so I want to talk about something that I never saw anyone talk about before that can be very powerful not only to make you fluent English 10 times faster but to change your entire life you might know all the normal things that you have to do to become fluent in English like exposing yourself to the language practicing and all these things but there's one thing that you're probably not doing that can make a huge difference on how you learn English and that is being healthy by way before you click off this video hear me out
this can make a huge difference and I want to explain to you what you can do to make your English learning Journey much easier and enjoyable so if you watch this video to the end it's going to be a game Cher for you I have to talk about this you see by simply striving to be healthy you can make each step easier for you practicing and consistency require a lot of focus determination not being stressed all the time have a clear mind so if you are one of those people that cannot really focus are always
kind of lost don't have a routine it's always distract don't eat well don't exercise it's going to take you years to become flood in English and I'm serious you have no idea how important it is to be healthy especially if you want to achieve a high proficiency level in English when you're talking to someone is extremely important to have mental Clarity and focus I have seen so many people that are learning English but cannot even focus for five minutes they often think that they have to do this and that but they forget how important it
is to have a mental Clarity to speak English to listen to write and to read so many people want to become fluent in English but they eat unhealthy food they don't exercise so they limit the amount of process that they can make and 90% of people are not doing this become fluent in English requires a lot of strength from your mind so it's really important to have Clarity and be able to focus for hours I wonder why more people don't talk about this there are people out there and you might be one of them that
is doing everything consuming English practicing being consistent but they don't exercise and they don't eat healthy foods and they are not making the progress that they want and even if they are they would have been making so much more progress if they were taking care of their health I remember the first time that I dream in English I was actually very happy I thought that for the first time my brain was stinking in English naturally and ever since then I've been dreaming in English more than in my native language and when I started to try
to sleep better I started to dream and think in English more and that made a huge difference for me so you probably go to school or work and when you get home and lay on your bed you start thinking about everything that's going on in your life and it takes a long time for you to fall asleep especially if you're looking at your phone and then you wake up sleep deprived and really tired but again sleep is one of those things that people know how important it is is but you don't realize how important it
is to learn English if you can the best that you can do is sleep 6 to 8 hours a day before you go to sleep don't look at your phone or something really bright one of the best things that I did in the past but still do to this day is I bought a book in English and every time 40 minutes before I go to sleep I journal for 15 minutes and read for 25 minutes every day and I also make sure to have a soft light that is not bright and it's not going to
affect my sleep I highly encourage you to to start doing this it might actually be hard in the beginning because you're so used to like looking your phone all the time but trust me after a few days you're going to get addicted and your English will improve a lot especially because there's a lot of studies that prove that this works consuming something that you are learning like English before bed with activities like reading and writing can make you retain the information better make you memorize faster and even improve your sleep sometimes another huge factor that
impacts your ability to learn English is how you manage stress when you are stressed all the time your brain is in a state of fight or fight which makes incredibly hard to absorb new information and retain what you've learned I've noticed that people who are always stressed out struggle a lot more with learning English they cannot focus they forget vocabulary and they get frustrated easily to truly Excel you need to find a ways to reduce your stress levels this could be through meditation working out or simply taking time each day to relax and maybe even
some time off from English personally I started to meditate for 10 minutes a day and it made a huge difference my mind felt way better and I could concentrate for longer periods because I've been through this you're watching something you don't understand you get mad and you want to give up the same thing happen with speaking you there practicing but then nothing comes out of your mouth you only make mistakes and you get madic again and without even realize you're already stressed so try it out find a Stress Management technique that work for you and
stick with it your journey of becoming fluent in English will become much mder and more enjoyable now this is amazing for a mental health and to manage your stress don't underestimate the power of social Connections in your English learning Journey having a support system and being part of a community can massively boost your motivation and give you more opportunities to practice I've seen it countless times people who join English learning groups make friends and regularly communicate with others in English progress much faster you don't have to do this alone I'm creating some I'm working on
