[Music] that was tough to spots [Music] hey come on in so welcome to my 700 s fo studio apartment here in Houston and I'm actually moving away next week but I couldn't leave without showing you since many of you have asked for it so yeah let me show you around again this is our 750 ft studio apartment in Houston Texas more specifically Midtown which I like because it's a lot more walkable as you may have seen in my other videos my office is is just a quick 10-minute bike ride straight into downtown first thing first
is the foyer and right at the entrance the first door is our a coat closet here is where we take off our shoes and keep some extra on the goat things and where we keep our Dyson vacuum dock which is our first hom Tech item and one that we are grabbing all the time for quick cleanups the Dyson B12 detect has a sensor that automatically changes suction strength also on this fancy LCD screen you can see the different particles it picks up but for sure my favorite is the laser dust detection feature which helps you
see everything and makes it satisfying to clean around then beside that is our inunit washer and dryer pretty standard nothing too advanced but in here we keep a storage car to take advantage of the narrow space [Music] and lastly here in the hall is our pantry [Music] door and right away after the hall is our living space as you can see it's a simply a big Square open floor plan so we'll go around the different sections one by one also we get these nice tall windows with an unobstructed East exposure so we get plenty natural
light early in the morning and it's always nice to wake up to a clear [Music] Sunrise so the first section of our living space is the kitchen which has ample amount of kicking space and storage and where I come to every morning for a fresh coffee or tea whichever I'm in the mood for here we have our coffee bean grinder and electric kettle by fellow which gives you precise control over the coarseness and temperature of your coffee and beside that is our smack toaster also in white let me show you a bit of how we've
organized starting with a simple weekly shopping or to-do list then in our cabinets our cups and mugs right above the coffee station then our medicine cabinet all of our food spices and oils here I keep some tech items like cameras and cables since it's higher up than all of our dish wear with some very simple racks to help separate them then again some more Tech and tools that I'm not using as often also some open shelving here where we keep our wine glasses and some kitchen related books for a quick [Music] recipe as for kitchen
hom Tech I always keep this lar water bottle near me and this very handy electric duster in vacuum by a tool with a companion electric screwdriver [Music] set the lar bottle however is super lowkey and cool from a glance you wouldn't know it has all this cool Tech it's not just a great looking one water bottle has a built-in self cleaning system that eliminates 99% of contaminants using UV light at just to press of a button and a fully built-in water filtration system so you never have to worry about where you're filling up also a
detachable handle which is where I hang my keys sometimes when I'm on the go and even cooler here on the lar app you can track all your metrics and start improving your hydration habits or you can use it to quickly check your filter status and more analytics so moving on next door is a place you probably see in all of my videos and it's where I spend majority of my time since I do work from home on some days this is the standup desk by urgan office starting off with this map by orbit key I
keep a pin here my magic Trackpad a mechanical keyboard and my Logitech mouse have a little plant which I try to maintain my computers right under this shelf and my airpods Max and this nice phone dock as well and lastly it's pretty much just a monitor the studio display and here on the side I have the scus board by Ikea which is nice to just store some accessories or cables that you need quick access to then of course I have an ergonomic office chair this one is the Herman niller airon also under the desk I
do make an effort to Cable manage everything [Music] needs be super clean athetic so yeah this is basically where I get all of my work done and the setup which I've been constantly changing and improving over time overall I like that my work area gets tons of natural light due to the window doors which leads us to the balcony out here we like to come have a bit of coffee depending on the weather don't have a City View but it's cool we're aligned with the trees so you can see the trees Sway and you get
a bit of greenery throughout the entire day [Music] also we did have to get used to the light Ral sounds being on Main [Music] Street and turning back around here's our rest of our living space which is separated by our pretty long sectional couch near the window we keep a small L white purifier and the very popular Ikea H mirror in the corner with a dry rack tucked behind to make use of that space too overall we try to keep it cozy with throws in pillows but still a neutral palette so yeah here we also
spend a good chunk of our time for anything really work and [Music] Leisure so a pretty standard 4K LG G Smart TV but I did upgrade the sound because you kind of have to if you want a bit more base for that I have the Sonos beam and white so it Blends in with the wall and really it's been perfect for a minimal setup it packs all the base I need to not disturb the neighbors and sounds awesome from music movies everything really and the Sono Soundbar is attached using this simple wallmount which also hides

believe this is still technically considered a studio because the room is not fully enclosed as you can see up here so yeah simple plain bed on one side I keep a stack of books which acts as a nightstand then a little reading SL lounging corner and both lamps were Ikea clearance finds by the way then this over here actually is supposed to be a computer monitor but it has smart features built in which practically makes it a TV also a pretty essential Tech item for me recently has been the ultra human ring air I'm pretty
new to sleep tracking on all of that but I really like using it so far the app is pretty nice and intuitive to use in addition to sleep tracking it helps me improve my cir cating alignment also helps me time caffeine intake in the morning and even vitamin D [Music] exposure so finally we're at the restroom closet and again very minimal neutral and a clutter-free look lots of storage where everything is Stolle away from the [Music] site our linen closet and en hamper and where we keep extras for guests then final storage is where we
keep majority of our daily use toiletries and do have another Home Tech item which is this smart scale the wiing body smart it's cool because on top of tracking weight you get body composition and of course it comes with its own app to view all of your data and keep track of your change in progress over time so yeah this is pretty much where all of our clothes lives at the very top we have some storage boxes then my clothes is here on the left side we have our shoes hidden all the way at the
