In the last message, part one, we were introduced to the Torah of Yahweh. This is a topic that is met with constant rebuke and criticism for many different reasons. There are many that don't truly want to follow Him, and they love the idea of a God that they can worship who doesn't ask anything of them; or they're actually against Him and don't want others to truly know Him, or in some cases, they don't truly know Him and they're just responding based on what they think they know, based on what they have been taught and a few verses that they have read.
There are many reasons why people do not want to understand Yahweh's Torah. His law is literally something that people do not want to hear anything about. Like I said in the first part to this, this misunderstanding is no doubt caused and created by Satan because he does not want people to truly understand Yahweh.
He wants people to die thinking that they did, but in fact never truly did, and they died lawlessly in rebellion against the God that they claim they believe in. Sadly, this is the truth for countless men and women, but it does not have to be the truth for you who is watching. Please know, if you're watching this, there is a reason behind it because, let's face it, you could have been doing many other things right now besides watching a video about Yahweh's Torah.
Our Father has either called you to Him, and you have answered, or He is calling you, and you're still deciding if you're going to answer or block. In the end, this decision is yours to make, but before you do make the decision, I hope to be able to clear up some falsehoods about Him. You see, while most people have heard of Him, they don't truly know Him.
They don't know Him because the part of the Bible that they're told to disregard and not apply is the part that actually explains who He is and how He wants us to regard Him. The truth is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with His Torah; it has just been presented to you by people that don't truly know Him or love Him. When you actually read His Torah to understand Him better, you eventually come to have a deeper love and reverence for Him that brings you into a more connected relationship.
You become more aligned to His will. In order for this relationship to grow, you first must come to know Him more deeply and intimately. You need to understand Him and how we are called to regard Him.
So, in this video, I'm going to do something I probably should have done a long time ago. Instead of assuming that you know Yahweh, I want to introduce you to Him through His Torah. I want to explain to you how He has commanded His children to know Him and regard Him.
This is something that most people who disregard His Torah have not really come to understand. They don't understand that by knowing His Torah, you come to know more about Him, and therefore you can actually be in a more fruitful relationship that brings you joy, love, and peace. Everything you need in this world comes from knowing Yahweh.
So, I want to make sure that He has been presented to you properly, and that those who say they love Him know how to do so in truth, according to what He desires, what He has declared, and what He deserves. So, in this video, by reading from His Torah, you are going to learn about Yahweh, and from this, you're going to learn about how it is that we are to serve Him. I hope that at the end of this, you are blessed.
Let's begin. Okay, so Yahweh is the God of Israel. Yahweh is His name.
It is not "the Lord. " People call Him "the Lord" because they practice the ineffable name doctrine. This is the doctrine that you should definitely not follow.
I've made a video about this topic, so if you do not understand it, you can understand it through that video. But yes, His name is Yahweh; it is written by the writers of the Old Testament almost 6,000 times before the translators replaced it. We honor His third commandment by saying His name and proclaiming it.
We proclaim His name. We spoke about this in part one as we went over the commandments. Let me just note that you may say "Yahweh" or you heard it like this.
Please know the difference is between Paleo Hebrew and modern Hebrew. Yahweh is using modern Hebrew, and I absolutely do not agree with modern Hebrew at all. So this is the difference that you hear, and that's not a debate I'm willing to get into.
Either way, the God of Israel has a name, and it is Yahweh. Use His name. Proclaim His name.
Now, the most important thing to understand is how Yahweh has communicated to His children that we are to follow Him. When He showed Himself to Israel, He did not say, "I am here; now do what you want. " No, He presented Himself to them and told them how He wanted them to know Him and regard Him.
So what we're going to do is really make sure that this is understood, because, as I said in the intro, this is the main reason why there is such a disconnect within the religion of Christianity. They say they love Him, but they don't actually know Him because they are scared of, and/or they reject, His Torah. So we are going to understand Him.
The first thing that should be understood is how we're to deal with Yahweh. You must remember and understand that His law, given to Yasharel, was not just. .
. A bunch of restrictions that he placed on them so he could burden their life. It's unfortunate that this is how this has been portrayed to the masses today.
