welcome to today's meditation find a comfortable quiet place to sit or lie down without interruption when you're ready gently close down your eyes take a deep breath through your nose feeling your lungs and expanding your belly hold it for a moment now slowly exhale through your mouth letting any tension leave your body with the [Music] exhale when you're ready take a deep breath again and let all distractions and attachments go on the exhale breathing normally through the nostrils now pay atten to the sharp sensation in the nostrils as you inhale and the warm sensation as
you exhale follow the rhythm of your breath breathing deep and slow [Music] [Music] allow your awareness to expand imagine that with every inhale you are drawing in the energy of the present moment with each exhalation you release anything that no longer serves you [Music] [Music] as we embark on this journey together we will explore the transition from the 3D reality of The Senses Into the fourth dimension of timelessness and finally into the fifth dimension of frequency and vibration where we will place our desires or preferences become a witness and observe the 3D reality you experience
often with your senses what do your normal five senses usually [Music] register what objects and colors do you often see what sounds do you normally hear what textures are often around you what do you usually taste and smell [Music] [Music] just observing and taking note of what you often witness experience and see with your five senses [Music] in this 3D reality you are often aware of the limitations and boundaries of time and space however we are not only physical solid 3D bodies bumping around we have a mind feelings intentions Consciousness and energy that exists beyond
what we experience and affects the fourth and fifth dimensions of time and frequency allow yourself now to become aware of a gentle shift [Music] occurring feel yourself yourself lifting above your current surroundings rising up and Beyond the Physical Realm moving up and floating weightless in space [Music] [Music] [Music] with each long deep breath feel yourself moving more fully into the fourth dimension a dimension Beyond Time here the past and future blend into a single point of existence in this Dimension allow yourself to relax and let go weightless and Timeless there is no rush no clock
ticking there is freedom here that comes from releasing the attachment to what we perceive as time [Music] [Music] [Music] here there is only this perfect vast unlimited present moment [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] as you breathe in invite in possibilities and potential as you breathe out release the constraints of your past experiences [Music] [Music] [Music] now feel or visualize yourself expanding further opening your awareness to the fifth dimension of frequency and vibration move your awareness outward upward down all around stretching it further and further [Music] here you are pure energy everything is energy this space between
is energy light frequency and vibration there is no separation only flow [Music] [Music] you are not bound by physicality your are light waves vibrating at different frequencies [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] feel the vibrational energy surrounding you pulsating with life love and well-being it moves through you for [Music] [Music] [Music] allow yourself to resonate with this higher frequency you are connected to all that is the universe source and infinite possibilities [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] in this Dimension you are pure potential a creator of your reality co-creating with the infinite intelligence that orchestrates all take
a moment to cont template your preference or what you wish to manifest [Music] now place it into the field of infinite potential around you know that Source has your best interests in mind so something like this or better will be done whatever is in the highest good for you and all concerned will be done under grace and imperfect ways it is being created allow your frequency to resonate at the same rate as your preference watch as the vibration with in you and around you is matched it all begins to move together amplifying the ripples of
the same w [Music] [Music] e [Music] there is no separation the energy within you and outside you is the same you become one with the energy of your preference [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] working out the physical 3D or the 4D time aspects is not your job this is the job of the infinite intelligence that is all things you can let go now releasing and relaxing into this expanded vast moment [Music] [Music] [Music] slowly slowly as we move our aware awareness back to where our human bodies are sitting or [Music] laying feel gratitude
for the resonance with your preference tap into this feeling as often as you can your creation or something better is done in our vibrational universe [Music] take a moment to be grateful for who and what you are co-creating with the all knowing infinite heart infinite love Infinite intelligence works with you and for you [Music] [Music] know that everything will be revealed to you at the perfect time that magical synchronistic moments will pop into your awareness embrace them and follow the [Music] path bring your awareness all the way back to your physical body while remaining conscious
