in this video I'm going to show you guys step by step how you combine your winning products this is one of the most important parts to drop shipping because without Niche good products or suppliers you won't be able to sell anything so in this video I'm going to go through eight simple steps that anyone can follow to don't feel overwhelmed we'll be using AliExpress to find your products and suppliers and we will use the Shopify app BSS as stated here DS's is the best alexpress Drop Shipping tool for e-commerce I personally do not like zand
Drop CJ Drop Shipping or autod DS because they're essentially a n middleman between you and your suppliers that means they'll charge you more for sourcing products and I've also heard that they have terrible customer support for when problems arise DS's on the other hand does not interfere with you and your suppliers that you find on AliExpress so the first thing you guys want to do when starting your drop sh P journey is decide on your Niche and your sub niches this is probably the most important part of your journey I'm going to start from scratch
and pretend I have no store no products nothing except one thing a niche and that Niche for me is going to be home and kitchen because I've done it before and I've scaled it to a th000 a day in a matter of days so kitchen is what I'm going to go down into now you can start a store for home and kitchen but that's a large Niche and you're going to have to spend a lot of time uploading products for both sections so for me I'm going to scrap home and focus on a kitchen Niche
what can go in a kitchen Niche so we have bowls cups and Cutlery so now that we have fre sub niches we're going to try to find some other sub niches by looking at other professional stores not drop shipping stores but other big retail is in the kitchen Niche so we have a quick Google search we can just do a simple kitchen store and now you just want to look around at different kitchen stores and see what stop niches they have table wear dinner sets cuty kitchen knives cost iron baking okay let's do baking section
then it sets old and ser both plates BS plates we got kitchen accessories as well we got five sub niches within the kitchen Niche and that will do for now otherwise we're going to overload ourselves with too much work with uploading products so now that we got these sub niches we going to go over to AliExpress we just go kitchen let's do bows first now kitchen bows I want to find out what there is and this is what called my eye the Japanese creative table set I'm actually a big fan of Japanese table wear and
bowls and Cutlery and plates so this is actually a perfect Niche to go down into so what I'm going to do now go back to the sh board and I'm going to do kitchen Niche or Japanese products so if you guys want to go down a kitchen route and you want to choose like Scandinavian theme there's a bunch of products on AliExpress for the kitchen Niche you can also choose a color them store so let's say all black Kitchen products which black bowls black plates Cutlery Etc you can even create an entire kitchen store revolving
white kitchen products only there's so many ways guys to drill down into your Niche so that you stand out from the crowd if you're planning to start a kitchen or Home decco Store don't just upload every you see on AliExpress onto your store otherwise you'll just blend into the crowd now that we found a potential supplier to work with we need to review their store to see if they're a good fit to avoid potential hiccups down the line you're going to need to repeat this step every time you find a new supplier to work with
so the first thing we want to look at is the store information this store has been opened since 2019 95% positive feedback that's good 42k followers brilliant so 100 38 times nine reviews let's see the nine reviews very nice and high but too small came a broken plate not unpack mail and back the money was not returned okay so when there is customers like this usually this isn't the case if there's a broken plate the customer will email you and then you open dispute with AliExpress supplier they give you a refund or they reship the
product for you it's really hasslefree because they know that you're drop shipping and they need to give you good service so that you could give them more sales so you can usually ignore like customers like this the other test I want to do is clicking message and this is great as you can see I'm brought to this messaging screen so I can actually message the supplier with some Choice stores you can't actually message the supplier you're actually brought directly to the AliExpress support forat um let me see if I can find one for you let's
try this one here this one looks like a pure Choice supplier so if we click the message button we're taken to this you see stainless steel prod manufacturing store however this is actually AliExpress agent I don't actually think this is a supplier themselves and that's why I won't work with this supplier so the another check that I'm going to do here is let's go to the table Weare wow this store is massive look how beautiful these plates and Bows are oh my God I want to buy one myself they have real life images here so
what's that 2x markup 3x markup about £40 for this bowl now yes that may sound expensive but trust me brand goes a long way if you can make your website look very professional and branded people will believe that oh I'm buying from a very high value store so now that I found the store I'm going to keep on the side and keep scrolling on the main page here because right now we can literally import all these products from this store into our store but I just want to look around and see what other suppliers are
selling this is really nice too okay it's the same store about this one here this is a different store here open since 2022 if I click message if it takes us to this screen I'm not really going to work with them and this is because they're pure Choice suppliers and it's just something I avoid because I want to build a connection with my suppliers by speaking to them directly I don't want an AliExpress agent in between us there's more of these Japanese bows same store is this the same store yep same store for the purpose