They speak so heavily against this Torah because it has been taught to them from a mindset of burdens and restrictions, but this is simply not true and should not be looked at in this way. His law was teaching them how he wanted them to be in this world as a people that are holy, set apart to only him. You will find one major reason why many people today do not understand the problem with pagan holidays and other things that we should just not take part in our worship of Yahweh is because they never have actually tried to understand his law according to what he actually desires for his people.
The sad part is, while they say that they worship him, he truly is not understood by them. This teaching is so important because for all of us preparing for him, we must know him and understand what he desires from us. So the first part of understanding the Torah is understanding Yahweh, so let's cover this first.
Now, as I explain this, there may be many scriptures that go over what I'm explaining, but for time's sake, I will not use everyone. This is not meant to be fully comprehensive but to provide clarity and more understanding. This is what you teach your children about our Father.
The first thing to understand about Yahweh is that he is one. He is not many gods, like the pagan nations worshipped. Yahweh is one, and it is him only that we serve: "Hear, O Yasharel: Yahweh our Elohim, Yahweh is one" (Deuteronomy 6:4).
"To you it was shown that you might know that Yahweh himself is Elohim; there is none other besides him" (Deuteronomy 4:35). "Now see, that I, even I, am he, and there is no Elohim besides me. I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal, nor is there any who can deliver from my hand" (Deuteronomy 32:39).
This is so important to understand because he does not share worship. Yahweh is one. The next thing to understand is that, with love, he desires, requires, and deserves that we love him.
The problem is that this word "love" is often thrown around but not always understood in regards to our Father. He says, "You shall love Yahweh your Elohim with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength" (Deuteronomy 6:5). "Also, therefore know that Yahweh your Elohim, he is Elohim, the faithful Elohim who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love him and keep his commandments" (Deuteronomy 7:9).
"And now, Yasharel, what does Yahweh your Elohim require of you but to fear Yahweh your Elohim, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, to serve Yahweh your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul" (Deuteronomy 10:12). So if you worship him and say you love him, this is what he's looking for. He doesn't want that half-love that you might give your boyfriend or your girlfriend.
He doesn't want that sometimey love that you only love him when things are going good for you. He wants you to love him with all your soul, with all your heart, and with all your strength, and he will keep his covenant with those who do and keep his commandments. This is our relationship with him; he keeps his covenant with those who keep his commandments.
Don't ever forget this. I often have heard people say that they were mad with Yah for whatever reason—something bad happened in their life, or he didn't answer the prayer that they requested. Don't ever feel that you can rightly feel this way, and if you have ever felt this way, repent from it.
Most people have felt like this because they don't know him. You could be mad all you want with him; the only person you're hurting is yourself because he's going to reject you. How dare you feel that you could be mad at him?
He does not want or accept that type of love. Change your mindset; the love of him comes with reverence. You see, to revere is to feel deep respect or admiration for; it is to worship.
"You shall fear Yah, your Elohim; you shall serve him, and you shall cling to him and swear by his name" (Deuteronomy 10:20). The point is that we must love and revere Yahweh. The next thing you must know is that we must not profane, nor blaspheme, nor swear falsely by his name.
In reference to profaning his name, he commands, "You shall not profane my holy name, but I will be hallowed among the children of Yasharel. I am Yahweh who sanctifies you" (Leviticus 22:32). "And you shall not let any of your descendants pass through the fire to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your Elohim; I am Yahweh" (Leviticus 18:21).
In reference to blaspheming his name, he commands, "Then you shall speak to the children of Yasharel, saying, 'Whoever curses his Elohim shall bear his sin, and whoever blasphemes the name of Yahweh shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him, the stranger as well as him who was born in the land. When he blasphemes the name of Yahweh, he shall be put to death'" (Leviticus 24:15-16).
You see, Yahweh does not play with his name, which is why he sanctified it while he was being proclaimed by the Gentile nations. If you just go a few verses up from verse 15: 10-4, it shows what happened when someone blasphemed his name. Now the son of an Israelite woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Yasharel.
And this Israelite woman's son and a man of Yasharel fought each other in the camp, and the Israelite woman's son blasphemed the name of Yahweh and cursed. So they brought him to Moses; his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Debris, of the tribe of Dan. Then they put him in custody that the mind of Yahweh might be shown to them.
