I wanted to go over every single detail I could find in the brand new Witcher 4 trailer so let's get straight into it please like the video and leave a comment on your favorite moment the trailer starts with this Pond and it says that this is actually a pre-rendered trailer within Unreal Engine 5 on an unannounced Nvidia GeForce RTX GPU we then have the girl who is going to be used for this Village ritual being prepared by two women cleaning her as her father speaks on her purpose in life and his time with his daughter
we then have a shot of Siri cooking herbs for a potion using the igny sign to burn the potion she's also in that Witcher meditation Poe as she prepares and we also get the first glimpses of her armor like her gloves arm padding belt and even the details of her stitched trousers which is very reminiscent of geralt to rivia's armor we then see the two women cleaning her and of course she could take a bath by herself but because this is such an important ceremony for the village they have to make sure that she's clean
so there are two people tasked with that job which means they may see the thing that they about to sacrifice her to as some sort of God we then get our first look at The Witcher sword given to her by geralt arivia and this sword is the legendary sword known as zerial we also get to see some of that calligraphy and markings on The Sword and the sort of serrated blade which looks absolutely incredible we also then get a better look at Siri's armor and can see that it is very much like geralt of rivia's
and is a lot more insulated as you can see the fur and the thicker padding sh that she is in a colder region also her shoulder and Gauntlet padding seemed thicker because of the insulation too and we can again see her in The Witcher preparation State as she has the potion herb still getting cooked up by her igny and a sword sharpening stone we then get a closeup shot of her sharpening The Sword and we can see the weathered effects on the sword meaning it's not brand new like she had it at the end of
The Witcher 3 and she has been doing this for a while and with this flower crown and the styling of the cloth and it being a colder region we can pick that this is another European style country which is very reminiscent to me of Swedish European style plants and reminds me a lot of the movie midama where they do these scary Village rituals and have human sacrifices at them as they sacrifice humans to the god father then says fill out your destiny as we get a closeup on the girl who's about to be sacrificed almost
as if this has happened for years upon years and it's now an ancient Tradition at this village where they see this creature known as a balk as some sort of God they sacrifice humans to likely to keep the village safe as we get a look upon the village and as the people gather for this ceremony we get a look at Siri's armor from behind and also her steel sword and we also get a better look at the handle for ziral we can also see some fur insulation on her shoulders and we can even see that
there is a hood attached to the armor rather than having an additional cloak as geralt would wear and I hope that this will be a toggle on and off feature within the Witcher fall as a girl goes towards the Forest Siri also tries to follow her unnoticed however the Villager notices The Witcher and calls out the Witcher and we can also see some more details about the hood with the fur insulation around the outer rim of the Hood by the villager's tone we can see that he despises Witcher which means that the world still looks
down upon them and sees them as Freaks and he also referred to Siri as a he showing that the witches are commonly men and likely that Siri is the first female Witcher he also asked whose coin did he take and I have a theory that the dad was the one who actually called for The Witcher as of course he didn't want to single-handedly go against the whole village on a ritual this important where it could cost him and his daughter their Liv we also get a close-up shot of the father when The Witcher is called
out and he probably has a sense of relief that a Witcher is here or perhaps The Witcher that he called for is now here which means his daughter will be protected hopefully and it almost seems like he took a sigh of relief as siries hood is unveiled we do get a shot of The lyx Medallion and we can see a lot of fur Insulation at the front and then of course Siri herself showing that she is the main protagonist of this game Siri also looks a lot older in this game likely now in her 30s
to mid-30s but again witchers age a lot slowly and in The Witcher 3 she was likely in her 20s so this could be 10 years later to perhaps even 40 years later we can also see the scar on her face from The Witcher 3 and also her braids are actually banded in a viking style which is seen in countries like Norway Sweden and Serbia and it does suit this cold European setting we then get a real clear look at the lynx Medallion which I think looks really good and it's the first time we've seen it
