CH 24 I believe he was setting the groundwork for him to explain the parable of the 10 virgins in Matthew 25: 1 to13 the Bible reads then the kingdom of heaven will be like 10 bridesmaids who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom five of them were foolish and five were wise the five who were foolish didn't take enough olive oil for their lamps but the other five were wise Enough To Take Along extra oil when the bridegroom was delayed they all became drowsy and fell asleep at midnight they were roused by the

shout look the bridegroom is coming come out and meet him all the Bridesmaids got up and prepared their lamps then the five foolish ones asked the others please give us some of your oil because our lamps are going out but the others replied we don't have enough for all of us go to a shop and buy some For yourselves but while they were gone to buy oil the bridegroom came then those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast and the door was locked later when the other five bridesmaids returned they stood

warning in God's word the wise Among Us are prayerful they're patiently waiting they're expectant of the Lord's return but the foolish the foolish one Says tomorrow I'll get right with God tomorrow I'll pray tomorrow but tomorrow is not promised dear friend the wise Among Us Will Be watchful they'll see the sign of the times because they study God's word but the foolish the foolish will fall asleep they will miss the signs because of a lack of knowledge pray for wisdom saints of God we ought to be wise in these times that We live in we

Full Gospel of Jesus Christ a gospel that calls us to repent and forsake our sinful ways a gospel that calls us to take up Our cross and follow you Matthew 24: 11-14 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people because of the increase of wickedness the love of most will grow cold but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved and this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to All Nations and then the end will come father even as lawlessness increases I pray

that the love of the Lord will remain strong in our lives let our love as as children of God never grow cold May our hearts remain sensitive to your voice May our hearts remain soft and receptive to your voice Lord Jesus and even as Sin is prevalent in this world may we remain pure and upright through the strength of the Holy Spirit Psalm 25: 20-21 says guard my life and rescue me do not let Me be put to shame for I take refuge in you may integrity and uprightness protect me because my hope Lord is

in you help us to be men and women with Integrity in a lawless World help us to be people who stand up for righteousness let us not be contaminated be the sin and filth of this world Lord and should we be tempted should our flesh fall into temptation be our strength Lord Jesus and help us to Resist your word in 1 Corinthians 10:3 says no temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man God is faithful and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability but with the Temptation he will also provide

said to them take heed and be A Ware of covetousness for one's life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses then he spoke a parable to them saying the ground of a certain rich Man yielded plentiful and he thought within himself saying what shall I do since I have no room to store my crops so he said I will do this I will pull down my Barns and build greater and there I will store all my crops and my goods and I will say to my soul soul you have many Goods

laid up for many years take your ease eat drink and be married but God said to him fool this night your soul will be required of you then whose will those things be which You have provided so is he who lays up treasure for himself and is not rich toward God people of God learn this lesson we only have so much time on this world and we have no time to waste it do you know what I found I found that life is full of surprises in fact my walk with God has been full of

surprises I made plans I wrote down my Goals and dream dreams I expected everything to go right I expected things to go my way but the thing is we can make plans we can write down our goals and our targets however here's what the Bible says Proverbs 19: 21 many are the plans in the mind of a man but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand now there is a danger in making plans without acknowledging the fact that God is ultimately in control and that tomorrow is not promised after all The Bible

does say in James 4: 13-15 come now you who say today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring what is your life for you you are a Mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes instead you ought to say if the Lord Wills we will live and do this or that now how many of us really live like this whereby we make our plans yes but Still acknowledge that God has

the final say when was the last time you said if the Lord Wills I will live and do this or that now don't get me wrong it's good to be wise and save it's good to make retirement plans it's good to work hard with your hands and build a better life for you and your family those things are good but it's crucial for you to invest in your relationship with God it's crucial for You to invest in the treasures that are in heaven it's crucial for you to live life knowing that eternity lasts forever but

this world is only passing by now let us pray dear Lord have mercy on me forgive me if I have put more effort in the things of this world as opposed to Heavenly things forgive me if I invested more time in building things here on Earth as opposed to storing up Treasures in Heaven your word in Matthew 6: 19- 21 says do not lay up for yourselves Treasures on Earth where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal but lay up for yourself Treasures in Heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys and

where thieves do not break in and steal for where your treasure is there your heart will be also Lord I pray that you would give me a heart that seeks Heavenly Treasures Above Earthly things I pray that the material things of this world would not have any kind of hold on me I pray that my eyes and heart would never be drawn to chase the riches of this world or the silver and gold of this world instead King Jesus I pray that I would be richly filled with the Holy Spirit I pray that I would

be richly filled with the love of God in my heart a love that seeks to minister to the unsaved and help the poor may I be Richly filled with a love from God so that I can serve the body of Christ and do all I can to spread the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ father help me to realize that Earthly treasure Earthly crowns are temporary they are short-lived and any riches in this world are perishable however I know that you Lord Jesus offer a greater treasure than anything on this Earth father your

word in James 1 and12 says blessed is the man who endures Temptation for when he has been approved he will receive the Crown of Life which the Lord has promised to those who love him help me father to endure the Temptations of this world strengthen me holy spirit so that I can resist the advances of the devil because in doing so there is the reward of the Crown of Life father I desire to be rewarded with the crown of righteousness your word in 2 Timothy chapter 4:8 says finally there is laid Up for me the

crown of righteousness which the Lord the righteous judge will give to me on that day and not to me only but also to all all who have loved his appearing I pray that the Holy Spirit would help me and strengthen me to live a life that is pleasing to you Lord Jesus you are the only one who can offer Eternal riches Eternal crowns and blessings in your presence forever more and so father I have decided to let go Of this world I choose to leave the luxuries afforded to me in this world all so that