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, "Take outside the camp him who has cursed. Then let all who heard him lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him. " (Leviticus 24:10-14) You see, the woman intermingled and mated with an Egyptian, and her child blasphemed Yah's name.
He paid the price for it. Don't you ever do this! In reference to swearing falsely by His name, He commands, "And you shall not swear by My name falsely, nor shall you profane the name of your Elohim.
I am Yahweh. " (Leviticus 19:12) See, here's the deal: When you know His name, this is why you don't get provoked when people swear to God or they take false oaths to God like they do in their fraternities. It's because the god that they're swearing to is not Yahweh.
For you personally, make sure that you do not swear falsely to Yahweh. Let's keep going. Now, regarding Yah, this is also something very important that we must do that people seem to not understand: We must guard His commands.
It says, "You shall diligently keep the commandments of Yahweh your Elohim, His testimonies, and His statutes which He has commanded you. And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of Yahweh, that it may be well with you, and that you may go in and possess the good land of which Yahweh swore to your fathers. " (Deuteronomy 6:17-18) As you read the Scriptures, particularly the Old Testament, you will see that this requirement is continuously stressed.
I should note that following Him is not one-sided, but it also comes with blessings. Listen as He commands: "If you diligently heed the voice of Yahweh your Elohim and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians, for I am Yahweh who heals you. " (Exodus 15:26) Also, "You shall observe My judgments and keep My ordinances to walk in them.
I am Yahweh your Elohim. You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments; which if a man does, he shall live by them. I am Yahweh.
" (Leviticus 18:4-5) You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments and shall not commit any of these abominations, either of your own nation or any stranger who dwells among you. (Leviticus 18:26) And that you remember and do all My commandments and be holy for your Elohim. (Numbers 15:40) I can keep going on and on; this command is repeated over and over.
You see, it's highly important to Him. As you read it on your own, you can see how much He emphasized this. So then, after you know this, if you were one that was influenced by those lawless doctrines that told you that you no longer needed to care about His commands, and you actually followed and believed that doctrine, you may now be able to see the need for serious repentance.
We are to follow and guard His commands; this is what He requires of those who love Him. Now, while we also guard and keep His commands, we are also required to respect His word, to not add or take away from it. "You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yahweh your Elohim which I command you.
" (Deuteronomy 4:2) "Whatever I command you, be careful to observe it; you shall not add to it nor take away from it. " (Deuteronomy 12:32) You see this little piece of understanding? If we really had this, people would never try to play with Yah and add all these different traditions and all these different doctrines in.
When you understand Yahweh, you don't play with Him. Pagan holidays like Christmas don't come in because He didn't command it. It is important to understand our relationship with Him.
We cannot just add practices to our worship and take things away that we don't necessarily care for. Those that do these things just don't truly understand Him. The more we teach about Him properly, the more people will better understand.
Next thing you need to understand is: Do not play with Him. Do not tempt Yahweh. "You shall not tempt Yahweh your Elohim, as you tempted Him in Masa.
" (Deuteronomy 6:16) Then all the congregation of the children of Yasharel set out on their journey from the Wilderness of Sin, according to the commandment of Yahweh, and camped in Rephidim, but there was no water for the people to drink. Therefore, the people contended with Moses and said, "Give us water, that we may drink! " So Moses said to them, "Why do you contend with me?
Why do you tempt Yahweh? " And the people thirsted there for water, and the people complained against Moses and said, "Why is it you have brought us up out of Egypt to kill us and our children and our livestock with thirst? " So Moses cried out to Yahweh, saying, "What shall I do with this people?
They are almost ready to stone me. " Yahweh said to Moses, "Go on before the people and take with you some of the elders of Yasharel. Also take in your hand your rod with which you struck the river and go.
Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in. . .
Horeb, and you shall strike the Rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the Elders of Yasharel. So we call the name of the place Masa in Merbah because of the contention of the children of Yasharel and because they tempted Yahweh, saying, "Is Yahweh among us or not?
" That's Exodus 17:1-7. Listen, don’t ever try to tempt Yah; this shows a lack of love, a lack of reverence, and a lack of faith and trust. This is unfortunately how many people act with Yahweh today.
Like I said earlier, people say they were angry with Him because He did not show up when they wanted Him to. Some of them, hating how wicked this world is, contend with Him, saying, "When are you going to show up? Are you really there?
