you're making $4,000 a month. [music] Like the data is what are we talking about here? I get asked this all the time.
How do I turn my passion into [music] a high ticket offer? I'm going to go and help a founder named Amy today who's building her own high ticket offer, but is confused on how to structure it all. >> Feel like I could take a breath.
Like that's [music] genius. >> She's looking to get from 4K to 50K a month. And the truth is that if you're trying to do everything, you end up doing nothing.
And so we're going to simplify things. We're going to systemize it. and we're going to make this a lot more fun and help her get out of being [music] burnt out and lost.
Let's get into it. >> I basically am helping right now female entrepreneurs lead without sacrificing their health, their energy, their vitality, their relationships. And I'm doing this through uh my company, the Rise Room.
And we basically have three tiers, right? Like a a low ticket, a medium ticket, and a higher ticket. And the high ticket, what I really want to get people to is I want to build a membership club for female entrepreneurs.
And this membership club allows them to feel supported on their journey through in-person retreats as well as through online support and get access to my entire method broken down into course format that they can go through. >> And so where are you on the journey right now of like building this thing? >> Right now I have my monthly breath work events that I run.
Um the master classes I run online master classes where I guide people through my method so that they can get a taste for my method. where I lead them to after that is to join a retreat. We'll always have a retreat coming up every 3 months.
>> And so what's the part right now that you feel like you're most like kind of paralyzed by and trying to, you know, get clarity around? >> I don't know whether my flow the flow I've currently got from low ticket to medium ticket to high ticket is missing something, whether it's got too much to it because within my system like simple is better, right? And I'm trying to just simplify and simplify and simplify as much as I can.
I've managed to cut it up into three pillars. So, it's quite vast the system in itself. And so, I wonder like how can I simplify this whole flow so it just they can clearly see the journey for them cuz in my mind it makes sense but I don't know if it makes sense in everyone else.
So, it's been a while and now I'm just like I just want clarity and I want to I want to just move now >> without being in my own head about it. It just feels frustrating to be honest. Just constantly in my head questioning different things like which way I should go.
But I don't feel like I have clarity right now. >> Is it just you doing this right now? Do you have anyone helping you?
>> It's just me. >> So, when you're just beginning an offer, right, Amy's gone and brought up that it's just her, right? We're not talking about some massive team.
It's currently her and a video editor. And the number one issue that I see most founders go and get into at this stage is prioritization. They've got a lot of stuff they want to do.
They want to get everything done at once and they end up getting nothing done. Let's start mapping out like your current sort of thinking with it. um and sort of like the offer architecture essentially.
And would you mention like the current uh revenue is right now and like what you're kind of trying to get to say by like end of 2026? >> By end of 2026, I'd like to be at 50k a month at least. >> All right.
4 to 50. Okay. So, let's map out sort of like low and high.
So, let's talk about the low. You said you had the breath work that you do and the master classes, >> right? >> Master class is 27.
So between 27 and like $500 if they buy everything which someone did and the breath work is about 85 >> out of these two offers you have here in your low ticket. Which one converts best to this one? >> So up until now the breath work but the masterass is newer and is really now just starting to gain traction you know.
>> Do you imagine it being something more online and global by the end of 2026 or is it something that is like a London or Cape Town based thing? >> No, I don't want it to be I want it to be more of an online thing. like I want to target an American audience.
>> Let's uh map this one out a little bit. So on the middle side of things, the offer there, >> the next one we have is in London, but I want them to be based in Costa Rica to make it easy for an American audience. >> Okay.
And the price of that >> 5 1/2 grand to 7 1/2 grand. >> This high ticket, I guess, is not even live yet, so we don't even know conversions. >> Right now, I've mapped out two membership options.
The first one gives them access. Well, it's 12 months. First of all, 12 month membership.
The first one is 15K, $15,000. >> 12 months is 15. >> Yeah.
And the second one is also 12 months, but it's 25. The difference is what they get within it. The second membership gets two retreats included, and the first membership gets one.