I can focus on you King Jesus let me not be distracted by the things of this world or even by my own personal plans but may I be forever engaged in the pursuit of righteousness you Lord Jesus are worth far more than all the silver and gold offered in this world my true riches lie in you and I Rejoice because of that I honor you and I Lift Your Name on High Be glorified Lord Jesus amen one of our biggest resources as Christians is prayer prayer for us as Believers is power it's our lifeline and

were imprisoned but the Bible says In Acts 16 verse 25 and at midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang Praises unto God and the prisoners heard them so do you see a pattern here in all the verses that I've read Hezekiah on his deathbed prayed Jonah in the belly of a fish prayed Hannah in deep anguish prayed JZ when seeking a blessing prayed so you see prayer is a necessity for us the Bible gives us all these Different kinds of examples of men and women who sought after the Lord in prayer so that we can

learn and be encouraged that we need to pray too no matter where you are God can hear you if you pray whether you're underwater God can hear you if you're at the end of your life God can still hear you no matter your situation I encourage you to pray because prayer still works God still hears prayers the Lord still answers Prayers if you call unto the Lord his word says I will show you Great and Mighty things which you do not know you see Jesus Christ is faithful and he's merciful so so what you must

do is cry out in faith and so now let us approach the throne of God together and let's do what we've been encouraged to do let us pray no matter where life finds you in this moment pray pray to the God who hears who sees who knows pray to the god whose ear is is attentive to your Prayer Lord Jesus we give you praise and honor we glorify your name and we're thankful for your goodness God give us Grace in our prayer lives and strengthen us to pray with fervency to pray with boldness and Faith

foolish the foolish one says tomorrow I'll get right with God tomorrow I'll pray tomorrow but tomorrow is not promised dear friend the the wise Among Us Will Be watchful they'll see the signs of the times because they study God's word but the foolish the foolish will fall asleep They will miss the signs because of a lack of knowledge pray for wisdom saints of God we ought to be wise in these times that we live in we ought to be Spirit-filled and spirit-led we ought to get our lives ready and stay ready waiting for our Lord

never grow cold May our hearts remain sensitive to your voice May our hearts remain soft and receptive to your voice Lord Jesus and even as Sin is prevalent in this world may we remain pure and upright through the strength of the Holy Spirit Psalm 25: 20-21 says guard my life and rescue me do not let me be put to shame for I take refuge in you may integrity and uprightness protect me because my hope Lord is in you help us to be men and women with Integrity in a lawless world help us to be people

who stand up for Righteousness let us not be contaminated be the sin and filth of this world Lord and should we be tempted should our flesh fall into temptation be our strength Lord Jesus and help us to resist your word in 1 Corinthians 10:3 says no tempt ation has overtaken you that is not common to man God is faithful and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability but With the Temptation he will also provide the way of excape that you may be able to endure it thank you Lord Jesus for being a

of the things he possesses then he spoke a parable to them saying the ground of a certain rich man yielded plentiful and he thought within himself saying what shall I do since I have no room to store my crops so he said I will do this I will pull down my Barns and build greater and there I will store all my crops and my Goods and I will say to my soul soul you have many Goods laid up for many years take your ease eat drink and be marry but God said to him fool this

night your soul will be required of you then whose will those things be which you have provided so is he who lays up treasure for himself and is not rich toward God people of God learned this lesson we only have so much time on this world and we have no Time to waste it do you know what I found I found that life is full of surprises in fact my walk with God has been full of surprises I made plans I wrote down my goals and dreams I expected everything to go right I expected things

to go my way but the thing is we can make plans we can write down our goals and our targets however here's what the Bible says Proverbs 19: 21 many are the plans in the mind of a man but it is the purpose of the Lord That will stand now there is a danger in making plans without acknowledging the fact that God is ultimately in control and that tomorrow is not promised after all the Bible does say in James chapter 4: 13-15 come now you who say today or tomorrow we will go into such and

such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring what is your life for you are a Mist that appears for A little time and then vanishes instead you ought to say if the Lord Wills we will live and do this or that now how many of us really live like this whereby we make our plans yes but still acknowledge that God has the final say when was the last time you said if the Lord Wills I will live and do this or

that now don't get me wrong it's good to be wise and save it's good to make retirement plans It's good to work hard with your hands and build a better life for you and your family those things are good but it's crucial for you to invest in your relationship with God it's crucial for you to invest in the Treasure measures that are in heaven it's crucial for you to live life knowing that eternity lasts forever but this world is only passing by now let us pray dear Lord have mercy on me forgive me if I

Have put more effort in the things of this world as opposed to Heavenly things forgive me if I invested more time in building things here on Earth as opposed to storing up Treasures in Heaven your word in Matthew 6: 19- 21 says do not lay up for yourselves Treasures on Earth where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal but lay up for yourself Treasures in Heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break In and steal for where your treasure is there your heart will be also so

Lord I pray that you would give me a heart that seeks Heavenly Treasures above Earthly things I pray that the material things of this world would not have any kind of hold on me I pray that my eyes and heart would never be drawn to chase the riches of this world or the silver and gold of this world instead King Jesus I pray that I Would be richly filled with the Holy Spirit I pray that I would be richly filled with the love of God in my heart a love that seeks to minister to the

unsaved and help the poor may I be richly filled with a love from God so that I can serve the body of Christ and do all I can to spread the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ father help me to realize that Earthly treasure Earthly crowns are Temporary they are short-lived and any riches in this world are perishable however I know that you Lord Jesus offer a greater treasure than anything on this Earth father your word in James 1 and 12 says blessed is the man who endures Temptation for when he has been

approved he will receive the Crown of Life which the Lord has promised to those who love him help me father to endure the Temptations of this world strengthen me holy spirit so that I can resist the advances of the devil because in doing so there is the reward of the Crown of Life father I desire to be rewarded with the crown of righteousness your word in 2 Timothy 4:8 says finally there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord the righteous judge will give to me me on that day and not

to me only but also to all who have loved his Appearing I pray that the Holy Spirit would help me and strengthen me to live a life that is pleasing to you Lord Jesus you are the only one who can offer Eternal riches Eternal crowns and blessings in your presence forever more and so father I have decided to let go of this world I choose to leave the luxury is afforded to me in this world all so that I can focus on you King Jesus let me not be distracted by the things of this world

or even by my own Personal plans but may I be forever engaged in the pursuit of righteousness you Lord Jesus are worth far more than all the silver and gold offered in this world my true riches lie in you and I Rejoice because of that I honor you and I Lift Your Name on High be glorified Lord Jesus amen one of our biggest resources as Christians is prayer prayer for us as Believers is power it's our lifeline and It's a powerful tool it allows us to knock on Heaven's Door and get God's attention and throughout

the Bible we see so many men and women who tapped into the power of prayer their situations might have been different their circumstances may have been different but the one thing they had in common is that they prayed for example the Bible says in 1st Chronicles 4: 10 and Jaz called on the god of Israel saying oh that you would Bless me indeed and enlarge my territory that your hand would be with me and that you would Keep Me From Evil that I may not cause pain so God granted him what he requested the Bible

when speaking of Hannah it says in 1st Samuel 1: 10 and she was in bitterness of soul and prayed unto the Lord and wept sore when Hezekiah fell ill the Bible says in 2 Kings 20: 2-3 then he turned his face toward the Wall and prayed to the Lord saying remember now oh Lord I pray how I have walked before you in truth and with a loyal heart and have done what was good in your sight and Hezekiah wept bitterly and because of his prayer the Lord answered him in verse 5 as the Bible reads

