say yes once they say yeah what do they got to do is there is it online is an e-signature they can use you know there's many different uh products out there for that right now right okay so the point is doc you signed with others as well right so you're using that um but when you actually make the call okay when you get on the phone okay remember what do you have to do you have to you have to certainty does what it wanes right so if if there's two things number one there's inertia people
