The hardest part of running your business isn't doing the work. It's when you've got so much work to do. You've got to show someone else how to do it.
That's talking about the pain. I've nothing to do with the product or the features I'm just connecting with someone over the pain. I'm speaking to them in their terms, and it's really important that you do that to catch someone's attention.
But you've got to do it quick and you've got to move on quick because they don't give a shit about what else you're going to say. So I'm Chris from Trainual the easiest way to build all of your playbooks, the training manual for your company and Dan asked me to speak about a video that we've been running as an ad on Facebook. You can pay back your cost to acquire a customer in under a couple of months.
Then you can use credit cards to finance your growth because the money's free for 30 to 60 days. That's at least what we've done. So we've grown trainual like crazy using this tactic and I'm going to teach it to you.
So it's called the cold traffic converter. The purpose of this is to lower your cost of customer acquisition or your CAC. So we affectionately call it the small CAC video.
Let's let's roll the video. The hardest part about running your company is not doing the work. The hardest part is when you have so much work, you can't do it anymore and you have to train someone else to do it.
The documentation of what we do is absolutely critical. I'm a very successful CEO and take it from me. We love trainual.
Absolutely. Game changing. You're wanting to scale your business.
Trainual is by far the best. I’ll link that up below. It's not about doing the work.
It's about building repeatable systems so you can delegate the work as you grow. what trainual does is it makes it simple and makes it easy to scale. And you can actually track the progress always, every day.
Build the company as if you were going to have to sell it. Mark So we're going to go through the process of building that. You don't have to copy the video exactly, but if you use the five P’s that's what we're going to talk through.
And you can make your own video and do it very easily, very inexpensively, and it can work wonders for your business too. So let's talk through them first. first P is pain.
So when I start the video, you see it's a quick clip, 2 seconds, 3 seconds of me saying the hardest part of running your business isn't doing the work. It's when you've got so much work to do, you've got to show someone else how to do it. That's talking about the pain.
I've nothing to do with the product or the features. I'm just connecting with someone over the pain. I'm speaking to them in their terms, and it's really important that you do that to catch someone's attention.
But you've got to do it quick and you've got to move on quick because they don't give a shit about what else you're going to say. So capture the pain really quickly and then move on. So the next key, you want to give them a punch of some kind of thing to really spark their interest.
So in our case, we use the authority, we use Michael Gerber, the author of The E-Myth, because people recognize him. And so if you can use them, someone with influence, someone with authority that gives it a punch. Another way to do it is with humor or massive results like you're trying to impress people right away.
So you connect with them over the pain and you move on and you punch them with a reason to keep watching. If it's just you talking, they're going to fall off. So give them the pain.
Give them a punch, the promise. So after it showed Gerber, it went into these testimonial videos of people coming on to the screen. Now they're not saying trainual is great because of this, this, this.
They're not talking about features. They're literally saying, like, I'm a big CEO and I use trainual or Trainual is awesome for growing my business. You don't even know what the product does yet, but you've got testimonials from people making a promise of the results that it's going to deliver.
And so you've got the promise of the product that's coming to you, proof is in the testimonials, but it's also in the sound bed that we start to put underneath as we show that quotes on the screen and we show the logo is popping up all over the page. So it's a sequence where you connect with someone over the pain where they're at. You punch them with some authority or some reason to keep watching.
You show them the promise of what they can get with you. You give them some proof that it's actually working. And then last you reveal the product.
Product in our case is just a laptop with an app on it. So you're seeing that all of these problems that we've been talking about have some kind of software solution. But beyond that, we don't say anything about what it does.
It's just there's a software solution that's going to help you scale your business. It's going to help you train your people. And we get people cold, cold Facebook lookalike audiences to click through and convert in under two months payback period with that video.
So it's worked for us from when we were spending $3000 a month to when we were spending $3000 a day and you can copy the same formula.