Do you really care about us? " Stuff like that. Be careful that you do not deal with Him in this way.
Do not tempt Yahweh. Yah continued to do this, and this generation that I just read about did not see the Promised Land. If you act that way with Him, I can assure you, you will not see His promises either.
What else should you know about Him? You should know that to be His, you must be Kodesh. Today, we say holy.
What it means is to be set apart; for I am Yahweh who brings you up out of the land of Egypt to be your Elohim. You shall therefore be holy, for I am Holy. That's Leviticus 11:45.
Speak to all the congregation of the children of Yasharel and say to them, "You shall be holy, for I Yahweh your Elohim am Holy. Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am Yahweh your Elohim. " Leviticus 20:7.
And you shall be holy to me, for I Yah am Holy and have separated you from the peoples that you should be mine. Leviticus 20:26. You see, this one right here is very important because people just don't really understand.
The reason is because they have come to know Him by Gentiles who have never had to revere or worship their gods like Yahweh desires and requires. Yah is Holy; He is set apart, Kodesh, and therefore, He requires those who follow Him to be this as well. This means that we cannot just do what we want to do in His name.
You can't just worship Him the way you want to because you’ve seen other people worship their gods like that. You cannot deal with Him in any kind of way that you want to just because you’ve seen others deal with their gods in that way. He is holy, Kodesh, set apart, and therefore those that love Him and are in covenant with Him must be exactly the same.
He is Holy, so we must be as well. Stay set apart. A part of our faith means we are different than everyone else.
This is why Yasharel was so special. The rest of the other nations worshiped their pagan gods in very similar ways. Yasharel was the only nation that said we honor and worship the one true God differently; we honor Him the way He says.
If you have not applied being set apart to Yah, you have not truly gotten to know Him and serve Him yet. We must be set apart. Now, the last thing I will mention in regards to Yahweh is that we must obey the messenger He sends.
It says, "Behold, I sent an angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him and obey his voice. Do not provoke him, for he will not pardon your transgressions, for my name is in him.
But if you heed and obey his voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries. " That's Exodus 23:20-22. He says, "I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brethren and will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him.
And it shall be that whoever will not hear my words which he speaks in my name, I will require it of him. " Deuteronomy 18:18-19. And of course, He’s speaking of Yahusha.
Yahweh’s name is in Him; therefore, as we have Messiah Yahusha, we must obey His voice and follow Him too. We must obey and follow the messenger He sends. But this is Yahweh and how we must regard Him.
Remember, we must know that Yahweh is one; He does not share His glory or worship. We must love and revere Him with all our heart, soul, and strength. We must not profane, blaspheme, or falsely swear by His name.
We must guard His commands. We must not add or take away anything from His word. We must not tempt Him.
We must be holy because He is Holy. We must obey the messenger that He sends. In our relationship with Yahweh, this is the beginning of it; this is the beginning of understanding Him and His Torah.
If you want to understand Him or teach your children about Him, this is the beginning foundational understanding. This is according to His Torah, and to me, this is beautiful. As I put this together, my heart was truly in joy because this is Him—this is who I love, who I honor and worship, and it is such a wonderful honor to be able to present Him to you.
So again, how do we know all this about Him? It must be understood that you would not understand Him any other way than without knowing His Torah, reading His law. So when you really think about it, it makes so much sense.
Sense why there are so many people out here that do not truly know Him. They do not know Him because they don't know His Torah, and they disregard it; they avoid it. But it's very clear that if you read it, you will know Him and understand Him, and that's why His Torah is amazing.
As you go over this, this is not legalistic; this is not harmful or a burden to me. It's a message of understanding and love. He has communicated who He is to His children, and they have recorded it so that the next generations that came after them would know Him too.
As I introduce Him to my youngest son, I will teach it to him just like this. I have put this in a PDF, so you can have it for yourself. The Hallelujah Scriptures also has made this into a booklet that goes over His Torah.
The first part in understanding the Torah is understanding Yahweh and knowing His commands. The next part, after we know His commands and who He is to us and how we must regard Him, is understanding His appointed times—His feast days. The goal of this video is to introduce Yahweh to those who have not truly understood Him yet.
