Well, this has been a heavy-hitting news week for the real estate industry. In fact, so much so that the fact that a housing bill was passed barely made the teeny tiny headlines. What's really important is that Compass dropped its lawsuit against Zillow and a whole lot of brokerages have made private deals with public portals.