return and tell Hezekiah the leader of my people people thus says the Lord the god of David your father I have heard your prayer I have seen your tears Surely I will heal you on the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord the Bible also tells us in Jonah 2:1 then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish's belly and in a story we're very familiar with Paul and Silas were imprisoned but the Bible says in Acts 16:25 and at midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang Praises

unto God and the prisoners heard them so do you see a pattern here in all The verses that I've read Hezekiah on his deathbed prayed Jonah in the belly of a fish prayed Hannah in deep anguish prayed JZ when seeking a blessing prayed so you see prayer is a necessity for us the Bible gives us all these different kinds of examples of men and women who sought after the Lord in prayer so that we can learn and be encouraged that we need to pray too no matter where you are God can hear You if you

pray whether you're underwater God can hear you if you're at the end of your life God can still hear you no matter your situation I encourage you to pray because prayer still works God still hears prayers the Lord still answers prayers if you call unto the Lord his word says I will show you Great and Mighty things which you do not know you see Jesus Christ is faithful and he's merciful so what you must do is cry out In faith and so now let us approach the throne of God together and let's do what we've

been encouraged to do let us pray no matter where life finds you in this moment pray pray to the God who hears who sees who knows pray to the god whose ear is attentive to your prayer Lord Jesus we give you praise and honor we glorify your name and we're thankful for your goodness God give us Grace in our prayer Lives and strengthen us to pray with fervency to pray with boldness and Faith strengthen our prayer lives master the Bible tells me that Jesus while on this Earth prayed he prayed in the morning he prayed

often he would separate himself from those around him just so he could go pray father I pray for that same discipline I pray for that same heart of prayer God give us a strong desire to pray may it become a habit in our lives Lord let it become a part of our routine part of our lifestyle God we pray this in jesus' name let us become believers who when faced with anything our first instinct is to turn to the Lord in prayer if we're struggling with anything May the Holy Spirit remind us to pray before

the Bible says Proverbs 19: 21 many are the plans in the mind of a man but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand now there is a danger in making plans without acknowledging the fact That God is ultimately in control and that tomorrow is not promised after all the Bible does say in James 4: 13-15 come now you who say today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring what is

your life for you are a Mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes instead you ought to say if the Lord Wills we will live and do this or That now how many of us really live like this whereby we make our plans yes but still acknowledge that God has the final say when was the last time you said if the Lord Wills I will live and do this or that now don't get me wrong it's good to be wise and save it's good to make retirement plans it's good to work hard with

your hands and build a better life for you and your family those things are Good but it's crucial for you to invest in your relationship with God it's crucial for you to invest in the treasures that are in heaven it's crucial for you to live life knowing that eternity lasts forever but this world is only passing by now let us pray dear Lord have mercy on me forgive me if I have put more effort in the things of this world as opposed to Heavenly things Forgive me if I invest Ed more time in building things

here on Earth as opposed to storing up Treasures in Heaven your word in Matthew 6: 19- 21 says do not lay up for yourselves Treasures on Earth where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal but lay up for yourself Treasures in Heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal for where your treasure is there your heart will be Also Lord I pray that you would give me a heart that seeks Heavenly Treasures above Earthly things I pray that the material things of this world

would not have any kind of hold on me I pray that my eyes and heart would never be drawn to chase the riches of this world or the silver and gold of this world instead King Jesus I pray that that I would be richly filled with the Holy Spirit I pray that I would be Richly filled with the love of God in my heart a love that seeks to minister to the unsaved and help the poor may I be richly filled with a love from God so that I can serve the body of Christ and

do all I can to spread the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ father help me to realize that Earthly treasure Earthly crowns are temporary they are short-lived and any riches in this world are perishable however I know that you Lord Jesus offer a greater treasure than anything on this Earth father your word in James 1 and2 says blessed is the man who endures Temptation for when he has been approved he will receive the Crown of Life which the Lord has promised to those who love him help me father to endure the Temptations of

this world strengthen me holy spirit so that I can resist the advances of the devil because in doing so there is the reward of the Crown of Life father I desire to be rewarded with the crown of righteousness your word in second Timothy chapter 4:8 says finally there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness which which the Lord the righteous judge will give to me on that day and not to me only but also to all who have loved his appearing I pray that the Holy Spirit would help me and strengthen me to

live a life that is pleasing to you Lord Jesus you are the only one who can offer Eternal riches Eternal crowns and blessings in your presence forever more and so father I have decided to let go of this world I choose to leave the luxuries afforded to me in this world all so that I can focus on you King Jesus let me not be distracted by the things of this world or even by my own personal plans but may I be forever engaged in the pursuit of righteousness you Lord Jesus are worth Far more than

sore when Hezekiah fell ill the Bible says in 2 Kings 20: 2-3 then he turned his face toward the wall and prayed to the Lord saying remember now oh Lord I pray how I have Walked before you in truth and with a loyal heart and have done what was good in your sight and Hezekiah wept bitterly and because of his prayer the Lord answered him in verse 5 as the Bible reads return turn and tell Hezekiah the leader of my people thus says the Lord the god of David your father I have heard your prayer

I have seen your tears surely I will heal you on the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord the Bible also tells us in Jonah 2: one then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish's belly and in a story we're very familiar with Paul and Silas were imprisoned but the Bible says in Acts 16 verse 25 and at midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang Praises unto God and the prisoners heard them so do you see a pattern here in all the verses that I've read Hezekiah

on his deathbed prayed Jonah in the belly B of A Fish prayed Hannah in deep anguish prayed JZ when seeking a blessing prayed so you see prayer is a necessity for us the Bible gives us all these different kinds of examples of men and women who sought after the Lord in prayer so that we can learn and be encouraged that we need to pray too no matter where you are God can hear you if you pray whether you're underwater God can hear you if you're at the end of your life God can still hear You

no matter your situation I encourage you to pray because prayer still works God still hears prayers the Lord still answers prayers if you call unto the Lord his word says I will show you Great and Mighty things which you do not know you see Jesus Christ is faithful and he's merciful so what you must do is cry out in faith and so now let us approach the throne of God together and let's do what We've been encouraged to do let us pray no matter where life finds you in this moment pray pray to the God

who hears who sees who knows pray to the god whose ear is attentive to your prayer Lord Jesus we give you praise and honor we glorify your name and we're thankful for your goodness God give us Grace in our prayer lives and strengthen us to pray with fervency to pray with boldness and Faith Strengthen our prayer lives Master the Bible tells me that Jesus while on this Earth prayed he prayed in the morning he prayed often he would separate himself from those around him just so he could go pray father I pray for that same