of this video I'm just going to stick with this one supplier now you really you don't want just one supplier you want multiple suppliers selling the same item so in this step I'm going to show you guys how to find other suppliers sending the same exact item so you have backup suppliers when things go wrong the first thing you want to do is download the AliExpress app on your phone once you have the app open you want to click on the camera icon at the top and this screen will pull up and you going to
take a picture of your product and then here you go there's all the products that look similar on AliExpress the reason why you want multiple supplies is because if this one goes out of stock you have another one to rely on or if this Supply is actually bad once you start working with them then you can pull back on other supplies now that we got all these products for the balls save that to the side and then you're just going to work your way through so I'm going to do kitchen cup and then put Japan
there just so that it fits the same thing so this one's here is quite cute 130 sold is pure [Music] Choice Unfortunately they are you really don't want to work with those suppliers I know there's a few of them that like that but like this one again you really want to just avoid them okay this one isn't so we got a sack of Blossom theme cup now we want to repeat the same process and go through his other products see if they have other Japanese F products and if they don't I usually don't go with
them cuz as you can see here it's just a bunch of other cups which I'm not really interested in so let's search Japan and the search bar here and there's none so sadly I actually won't be adding that cup into my shop because they only got one product that I [Music] want this one here 2021 94% that's not too bad and I know this isn't a choice Supply because they don't have that choice Banner here the same steps go to the all the products so Japan we got a few but then I could also see
these bottles here the minimal cup here yeah they they got a few Japanese theme products that we can add to our store oh might have found a good supplier here nice so you can message them directly without the AliExpress agent in between go to their products nice they got a range of Japanese theme products so now we have two suppliers so we've got this one this one well three suppliers now so now that we decided which suppliers to work with and what products we want to add to our store it's time to import them to
DS's okay so now that we have our product we want to click add to DS's make sure you have DS's installed on Shopify get the Chrome extension for DS's and then you'll have this button here we going to click add to DS's now guys DS's is just an app that connects AliExpress to Shopify it's not actually your supplier they don't deal with your products they don't care about the shipping cost they're literally just a software that connects AliExpress to Shopify so you shouldn't be contacting DS's if there's an issue with shipping cost or product cost
or any problems to do with the products they literally just an app and that's why I love using DS's because they don't interfere with your relationship with the supplier is you working directly with your suppliers unlike other fulfillment apps like Zen drop CJ Drop Shipping or Auto DS so now that it's imported into DS's you want to go to the import list here press the refresh button and as you can see we have this item here so now that we have the product on DS's it's time to edit the product before importing it to Shopify
the first thing you want to do is press the edit product button and and then change the title the title is going to be the final title that you're going to name the product so that when you import it to Shopify your product title is the same as your url so how I decide on the product title is I look around at other stores and see what they Nam their products the reason for this is so that your products are search engine optimized and it will improve your organic reach in the future so what you're
going to do is just browse different stores and see what they named their products looks more like this one here large plate 29 CM 17 cm so we need to find out our sizing and it's 19 CM so this is actually a plate with a dipping Bowl here we need to make sure we mention that we also need to give a name for this blue so it's like ocean blue uh medium plate 19 CM ceramic PL with lipstick or something like that for now and then we can leave the rest of that page and go
to variants once you're on variants this is where you going to change the product pricing you want to click those four yeah CU these four are the same prices change price I'm going to do time 2.5 just to make sure this is £19 this is free shipping to the US alexpress standard shipping we bring up the Cal cater 18 18 and then I add a bit more onto it so then I just round it up about 19 20 then time 2.5 which is50 so50 compare at Price £70 D select that s this one this one's
slightly bigger so the price for this will be around 24 with taxes that's £60 action change price £60 compare 85 that looks all good to me and with description here you can keep this for now go to images and you want to make sure to take all the ones you want now when you import these products like this this you really need to go through each product carefully popping each image making sure there's no Chinese lettering now that's done we're going to click save so now that we finished editing the product information on DS's it's
time to import it to your Shopify store but we're not done just yet we still need to edit the product descriptions the tags Etc on Shopify the first thing we want to do is click the push the store button for the product we want to import to Shopify it's a fairly quick process and should only take a few seconds once that's finished you want to navigate to the my product section on the left and then open and store and now you have your first product on your store now I'm going to go through how you
