definitely think this is the answer I think I got pre-work I'm extremely cracked out I got the Jitters my strength feels incredible right now and I got a I got a decent pump off one set I think I have the Pre-Workout cuz I usually work out in the afternoon and it's still morning here have a lot more energy than I usually have in the morning right now everyone is convinced they took pre-workout making two people just flat out wrong it's even left this guy speechless he's just so pumped he doesn't even know what to say

way is considering I don't hit arms that was a pretty good pump and more weight than I've done in a long time I definitely got some pre-workout I have insane pump right now I feel strong and my energy is through the roof still going to go with this one reasoning feel kind of the same pumps good pumps I think more than usual if you don't have some kind of stem product and uh terms of energy still there but kind of leveling off honestly I think I had no pre-workout because I felt energy at first but
as the the workout went on it kind of died down and of course the pump was subpar so I'm saying no pre-workout everyone apparently had a great pump except for Raph but he definitely doesn't seem too confident in his answer are you connecting with the muscle more than usual right now I'd say so yeah Challenge three we're doing pause squats on my count so when I say down you go down and you stay down until I say up and we're just going to go until until I feel like it okay let's go all right ready

you expect at a pre-workout you expect it to be good the pump but the pump wasn't good so no pre-workout leg days is usually pretty miserable even on pre-workouts so the fact that that was pretty easy we got to be taking pre today I think I have the Pre-Workout I was very focused and I still feel a little bit of energy and I got a good pump on that arm workout so that's why I think I have the pre Challenge number four is be a little cardio circuit we're going to do 15 calories on the
assault bike and the right when you're done you're going to run over to the sled and going to take it all the way there and then pull it all the way back through time okay fun but before we do that who took the fake like like what do you guys think right now who has the fake it's got to be him you it has to everyone else is cracked you guys are all like equally you think that yeah yeah okay who's going to go first you're one first yeah yeah you're going first as hard as