and fall but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength they will soar on wings like eagles they will run and not grow weary they will walk and not be faint I pray for strong faith God I pray that I may stand up for Jesus Christ and testify of how he turned my mourning into Dancing give me strong faith Lord so that I may stand on your word in a world that is lost in a world that aims to discourage and drain hope as your children we pray for the faith that will enable

us to live in The Authority that we have been given in Luke 10: 19 behold I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt You give us the Faith Lord Jesus to Walk In This Authority as ambassadors of the most high Lord I Thank You for Your unending love you King Jesus are the Wellspring of our hope so even if life disappoints and Friends turn their backs on us God we're grateful that we can always count on you to

be our Rock and our refuge John 7:38 says he who believes in me as the scripture has said out of his Heart will flow rivers of Living Water father May the rivers of Liv living water flow from every part of our Lives May your living water flow over our hearts and souls and fill us with Faith Lord I look forward to a future with you I embrace a future that is in your hands one that's filled with love filled with mercy and with goodness as I reach out in prayer and in faith I place my

bring all that bothers me I bring all that weighs me down to your feet I pray that I would hear your voice speaking despite the storm I face despite the challenge I Face may your voice be the ruling authority over my Affairs the Bible says in Psalm 29:4 The Voice voice of the Lord is powerful the voice of the Lord is majestic so I ask that you would look down on me mercifully and speak the words peace be still help me master to continue to persevere even in the middle of this challenge I face cast

out the fear and invade my Mind my thoughts and my heart with faith faith in your word faith in your promises promises that I will continue to hold on to because even though I may face challenges I am promised peace that surpasses human understanding so my prayer Lord Jesus is that you would lead me move with me walk with me and speak to me continuously May the Holy Spirit be my counselor and the still Small Voice that Guides me when fear tries to attack me and if worry tries to overwhelm me I pray that the

Holy Spirit Will Empower me to overcome and to defeat the spirit of fear in Jesus name though the challenge I face May last longer than I would like though it may be uncomfortable keep me from becoming discouraged Lord give me the pure joy of the Lord so that I will be strong and if my heart is to feel Burdened and weary may I find rest in you may you lead me to greener pastures Jesus great is your faithfulness father your word in Psalm 29: 10 and 11 says the Lord sits enthroned over the flood the

Lord is enthroned as king forever the Lord gives strength to his people the Lord blesses his people with peace be blessed and lifted High Lord Jesus it's because of you that I can overcome any challenge I face it's because of you that I can be victorious In all of my Affairs and so I thank you Lord I confess that everything I come against anything that comes to frustrate or pull me backwards is already defeated in Jesus name any Spirit any giant or stronghold I bring it down in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord I

Thank You For You have given me a spirit of power and of love and of a sound mind so I pray that you would help me so That that the things of this world may not affect me so much that they would result in me losing my peace I pray that your peace may be like a shield around me May it protect me from being discouraged and from losing hope may your peace put aside all anxious thoughts in my mind give me the grace to overcome the trouble that I may face Lord you deserve all

how he will appear with all power and Glory he spoke of a day and an hour that no one knows not even the angels of Heaven nor the son but the father only and all throughout Matthew chapter 24 I believe he was setting the groundwork for him to explain the parable of the 10 virgins in Matthew 25: 1-13 The Bible reads then the kingdom of heaven will be like 10 bridesmaids who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom five of them were foolish and five were wise the five who were foolish didn't take

enough olive oil for their lamps but the other five were wise Enough To Take Along extra oil when the bridegroom was delayed they all became drowsy and fell asleep at midnight they were roused by The shout look the bridegroom is coming come out and meet him all the Bridesmaids got up and prepared their lamps then the five foolish ones asked the others please give us some of your oil because our lamps are going out but the the others replied we don't have enough for all of us go to a shop and buy some for yourselves

but while they were gone to buy oil the bridegroom came then those who were ready went in with him to the Marriage feast and the door was locked later when the other five bridesmaids returned they stood outside calling Lord Lord open the door for us but he called back believe me I don't know you so you too must keep watch for you do not know the day or hour of my return this is an interesting Parable because it paints a picture of two types of people two types of Christians even the wise Among Us are

diligent when it comes to the things of God But the foolish Among Us are complacent the wise Among Us take heed to the warnings in the Bible the foolish Among Us pay no mind to the warnings in God's word the wise Among Us are prayerful they're patiently waiting they're expectant of the Lord's return but the foolish the foolish one says tomorrow I'll get right with God tomorrow tomorrow I'll pray tomorrow but tomorrow is not promised dear friend the wise Among Us Will Be watchful they'll see The signs of the times because they study God's word

but the foolish the foolish will fall asleep they will miss the signs because of a lack of knowledge pray for wisdom saints of God we ought to be wise in these times that we live in we ought to be spirit filled and spirit-led we ought to get our lives ready and stay ready waiting for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to fulfill His promise let us pray Lord Jesus you are great you are Mighty and you are worthy to be praised Lord Jesus help us to be wise give us wisdom and understanding as we study

time let us not be led into eror let our ears not be fonded of a gospel message That is watered down only to make us feel good however father we want and we need the true and Full Gospel of Jesus Christ a gospel that calls us to repent and forsake our sinful ways a gospel that calls us to take up our cross and follow you Matthew 24:1 to 14 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people because of the increase of wickedness the love of most Will grow cold but the one who stands

firm to the end will be saved and this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to All Nations and then the end will come father even as lawlessness increases I pray that the love of the Lord will remain strong in our lives let our love as children of God never grow cold May our hearts remain sensitive to your voice May our hearts remain soft And receptive to your voice Lord Jesus and even as Sin is prevalent in this world may we remain pure and upright through the strength of

the Holy Spirit Psalm 25: 20-21 says guard my life and rescue me do not let me be put to shame for I take refuge in you may integrity and uprightness protect me because my hope Lord is in you help us to be men and women with Integrity in a lawless World help us to Be people who stand up for righteousness let us not be contaminated be the sin and filth of this world Lord and should we be tempted should our flesh fall into temptation be our strength Lord Jesus and help us to resist your word