They get access to my method broken down into course format, which is called the endless energy method course. >> So, this is this is yet to be launched, but this is what you're currently thinking. >> Yeah.
>> You've run how many of these? >> One. >> Okay.
Cool. And this is like up and going and grooving. So >> yeah, that's been going for ages.
Yeah. >> I think it's always important to kind of like crawl, walk, run, right? And first off, focus on just keeping things like as simple as can be.
>> Often times like we'll see like we'll go to like a mastermind or go to some event and all these people are like making all this money, but the truth is like you can't really take the elevator to get to where they're at. Like you got to take the stairs. When you have all of this stuff going on and it's just you, >> you've basically got 1 2 3 4 five plates you're trying to spin >> and in addition to th those five plates, you have to also grow your audience.
So that's maybe one or two platforms. You maybe have a newsletter and you actually have to make sure the community is like thriving. >> So what you end up kind of doing is being one person >> with like eight to nine plays.
>> It's not sustainable. >> I'm trying to systemize as best as I can and I'm failing. >> It's really just too much stuff.
One of the most important mantras when you're getting started and building your business is crawl, walk, run. Starting off with just those tiny actions that can just help you start building momentum. That's your crawl phase.
Walk is when you finally have something proven out, you're going to start kind of picking up the pace and stacking that traction. But too many people try to run before they've even proven something out. What I want to help Amy with is the crawl version of her offer so she can get that momentum going and start feeling the traction.
Because truthfully, I think the most addicting drug in the world is momentum. And by the way, everything I'm walking you through lives in one place. Now, the profitable personal brand playbook.
You find your level, you grade yourself on all seven steps of the machine, one to five, and you total your score out of 35. That score tells you exactly which step is leaking. I record a full walkthrough inside.
It's completely free, and the link is in the description. Basically, what you want to be able to figure out is like what's like the minimum viable offer. >> Yeah.
>> That I can have or offers that just like get me to like stage two, which is like from 4K to 50K. Do you have any instinct as like that? >> I'd like to know what you think.
>> So, what I think is this like I think when I first started Founder OS as an example, I just had an audience on X. At first, I did workshops every month, >> which is like your version of your online master class, >> and I had Founder OS, which is like a $7,800 program that was 3 months long. >> That was it.
>> And from just X and then eventually like X and LinkedIn, X LinkedIn and a newsletter. Yeah. >> And workshops every month and then that one offer >> got that to like $2.
5 million a year. The main thing was just that one thing and that's what I was focused on. I ended up hiring, you know, a copywriter just like part-time, basically like 2 to 3K each.
Kept it humble and just bootstrapped this thing to now a community of about 17,000 founders we've helped. But it all started with just like that one core thing. And the reason being is that when you're going the thing that I've learned is like there's pretty much like three plates you can spin.
And the three plates to spin are like your product itself. So like building out the offer. The second is building your audience and like actually driving demand to what you're doing.
And the third is the community you're building >> because the community needs to be like nurtured and supported and you need to have time for that. And if you don't then they're just coming in and they're like where the hell is everything. I think it's important to have criteria like you're trying to get you're pretty clear on like you want to get from 4K to 50K a month.
You're also clear too that you want this to be like a online global thing primarily targeting targeting people in the US. Like I think you have to start looking at like okay this is an online thing you have the master class like what would it look to triple down on that as like a lead generation. Yeah you have your 12 month 25k thing one or two retreats maybe just even make it one for a second just to keep it simple.
And if people can't do that but they really want to be in you could always downell them to like okay 6 months at 18k. >> Mhm. >> No retreat.
So if you want to come to the retreat, you have to be in this main thing and then you just have like one lead generating low ticket thing. But I would almost like be careful about that. Like if it's we're talking about like 8 to 10 people, maybe one person converts like over a year, like that's just a distraction.
