hello welcome to this meditation to this journey this dream Zone and I invite you to begin by just taking a moment to drop into the space to leave behind whatever you were just doing or thinking about any distractions and it come fully into your body and into this present moment close your eyes if that feels good and drop your awareness your Consciousness into the center of your being just intuitively noticing where it goes many people feel their Center in their chest or their solar plexus but everyone's unique and once you're there we'll just take three
deep breaths one two and three foreign and now just grounding down dropping deeper into your body feeling your awareness your weight sinking down into your root starting with your head just feel everything drain away like sand in a sand timer down through your face your neck your chest your belly into your pelvic Bowl down through your hips and your thighs your calves your feet and into the Earth Beneath You grounding down and here take one more deep breath fully arriving all right you may find it most intuitive to keep your eyes closed here to help
you concentrate or if you're working with a candle or fire you can now blink your eyes open and softly Focus your Gaze on that and now just watching with your interior eye your imagination and noticing what you see perhaps at first there is only Darkness or maybe a white mist and out of this mist you see something someone a character this may be someone you already know a character from a story you already know about or are already working on or maybe someone new entirely either way Don't Force It just notice what you see let
your subconscious show you a story what does this character look like just notice their face their build their posture what's their clothing how does it hang on them is there any movement how old are they but Crone Arc is of course one of the initiations of elderhood and as such it is traditionally the story of an older person someone who has left behind the theater of power that was middle age and has entered their Twilight someone in the age range of perhaps late 60s to 80 years old but a crone can be archetypally represented by
anyone of any age they don't have to be an older person and they don't have to be female they don't even have to be human although my language will assume that they are so just notice what comes up for you here what feels right perhaps you will be surprised by what you see the Crone after all is a surprising character and what do you see around this character what do their surroundings look like do you get a sense of where they're at inside if so what kind of a room outside either way what's the mood
