I've been mewing for about 6ish months but I've also been wearing invisaline retainer when I go to bed each night this user saying that he gets a gap between the front teeth so clearly the teeth are going to relapse if he she doesn't do anything I can do the cheesy grin swallow without a problem but as soon as I close my mouth and try to swallow the same way my boxin nators are being used when you do The Chew make sure you separate chewing process from the swallowing that's repetition repetition repetition remember to Chew Chew
Chew Chew Chew make your food liquefy okay so we have fix my eye droop droopy upper eyelids any possible way to fix this problem without the need for surgery my vision isn't effective okay so when I look at people's faces I often feel that the eyes turned down because of the lack of maili support and it's my personal opinion that if you can get your tongue in the roof of the mouth and if you can correct the inner U the section from here down here up here and if you can move this inner U up
and forwards from good tongue posture over prolonged periods of time and it's not a fast process then it would upturn the outer canthus of the eye as we refer to the outer edge of the eye however this is an incredibly hard thing to do to move your Maxell as is exceptionally difficult it takes exceptional patience and dedication and over 25 I think it is beyond the average person well I don't know if that's someone getting old structurally with the bones or someone's getting old in their habits we don't know that however you have got your
work cut out but why not give it a go you might as well and I think it could make the world of difference to you and also what I think it's happening frequently is as people people start working hard on effective Mee they get better sleep they don't feel as tired and then they don't look as tired so maybe that's another angle by which this works but don't stop keep going I wonder if it's possible to have a constant device somehow push up on your pallet harder than you can I assume with your tongue for
24/7 I mean we've thought of every device and contraption that you can possibly do and unfortunately I don't think there's anything mechanical that could work as hard as your time we've got to do this yourself there's no way of cheating this one I would wish I could find it and develop this for people but again as we often say this is something you have to do yourself so next question is wearing invis line counterproductive to meing hi so I've been mewing for about 6ish months but I've also been wearing invisaline retainer when I go to
bed each night I only wear it bed not during the day is wearing the invisaline retainer each night impeding and hindering my Mee progress and forward growth I see conflicting information on this and I need to know if I should wear the invisaline retainer at night or just me 24/7 with good posture and hope my teeth don't get crooked again the dilemma I face is if I don't wear my retainer at night my front teeth shift and create a tooth Gap while my other teeth would probably get crooked I want to ensure correcting facial development
mewing but I also don't want to have crooked teeth and a tooth Gap if I stop wearing the Invisalign and M correctly will I have a tooth Gap or will my teeth stay in place and not shift apart let me know and thanks for your input so I have a feeling we're talking at slight cross purposes here I'm I have a feeling you're talking about a retainer that looks like an Invisalign aligner remembering these clear plastic aligners retainers these are just differences in names for what is essentially the same thing if you're trying to move
teeth you need to wear something most of the time if you have something of a retainer you can wear it for just at night or a third of the time so the first thing to do is working out if this is a retainer which is what I'm assuming is is first working out what would happen if you don't wear it and of course this individual's really finding out this that he gets a gap between the front teeth if he doesn't wear this retainer at night he doesn't know if the rest of the teeth are going
to be crooked unfortunately that's something you can't predict you you won't know that unless you don't wear it and then if they become crooked it could be too late and also I don't want people to be in the situation so I don't want you as the person asking this question to be wearing the retainer some of the time allowing the teeth to become crooked then pushing the retainer back again and straightening the teeth cuz that's going of causes jiggling motion the teeth will relapse back you put the retainer in they force apart start again they
go back and one way back and one way so that's not good for your teeth you know if I want to get a stick out of the ground I pull it one way the other and eventually the stick comes out the ground I worry there's an good analogy with teeth so avoid jiggly motion which are interestingly compounded with bad toothbrushing so do be careful now this user saying that he gets a gap between the front teeth so clearly the teeth are going to relapse if he she doesn't do anything so I I can't recommend you
stop wearing this invisaline I think it's a retainer by the sounds of things because if I recommended this then I'm responsible for it so it's it's a difficult one and I my usual recommendation in this situation not that I'm recommending this is something you consider discuss it with your orthodontist or a dentist would be to have a fixed retainer behind the Upper Front Teeth this is the most minimal volume it's the most dynamic form of retainer I don't recommend that if you've had a lot of widening and you want to keep that width which is
another question but it's a good retainer for holding the front T straight but stopping the particular problem you seem to be describing also if you only have the retainer glued to the back of the front teeth that wire is quite flexible and won't impede further expansion if you are able to achieve it which is not an easy task to do but it's possible it's your goal and an Invisalign type retainer will prevent that of course the other thing an Invisalign retainer can do is it's an added layer of plastic between your teeth I don't like
that I like tooth contact I like tooth contact when you have the tongue on the roof of the mouth acting as a natural antagonist to the jaw closing muscles but essentially in that situation I like tooth contact and I don't like bits of plastic between the teeth and by the way don't stop mewing so another question here help with proper swallowing method hi I recently started to use the proper swallowing technique not using your boxin nators I'm able to chew food fine without my boxin nators but I cannot use them when swallowing I can do
the cheesy grin swallow without a problem but as soon as I close my mouth and try to swallow the same way my boxin nators are being used it looks like my face isn't moving but when I stand with light behind me and try you can clearly see they are being used anyone got any tips on how I can fix this well usually I say bite together but the best way to tackle this and many other problems is the paes so when you do The Chew make sure you separate the chewing process from the swallowing process
these tend to get blurred by too many of us it's you know it's like breathing it's something you do all the time you don't think about doing but you need to separate that process that's repetition repetition repetition remember to Chew Chew Chew Chew Chew make your food liquefied make your food mush then pors chin tuck bite together and swallow you you're doing you're making the situation harder for yourself a good good analogy of this is the film Dead Poet Society where Robin Williams gets the students to play penalty shootouts football doing penalty shootouts while he
while they're quoting poetry and they're quoting poetry as they do the penalty shootouts why well the idea is to put them under stress so he's making it more difficult to quote poetry so that now they can quote poetry when not doing a penalty shootout so easily because if you can do quote poetry when doing a penalty shootout you can quote poetry really well when not doing a penalty shootout and here I'm trying to make life difficult for you so if you do a tin talk and bite together you're making the situation so much much more
difficult for yourself that you learn better you learn in stressed events you don't learn when life is good and life is easy you learn in stressed difficult events that's where you lay down memory and here's a great way to help you lay down memory help you get better at swallowing but you've got to remember the pores you've got to separate these two process separate the chewing process from the swallowing process as you go to swallow chin tuck bite together swallow remember all of those things get the mewing app get all those tips and hints but
you've got to have the pause the pause is Magic and that's my best tip for you so another question here are chisel and similar jaw trainers safe I know the inzer blazed trainers are bad but what about the molar based ones like chisel obviously I know not to overtrain but training properly and moderately is it safe or not and why well in essence I I think they're probably relatively safe I don't have any information to say that they're dangerous but what I do like about them is because you don't fully close your teeth together you're
far less likely to cause jaw joint problems than if you're using normal chewing gum if you have jaw joint problems remember the one thing I can't recommend people do is chewing gum I think it can be massively valuable but if I'm recommending that and someone's got a a jaw joint problem they can get into real problems and I think that some of these trainers get around that by you're not fully bringing your teeth together when you're training clearly don't overdo it