Lord To my God I cried for help from his Temple he heard my voice and my cry to him reached his ears I pray that you would Rescue Me King Jesus and make a way where there seems to be no way I come to you father with all that I have you have promised in your word to take the heavy load I carry you've promised to take my burdens and so I bring all that bothers me I bring all that weighs me down to Your feet I pray that I would hear your voice speaking despite

the storm I face despite the challenge I face may your voice be the ruling authority over my Affairs the the Bible says in Psalm 29:4 the voice of the Lord is powerful the voice of the Lord is majestic so I ask that you would look down on me mercifully and speak the words peace be Still help me master to continue to persevere even in the middle of this challenge I face face cast out the fear and invade my mind my thoughts and my heart with faith faith in your word faith in your promises promises that

I will continue to hold on to because even though I may face challenges I am promised peace that surpasses human understanding standing so my prayer Lord Jesus is that You would lead me move with me walk with me and speak to me continuously May the Holy Spirit be my counselor and the still Small Voice that guides me when fear tries to attack me and if worry tries to overwhelm me I I pray that the Holy Spirit Will Empower me to overcome and to defeat the spirit of fear in Jesus name though the challenge I face

May last longer than I would like though it may be Uncomfortable keep me from becoming discouraged Lord give me the pure joy of the Lord so that I will be strong and if my heart is to feel burdened and weary may I find rest in you may you lead me to greener pastures Jesus great is your faithfulness father your word in Psalm 29: 10 and 11 says the Lord sits enthroned over the flood the Lord is enthroned as king forever The Lord gives strength to his people the Lord blesses his people with peace be blessed

and lifted High Lord Jesus it's because of you that I can overcome any challenge I face it's because of you that I can be victorious in all of my Affairs and so I thank you Lord I confess that everything I come against anything that comes to frustrate or pull me backwards is already defeated in Jesus name any Spirit any giant or Stronghold I bring it down in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord I Thank You For You have given me a spirit of power and of love and of a sound mind so I pray

that you would help me so that the things of this world may not affect me so much that they would result in me losing my peace I pray that your peace may be like a shield around me May it protect me from being discouraged and from losing Hope may your peace put aside all anxious thoughts in my mind give me the grace to overcome the troubles that I may face Lord you deserve all praise for your Tender Mercies and kindness you have been good to me you continue to be good to me and so I

will bless your name every day in Jesus name I pray Amen in Matthew chapter chapter 24 Jesus Spoke about the future he told us about the great deception that will come when many will falsely say I am the Christ and many will be led astray Jesus spoke of wars and rumors of wars he said many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another but then he also spoke of his return and how he will appear with all power and Glory he spoke of a day and an hour that no one knows not

even the angels of Heaven nor the son but the father Only and all throughout Matthew chap 24 I believe he was setting the groundwork for him to explain the parable of the 10 virgins in Matthew 25: 1-13 the Bible reads then the kingdom of heaven will be like 10 bridesmaids who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom five of them were foolish and five were wise the five who were foolish didn't take enough olive oil for their lamps but the other five were wise Enough to Take Along extra oil when the bridegroom was

delayed they all became drowsy and fell asleep at midnight they were roused by the shout look the bridegroom is coming come out and meet him all the Bridesmaids got up and prepared their lamps then the five foolish ones asked the others please give us some of your oil because our lamps are going out but the others replied we don't have enough for All of us go to a shop and buy some for yourselves but while they were gone to buy oil the bridegroom came then those who were ready went in with him to the marriage

feast and the door was locked later when the other five bridesmaids returned they stood outside calling Lord Lord open the door for us but he called back believe me I don't know you so you too must keep watch for you do not know the day or hour of my Return this is an interesting Parable because it paints a picture of two types of people two types of Christians even the wise Among Us are diligent when it comes to the things of God but the foolish Among Us are complacent the wise Among Us take heed to

the warnings in the Bible the foolish Among Us pay no mind to the warnings in God's word the wise Among Us are prayerful they're patiently waiting they're expectant of the Lord's return but the foolish the Foolish one says tomorrow I'll get right with God tomorrow I'll pray tomorrow but tomorrow is not promised dear friend the wise Among Us Will Be watchful they'll see the signs of the times because they study God's word but the foolish the foolish will fall asleep they will miss the signs because of a lack of knowledge pray for wisdom saints of

God we ought to be wise in these times that We live in we ought to be spirit filled and spirit-led we ought to get our lives ready and stay ready waiting for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to fulfill his promise let us pray Lord Jesus you are great you are Mighty and you are worthy to be praised Lord Jesus help us to be wise give us wisdom and understanding as we study your word help us to truly comprehend The truth that is in the Bible so that we can discern the evil in this day

and age guide us Lord so that we would not be a people that are lost and blinded to the truth and the signs of your return Matthew 24:4 says and Jesus answered them see that no one leads you astray Lord help us to be wise so that we can identify those who are wolves in sheep's Clothing help us to be wise so that we can discern the false Apostles and prophets in our time let us not be led into a let our ears not be fond of a gospel message that is watered down only to

make us feel good however father we want and we need the true and Full Gospel of Jesus Christ a gospel that calls us to repent and forsake our sinful ways a gospel that calls us to take up our cross and follow You Matthew 24: 11-14 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people because of the increase of wickedness the love of most will grow cold but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved and this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all

All Nations and then the end will come father even as lawlessness increases I pray that the love of the Lord will remain strong in our lives let our love as children of God never grow cold May our hearts remain sensitive to your voice May our hearts remain soft and receptive to your voice Lord Jesus and even as Sin is prevalent in this world may we remain pure and upright through the strength of the Holy Spirit Psalm 25: 20-21 says guard my life and rescue me do not Let me be put to shame for I take

refuge in you may integrity and uprightness protect protect me because my hope Lord is in you help us to be men and women with Integrity in a lawless World help us to be people who stand up for righteousness let us not be contaminated be the sin and filth of this world Lord and should we be tempted should our flesh fall into temptation be our strength Lord Jesus And help us to resist your word in 1 Corinthians 10 verse 13 says no temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man God is faithful and he

will not let you be tempted beyond your ability but with the Temptation he will also provide the way of Escape that you may be able to endure it thank you Lord Jesus for being a God who will provide away for us to escape The tentacles of sin each and every time that we're tempted help us Lord so that we will never lose sight of the Blessed hope which is your return help us to Be watchful to live carefully and prayerfully so that we may always be in a state of Readiness for your return may you

but he said to him man who made me a judge or an arbitrator over you and he said to them take heed and beware of covetousness for one's life does not consist in the abundance of the things he Possesses then he spoke a parable to them saying the ground of a certain rich rich man yielded plentiful and he thought within himself saying what shall I do since I have no room to store my crops so he said I will do this I will pull down my Barns and build greater and there I will store all

