is it that's easy yeah I wouldn't really care at all who my employees voted for I wouldn't care if they were gay or not gay and I certainly would not give a [ __ ] if they ever saw something like this this chart or wheel or whatever the hell we're calling it this represents the absolute Pinnacle of corporate brain rot the wheel of privilege is being forced on game devs right now and imagine this someone actually took the time to put this [ __ ] together and they actually thought they were going to help heal
the world here I come to the brainiacs in the HR department for Behavior interactive apparently decided that showing this was going to help the employees at that company because because and I can't stress this enough the HR departments at these corporations generally feature the worst employees in the world because they're not just worthless they are many magnitudes worse than worthless because they are a constant drain on the companies that employ them not only do they waste people's time with absolute nonsense like this but they train people to be feckless turds and Progressive zombies that is
the their literal job and they all have a certain Aura to them don't they so yeah Behavior interactive in case you didn't know is behind the game Dead by daylight along with several others there subjecting their devs to this corporate nonsense those poor bastards have to sit through this garbage so on their behalf I'd like to vocalize what I'm sure they'd love to say when the HR harpies started another one of their preaching sessions it's what all of us think whenever these sewer creatures decide to open their mouths hey lady shut up [Music] [ __

while we're talking about it I'm just going to play this clip of fan favorite characters Tifa and aith in the background here because we just know how much these sewer monsters that infest these HR departments we just know how much they will appreciate images of gals who are much more attractive than them plastered all over the screen I'm convinced that the biggest Reon reason we don't see characters like this very often any longer is because there are too many jealous feminist types who can't stand the idea of man looking at someone who is not them
but I digress anyhow this is the Tweet that's pinned to behaviors Twitter page it says we couldn't create games without player feedback and with the spirit of that message in mind I think we ought to give them a little feedback the gist of the gamer's message to you is this Behavior we do not like this preachy weird woke [ __ ] but let's look at this wheel of privilege which became widespread on social media when Libs of Tik Tock tweeted an image of it for the world to see the Tweet says Behavior a large video
game company in Montreal Canada made employees undergo Dei training which includes a wheel of privilege teaching that black people and fat people are oppressed and then if we examine this absolute [ __ ] you can see that in the center there they've got the word power written down and then in these various slices of the pie they've got different characteristics of people broken down because that's the only way these jackasses can view the world rather than get to know someone and learn that I don't know uh this guy plays the guitar and he likes Jazmine
music or rock music or something like that instead of learning about that person they want to put him into a box and go oh uh this is a black guy so he's higher up on the victimhood totem pole because of his skin color but according to the wheel of privilege he's lower than a black woman because he's a cisgender man and the dude can speak English so he's lower on the totem pole than someone who speaks Spanish or something like that but the dude isn't very wealthy so he will get elevated on the victimhood totem
pole because of that it's all just a mass of extraordinarily dehumanizing language that seeks to put people in boxes and determine whether someone is even worth listening to or not due to mostly unchangeable characteristics someone should really remind these people not to judge a book by its cover but these people don't put much stock into Wise Old aphorisms like that they think they're above it they think they're enlightened to the point that common sense and simply Being Human does not apply to them however grum over on Twitter addressed this issue saying the wheel of privilege
is a struggle session Dei tool for mental programming this is crazy but it happens in many studios Activision blizzard devs including people I worked with because of course grum is actually the former lead Dev of the original World of Warcraft but anyhow he says it included people I worked with they had to undergo struggle sessions or they had to admit their white privilege Behavior makes dead by daylight among others vote with your wallets and I think that's pretty good advice I think it would be hoov Gamers to avoid these games listed here Behavior interactive is
not going to change their behavior anytime soon but I refuse to fund companies that don't like me that Judge Me based on my skin color and other immutable characteristics like that I refuse to fund companies like that so I recommend against buying any of these games featured in grum's tweet which were all made by Behavior dead by daylight is the only one that I recognize but then you got the casting of Frank Stone what the fog meet your maker islands of insight and hooked on you I'm going to add them all to my list of