You really need to focus on driving a lot of demand for the online thing. The reality is is like you only have so much time and especially when people are just starting something like your time is so valuable cuz you're like the only employee of this business basically. The jump to me still seems really big in my head, especially from $27 to 25k.
I see how it could work if you go down from 12 months to 6 months to 3 months and you give them the option if they can't make the the full commitment. >> I think um what I can just show you is a bit of like a sort of like an offer waterfall with it. Let's just like use the specific context um of like okay someone's gone from one of these online master classes that you have let's say and at the end of that master class they're like I'm really interested in this what do you call it like the high ticket thing what's the name of it >> the club >> so then they're interested in the club so now they're on like a sales call with you and they've gone from the master class they're interested in the club and now they're on a sales call the reality is is that if you present someone like six options on a sales call they're going to get freaking confused And you're going to present all these different you could do this, you could do that.
We also have this, we also have that. They're just going to say, I need to think about it. If you're confused, they're going to close their wallet.
If you are clear and you're simple, they feel confident to make a purchase cuz they're like, "Oh, you really know your This is easy to understand. Seems good to me. Let's do this thing.
" So, what we want to do >> is sort of when we think about pitching, say the club, the club, let's say, we want to think about like the three core components to it. And it sounds like the three core components that the people that you're looking to serve are looking for is kind of like this personalized sort of approach. There's the community and like education as well.
You have like the retreats and then like access to you personalized approach, community driven and like unparalleled support around like your health along the way. Whether it's with me directly, someone on my team, the retreats we do once a year. That's kind of like the three pillars.
Basically, I'd say about 60% of founders that I speak with really have a distaste for sales. And that's a problem, right? Because cash flow is the lifeblood of your company.
So, you need to be selling early on if you're hoping to actually go and build something valuable. One frame of mind that I see work to kind of shift a founders go mindset when it comes to actually selling is this idea of being curious. Sales is product development.
So, here's what I mean. So, when you're pitching someone on a call, because that's like really the context, like the offer doesn't exist like in like the clouds. It exists like you're going to be on sales calls from these master classes you're running and people are going to be like, "So, how's this work?
" >> Mhm. >> You're going to start it off by doing a bunch of discovery questions kind of following what I would say is like a 2020 2020 rule. >> Okay.
Which essentially is like you're on a sales call. How that's going to look is you're going to do 20 minutes of discovery. Then the next 20 minutes is the pitch.
This is where you're going to go through. Okay. Well, first off, this is what I do.
I'm I run this club. You know, we help, you know, women really go and tap into like their own inner state. So, our approach to that, there's really three parts.
You may want to get a pen and paper out cuz I'm going to kind of go through some stuff. Cool. You ready to go?
Yeah, let's do it. All right. Let's get into pillar one, which is really like personalized support.
You're going to then describe that pillar. >> Mhm. >> And then go to them and say, "Does that all make sense?
You're not presenting tons of options. What you're trying to avoid is later on when you drop the price, they go and say they're confused as to how it even works. So, we're trying to clear up all that stuff before we get to like the price part.
It's like me, someone on my team, and these epic retreats we run every year. Before I They're probably going to ask somewhere along the way like what's the cost of this? What's the stuff that they're like kind of their eyes are glazing over a bit.
I see these like boss ass CEO women like don't care about a course. They're like, "Give me Take me on dope retreats. Support the out of me.
I want to work with a badass team. " Like that's what I want to hear from you. I don't want to hear like you have material.
And so then you've cleared everything up, right? You're going to get into then actually like dropping the price and how it works. And you're going to expect objections.
The reality is like you should be expecting that like every single person has questions when you drop that. Like closing begins when the questions begin, right? And your job is to then get over those objections based on what you learned in discovery.
At this point, right, the beauty of it is that we've just pitched like one thing where you were at before is like there's a retreat. It's 4500 or it's 6,500 or there's like I got a breath work session coming up in London in a couple months. Maybe you just want to do that or by the way like I have this like 12-mon thing or but we could actually then like not do the retreat piece and we could just make it 15k.
