when we're going into an area for us the most important thing is knowing that we have a winning opportunity in front of us and to be able to understand it pretty quickly so that we don't spend dollars of our clients and ourselves there's too many opportunities out there and so to be able to leverage and understand from Nick map vision what's happening in these areas not just strictly from an operating standpoint but what kind transactions are happening what kind of buildings are going in are we seeing projects fall out even in an area we're starting
to get all of that data in one place during the Mac division on a day-to-day basis we see so much success we're so quickly able to Pivot or turn or even respond not only internally but externally to our clients and for our sponsors that we serve and most importantly our residents at the end of the day so I think being able to leverage Nick map Visions to quickly have Solutions and to be able to take direction is where we find the greatest value and understanding what value we actually have in that system [Music]
