[Music] pain the levia solving is the massive almost silent amount of time that operations work takes up um on my founder plate operations it's getting people paid on time it's figuring out how to give people equity in a logical way it really just keeps me on the actual things that I need to be doing and off of the things that I really shouldn't be spending my time on admin legal registering with State departments for remote employees because we're a fully remote team optimizing the speed cost and efficiency across all of our operations