It's just it's too much. one is like amazing like sounds interesting like tell me more about like the 25k typically we take payment up front at 25k if you need a payment plan it's 32k and we can split it over say 3 months for you >> the ones you're scared of is when someone say like 25k wow I was not expecting that >> and you go no worries like you know health is a real investment you know given where you're at like you had mentioned earlier on the call you've been getting burnt out every say 3 months and that that's costing you not just your health but like when you're out of commission from work that's also costing you upwards of like 60 to 100k a year in opportunities. Is is it the 25k or is it that 60 to 100k in opportunity cost?
You may have to kind of coach them and educate them a bit on like what's really expensive. Like listen, if you had something at like 12K, I could I would be down to do it. I just can't do 25K.
And now you're in this like problem solving space. You and that prospect on the same side of the table being like, "Okay, well listen, like we don't generally do this, but I resonate with what you're doing. I know you're taking this seriously and like I'm just here to serve people.
Why don't we try to like get you into the six-month container of this? " And they're like, "Yeah, like sounds great. " Or um they may say that even that's too much.
You may then workshop and put together like a 3-month container of the same thing that just doesn't include maybe the retreat and maybe the testing part. oftentimes like those first like 30 to 50 sales like it it looks like this and then when they're in it you have to actually serve them obviously because like really the real challenge isn't the sale. The hardest part is the delivery where all these businesses fall apart is the actual delivery of what you promised which is like you know we all want to be in like really high integrity there right maybe you end up learning this 25k thing is totally outlandish Matt's an idiot >> but like the real thing is actually this like 6mon 10k thing and you're able to properly sculpt like one piece of art being this offer that I think you're it does hit your criteria like it has a obvious path to 50k a month >> it's really helped to look at it like that like rather rather than have low, medium, and high ticket to actually look at it as like you have a low ticket to a high ticket, but you can play around with the high ticket and like accommodate.
Yeah, that's really interesting. >> Yeah. >> Really helpful >> when you Yeah, cuz the the low, medium, and high is good just to kind of like Okay.
Generally, this is how I'm looking at offers, right? But when you're getting going, you probably don't have you maybe have like one or two low things, one mid or one just thing. >> Yeah.
One mid. And if you have like two things there, like it it gets nuts, you know, cuz like I said, like 70% of the work is done in the delivery. However much workload you think you have right now, like you have nothing compared to like what happens, as you know, like on that part of it, it's like someone selling a retreat and being like, "Okay, I sold the ticket.
" It's like, "Cool. Now you got to like take care of these folks for 4 days and make sure they're happy and someone couldn't get a flight because of this. " I hear this all the time, right, Matt?
I don't know if I can do this business. You know, this part of it is hard. You know, I have an offer that's in the health space, Matt.
It's going to be really hard. The reality is anything worth doing in life is going to be hard, right? So, you got to choose your hard.
And I mean, choose your hard, not avoid the hard. I think at this point, it's more around breaking down what feels hard, putting a plan in place, breaking it down into manageable bits that we can start getting some momentum going versus, you know, talking ourselves out of something that we know we should be doing. One of the issues I think that I have is, for example, your offer and a lot of my friends offers who are doing high ticket, they're all wealth offers.
They're all helping people make money in some way. Guess the messaging piece is like how to really hone in on the fact that working on their health is worth 25K because essentially in most people's minds, it's a luxury. You know, this is the programming.
It's like health, wellbeing, vitality is a luxury. Um, or I'll just like go to the gym and like eat some greens. Like I know people are interested in it, but it's a hard offer.
Do you do you like Do you get what I'm saying? >> Well, everything is hard. Like every every different offer, every different industry, every different business is hard.
A wealth offer. Yeah. It's easier because you can maybe it's connected more to money, but also like you've got to be careful you're not overpromising cuz people can also and then the delivery be like what the hell I you know didn't make all this money.
Like there's always something, right? which is where what's going to be more important is like you know you're testing the different messaging behind it. Well, maybe it doesn't evolve to be just a pure health offer, right?
