I think it’s money!
-[clicks] -[Mreast] Open it up. And included in your room is… -immunity in the next challenge! -[cheering] And in regards to that challenge I mentioned earlier, these three won't have to participate in it.
Meaning they automatically move on past the next game. We won, like we earned it. We are the kings of this city.
[Mreast] And to the 99% of you that didn’t get immunity, when I was talking to you before the race, I said the word "friends" a lot. Friends? Friends.
Friends. Friends. Do any of you want to guess why?
You know what? I'll just give you the answer. The sack race was just a ploy to get you to team up with your friends.
And now those teams of three are cemented as teams for the next game. And unfortunately for all you friends out there, for every group of three, at most, only two of you will return to the city. [gasp] I'll give all of you a few minutes to enjoy the calm before the storm.
-[ambient music playing] -[overlapping chatter] After this competition, I’m going to lose the people that I’ve become really close to, and… [crying] -I'm really upset. It sucks. -[man] Yeah.
-With Jimmy, nothing’s ever as it seems. -I'm gonna cry. I don't… -The hard part is we’re friends, too.
-Yeah. -What about you? -I'm just here.
-Just here. -We're friends. -That may not be good for you.
-[crying] Well, I’m a little worried because these two are friends, and I split with my friends, so I don’t know if that’s going to be a good thing or a bad thing. -[sharp inhales] -[chuckles] Well? -[crowd] Whoa!
-[man] Whoa, what's going on over there? [Mreast] Guards! Prepare to escort them out.
Bring out the handcuffs. [dramatic music playing] All right, let's do this. Let's head out the gates.
Lead the way, guard! [ominous music playing] [door unlocks] [lights flicker on] [Mreast] Welcome to the next game. You are currently in groups of three players, and each one of these groups is about to enter one of the 80 cubes in front of you.
Follow behind one of our Beast Games guards, and they'll take you to the cube that will decide your fate. -[intense music playing] -[woman laughing] Legit jail. Oh, my God.
-Wow. -What is this? -Oh, my goodness.
-What is it gonna be? All right, it's real. This is real.
-[man] Whoa. -What? -Oh great, all white walls.
-It's like an insane asylum. Oh, my gosh. [Deano] We have no idea what’s going on.
We’ve got a red telephone. It says ask for anything. There’s some kind of heavy bracket bolt with a set of handcuffs on the wall.
Extra set of handcuffs. Camera. Phone.
-I'm in a literal insane asylum room. -I’m gonna start banging on the walls. [Mreast] Alright, everybody, what do you think of your cube?
[boos] -[cheers] -[boos] [Mreast] I bet you're all wondering, what does this challenge entail? Well, it's actually very simple. I am going to start a five hour timer.
You guys will have that time to decide which two of you are moving on, and which one of you will be chained to the wall of the cube, thus eliminated from the show. [dramatic music playing] To make this decision easier, we put a phone in your cubes. You can use that phone to request literally any item in the world to help you come to a decision.
And if you don't reach a decision in the next five hours, all three of you will be eliminated. [dramatic music continues] Why did it have to be us three together? Why couldn’t it be somebody that I didn’t like?
I never thought it’d come to this, I mean… Having to go against your own brother. [Mreast] I know you guys are all very good friends, so good luck on choosing a person to leave. Start the timer!
You have five hours to eliminate one of your closest friends. [clock ticking] [footsteps] -[camera clicks] -[video glitches] This is going to be a very difficult decision. Man, they mess with our heads so much.
I personally don’t want to sit in here for five hours. I hope that we don’t have to do that. -Right.
-Anyone want to go? [laughs] -No! -No.
[chuckles] -[crying] -It’s been one minute, and we’re already crying. How do we decide that? Like what?
-Yeah. -[cries] How do we decide who leaves? [cries] I can't keep on playing.
[Mreast] And that's the hardest part of this challenge. Because the truth is, nobody wants to leave. Just an hour ago, these three contestants were working together as friends.
