Hey guys, welcome back to the channel. Today I'm doing something rather special and rather rewarding for myself. I am taking two lovely children to school of children, young adults to the prom.
We got Logan and Tilly. You are looking forward to this? Yeah.
Yeah. What school did you go? St.
Joe's. St. Joe.
So, you just finished now. You've done all your exams. Did you do good?
Do you know? Hopefully. Hopefully you're just an instant no.
No. Yeah. No.
Just No. No. And is this your girlfriend or just a friend?
No, just a friend. Just a friend. Sorry to ask that question.
It's very awkward. So, we're going to go to the prom. It's about 3 miles away, something like that.
Ke Hall. And uh what do you reckon everyone else is going to be coming in? Limos.
Yeah, limos. Ferraris. Well, I'll tell you what.
I um I took someone to prom last year and there was a 2 million pound Ferrari there and nobody even looked at it when I turned up in this. So, it's going to turn some heads. Right.
Should we get you on? Just get going. So, I'm going to have to use a ladder for Tilly.
She's got high heels on. So, climbing up's a bit out of the question. You can sit on the cannon, you can sit in the hole, whatever you want to do, whatever's comfortable.
Right. Time to get them on the tank. I remember my very first time on a tank and it wasn't too long ago and it was one of the most exciting days of my life.
Like who would have thought you'd have a roadleal tank, an actual roadleal tank going down the road amongst other cars. It is absolutely nuts. Honestly, it's so exciting and I bet these guys cannot wait.
But I've got to say it is a little bit awkward to get onto. So this is the only bad thing about these tanks is it's like that's the only step to get on to it. So, it's a bit of a bit of a nightmare to get onto.
Right, Logan, if you go up, jump up there, mate. I'm going to open the hatches. You got to pull them up as I open the hatch.
The hatches are where the commanders would sit and they would look through the mirrors and kind of guide the tank of where to go, but also operate the cannon, that humongous cannon, which is accurate to 11 miles by the way. And the 50 cal on top. Look at that nice golden gun.
Like something off Call of Duty. That thing would slice a car in half. It is insane.
And now it's my time to get onto the tank. And as you can see, it's pretty hard to get onto. Sound.
Stand on the seat. Okay. So, you see the seat down there?
Yeah. Stand on it. Beautiful.
Thank you. How we feeling, guys? We ready?
Excited. Yeah. So, Tilly is on the hatch here, stood on his seat, and Logan is just holding on for dear life, holding on to these missiles here.
All right, let's go. It is absolutely compulsory to smoke a cigar whilst driving a tank. In fact, if you are seen driving a tank without smoking a cigar, that is absolutely criminal.
Anyway, time to fire up the tank. Let's go. [Music] I'm ready.
Heat up here. Heat. Heat.
Heat up here. Right, we just pulled up at a layby. We're literally quarter of a mile from where we got to be.
It is 18 minutes past 7. Yeah. Should we wait till the bang on our pass or 25 pass?
25. Go as soon as possible. 25 pass.
Yeah. 25. Okay.
How is it? It's all right. I thought it would be a lot worse.
It's uh it's quite a smooth ride cuz it's like it's on it's 10 wheels this in total on the tracks, but it's got 10 10 suspension. So, it's like driving on top of a couch. Right.
We're ready. We're ready. Off we go.
And off we go. Listen to that gorgeous Rollsroyce engine roar. It is a 7 L diesel engine producing god knows how many hundreds if not thousands pounds of torque and about 300 horsepower which doesn't sound a lot but trust me this thing can shift when it needs to.
And check out these speed bumps. I didn't realize the speed bumps were that high on Kio campus. I think we nearly took off at one point, but luckily the guys were pretty much cemented in the hole, so go a bit faster.
Everyone's waiting for us at the venue. But first, one last speed bump just for good measure. [Music] Heat up here.
And just like that, we have arrived. And I've got to say, this is a really nice moment for me. Unfortunately, I was expelled from high school, so I didn't get to experience prom.
I didn't even know what prom looked like till a couple of years ago. And to arrive and see everyone's faces and see the two the two young couple or sorry friends on top of the tank just have so much fun just seeing the smiles on their faces. It really made me smile ear to ear.
I just found this so rewarding for myself. Honestly almost on the point of tears. It's so nice to give back.
Right, it's time to help them off the tank. Let's get the ladder out to Tilly and then we're going to do a few pictures with the staff, the kids, I guess pretty much everyone that stood there. And I'm really keen to find out how they enjoyed the ride.
So, how was that guys? Super different. Bouncy.
I must have I went over the speed bumps about 20 mph. I'm sorry. I had fingers in the driver's seat.
You don't really feel it. But soon as I went over, I was like, "Yeah, hold on. " Nothing bad happened.
Okay, so Mark's out of 10. 10. 10.
Recommend it. Yeah. Okay.
You want to get a few of your pals on and go for a little ride around the campus? Can I get one? Yeah.
I think Adele wants Adele wants to come on. Get Adele on. Take him for a little take the pals for a little spin.
Honestly, this thing is just so much fun to drive. I want to go again. So, let's rack up some of his mates and get another lap in around the campus.

Oh my word. This is incredible. Well, how was that?
Let's get everyone off the tank now. Take a few photos and wrap up the day. What an experience.
Right, that's a wrap. Everyone's inside now to take the pals for a little drive. But um it's a really nice thing to see and do.
It's like it's very rewarding for myself to do stuff like that cuz um where in the hell or when in the hell would you ever like get hold of a tank, let alone ride one to a prom. So, it's pretty cool to be able to give these experiences to people free of charge as well. I just enjoy doing it.
Like genuinely really do enjoy doing it. And um I like people always emailing me and they always ask, you know, why why does he deserve it? And most of the times like these kids have had really tough times or like uh horrible in the family.
So yeah, it's it's just pretty cool to give back a little bit and um give these guys an experience they'll never forget and it's cool as [ __ ] right? Hope you enjoyed that guys. Hit me up in the comments section what else you want to see me do with the tank.
