You are traveling and end up getting stuck in a traffic jam, so you decide to take a shortcut to get to your appointment on time, but in this shortcut you find a trio of cannibals that start hunting you. What would you do? In this video of defeating movies we will follow Chris and Jessie trying to survive and I will try to make better decisions to beat wrong turn boyfriend who jokes saying that no one there would hear her screaming.
After that she hears a noise and Rich her boyfriend appears on the edge of the mountain bleeding and his body is thrown to the ground and the woman's rope starts to be pulled, she quickly manages to cut her rope and hold onto the rocks so she doesn't fall and in her turn to jump and grab the other rope next to her she ends up slipping and falling too. Someone starts laughing in the background and the woman runs towards her car but obviously he wasn't looking at the ground and got caught in a trap. So we see a lot of stories about inbreeding but known as consanguinity which is when genetically similar relatives have children.
There is a classic case where the Habsburg house of Austria, organized strategic marriages between family members so that their riches were not diluted in other nuclei of nobility. However, this did not last long because with each generation that passed symptoms such as mental illness and reduced motor and cognitive skills, among others, they were accumulating and mortality and the difficulty of generating offspring only increased. Also, it seems that there was a place in the mountains where several people mysteriously disappeared and were never seen again.
So we start following Chris Flynn on a road trip as his radio reports that two students are missing and still not found, Chris doesn't care too much about the news and puts on a CD. He arrives at a traffic jam and finds that a truck has overturned further ahead and turned chemicals onto the road and would take at least two hours to clear the road. As Chris is in a hurry to get to an interview he decides to turn around.
So he decides to take the famous shortcut and in this part here everyone from the comments will say if shortcut was good was the main path. Well this sentence is true in parts, because I've done it a few times, if you look at a 4 hour traffic jam and don't think about cutting a path, congratulations you are a patient person. .
. The difference is that I have never found any group yet . crazy about shortcuts.
And I hope I don't find it, I don't want to get my hands dirty. Chris goes to a gas station with several abandoned cars in front and with an unfriendly old man at the entrance, he asks for a phone but it wasn't working, after that he asks for an alternative route to the old man and he says there was none. So he decides to check the map and finds a dirt road, so he could see this guy's cell phone didn't have a camera, so taking a picture of the map wouldn't be an option, he needed to memorize the map which wasn't too difficult because it said that there was only one road that skirted the river and returned to the main road.
Chris decides to take the road and we see that old man commenting after he left that he would need to take care of himself on that road. After a while on the road he came to a fork and on the smaller road there was a sign indicating that it was the correct road. But if you think about it, hardly a bigger road that leads to a highway would decrease that much, being that there was a bigger one next to it.
He could try to follow the main road if he was in doubt I would do it in that case and then if he hit a dead end just go back, after all someone could have changed that sign just for fun. The radio starts to fail and Chris drops the cd in the car, running the risk of crashing the car he starts looking, luckily he doesn't crash the car. But then he gets distracted by a dead deer on the road and then I wonder if this guy should drive, because he would have seen this car stopped before looking at the deer, but that's okay, right.
After destroying the car he leaves without a scratch, he discovers that the tires of the car that was stopped were punctured on purpose by someone because the barbed wire was tied to a tree, Jessie comments that she would go back to the gas station to look for a phone but Chris comments that there wasn't a phone at the gas station, but even so they should go that way after all the traffic was stopped on the highway due to the amount of people stopped on the highway, surely more people would start to take that secondary road so the chance of them finding a car by the way would be much longer that way they could go back to the road and call for a tow truck. The group decides to split up and four go looking for help and two stay in the car, curiously they decide to go in the opposite direction, since if this road were correct it would last at least 25km more, which is what Chris said when he was at the gas station seeing that map. I also researched even though I thought it wouldn't work, about them taking the wheels off the mustang and putting them on the land-rover but the wheel holes are different.
The ideal here would be to walk towards the main road and wait for another smartass wanting to take a shortcut. They start walking down the road and we see that Scott likes to talk a lot, he says that the group was going camping but got lost. Also, he asks if Chris saw the moments of his life playing in slow motion at the time of the crash, but he says no.
And it looks like someone is watching the couple who stayed in the cars. They talk about going to the middle of nowhere and that they should have taken Jessie to New York but she preferred to be out in the wild. After that they decide to relax to see if anyone appears on the road.
