so guys in this video I'm gonna give you five pieces of tech that I can't live without sir guys my channel is not exactly like a tech review channel or a thing like that but I just thought I'd give you five pieces of tech that I actually have with me right now I think there's some that are still in London but um five pieces of tech that like I use I bring with me everywhere it doesn't matter where I'm traveling in the world right now I'm in Bali some of the stuff is biohacking some some
of the stuff is like for my personal enjoyment and this other stuff is for learning so let's get into piece number one let's see what should I do for the more number one is this which is boring now conveniently enough they are actually a client of mine so we run their paid traffic my marketing agency and I kind of fan Boyde when I found that when I found out because I was already a customer of theirs and then I became you know the agency that represents them so reason I put this number one is I
travel everywhere with this simply because it's always on me or pretty much 99% of time sometimes when I'm back in London and I got my other jewelry on I'll take it off during the day to put on at night but this is the first thing that travels with me everywhere all of the data loads up onto my phone and Billy who's my personal trainer he puts that into my biohacking sheet honestly I cannot say better things about this I'm wearing a watch I'm wearing jewelry who the wants to go around with a shitty Fitbit or
what are these other like wearable shitty piece sets act like even the Apple watch I'm just personally not a fan of I want to wear like a real real walk and not in you know my outfit not look you know how more my watch before some bracelets and this and I get compliments for people saying that oh that's a really cool ring and what jeweler is that from and I'm like then I show them that inside and they're like okay this thing tracks a bunch of important data for both myself and my personal trainer things
like HRV deep sleep REM sleep just all in all this thing goes to me everywhere and if you don't have one of these things I think the base model is around $300 make sure you go to the website add it to your basket and then wait go back on Facebook and then purchase from that link I'll get the conversion value or we'll continue to be a happy client of mine no affiliate link just do that for me if you get it so number two is this right here which are airports now this thing is beating
up its dirty I've taken this to the beach I've taken this on it's in multiple different countries like this thing goes everywhere with me so I'm not gonna get an appeal to do one of those like cool little you know macro shots he's doing on all the other pieces because it's things like genuinely like dirty I'm kind of embarrassed but Apple earpods I'm not gonna lie when this thing first came out I felt people look like absolute idiots wearing it at first when I first saw it I thought it looked just a super ridiculous but
like everything else wants to reach or reaches mass adoption then like you're totally cool wearing it so yeah this thing goes everywhere with me probably the favorite thing about this is like if someone talks to me I can just do this and the music pause is pretty much part of like the digital marketer entrepreneur like starter kit is having one of these four calls for general music and just day-to-day stuff like this thing it's a must-have I got to tell you that [Music] so the next piece is this looks pretty odd this is the muse
this is actually a meditation headband it goes on hooks over your ear like that data taken from this I use with my personal trainer Billy he puts this into my biohacking sheet the cool thing is it gives you real-time feedback this is actually the muse one because I'm in Bali right now at the time recording this I couldn't get my hands on the muse - so once I get back to London I'll get the 2.0 version but this thing tracks the basically what it is it's a eg reader and this thing tracks your meditation and
it has different soundtracks for example like rainforest so if you are kind of brain is a little bit frenetic at that time or you know you're you're just not focused you know you're not you don't have that stillness then it'll let you know because it starts to give you this like heavy rainfall and then once you quiet in your mind it kind of rewards you with Birds so what that does is kind of similar to what happened when I had a meditation coach and she could kind of see how I was breathing she could see
if I was slouching or not and she could tell me man it's time to reset her or lucky man just focus on your breath again it helps you in that sense it's almost like having like a meditation coach sitting in front of you I recommend getting this some days I use this without the sound sometimes I'll just use it literally just to track my meditation session and once again my goal this year is 15 minutes on average every single day so some days I might have to do more and some days you know you might
have to do less of meditation daily so this thing is a good way to track it it gives you active time neutral time in the calm time and then total meditation a bunch of other cool stuff in the 2.0 version as well so this thing goes now goes everywhere with me because yeah I track my meditation [Music] so this next piece is probably the most hated piece by my girlfriend my mom and my close friends and that is my Kindle okay because his thing if you are on your phone you know all day every day