And now, they can't even look at each other. [sniffles] Should I just do it? -[emotional music playing] -[cries] I'd like to believe everything happens for a reason, but I doubt it.
[emotional music continues] [crying] Go. Go. Get out.
[sighs] Whoa, guys, we just started. Oh, my-- Whoa. Wow.
-[cuffs rattling] -[door shuts] For some, the value of friendship was worth more than any dollar amount. Even if that number was millions. Are you sure you don't want immunity for your sacrifice that you made yesterday?
-No, I’m cool. -Okay. I’m cool with it, you know, leaving it up to chance.
[video glitches] Father God, I love these men, and I pray nothing but goodness for their lives. In Jesus' name, amen. -Amen.
-Amen. -Love you guys. -Love you, man.
[whirrs and clicks] When we came in here, we called each other friends. I mean, if you decided not to stay… If you decided not to stay… I decided not to stay, I don’t hold that against anybody. And I wouldn’t pressure anyone to stay.
Everyone has a reason that they want to be here. Absolutely. And I will not… I will not say that my reason, your reason, or your reason’s greater or more than.
I would just like to maybe just hear, like, why we're here. My sister passed away at an early age. Prior to that, my dad passed away from cancer and left my mom.
And so it's not just about me. It’s really to like help out my family and people who really need it. This money will help me as well, you know.
Like, I want to have a family one day. Like, I want to be a mom. [cries] [woman crying] I don’t think it’s about comparing, like, whose life is worse or who has it worse, or who needs the money more.
I know that, I know that’s not what it is. It’s just… I just don’t know what I can say to, like, make us cry more. Or make each other feel bad for each other more, like… that's not the game.
[intense music playing] [timer beeping] [Mreast] Very quickly, it became clear that most of these cubes would have a difficult time deciding who's going to chain themself to the wall, but for others, there was obviously someone with a disadvantage. Oh, my gosh. It’s all about AJ and Aylla.
When you see somebody else in your vicinity, you don't leave them excluded to the side… Oh, my gosh. I’m with two brothers, and they already told me I was gonna be the one going home. They told me this earlier.
So I said, “Fine, if I’m going home, if you can’t decide one of the two, then you can come with me, so…” Let’s see how they do. [tape rewinding] I think one of you two should go. Well I don't think one of us should.
I think one of us three should go. I’m not going unless you guys go. [Karim] Here's the thing.
Here's the thing. Right now, your decision is going to result in all three of us leaving. That means you're guaranteed to leave.
-I'm not going to break. -And exactly, you stood up for yourself. And I know you're stubborn.
I can tell you're stubborn. -You stood up for yourself -If I go down, I'm going down together. -You're negotiating your demise.
-If you, if one-- I'm going to say it one more time. I'm going to say it one more time. The point that you are making is you are negotiating your own demise.
[tape rewinding] There’s just a lot of things in my life that I just wanna stay consistent with my thoughts, and I don’t wanna f*** you guys over… [laughs] Come here. Come here. …but I’m staying strong with myself.
I don’t want to hurt you, but also… [crying] I’m not going to break, but I still feel belittled. But I obviously am on my own, so I don’t want to get bullied into this. Like I don't want you guys to think that I'm like, not at all like, I'm like, "Whatever, if they go out with me…" Just be careful, they might cut you out to be a villain.
-[laughs] -I know. I'm gonna be called a villain, and I know it. [Mreast] I can tell you're all getting a bit flustered.
Now, don't worry. Because at the start of this challenge, I made you aware of the telephone located in each of your cells. Unless you want all three of your group to be eliminated, I'd advise you start making some phone calls.
So he said we can ask for anything. What could you ask for that would help make that decision? So I'm thinking we’ll play a game, and then just whoever loses is the one that eliminates.
Whatever game we play, we should all know how to play. -Yeah. -I mean, we could just roll a dice.
-You’d roll dice? -Yeah. All right.
