when you do pizza inside something like a Weber grill usually the bottom Burns before the top is good so let's try something different lit charcoal in the grill pizza steel on top and then a large cast iron pan on top of that to get hot cover let it get hot for like a half an hour put the pizza on the steel cover with the inverted hot pan and hopefully that should radiate heat on top of the pizza 3 minutes later we take it out and that's beautiful it's done it's perfect right no look on the
bottom burnt to a crisp the uneven heat problem remains but I easily could have sold that to you as a successful recipe concept by just not showing you the bottom and frankly I see fellow recipe content creators doing that kind of stuff all the time strategically omitting certain shots from their edit that said if you do know a way to make this concept work let me know oh and if you don't want the cheese to be brown then you can just Grill Pizza the normal way but I want it to be brown on top
