It is very easy to talk, but very hard to find. Generally, what you'll find is people how have focus on them, not on results. They focus on their performane, they worry how they're going to look out in the picture.
But they have no focus on results. When you focus in results, you work hard, you know? You work hard on possible resources to achieve your result.
Not worrying about how you're going to be at the picture, things like that. I think this is the main point: real focus on results. Get it?
