[Music] you [Music] this is a meditation for winter relaxation its aim is to reduce your anxiety and help you to access those feelings of being in a perfect place no matter where you are if you enjoy this session please subscribe and consider supporting this channel on patron during the winter months we may find ourselves stuck indoors more often and also exposed to less sunlight we are often hard at work with our tasks and lacking in time to ourselves this combined with the cold depending on where you live of course in possibly less opportunity for physical
activity can sometimes make us especially prone to restlessness and anxiety this meditation session will help to put a more positive outlook on the more undesired parts of our situation and then help us to overcome them through both acceptance and simple solutions to begin find a comfortable place to sit just finding a posture that is alert yet relaxed so that you can remain where you are for a bit without unnecessary discomfort as you settle in take a relaxed breath through your nostrils continue to find a relaxing pace of breath and begin to take notice of your
body and the space you are in [Music] any observation you make how you are feeling the temperature of the room whether it's bright or dark just treat these as observations these are not to be judged but just looked at with an observational mind as you settle into a comfortable breathing pattern repeat this mantra either out loud or in your mind breathing in I feel my breath [Music] breathing out in the here-and-now [Music] breathing in I feel my breath breathing out in the here and now [Music] and as you go deeper into a state of relaxed
calm just remember that any small distraction or minor discomfort is simply an observation you have the power to focus on healing thoughts all while remaining in the present moment now sitting so calmly allow yourself to imagine a perfect place maybe it's a warm sunny beach with a calming sound of the waves the sand under your feet or maybe you're hiking on a forest path a stream flowing nearby the Sun is peeking through the trees overhead and birds are singing imagine this perfect place and wherever you take yourself just allow yourself to stay there stay there