[phones ringing] This is the Beast Hotline. What can I do for you? I was just wondering if we could order a die, like dice.
-It's on its way. -Thank you. [dramatic music playing] [wall slides open] -Oh, my God.
Thank you. -[woman] Thank you. -[phone ringing] -Chandler.
Do you guys have a Monopoly set there? -We’ll have that right away. -A deck of cards and a pepperoni pizza.
The Operation board game. -A pair of dice. -Pizza and dice.
A stopwatch please. Thanks, bro. What, uh… What, uh… What room?
Okay. -[woman] Hey. -Jenga time!
-[cheers] -Oh, yay. -Some comically large dice. -So our plan is to get a deck of cards.
We roll two dice, and the lowest number will leave. Whoever draws the ace of spades will handcuff themself. -I don't want to do this.
-None of us do. Well, either way, whatever happens, I love you guys. All right, game on.
I've never had my heart beat so fast. -This sucks. -Aw, sorry, I’m just like… -It's intense.
We understand. -Yeah, you’re going out quick, I think. I've never sweated over Jenga in my life.
This is a 5 million dollar dice roll right here. Here we go. [man 1] All right, lowest number is out.
-[man 2] It's a 12. -[man 3] Nice, dude. Oh, no!
-No way. -All right. I lost.
Oh, Cody, I'm so sorry. [cries] Cody, I’m so sorry… [crying] -[cuffs click] -[musical sting] Cody… -[cuffs click] -[musical sting] [piano music playing] [indistinct whispers] -I love you, brother. -[cuffs click] I love you guys.
Good luck in the games. -[sniffles] -[clicking continues] I love you so much, seriously. I love too you, guys, now get out the door.
-Go win the challenge, okay? -[laughs] -Peace out, brother. -You guys are legends.
-[Andy] Peace, Zach. -Thank you, Andy. Thank you.
[musical sting] [music fades out] [clock ticking] [Mreast] Three hours and 62 cubes of the original 80 still remain in this game. But as time passed, the requests we were getting from the cubes started to get a little more interesting. Hello?
Can I help you? Monopoly set, okay. Anything else?
-[dramatic music playing] -[horse snorts] Okay. Who ordered that? When I say they can order anything, I mean it.
-Aw! Good girl. -[laughs] [Mreast] But they weren't the only ones taking advantage of this game.
Two princess dresses and one Prince Charming outfit. [over phone] Snow cone machine. Cotton candy machine.
A pool would be nice. And then a pepperoni pizza. [Karl over phone] Uh… Got it.
-[door hisses] -Oh, my gosh. Here's some of your stuff, guys. Yes, we still have more coming out.
Okay, and we'll see you back for the party. Bring all your friends. Okay.
I think they're going crazy. And I think these people might have forgotten that there's $5 million on the line, because these requests just kept getting more insane. -Ball pit balls?
-Psychic, huh? -32 pairs of socks. -Hey!
Tattoo artist. Can you truly bond with some brothers without an impulsive tattoo? [music continues] -Oh… -Oh, my gosh -Oh, my-- Crazy!
-Puppy! -[yelling] -[laughing] [growls] -I want Jimmy to do this. -I want Jimmy to do this.
-Uh, okay. -[razor buzzes] Oh, this feels so wrong. [giggles] -[party whistle blows] -[tattoo gun buzzes] [Mreast] But the fun from these requests could only last so long.
[ominous music playing] [door slides open] Thank you. [Mreast] This cube chose to play a simple three-way game of Uno. -No warm ups.
This is the game, right? -Yeah! [Mreast] But the stress of $5 million on the line… Uno, and I'm out.
…caused player 680 to help her friend cheat after securing a victory of her own. [intense music playing] Uno, out! Yeah!
[Mreast] And while some contestants cheated or even refused defeat, I just feel like we should play another game. No! That’s cause you lost!
[Mreast] Others chose to give up on their game entirely, -causing an absolute panic. -I'm not playing. -You're not playing?