Maybe there is like an aspect like yeah there's wellness but you're also with this like highowered group of entrepreneurs that value this. Um it just happens to be a group of founders that care about wellness and growing their business >> um versus just business. And there's also a lot you can be doing too on like making sure that you're going to the right market, right?
Like I know plenty of people that spend 25, 30, 50k on their health a year. Like are you going after the right market? And people that kind of inherently understand this stuff.
You know, you go to people that, you know, know nothing really about it. They're super beginners and they're kind of like really foreign to it. They haven't seen their doctor even in a decade.
Or you go to people that like are hanging out at like a hacking >> cold on a kind of like expensive sort of spot and they're like, "Oh, I've been looking for something a little more like evolved even than this. " >> What is your take on focusing on female entrepreneurs? What is your take on that?
As I told you before, like I have I have a calling, like a feeling to to serve both men and women in that space. Cuz I have this I have a friend of mine who's a super super successful entrepreneur, really young, building a community. He was like, "Yeah, you need a like the more specific your niche, the better.
The more tight the better. " So, he was kind of saying like, "Yeah, keep your focus on female entrepreneurs and that's it. " >> But I think there's like a thousand ways to slice the pie.
And I think like when it comes to niching and all this, like I was um talking to a friend Neil Patel. Neil, you know, over the last 15 years building his like empire has taken out $80 million of cash every single year. And he's like, I think this whole niching down thing is >> He's like, Zuck doesn't niche down.
Twitter doesn't niche down. Like you want like these bigger >> audiences >> audiences. And both of these people are right.
Both successful entrepreneurs in their own right. wanted say exited for $70 million. Neil's cranking on his side.
The question is just like what do you want to do? >> Yeah. >> And in my case, I was like, yeah, I just want to serve like a bunch of people and help.
So, I subscribed more to Neil's approach and executed that. People are going to kind of go and project like different ways of doing things based on what's worked for them. The questions like which one is true for you?
And I think that often times founders need to think about building the anti-niche, right? If you're starting something that's a bit broad to start with, don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. What you end up doing is kind of actually creating a bit of a sandbox to learn what do people like doing inside of this broader niche, right?
What do I like doing and where do the signals kind of bring me to then go and narrow things down over time. All right, so let's talk about messaging. Arguably one of the most important aspects of your business is how you position it.
Contrary to what a lot of people will tell you, it's like you got to have the perfect positioning out the gate. I think just gets people stuck. The reality is is that one approach is just to test a bunch of messaging.
And so in this next bit, I go and show Amy a structure as to how to go think about different angles for her copy to start understanding from things like her content and her master classes, what sort of subject matter works best in converting people to her high ticket offer so she can double down on the patterns that work and stop using stuff that ain't converting. What's uh what's currently going on with the messaging? How would you describe like that problem?
I'm running three ads to the masterass and we have a click-through rate of four to six%. So really great clickthrough rate and people get to the masterass page, the landing page and we have like 10% conversion from you know the master class like 10% of people buy a ticket. So there's obviously some kind of mismatch in messaging.
What I've realized with ads is how one tiny word can change everything. It's like are you burnt out or are you on the edge of burnout? Like that that can change the results completely.
I'm still struggling to find um you know the exact pain point like the main core pain of that avatar and the messaging around it and I don't know if there's a system for this. >> You really have like a bunch of like messaging testing to do right and that's like part for the course and this will be the case in your business for the next 20 years. have say ads, you have um your content, you have your workshops or your master class, let's just say what either one doesn't matter and then you have your club.
So all of these four areas just to keep it simple have like messaging obviously to them. Like how you may want to think about it is like you know pick a number like nine different ways to speak about these things. So what are different ways um that you can speak about an offer right you can really talk about the pain as an example you can talk about different stories of people that you've like people in history or out there or your own story or whatever.
You can talk about different proof points like case studies and such. You can do like, you know, versus kind of like this person versus that person kind of vibe. So you can have famous people.
