must be a good offer well chances are if you heard it from a YouTube video or a course everybody else has heard of it too so how do we fix this the first thing you need to do is subscribe to the channel now I'm only joking but you'll be glad you did because I'm going to be dropping some fire in the next few months the first thing you actually need to do is start researching your Niche this means going out and actually talking to people who run businesses in whatever industry you want to work in

let's say it is e-commerce companies that's a very wide landscape of different companies so you need to go deeper than this I'll tell you a story here so one thing I used to do whenever I was starting out was I'll go into Drop Shipping communities like e-commerce communities on places like Reddit Facebook and Linkedin I knew a little bit about Drop Shipping from a store that I had run myself I wasn't an expert but I knew enough of the lingo that I could talk to people in the community about it I started putting up a

few short written posts that would be valuable to people in the Drop Shipping space who didn't really know much about copywriting I was a freelance copywriter at the time and naturally I wanted to get clients in the Ecom space so I was was posting these things and they were getting a couple of upvotes but pretty soon I noticed that people would start to message me and ask me questions about the posts that I was creating they would ask me questions about the post that I made or send me their website for some feedback on my

copywriting and stuff and I genuinely wasn't even trying to sell them anything I was just giving them value because I was doing copyrighting at the time and I had no one to talk to so I was like okay I'll just talk to e-commerce store owners because at least I can give them some value and this achieved a few things it allowed me to actually meet a lot of people in my space and network which would then eventually end up in me getting clients out of that then I was also able to understand my market a

bit better find out what they want they all seem to want like landing pages ads emails and so that's what I ended up focusing on at the start then I realized that these people were actually in my DMs they wanted what I had to sell and I was already helping them so I added two and two together and I started to offer my services for money and after months of sending out cold emails to random companies online I landed my first client on Reddit the first client I got asked me to write a landing page

for him and he gave me a hundred dollars which ended up working out really well he got more sales out of it then he got me on for more gigs and then he ended up referring me to his friends who also had Ecom stores so it got the ball rolling for me which is what every single beginner wants and it also taught me one massive thing find out what people want and give it to them upfront for free so that solves your first two problems where to find your target clients and how to get their
