uh only you can help you I feel like a lot of times we find ourselves in search of many things that are already within Who We Are and not only do we allow people to prescribe us some sort of metaphorical medicine we consume it even with our better judgment it's not as if we are ignorant to the nature of like the external person or maybe we see others with the same faith that we see in ourselves but the external person is you know it's not us but it doesn't mean like it doesn't mean we shouldn't
be nice to the outside person or treat people worse because we don't know their real intention or or anything like that rather we should start trying to trust our own judgments more often you know start allowing like there to be some truth in in how we feel about a certain circumstances and you know how we perceive something because I feel like a lot of us myself included uh we'll take the prescription that another people person gave to a a circumstance or anything like that so like the the main point is to seek to help yourself
but like also make sure you're being conscious of the context of people's you know advice and and uh guidance in life I feel like we do hold a lot of resentment and then grudges towards people uh because in part where we're negligent of you know the context of of their behaviors and sometimes the context of Our Own it's almost as if like everybody you have to realize that everybody's living their own complex life and not necessarily saying that you know you want a prominent individual rather you should realize that you know everybody has something going
on and not everything's necessarily going to lead to you in terms of how people are active you know not only are we a reflection of our thoughts but our perceptions as well no disservice is greater than negative feeling inspired by others forcibly felt by you that is to say that even when people aren't acting in accordance to how we think they ought to act or treating you how you ought to be treated or not um any type of negative emotional feeling or action that you feel that you do is only negative for you in that
way you know like people don't feel your anger for you you're feeling it in reference to them and they don't even have to feel like that a lot of times it doesn't need to be within our head and I think if we're conscience and knowing that other people aren't necessarily feeling that way about this situation and we have to sort of give ourselves that freedom to not feel like that to not be so within another circumstance another person another circumstance another person that wish to you know be impacted to the point where it Alters your
character almost and it's not worth it most of the time most of the time we don't need to be within that we don't need to be in a space where how we feel is you know dragging us down if anything we should be uplifted by our own feelings and if we have any control and that's what you we should be you know funneling our energy into it's not every day you know we find ourselves and a constant search of uh the things that we already have with it I think a lot of people need to
start realizing their own individuality their own character in a way it's pretty interesting to think about how you know some people don't have that San Andreas they don't have that oh everybody else has something going on too you know everybody got their own situate life you know the fool is negligence of all the movement around them and that doesn't say that you know it's it's not so much hyper focused on the individual you know a world full of individuals but the main thing we watch is the group that is to say that you know you
don't necessarily have to put yourself under that kind of stress and strain in reference to you know the eyes and observations of external persons because only you can help you so at the end of the day it's gonna have to be you to to to care about your own judgment of yourself rather than how other peoples