You could have like an enemy as an example like, oh, the enemy is burnout, >> right? The enemy could be um the current way of doing things like the status quo. The messaging could be around like a different way of like thinking like as an example like in founder OS I could go and talk to people about like like systems thinking and have that sort of like angle where it's like hey like if you don't realize like everything in your life is a system.
When you go to a restaurant and the waiter's rude to you, it's not that the waiter's rude, it's that there's a bad system to the restaurant. How the person was onboarded, hired, the operation is causing this person to be rude to you, right? and getting people to think different and having kind of eye opening copy around speaking about an offer, right?
Another way of looking at it is like structure, right? Like maybe people need more structure in their lives. On the ad side of things, you may go and try like three different pain ones, three different stories, three different proof points, three different like this versus that.
you know, this founder that's famous versus this other founder that burnt out. >> Mhm. >> This founder that everyone admires versus that founder that everyone knows blew up.
>> What was the real difference? No, it wasn't what they said in the news. It was that like look at, you know, this person's health and how they were taking care of it caused them to run into a wall like that.
Whereas this person actually always like was big on waking up 5:00 a. m. every morning and running.
The issue is that like the issue is not your health, right? It's that you don't have structure for like your day. Yeah.
>> And if you had a structure and you had a community and you had a more of a support system, the same way you have a coach for your business, the same way you have a team set up for this and an org chart, you have no structure though in your health, which is why it's suffering. And the point is that you're not actually expect like it doesn't matter if any of these are right or wrong. But now you have all these experiments running.
>> Mhm. >> And you're able to start seeing which angle does best. is like when you learn in ads that you know using famous people in the ads let's say and talking about structure really hit the mark well that's probably also going to help inform say content and inform the angle for workshops now same thing here with like content right maybe also test like you have how-to content around things you have like how I type stuff you try like listicles you know >> you try different like seven best ways to do whatever were five best ways.
It's like, yeah, five, seven, whatever. Nine, whatever the hell the >> nine things that you should consider for your health to make 2026 your best year yet. Five things to consider in October to level up.
If you're doing say one of these a month, like you could have like say three kind of different sort of titles of the workshop, which is really the most important thing. The content matters, but what's most important? People do judge a book by its cover.
And so this workshop, you know, you try one which is like a 90day, you know, kind of plan kind of one. This one's like, you know, the five defining traits that separate like these five famous founders. >> Cuz right now for the master class, I basically the way we've been trained to do it is you split it up over like 3 4 hours.
You don't really give them the how, you just give them the what. Like each masterass I've been running has been around my system. I just go through the middle pillar.
I think master class, workshop, webinar, it's like it's all the sameish thing. It's just a matter of people have their own flavors and ways of doing them. When I first started doing workshops, as an example, um I would have like a deck I would go through from front to back and it was like an hour.
And now these days I'll have like a little bit of stuff I go through, but then I more or less kind of share my screen. I basically got a whiteboard up on the screen and I'm just helping people with their questions live. And then at the end, if folks are interested, they can join Founder OS.
And it's sometimes useful then just like it may just look something like this, right? Which is just like, okay, for the ads we've got these nine angles we're going to try. For content, even just pick one or two to start.
For the workshops, maybe just maybe it's even just the one, but you just keep on experimenting with different ways of delivering it. If you're doing it every month as well, like what I like to do is change the title. You know, one day it's like the 30-day sprint, the next time it's like a framework to take your health to the next level so you get ahead of 2026 or like now's your time.
trying a lot of this stuff, being super aggressive right now. It's like this is definitely the time of the year. Amy's been going on YouTube, starting stopping for the last year.
And amidst the simplification we've brought to all these offers, I do think one core focus needs to be scaling on one platform with a content strategy she can stick with. And so in this next bit, we get into the importance behind that and make sure that she's focused on this so she's not solely reliant on ads. Personally, I make workshops free.