my crops and my goods and I will say to my soul soul you have many Goods laid up for many years take your ease eat drink and be married but God said to him fool this night your Soul will be required of you then whose will those things be which you have provided so is he who lays up treasure for himself and is not rich toward God people of God learn this lesson we only have so much time on this world and we have no time to waste it do you know what I found I

found that life is full of surprises in fact my walk with God has been full of surprises I made plans I wrote down my Goals and dreams I expected everything to go right I expected things to go my way but the thing is we can make plans we can write down our goals and our targets how however here's what the Bible says Proverbs 19: 21 many are the plans in the mind of a man but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand now there is a danger in making plans without acknowledging the

fact that God is ultimately in control and that tomorrow is not promised after all The Bible does say in James 4: 13-15 come now you who say today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend the year there and trade and make a profit yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring what is your life for you are a Mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes instead you ought to say if the Lord Wills we will live and do this or that now how many of us

really live like this whereby we make our plans yes but still Acknowledge that God has the final say when was the last time you said if the Lord Wills I will live and do this or that now don't get me wrong it's good to be wise and save it's good to make retirement plans it's good to work hard with your hands and build a better life for you and your family those things are good but it's crucial for you to invest in your relationship with God it's Crucial for you to invest in the treasures that

are in heaven it's crucial for you to live life knowing that eternity lasts forever but this world is only passing by now let us pray dear Lord have mercy on me forgive me if I have put more effort in the things of this world as opposed to Heavenly things forgive me if I invested more time in building things here on Earth as opposed To storing up Treasures in Heaven your word in Matthew 6: 19- 21 says do not lay up for yourselves Treasures on Earth where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and

steal but lay up for yourself Treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal for where your treasure is there your heart will be also Lord I pray that you would give me a Heart that seeks Heavenly Treasures above Earthly things I pray that the material things of this world would not have any kind of hold on me I pray that my eyes and heart would never be drawn to chase the riches of this world or the silver and gold of this world instead King Jesus I

pray that I would be richly filled with the Holy Spirit I pray that I would be richly filled with the love of God in my heart a love that seeks to minister to the Unsaved and help the poor may I be richly filled with a love from God so that I can serve the body of Christ and do all I can can to spread the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ father help me to realize that Earthly treasure Earthly crowns are temporary they are short-lived and any riches in this world are perishable however

I know that you Lord Jesus offer a greater treasure than anything on this Earth father your word in James 1 and12 says blessed is the man who endures Temptation for when he has been approved he will receive the Crown of Life which the Lord has promised to those who love him help me father to endure the Temptations of this world strengthen me holy spirit so that I can resist the advances of the devil because in doing so there is the reward of the Crown of Life father I desire to be rewarded with the crown of

righteousness Your word in 2 Timothy 4:8 says finally there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord the righteous judge will give to me on that day and not to me only but also to all who have loved his appearing I pray that the Holy Spirit would help me and strengthen me to live a life that is pleasing to you Lord Jesus you are the only one who can offer eternal riches Eternal crowns and blessings in your presence forever more And so father I have decided to let go of this world

I choose to leave the luxuries afforded to me in this world all so that I can focus on you King Jesus let me not be distracted by the things of this world or even by my own personal plans but may I be forever engaged in the pursuit of righteousness you Lord Jesus are worth far more than all the silver and gold offered in this world my true riches lie in you and I Rejoice because of that I Honor you and I Lift Your Name on High be glorified Lord Jesus amen one of our biggest resources

as Christians is prayer prayer for us as Believers is power it's our lifeline and it's a powerful tool it allows us to knock on Heaven's Door and get God's attention and throughout the Bible we see so many men and women who tapped into the power of prayer their situations might have been Different their circumstances may have been different but the one thing they had in common is that they prayed for example the Bible says in 1st Chronicles 4: 10 and Jaz called on the god of Israel saying oh that you would bless me indeed and

enlarge my territory that your hand would be with me and that you would keep me from Evil that I may not cause pain so God granted him what he requested the Bible when speaking of Hannah it says in 1st Samuel 1 ver 10 and she was in bitterness of soul and pray pred unto the Lord and wept sore when Hezekiah fell ill the Bible says in 2 Kings 20 veres 2-3 then he turned his face toward the wall and prayed to the Lord saying remember now oh Lord I pray how I have walked before you

in truth and with a loyal heart and have done what was good in your sight and Hezekiah wept bitterly and because of his prayer the Lord answered him in verse 5 as the Bible reads return and tell Hezekiah the leader of my people thus says the Lord the god of David your father I have heard your prayer I have seen your tears surely I will heal you on the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord the Bible also o tells us in Jonah 2:1 then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his

God out of the fish's belly and in a story we're very familiar with Paul and Silas were imprisoned but the Bible says in Acts 16 verse 25 and at midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang Praises unto God and the prisoners heard them so do you see a pattern here and all the verses that I've read Hezekiah on his deathbed prayed Jonah in the belly of a fish prayed Hannah in deep anguish prayed JZ when seeking a blessing prayed so you see prayer is a necessity for us the Bible gives us all these Different kinds

of examples of men and women who sought after to the Lord in prayer so that we can learn and be encouraged that we need to pray too no matter where you are God can hear you if you pray whether you're underwater God can hear you if you're at the end of your life God can still hear you no matter your situation I encourage you to pray because prayer still works God still hears prayers the Lord still answers Prayers if you call unto the Lord his word says I will show you Great and Mighty things which

that surpasses human understanding so my prayer Lord Jesus is that you would lead me move with me walk with me and speak to me continuously May the Holy Spirit be my counselor and the still Small Voice that guides me when fear tries to attack me and if worry tries to overwhelm me I pray that the Holy Spirit Will Empower Me to overcome and to defeat the spirit of fear in Jesus name though the challenge I face May last longer than I would like though it may be uncomfortable keep me from becoming discouraged Lord give me

the pure joy of the Lord so that I will be strong and if my heart is to feel burdened and weary may I find rest in you may you lead me to greener pastures Jesus great is your faithfulness Father your word in Psalm 29: 10 and 11 says the Lord sits enthroned over the flood the Lord is enthroned as king forever the Lord gives strength to his people the Lord blesses his people with peace be blessed and lifted High Lord Jesus it's because of you that I can overcome any challenge I face it's because of

you that I can be victorious in all of my affairs and so I thank you Lord I confess that everything I come against Anything that comes to frustrate or pull me backwards is already defeated in Jesus name any Spirit any giant or stronghold I bring it down in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord I Thank You For You have given me a spirit of power and of love and of a sound mind so I pray that you would help me so that the things of this world may not affect me so much that they