The other group continues walking down the road and finds a dead animal, Chris comments that he needed to get to an interview at 19, but I think he has better things to worry about for now. They find an abandoned bonfire in the forest and believe someone is there. Evan and Francine start rummaging around for things to eat in the cars, and Evan hears a noise in the woods and decides to go check it out alone without saying anything, well we already know where this is going to go , right then Francine goes after the guy and ends up finding a lost sneaker, soon she finds her boyfriend's ears and she is taken by surprise by someone with barbed wire in his hand, well these two wouldn't have much to do.
Scott keeps talking his ass off as he walks and they come to a dead end, on the edge of a cliff. They come back and find an uninviting house on the road, with several abandoned and plucked vehicles in front, at first there seemed to be no one at home so Chris decides he would go in there and look for a phone, which I think is very unlikely to have in mind. a house like this in the middle of nowhere.
Jessie mentions breaking into the house like that wouldn't be a good idea either, Carly comments that she needed to pee and Chris says they needed a phone because they had two cars crashed. Since they are determined to enter the house, they could enter two or three people and one stand watch, watching the street to see if anyone was coming, as whether they wanted to or not they were trespassing on private property and in some states you are allowed shoot whoever is invading. They enter the house which is extremely disgusting and is full of tools and car keys, Scott for the first time says something useful and says that the house could be from some cult and really they should get out of there soon and she could pee on the edge from the road instead of trying to use the bathroom in this macabre house.
Chris finds a stew being made and Carly goes to the bathroom and the pee probably evaporated as soon as she saw the toilet. Chris continues walking around the house and finds a bizarre fridge, with several pieces of meat and let's say they weren't animals and Jessie finds the barbed wire that was used to puncture the car's tire. Now they decide to run away, but a truck is arriving at the house with the gang's cars.
They try to get out the back but the door was closed with wood, maybe Scott should have tried to kick close to where the wood was nailed, but maybe he didn't have time to completely remove that board. Chris and Jessie hide under a bed and see Francine's body being thrown to the floor and then dismembered by the freaks. One of the guys drops an ammo cartridge and almost touches Chris.
After a while the three cannibals take a nap and the group decides to come out of hiding, they even bump into some things along the way but they don't wake up the crazy ones. When opening the screen door, it is creaking so Chris holds the spring to stop the noise but it doesn't help much because one of the guys wakes up and is staring at Chris. He starts running and tells the group to run too.
Maybe he could move that bench in front of the door to slow the guys down a bit since two of them looked big and clumsy. The four go up a hill and the cannibals get out on top of the truck in the opposite direction, here they could observe where the guys would turn on the road and follow the opposite direction of them at least that way they would buy some time to try to escape and before they could go through the house and grab anything to try and defend themselves. The group continues fleeing until they arrive in an area with several abandoned cars and decide to stop running and stay there for a while in shock trying to find out if any cars still work and how those three managed to get away with it.
It doesn't take long for the truck to arrive at the scene and the freaks start sniffing around to see if anyone was there. The group comes up with a plan to have someone distract the crazies while the rest go get the truck, Chris decides to be the bait. But he could have run the other way between the cars instead of being in the open field running in a straight line, he made it a lot easier for the guy to shoot him, luckily it was just in the leg.
Besides running away they could use all those cars as cover and try to get into the woods without being seen and then turn around and go after the freaks' truck, for sure the trio would be looking for them among the abandoned cars. As Chris was shot, Scott decides to run away and manages to get the attention of the three crazies, so Chris takes his belt and makes a tourniquet to try to stop the bleeding, but this measure is only effective for a few hours because after that he can have serious damage to the body. fabric, but that's not the concern of these guys for now.
They arrive in the truck and find Evan already lifeless, they manage to get the truck and the crazy ones chase them, while they follow the road looking for Scott, the guy ends up taking some arrows and dying. And let's say this guy has a very good aim to hit Scott in the middle of the forest between the trees and all arrows almost in the same place. Carly is in shock at having lost her boyfriend and they take that road not knowing where it would lead until they find some trees felled to the ground and the truck gets stuck in a pothole, instead of abandoning the truck so fast they could look for a log .
to create traction on the vehicle's wheel and free the truck. But they just run away and start looking for a higher point to try to find an escape route, even finding bear traps along the way and when the group stops to rest they see an ancient watchtower and decide to climb there, but before going up someone should go back and cover the tracks they left behind to try to prevent them from being followed there, after the group enters the tower Carly finds an old radio while Jessie was bandaging Chris' leg. Also they find some light sticks, which they shouldn't be lighting, this orange light will probably serve as a beacon for the crazy ones who are hunting these guys.