if you're in bed with your girlfriend or like just sitting around in your house and your mom's around you know being on your phone is kind of rude but reading a book reading a book is fine I spent a lot of time reading especially since 2019 since I started getting back into it I love the feel of like real books from 2014 to 2017 I read a book a week and that was all like paperback or hardcover and I liked highlighting in mono but I recently moved to Kindles simply because I can highlight things and
I can put it in the community cliffnotes so the grower agency community cliffnotes you might have seen a video where I've taught you know reviewed a book or the principles in a book and then below I leave the free resource which is just the community cliff notes that I you know I take I highlight everything that on your computer you can go to the Kindle Notes app and you can see all of the notes so that's why I use Kindle I just like Kindle you know you can hold it in like one hand whereas a
book you can hold in one hand you can mean like a weird position in bed there's just a law you can do that this model is the most expensive one it's around 400 bucks but that's because it's called 3G anywhere in the world if you want to see how that came about read a book called everything store and you'll see the idea behind you know having free 3G anywhere in the world unlimited and how that kind of came about but this thing is also waterproof so I'm in Bali right now if I want to read
in a pool I guess that's kind of useful but all in all the main reason I got this one is compared to compared to this one which is actually also my neck I gave it to my girlfriend this thing is like the cheapest model they have I got it I got this because I have the worst luck when it comes to Kindles I've broke in like eight or nine kilos I don't I've never broken a phone never lost a phone but for some reason when it comes to Kindles I always break them so I kind
of gave up and I'm like you know I'm gonna buy the cheapest one because I'm done with you know breaking candles so I got this look if you are a entrepreneur honestly just buy the nicer one just trust me now buy the nicer one if you can't afford this thing's like 70 pounds or something like that and this one is like 320 pounds so a little bit more now this kind of poses a debate do you do a Kindle or real book and I think I'll save that for a different video but right now my
personal preference 100% just for the experience and the fact that I do the community cliff notes which is kind of like a book review and my take on books this one is 100% away [Music] alright so number five last and final is this big boy right here which is the feel that 17 speaker now I actually was given this speaker this exact speaker as a gift from my friend Bob after we did some work with Bang & Olufsen in Holland back when my agency did creative work we did a video shoot I think if you
go look on my YouTube like a back it was in end of February yeah I think it was like roughly end of February 2017 you'll probably find a video on air or something but we're always giving each other gifts yeah like he'll come to London all you know come to London he'll bring me a gift I'll go to Holland and I'll bring them a gift and sometimes it gets pretty ridiculous like it's not even an occasional will spend like 500 or a kale on each other I've tested other speakers this is by far my favorite
speaker for this size this form factor you can just leave this kind of chilling anywhere or you can also take it on as handle I think this thing is waterproof I'm not entirely sure but for this size I've found nothing that even comes close to comparing in terms of actual quality the fact that it's portable as I said you know it's not like I know this stuff like home pogs out there you know some people have speakers connected to their computers or whatever this thing I take this thing everywhere in my house to the kitchen
the bedroom I love my music so between my work blocks when I'm just kind of relaxing kind of decompressing between work sessions I will believe like outlast music I feel terrible for my neighbors I'm in Bali right now so I took a little bit of a bigger bag that I normally do if I'm going to say like New York for you know after this I'm going to LA in New York I say I'm going to LA New York for a client training I'm there for a week that I'm not realistically gonna take this this it
comes in at number five which is just a high-quality speaker now I actually have a backup speaker as well so this is the I think it's the UE boom ultimate ears boom 3 plus or mega or so feel like that it's the biggest size of this model that they have this thing is cool because this thing is entirely waterproof like entirely waterproof it looks cool that's the other thing I like about the bangles in one is both these speakers they don't really look like I know a lot of speakers out there you know baingan Olsen
has a real focus on like design and aesthetic which I like so that's why this kind of complements my current apartment as well you can take this to the beach you can take this anywhere you want basically no matter where I'm going in the world even if it's for like four or five days I always bring this thing in my suitcase because most hotels they don't have any good speaker system in place it's so funny sometimes I'll get to a hotel super fancy hotel get in I'll try to plug in my iPhone and the only
dog they have is one of those shitty like iPhone 4 not like the Thunderbolt ones like one of the really old shitty ones for like the old iPods or whatever and I'm just like so so disappointed this no matter where in the world comes with me so guys these are my top five technically six because these two come together as I said no matter where I go in the world I'm bringing this aura I'm bringing this Kindle this Muse these air pods and depending on how long the state is one of these speakers so uh