would result in me losing my Peace I pray that your peace may be like a shield around me May it protect me from being discouraged and from losing hope May may your peace put aside all anxious thoughts in my mind give me the grace to overcome the troubles that I may face Lord you deserve all praise for your Tender Mercies and kindness you have been good to me you continue to be good to me and so I will bless your name every Day in Jesus name I pray [Music] Amen in Matthew chap 24 Jesus spoke

about the future he told us about the great deception that will come when many will falsely say I am the Christ and many will be led astray Jesus spoke of wars and rumors of wars he said many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another but then he also spoke of his return and how he will appear with all Power and Glory he spoke of a day and an hour that no one knows not even the angels of Heaven nor the son but the father only and all throughout Matthew chapter 24 I

believe he was setting the groundwork for him to explain the parable of the 10 virgins in Matthew 25: 1-13 the Bible reads then the kingdom of heaven will be like 10 bridesmaids who took their lamps and went to meet the Bridegroom five of them were foolish and five were wise the five who were foolish didn't take enough olive oil for their life s but the other five were wise Enough To Take Along extra oil when the bridegroom was delayed they all became drowsy and fell asleep at midnight they were roused by the shout look the

bridegroom is coming come out and meet him all the Bridesmaids got up and prepared their lamps then the five foolish ones asked The others please give us some of your oil because our lamps are going out but the others replied we don't have enough for all of us go to a shop and buy some for yourselves but while they were gone to buy oil the bridegroom came then those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast and the door was locked later when the other five bridesmaids returned they stood outside calling Lord

Lord open the door for Us but he called back believe me I don't know you so you too must keep watch for you do not know the day or hour of my return this is an interesting Parable because it paints a picture of two types of people two types of Christians even the wise Among Us are diligent when it comes to the things of God but the foolish Among Us are complacent the wise Among Us take heed to the warnings in the Bible the foolish Among Us pay no mind to the Warnings in God's word

the wise Among Us are prayerful they're patiently waiting they're expectant of the Lord's return but the foolish the foolish one says tomorrow I'll get right with God tomorrow I'll pray tomorrow but tomorrow is not promised dear friend the wise Among Us Will Be watchful they'll see the signs of the times because they study God's word but the foolish the foolish will fall asleep they will miss the sign Because of a lack of knowledge pray for wisdom saints of God we ought to be wise in these times that we live in we ought to be Spirit-filled

and spirit-led we ought to get our lives ready and stay ready waiting for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to fulfill his promise let us pray Lord Jesus you are great you are Mighty and you are worthy to be Praised Lord Jesus help us to be wise give us wisdom and understanding as we study your word help us to truly comprehend the truth that is in the Bible so that we can discern the evil in this day and age guide us Lord so that we would not be a people that are lost and blinded to

the truth TR and the signs of your return Matthew 24:4 says and Jesus answered them see that no one leads you Astray Lord help us to be wise so that we can identify those who are wolves in sheep's clothing help us to be wise so that we can discern the false Apostles and Prophets in our time let us not be led into error let our ears not be fond of a gospel message that is watered down only to make us feel good however father we want and we need the true and Full Gospel of Jesus

Christ A gospel that cause us to repent and forsake our sinful ways a gospel that calls us to take up our cross and follow you Matthew 24:1 to 14 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people because of the increase of wickedness the love of most will grow cold but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved and this Gospel of the Kingdom will be be preached in the whole world as a Testimony to All Nations and then the end will come father even as lawlessness increases I pray that the

love of the Lord will remain strong in our lives let our love as children of God never grow cold May our hearts remain sensitive to your voice May our hearts remain soft and receptive to your voice Lord Jesus and even as Sin is prevalent in This world may we remain pure and upright through the strength of the Holy Spirit Psalm 25: 20-21 says guard my life and rescue me do not let me be put to shame for I take refuge in you May integrity and uprightness protect me because my hope Lord is in you help

us to be men and women with Integrity in a lawless World help us to be people who stand up for Righteousness let us not be contaminated be the sin and filth of this world Lord and should we be tempted should our flesh fall into temptation be our strength Lord Jesus and help us to resist your word in 1 Corinthians 10:3 says no temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man God is faithful and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability but With the Temptation he will also o provide the way

of Escape that you may be able to endure it thank you Lord Jesus for being a God who will provide away for us to escape the tentacles of sin each and every time that we're tempted help us Lord so that we will never lose sight of the Blessed hope which is your return help us to Be watchful to live carefully and prayerfully so That we may always be in a state of Readiness for your return may you always be our heart's desire thank you for listening to this prayer King Jesus amen then the kingdom of

the day or hour of my return there is a parable in the Bible of a man who made many many plans but paid no mind to God his Focus was only on the things he desired his Focus was only on the material things that he accumulated when instead his Focus really should have been Jesus Christ Luke 12 well verse 13- 21 reads then one from the crowd said to him teacher tell my brother to divide The inheritance with me but he said to him man who made me a judge or an arbitrator over you and

he said to them take heed and beware of covetousness for one's life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses then he spoke a parable to them saying the ground of a certain rich man yielded plentiful and he thought within himself saying what shall I do since I have no room to store my crops so he said I will do this I will pull Down my Barns and build greater and there I will store all my crops and my goods and I will say to my soul soul you have many Goods laid

up for many years take your ease eat drink and be marry but God said to him fool this night your soul will be required of you then whose will those things be which you have provided so is he who lays up treasure for himself and is not rich toward God people of God learn this lesson we only have so Much time on this world and we have no time to waste it do you know what I found I found that life is full of surprises in fact my walk with God has been full of surprises

