deeply and evenly Focus your attention on the sound of my voice imagine a soothing wave of relaxation washing over you starting at the top of your head and flowing down to your toes melting away any stress or tension feel the warmth of relaxation spreading through every muscle and every fiber of your being as you continue to breathe slowly and deeply let's take a moment to focus on your body direct your attention to your toes feel them relax becoming loose and comfortable let this relaxation spread to The Souls of your feet allowing them to unwind completely
now bring your awareness to your ankles imagine a warm soothing sensation surrounding them releasing any tightness or discomfort feel this relaxation spreading up your calves like a gentle wave of comfort washing over you let this soothing feeling move to your knees as they too become loose and relaxed feel any tension melting away leaning your legs in a state of blissful calm as this relaxation flows upward your thighs become heavy and tranquil the muscles in your legs are at ease and you might notice a pleasant sense of warmth and comfort allow this relaxation to continue moving
up to your hips and lower back feel your lower back muscles letting go of any stress they've been holding on to your body is becoming lighter and more comfortable as this wave of relaxation travels up your spine your chest and upper muscles unwind you feel them releasing any tension with each Breath You Take your breathing is becoming slower deeper and more serene bring your awareness to your shoulders notice any tightness or heaviness there in excess you exhale let it all go feel your shoulders drop from any burden now let's focus on your arms starting from
the upper arms feel the relaxation moving down to your elbows your forearms and finally all the way down to your fingertips your arms are completely relaxed almost as if they're floating [Music] allow this relaxation to flow up to your neck like a gentle massage melting away your remaining tension feel your neck becoming flexible and free supporting your head with ease now your facial muscles are relaxing feel your forehead smoothing out your eyebrows feeling free and your jaw loosening your entire face is completely calm and Serene now I want you to imagine a staircase in front
of you it has 10 steps and with each step you take you will become more deeply relaxed as I count down from ten to one take a step down with each number feeling yourself sinking deeper and deeper into a state of profound relaxation 10 taking that first step down feeling your body becoming lighter nine another step down and you're feeling even more at ease eight deeper and deeper with every step you take seven almost halfway there now and your relaxation is doubling six going down deeper and more comfortable five halfway down the staircase and you're
halfway into a wonderfully relaxed state four sinking deeper your muscles loose and relax three so close to the Bottom now and your relaxation is intensifying two almost there feeling the Tranquility embracing you one stepping down to the final step now fully and deeply relaxed relaxed as you reach the bottom of the staircase you find yourself in a beautiful natural sanctuary it might be a beach forest or a meadow whatever brings you a sense of peace take a moment to visualize the details the colors the textures feel the gentle breeze caressing your skin washing away any
stress that comes to mind as you stand in this Serene sanctuary take a moment to notice the ground beneath your feet it's soft and inviting like a gentle Embrace from the Earth itself [Music] feel it supportive energy grounding you in this moment of Tranquility in front of you a Serene Lake stretches out its surface reflecting the colors of the sky the water is calm and inviting its gentle ripples create a soothing rhythm imagine yourself walking towards the edges of the lake feeling the cool soft sand under your feet As you move with each step you

that is free from any burdens any worries this reflection radiates with a peaceful glow and can feel its optimistic energy resonating within you as the boat gently moves forward you notice a small island in the distance this island represents a place of relaxation a place where you can leave behind any residual tension or stress as you approach the island you can make out the details the vibrant flowers the Lush Greenery the inviting path stepping onto the island you feel an immediate sense of Tranquility the air is pure and refreshing and you take a deep breath
filling your lungs with its regenerating energy as you walk along the path you come across a clearing a perfect spot for you to sit and absorb the serenity around you take a seat feeling the soft grass beneath you supporting your body in perfect comfort close your eyes and listen to The Gentle wrestling of leaves above imagine the sunlight filtering through the branches casting a warm Golden Glow over everything as you sit in this peaceful sanctuary you become aware of a sensation of warmth and the center of your chest it's the radiant ball of light your