And maybe you have already met Him, but there are things about Him you have not understood. Hopefully, this video will now bring you into a more understanding relationship with our Father. He is our Creator, and He is wonderful.
If we honor Him and show Him truly how much we love Him, He will be there for us and He will cover us. This is a wonderful covenant and one that is a blessing. You see, I've been on the other side.
I've seen what it's like to serve myself and serve the world. I've served corporations; I've served the banks; I've served all my idolatrous thoughts, full circle, bringing it back to serving myself. I have been there.
I know what it's like, and I know what that brings. I don't want it. It does not bring happiness; it does not bring fulfillment; it does not bring joy.
It brings temporary moments that do not last. The more I searched the world to serve it, the more unhappiness and unfulfillment it brought me. I was running from our Father; I was running from a relationship with Him because He was presented as someone who would take me any way I wanted to come to Him through, but He also intimidated me because I did not think I could live up to His standards.
If you recognize these are two entirely different feelings that I literally had all at once, they kept me from understanding Him truly, and I ran from Him and lived for myself. I went down that road, and I know it leads nowhere. There's a lot of fun and good moments, yeah, but even through all that fun and the good moments, there is still unfulfillment.
So you keep chasing something, hoping that the next accomplishment will bring what you're looking for, but no, they never do; they never do because it's not the answer. Yahweh is the answer. He knows each of us; He is our Creator.
He knows what we need more than anyone else would, and we run from Him and serve everything else in hopes for a temporary high just because we don't think we can meet His standards. This is not true. It was always the lie from the enemy in order to keep us away from Yahweh.
Yahweh is the answer, and serving Him completely, loving Him completely, trusting Him completely brings completeness and fulfillment in all areas of our lives. It's not a one-sided relationship either. By abiding in Him, He blesses us; He covers us; He loves us.
And if you come from a family that never knew how to show you love, like I did—if love was something that you lacked but always needed—if you came up maybe in a single-parent household, especially without a father, He will fill in the gap that you always needed. I can't explain it, but it's real. He fills you up and lets you know that He will always be there for you if you just trust Him.
So for me, a long time ago, I committed myself to trusting Him; that was exactly what I was going to do. Learning about Him and keeping His commands was exactly what I was going to do. And this ministry is just a part of the history of my relationship with Him.
This is who He is, and this is who we are waiting for. The time is coming where He is going to be gathering us all back unto Him so that we can all worship and honor Him collectively as He has commanded. So knowing Him according to His Torah is extremely important because this is how He wants us.
You need to get to know Him now rather than later. If these things are too much for you, then He’s not for you. And listen, that's your choice, and I'm not forcing Him on you.
I'm just here to tell you that Yahweh is the answer, and you must know that you cannot know Yahweh without knowing His Torah. You cannot come to Yahweh without coming to Him through Yahusha. So you must understand the Messiah whom He sent to us that redeems us and makes us acceptable to stand before Him.
We pray to Yahweh in the name of Yahusha, so you should know exactly who it is that you're praying to and who it is that you say you're serving. If you didn't know these things that I mentioned in this video that are extremely important to Him, then you didn't know Him. And right now, you should praise Him.
And thank him for giving us more time in order for you to know these things. Now, the point I am making to you is that there is nothing wrong with his Torah; his Torah is love, his Torah is peace, his Torah brings completeness, and if you follow it, he will bless you abundantly. So the only question is: are you going to listen to those who don't know him, that don't fully believe, that are compromised—ones that celebrate him in false ways, ones that dishonor him?
Are you going to listen to those people and ignore how he has commanded his children? You should not do this. He wants to bless you and bring you into his kingdom if you truly love him.
And so, I know he has led me to make this video so I can properly introduce him to you. I spent a whole month explaining how the foundation that we learned about him was tainted from the Protestant Reformation. Now I am led to spend time explaining exactly who he is and how it is that we should love him and show him that we do.
We show him we love him by guarding and keeping his commandments. So don't ever be one who speaks against doing so. Hear, O Yasharel: Yahweh our Elohim, Yahweh is one.
You shall love Yahweh your Elohim with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. From now on, make this your mission in life; place this as your priority, and you will make it into his kingdom. If you're watching this, it's because he's calling out to you.
Please answer his call and come to him in truth today. Be blessed. Hallelujah!