-Drw the cards. -What the heck, Hazim? -Drw the card.
-He’s in here, draw the card! -No! -Hazim!
-He’s backing out! -Hazim! -He’s backing out!
-Do you want to go home? -I mean, no one wants to go home. -Nobody, so draw the card!
-I was never part of this conversation. I'll give you guys ten more seconds, and I'm not going to peer pressure. Alright, guess nobody wants to play the game.
Well, I guess we have two hours to figure it out again. [Mreast] And while they were figuring that out, the contestants in this cube were having conflicts of their own. We all have our bottle caps and then the last one to get in the bag is out.
I can’t even see, white walls. Makes it harder. -Yes!
-Okay. -[cap rattling] -That’s in! -Yeah, I’m out.
-Are we fair? -Yup! -Are you sure?
Yeah. Actually, no, I lied. Buh, buh, bam, we’re all gone.
-Are you serious? -Yeah, I’m deadass. I'm not kidding.
-That's so f***** up. -I know. And it's on TV as well.
Please don't do this to us. Please. We agreed.
Your chances are 33% chance that you make it out. That's less of a chance for you. I am saying, why not one of us sit out, and it's you and I play.
And now it's 50-50 for you. Let me think for a second because I see what you're saying. -Meet in the middle.
-I just want to think about something. Let’s meet in the middle. [Mreast] Even though she clearly didn't want to play, 20 minutes of nonstop manipulation might have just changed her mind.
We're just going to say screw it and do it again. He's not going to participate, but whoever makes it will keep that in their back of their mind moving forward. So you want to do the card game again?
It's just going to be us two and whoever gets lower. Really? And you're not doing it?
Alright, the deck is shuffled. [cries] I just had a good chance, and I’m just going to ruin it. I just want to get this over with.
Three, two, one. Oh, s***. I told you I’d do it.
I told you I’d do it. [crying] F*** you guys. Like, literally f*** you.
They’re probably gonna think you're evil, but it worked, you didn’t have to play So we played… Me and my brother were secretly talking to each other the entire time. And basically, she doesn't know about it. Whoa, whoa.
[laughs] Bye! Oh, my God. I’m a genius.
I’m a genius. [Mreast] That might have been the most heartbreaking thing I have ever seen, but at least the contestants in the T-Mobile VIP house -were doing much better. -Welcome to the luxury suites.
[Mreast] And because T-Mobile treats their customers like VIPs with Magenta Status, we're going to give the winners of this house the same kind of treatment, -with gourmet food and massages. -Oh, my goodness. -Right now, our competitors are suffering.
-We’re going home, Maddie. -[Maddie] No! -You understand that right?
So let's play the game, we're all gonna go home. We're living the life, man. -One!
Two! Three! -[all] Beast City in the house!
-[ominous music playing] -[footsteps] [woman] There's no way that we're going to be able to decide -between the three of us. -[man] Right. [woman] There's so much time that it freaks me out.
-[man 1] $5,000,000. Oh, my god. -[man 2] I can't go home with nothing.
[man] Whatever happens, happens. [sigh] [Mreast] And as the time continued to tick down, the urgency to find someone to eliminate was becoming very real, and most of them… The kill number is… two. ….
are leaving their $5 million to chance. Three. She rolls a two, she's eliminated.
[woman gasps] Oh! -Shoot. That sucks.
-Four, three, two. -She got the lowest number. -No, dude!
-[cuffs click] -Brutal. [rapid clicks] Brutal. Good luck, man.
This is brutal. Even cubes that were having fun just an hour ago were now facing the harsh reality of what they have to do. Oh, my gosh.
-Look away, Karl. -It’s happening. -Love you guys.
-And the final person safe… -Oh, my God. -…930. I'm so sorry brother.
I'm so sorry. This one is heart wrenching. [musical sting] -Dang.
-[sighs] [chuckles] -Okay. Do you think it’s time? -It's time, yeah.