I made plans I wrote down my goals and dreams I expected everything to go right I expected things to go my way but the thing is we can make plans we can write down our goals and our targets however here's what the Bible says Proverbs chapter 19: 21 many are The plans in the mind of a man but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand now there is a danger in making plans without acknowledging the fact that God is ultimately in control and that tomorrow is not promised after all the Bible does

say in James 4: 13-15 come now you who say today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring what is your Life for you are a Mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes instead you ought to say if the Lord Wills we will live and do this or that now how many of us really live like this whereby we make our plans yes but still acknowledge that God has the final

say when was the last time you said if the Lord Wills I will live and do this or that now don't get me wrong it's good to be wise and Save it's good to make retirement plans it's it's good to work hard with your hands and build a better life for you and your family those things are good but it's crucial for you to invest in your relationship with God it's crucial for you to invest in the treasures that are in heaven it's crucial for you to live life knowing that eternity lasts forever but this

world is only passing by now let us pray Dear Lord have mercy on me forgive me if I have put more effort in the things of this world as opposed to Heavenly things forgive me if I invested more time in building things here on Earth as opposed to storing up Treasures in Heaven your word in Matthew 6: 19- 21 says do not lay up for yourselves Treasures on Earth where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal but lay up for yourself Treasures In Heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys and where

thieves do not break in and steal for where your treasure is there your heart will be also Lord I pray that you would give me a heart that seeks Heavenly Treasures above Earthly things I pray that the material things of this world would not have any kind of hold on me I pray that my eyes and heart would never be drawn to chase the riches of this world or the Silver and gold of this world instead King Jesus I pray that I would be richly filled with the Holy Spirit I pray that I would be

richly filled with the love of God in my heart a love that seeks to minister to the unsaved and help the poor may I be richly filled with a love from God God so that I can serve the body of Christ and do all I can to spread the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ father help me to realize that Earthly treasure Earthly crowns are temporary they are short-lived and any riches in this world are perishable however I know that you Lord Jesus offer a greater treasure than anything on this Earth father your

word and James 1 and12 says blessed is the man who endures Temptation for when he has been approved he will receive the Crown of Life which the Lord has promised to those who love him help me father to endure the Temptations of this world strengthen me holy spirit so that I can resist the advances of the devil because in doing so there is the reward of the Crown of Life father I desire to be rewarded with the crown of righteousness your word in 2 Timothy 4:8 says finally there is laid up for me the crown

of righteousness which the Lord the righteous judge will give to me on that day and not to me only but also to all who have loved his Appearing I pray that the Holy Spirit would help me and strengthen me to live a life that is pleasing to you Lord Jesus you are the only one who can offer Eternal riches Eternal crowns and blessings in your presence forever more and so father I have decided to let go of this world I choose to leave the luxuries afforded to me in this world all so that I can

focus on you King Jesus let me not be distracted by the things of this world or even by my own Personal plans but may I be forever engaged in the pursuit of righteousness you Lord Jesus are worth far more than all the silver and gold offered in this world my true riches lie in you and I Rejoice because of that I honor you and I Lift Your Name on High be glorified Lord Jesus amen one of our biggest resources as Christians is prayer prayer for us as believers Is power it's our lifeline and it's a

powerful tool it allows us to knock on Heaven's Door and get God's attention and throughout the Bible we see so many men and women who tapped into the power of prayer their situations might have been different their circumstances may have been different but the one thing they had in common is that they prayed for for example the Bible says in 1st Chronicles 4: 10 and Jaz called on The god of Israel saying oh that you would bless me indeed and enlarge my territory that your hand would be with me and that you would keep me

from Evil that I may not cause pain so God granted him what he requested the Bible when speaking of Hannah it says in 1st Samuel 1: 10 and she was in bitterness of soul and prayed unto the Lord and wept sore when Hezekiah fell ill the Bible says in 2 Kings 20: 2-3 then he turned his face toward the wall and prayed to the Lord saying remember now oh Lord I pray how I have walked before you in truth and with a loyal heart and have done what was good in your sight and Hezekiah wept

bitterly and because of his prayer the Lord answered him in verse 5 as the Bible reads return and tell Hezekiah the leader of my people thus says the Lord the god of David your father I have Heard your prayer I have seen your tears surely I will heal you on the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord the Bible also tells us in Jonah 2:1 then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish's belly and in a story we're very familiar with Paul and Silas were imprisoned but

the Bible says in Acts 16 ver 25 and at midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang Praises unto God and the prisoners heard heard them so do you see a pattern here in all The verses that I've read hezakiah on his deathbed prayed Jonah in the belly of a fish prayed Hannah and deep anguish prayed JZ when seeking a blessing prayed so you see prayer is a necessity for us the Bible gives us all these different kinds of examples of men and women who sought after the Lord in prayer so that we can learn and

be encouraged that we need to pray too no matter where you are God can hear You if you pray whether you're underwater God can hear you if you're at the end of your life God can still hear you no matter your situation I encourage you to pray because prayer still works God still hears prayers the Lord still answers prayers if you call Un the Lord his word says I will show you Great and Mighty things which you do not know you see Jesus Christ is faithful and he's Merciful so what you must do is cry

out in faith and so now let us approach the throne of God together and let's do what we've been encouraged to do let us pray no matter where life finds you in this moment pray pray to the God who hears who sees who knows pray to the god whose ear is attentive to your prayer Lord Jesus we give you praise and honor we glorify your name and we're Thankful for your your goodness God give us Grace in our prayer lives and strengthen us to pray with fervency to pray with boldness and Faith strengthen our prayer

lives Master the Bible tells me that Jesus while on this Earth prayed he prayed in the morning he prayed often he would separate himself from those around him just so he could go pray father I pray for that same discipline I pray for that same heart of Prayer God give us a strong desire to pray may it become a habit in our lives Lord let it become a part of our routine part of our lifestyle God we pray this in Jesus name let us become believers who when faced with anything our first instinct is to

turn to the Lord in prayer if we're struggling with anything May the Holy Spirit remind us to pray before we seek Solutions elsewhere in the Bible Daniel Prayed and He kept praying until you gave him an answer father give us that same Relentless Spirit to pray and to keep seeking you until our breakthrough comes help us to keep persevering and fighting on our knees never giving up never stopping until we hear from you father I understand that a prayerless Christian is powerless a prayerless Christian is disconnected to their only source of power and that's you

Lord so right now we ask ask that the Holy Spirit would be our strength we ask that the Holy Spirit would help us to pray and pray often help us to be diligent and alert so that we would not be distracted by anything or by anyone when it's time to pray Lord Jesus we thank you right now for the victory that is in your name and Lord as we agree in prayer help us to never leave the door open to the kingdom of darkness because of a lack of prayer Help us to never let our

guard down when it comes to prayer God release an unquenchable desire within our hearts to pray make us prayer warriors in your kingdom Lord Jesus make us prayer warriors who are dedicated and committed to maintaining a close relationship with you father give us the strength and the discipline to get on our knees every day acts 2:1 17 says and it shall come to pass in the last days sayith God I will Pour out of my spirit upon All Flesh and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy and your young men shall see visions and your

old men shall dream dreams Lord Jesus pour out your spirit in our lives father right now we pray that you would revive our prayer Lives May you birth a new passion within us a passion father that is prayer I desire to experience your presence father please don't pass by Without pouring out your spirit over our lives and our homes I pray that I would be a believer who is sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit whenever he leads me to pray father help us all to make sure that we're never so busy with worldly