I don't want people like you got to try. There's got to be like a good path and good math behind getting like 100 people on it. >> Like in June's master class I had 80 people.
In July's master class I had like 150 people sign up and like 70 attend. >> You had no clear offer. >> The people in the room were the majority of them weren't entrepreneurs.
>> You don't really know it all yet. the market's speaking there too. >> You take people from paying you nothing to joining Founder.
>> Yeah. Every month for free, >> not even paying like anything. >> I mean all over the place, right?
Some people bought whatever. But the thing is free. A lot of people are just coming for free, have watched a bunch of free content for between 1 month or 6 months and then yeah, they're like, I'm ready to take the plunge.
They get on a call and they join Founder OS, right? I don't think I really ever do like 5k things or like 3k things as much or >> like I'm going to like I'm going to find something. I'm going to see it and be like, "Okay, I need this person to mentor me >> and I'm going to drop like $50,000 and be like, "Okay, like let's do this.
" And yeah, if you look at my purchase history with that person, it's probably 0 I've ever spent until 50,000. >> Awesome. [snorts] Thank you so much.
>> Like, oh my god, now I got to get to work. >> No, I'm [laughter] I'm I'm feeling great. I'm feeling really good.
like, yeah, thank you so much. You're very systemized, and that's what someone like me needs is like to have a conversation with someone who is systemized, who understands the system, and obviously who has built it already. >> So, no matter what level you're stuck at here, this is exactly what I help founders with inside of Founder OS.
>> We just crossed over 100K in revenue for January. We've never done anything like that in any company. We run that high.
We install the exact personal brand operating system that's helped me build a $15 million a year business and scale my own personal brand over 3 million and help thousands of founders do the same. >> What Matt put together with all the Claude stuff, it's nuts. This is insane value.
I showed my head of ops and he was laughing, crying as he was looking at this. >> Helping you nail your message, your content waterfall system, helping you with your content ritual, scale up your team, and all the processes required so that everything doesn't fall on your shoulders. See, this is the kind of stuff that lights me up.
>> That's interesting. You want my help and my team's help scaling up your profitable personal brand. Be sure to go and apply to Founder Us via the link in the description.
I'm curious like when you kind of look at it, what's like the part that's like the biggest epiphany? I feel like I can take a breath and I'm just like, wow. I knew I needed to simplify.
I just didn't know how. I didn't know where or how. That's why I came.
I was like, I don't know where to simplify. So, for me, it's like being more simple and taking out the middle of funnel. just going straight from like masterclass to offer and working with the offer backwards.
So it's like if someone can't do the 12 month, you work on a time frame. Like that's genius. >> What do you feel like is the biggest difference there?
>> I definitely feel clear um like clearer on my next steps on I feel excited to go off and like now just get my head in and like start thinking and start planning. I'm definitely going to stop the breath work events. I love doing them, but I'm going to save them for the retreat.
So, that's cool. Like, that's the biggest thing right now. I feel clearer.
>> Well, hope it's simplified now. Boom. Thank you.
Thank you. >> Is it there? So, the systems that we've gone over here are insanely powerful.
And the cool thing is these are the exact systems that help me with my passion turn it into a scalable offer in business. Going and refining my offer, my messaging, the overall architecture I was building made Founder OS possible. Founder OS is honestly my life's calling.
It's a community of high- growth founders all helping one another go and scale by installing a core operating system into their business. The reality is is that if you don't have an operating system, I don't think you're going to be able to scale as a founder. The same way that you know if you didn't have Mac OS on your MacBook, you wouldn't really have a laptop.
And so, if you're interested in going and getting systems installed in your business by me and my team and joining an unbelievable community of founders, you should go and check out Founder OS via the link in the description. get on a call with me or my team. We'll get to know you a bit, figure out what you're really looking to do with your business, and see if it's the right fit for you.
So, look forward to seeing you on the inside. Thanks for watching this. Be sure to like and subscribe and go watch this next video of me helping another founder, a legend named Blake.