Alright, I love you guys. -Thank you. -You're welcome.
-Aw, don’t cry. -I appreciate it. I appreciate it.
-[cuffs click] -[musical sting] -[cuffs click] -[musical sting] -I won’t let you down. -It’s okay. I won’t let you down.
I’m gonna do my best. [Mreast] And now with only five minutes remaining, players began to say goodbye to their closest friends. I love you so much because it's very rare I have people be strong for me, because I'm always having to be strong for people.
So like you, I look up to you like a big sister. I never said it, but I want to say it now before I don't have the chance to. This is just not where I want to be.
But I'm glad if I am here, I’m glad I'm here with people that I can be open with, as opposed to having to sit in a corner and not be able to be open. [emotional music playing] Let’s ask for a deck of cards, the lowest number self eliminates. We’re going to each flip a coin.
Oh, my gosh, it could be three flicks and done. We get the three sandwiches, one with two pieces of meat. And that will be our determining factor.
So this game is just two dice. Highest dice wins. Six.
[coin spins, bounces] -Dollar sign. -[Jeffrey clicks tongues] Sandwiches of doom. -$5,000,000 sandwich.
-Yep. Let’s hope they taste good. [coin spins, bounces] -Dollar sign.
-[video game ding] One, two, three. Alright. I’m so sorry.
[Jas] It’s okay. [crying] -Jas… -It’s cool. There’s one, two.
-One, two… -One, two… Yup. -That is four. -[laughs] Oh, my gosh.
[strings music playing] [cuffs click] I'm out, guys. Go get some fresh air. Friends for life, Deano.
You're an awesome person. Get out of here, guys. Go get 'em, you know?
The viewers would want to know, if you could go back in time, would you press the button for $1,000,000 last episode? I'm happy with who I was before $1,000,000. I'm going to be fine afterwards.
[Mreast] And as the timer ticked closer and closer to zero… -Exactly 60 seconds remain. -You picked the game, and you lost. [Mreast] …some cubes were unable to decide who of the group should cuff themselves to the wall.
Don't do this to us, I beg of you. You shouldn't have set us up to play a game and then not do it. You are a piece of s*** for doing that.
Legitimately wasting time in here, and hanging out and chit chatting. -You also wasted time. -I didn't waste your time.
I was walking up to you to give you a hug. -You wasted everyone’s time. -I said, "Are you sure?
" I was walking to give you a hug and say thank you. That's what I was about to do. And then you decided, "Nope, nope.
I'm not going to do it now," because you lost. You’re a sore loser. -[Mreast] 25 seconds.
-I guess we're all going home because two 20 year olds want to go buy Lamborghinis or whatever. Did I shake anybody's hand? Did I?
Did I write it in pen and paper? Because if it's not in writing, right, then it's not real. Right?
[clock ticking] -[alarm ringing] -[Mreast] Time is up. Y'all were both selfish. I was like, I'm not going to let them win.
That's it. You're a child, I keep forgetting both of you are 20 years old. So I wasted my time with children.
What just happened is not okay. No matter what, you are a loser because you lost this game. [crying] Seven cubes did not make a decision in time, thus, are all eliminated.
Jimmy. Jimmy. Jimmy.
He has no idea what he just did to us. [Mreast] The vast majority of group eliminations you just saw were the result of not coming to a decision. But one of these cubes was eliminated from pure hesitation.
[Mreast] Exactly 60 seconds remaining. Oh, my God. [Mreast] Your Running Out of Time update.
If no one is handcuffed, you will all be eliminated. [crying] You’re gonna have to do it for me. I'll stand up there with you, Sam, but I'm not doing that.
Help me stand up, we don’t have time. No, we don't. We’ll stand with you.
But we can't put them on you. [crying] Please put them on me. Please, I can’t.
-Sam, come on. We can't. We can't do that.
-We can’t do that. That’s the last thing I’ll ask. Just please do it for me.