They try to use the radio to call for help but initially it doesn't work, Chris says not to touch anything and leave it on the same frequency, I would maybe look at the volume so I don't end up drawing attention, Chris sees that they are not alone there and at that moment someone ends up responding on the radio and causing super loud interference drawing the attention of the assassins. Chris looks for something to lock the door and prevent them from entering there, but he should get something to try to knock the three fingers down the ladder, he manages to prevent the three fingers from entering, the trio thinks they were safe, but the crazy people pulled the radio and set fire to the base of the tower, forcing them to leave the tower or they would end up burned, Carly breaks the window saying she would jump to not burn to death and Chris observes the nearby trees and decides to jump, that was probably the only plan anyway, however it would be very risky because one of the branches could easily pass through the body of whoever jumped, so they should try to jump on smoother branches to not risk so much with great luck everyone jumps and no one is impaled by a branch. They wonder if they managed to escape the maniacs, but the answer comes through an arrow, the three of them start walking through the trees and it doesn't take long for Carly to be caught by the three-fingered axe.
Chris tells Jessie he had a plan, so he looks for a branch and says they 're going to knock the three finger off the tree, but Jessie comments that he could n't move as fast as she could. She catches the attention of the three fingers and takes him to the agreed place and Chris manages to knock him off the tree. After that, they flee to a waterfall and stay there overnight without being seen by the trio.
This location was probably helping to disguise their scent and prevent them from being found. Chris says he's sorry for Jessie's friends and she tells her why they were there, as her ex boyfriend broke up with her on the phone and her friends decided to take this trip to help her get over the breakup, Chris says it wasn't her fault that all happened. In the morning Jessie has a nightmare and the two wake up now that they have found this waterfall the duo should start following the river, because usually rivers lead to some civilization no matter where you are, if you follow the current of a river the chance of you meeting people is very large and previously on the map that Chris saw at the gas station you could see that the river crossed to the road but the two decide to continue walking through the forest, they arrive near a road and are attacked, Jessie ends up being taken and Chris runs to a police truck trying to ask the guy for help, but the policeman is quickly eliminated by an arrow, at this time Chris should get that gun before getting in the car because he would have something to defend himself against the cannibal , only he decided to get in the car and noticed that he didn't have the key in the ignition, the cannibal shoots one more time and goes down from the mountain to the car to get his dinner, he puts the policeman's body in the trunk and decides to leave, Chris manages to hide on the side of the road temporarily but he decides to go back and take a ride in the car to that macabre house.
That wouldn't be a good idea, after all he is outnumbered and unarmed, and it was impossible for him to know if Jessie was still alive, so far the cannibals kill everyone quickly. But by a miracle Jessie was still intact, arriving at the house the cannibal takes the policeman's body and takes it inside and Chris decides to set fire to the door in the house and then drive the car through the door, which is very risky since he could run Jessie down inside. If he had taken that gun he could have tried to lure the guys out and finish them off with the pistol.
But he manages to incapacitate one with the car and Chris tries to hit another with a molotov cocktail, but he ends up partially hitting the guy, even so he manages to get a tire iron and use it as a sword to knock him out and here instead of going To save the girl in trouble he should either get the cop's gun or make sure the guys didn't get up anymore by finishing both of them on the ground. A few good hits or a shot to the head would guarantee the service and there would only be the three fingers they dropped from the tree earlier that is if he was still alive after that fall. But Chris decides to go free Jessie and ends up being attacked, Jessie manages to finish letting go and takes one of the arrows and hits the big guy in the head, and she must have used a bow and arrow because there was a chance she accidentally hit Chris with the arrow in, as it is not so simple to use a bow and arrow.
The three fingers appears with a club and starts attacking Chris, Jessie manages to hit him and Criss finds a chain and passes it through the cannibal's neck, so Jessie takes an ax and drives it into the cannibal's chest. And so guys, just to be sure I would step on these crazy people's heads because the guys seem to be extremely resistant or I would try to hit the head with an ax, in a way that the damage would be permanent, because the arrow seems to have reached half of that one's head guy and he's still alive, along with the one who was run over and the three fingers. Chris takes the rifle and walks away from the house, shooting at the fuel tank, blowing up the house.
They take that old truck and go back to the gas station, get the map and drive away. So after that we ended up seeing that the rescue team arrived a little late and found the house totally destroyed and let's say that the policeman ended up having an unpleasant surprise because at least one member of the trio was still alive.
