when you do it in a meeting format it's not just one person me coming to Abby and complaining about that person not doing their job or complaining about this problem it's actually everybody who needs to be appraised to the situation and being able to change the situation is in agreement with how to fix it and moving it forward and that is actually what a meeting is there to do it's to go over what happened so that doesn't happen again or so that we can keep doing that thing and then it's also to plan for future
growth and if you don't do that everybody's running around doing their own thing and not feeling like they're part of a group