You gotta help me, please. Sam. Sam… [cries] I know, I just like… You gotta do it.
But I don't think it would even count. You have to put them on yourself. I don't think that would… [Mreast] Time is up.
If you’re not handcuffed… -It’s on. It’s clicked. -…everyone is eliminated.
-It’s clicked. -Here. You guys were four seconds too late.
I'm so sorry, guys. [crying] Turn off the lights. 94 people were eliminated.
148 are moving on to the next game. [whimper] Take care, everybody. -[lights shut off] -[ambient music playing] [Jeffrey] We are in a city right now full of sorrow and heartbreak.
For those that sacrificed themselves for us. Handcuffed themselves to the wall. With tears in their eyes as we walked away.
And I'm honored and privileged to still be standing here. And I know this is just the beginning. Emotions are high, so I just want to decompress a little bit.
225 said that she would take us down, both of us. We're still standing, and she’s not. Unfortunately, 225 didn’t stand a chance.
She was gone from the get go, and we knew it. So… [lights click off] [intense music playing] [dramatic music playing] [clicks] [Mreast] It's a new day, and to celebrate, I brought a giant golden present for the contestants. Let's bring it on in.
Good morning, everybody. How are you doing? -[man] Oh, no.
-It's a giant gold present. I'm over at the entrance. If you want to come say hi, might have brought a little gift.
Yesterday was a little brutal. You all seem sad. -[yelling] -[woman] It was.
[Mreast] So I brought you a gift. I want to cheer you up. Yeah, you open it.
This giant golden gift I brought you will go to whoever touches it first. Oh, okay, I didn’t even finish explaining it, but… -Are you kidding? -I was going to say, once you touch it, you can't take that decision back.
What do you guys think is in here? -[Jeffrey] One dollar! -[man] That horse.
-[woman] Elimination! -[Nolan] What do you think's in there? Could be a key.
It could be elimination. I hear a lot of people say an elimination. -Are you ready to see what's inside?
-[cheers] Guards! Can you open it up? Whatever is in here, it is final.
[dramatic music playing] It's a ticket to the island! -There’s a ticket to the island! -[cheers] [Mreast] 406 just received the first of many tickets to the $1.
8 million private island, a tropical paradise, which one of these players you see here will be winning. And also inside of this box is a flare gun. [murmur] What do you think this flare gun does?
I need you to shoot it to find out. Just kidding. Legal wouldn't let me let him shoot it.
I have to fire it. [music intensifies] -[gun fires] -[cheering and clapping] -[helicopters approaching] -["Ride of the Valkyries" playing] [cheering and clapping] [woman] Let’s go! [Mreast] This ticket represents a seat on this helicopter.
But something you should know about this helicopter, is it has room for exactly six people on it. You only have one ticket. So I have five other tickets that you need to hand out to whoever you want.
Completely up to you. Have fun. I feel like obviously he's gonna do his brother first.
-Obviously, number one choice. -Obviously. Obviously.
409 has been here with me since day one of this competition. She's been through it all with me. That's Z.
He's also been here with me for a while. And he's a habibi, he's an Egyptian like I am. Let’s go, dude.
Thank you. Let's go! [Mreast] Which means there is only one ticket left.
Who will be your final pick to take to the island? This individual didn’t take a million dollars and didn’t get me out earlier, so come on out here, T. [cheers] [Mreast] She turned down a million dollars for him, and he repaid her with a seat on the helicopter.
That is karma if I’ve ever seen it. [helicopter revving up] And there goes the first of ten helicopters! And to the 142 of you still in the city, there are only nine more helicopters coming.
Which means only 54 of you are going to the island. If you do not get a seat on one of them, you will be eliminated. Bring in the next helicopter.
I hid a ticket to this helicopter somewhere random in this city. [mechanical clicks] Good luck. If I were you, I would run fast.
Your entire future depends on it. You all sacrificed your friends, turned down insane amounts of money, and have fought tooth and nail to be here. Don't let it be for nothing.