around someone's neck it could be a new school that Siri is forming or a school led by geralt De Rivia or perhaps an evolution of the cat school but leave your theories down below about this Link's Medallion also here Siri dismisses the Villager God and says you chose her making them know that it's their actions and not the will of the God as she aggravates the villagers even more where one actually stops the man and persuades him to back down with then get a look at the entrance into this foggy forest and we can see
how the trees look very crooked and evil showing that there is evil in these forests we also get to see these circular ornaments on the tree which could be stuff to do with witchcraft or perhap or perhaps offerings to this balk or what they believe to be the gods we then get to see the Misty cave entrance which is the home of this balk creature as the woman approaches it we can also hear the girl saying a ritual to bring out the balk as she offers herself as a sacrifice of sorts she's extremely Brave and
is willing to do this without fuss or fight for her people which shows just how kind-hearted and purely good this girl is we can also see some more witchcraft like ornaments from nearby trees or perhaps they are warning signs we then have another look at Siri armor and we can see a lot more of the chain mail that was on geralt's Armor and it's the same colors but with a lot more fur and padding and of course it size to Siri's body as Siri tells the girl to go back to the Village the girl actually
refuses as she really does want to save her Village again sh the Purity off this girl's heart we also get to see a pocket which is almost like a small bag attached to Siri's utility belt where she must keep her potion and also the chain around her left arm which is going to be used as a weapon but perhaps it may also be used for traversal as the bow creature Roars we get a fully close-up shot of the lynx Medallion as it Shakes as it senses a monster nearby we also get some great detail on
the banded braiding off series here and the intricate details on her armor she also has these small knots on the chain maale sections of her Armor All Around I don't know if this is just a design choice or will it have some uses let me know in the comment section below what you think these parts are going to be useful for Siri then urges the girl to go back to the village and to her father and she even has to physically push her to do it and this is not only because the girl is in
Terror of what she just heard with the balks roar but perhaps she has fears of what the villagers might do to her if she goes back as Siri enters the cave we can see her almost stealthily walk in towards the cave as she un sheets Ziri out her silver sword we also get a look at series on guard poles which we've seen from The Witcher 3 and we can also see around the cave many skeletons from all the sacrifices The Village has made over the years and it also seems like they're entwined within the twigs
and branches on the walls of the cave like that was the bal's aesthetic choice for decorating it as the balk also strikes Siri from the Shadows the voices shout The Witcher for your meddling killed us all one of us is chosen anointed the ritual work you weren't supposed to come back these are the voices of the Villager and the girl as it's actually the balk saying these thoughts out loud it's almost like he's got a psychic connection with the Villagers and that's probably one of his abilities Siri then uses a potion from that back bag
pocket and we get a closeup of her potion eyes which are not Pitch Black and retain the cat eyes just in that darker color I think this is a very cool look we also get a closer look at Siri black eyeliner and also those black veins around the eyes which is a very very cool look this now heightens her senses and allows her to see better within this fog to fight the balk with Siri fighting style we can see that same flow of motion which geralt had in The Witcher 3 that dancing sword fight and
again geralt taught her these moves so she will have that same sort of fighting style and we can see just how fast her reflexes are we also get to see Siri use the quen shield sign of the witchers meaning she must have all of geralt's signs and it's likely that she did go through the trial of the grasses and is now a prop Witcher we can also see the metal studs within her leather trousers which again we saw from geralt armor too the balk then overpowers siriri and she's not actually using her Al of blood
Powers which mean they could have gone maybe after she went through the trial of the grasses or after the ending of The Witcher 3's main quest or perhaps she's choosing not to use them that is something we have to find out during the story The balk then speaks and says to Siri fate cannot be changed likely foreshadowing The Village girl's fate at the end of the trailer in order to to escape the grasp of the balk Siri uses a new kind of magic which isn't part of The Witcher signs she's able to bend the water
and cover the balk in it whilst also electrifying that water is that seems to be one of the bal's weaknesses and it's likely this type of magic she learned from yennefer who is probably the most powerful witch in this world so she's had insane training from geralt to Rivia where she has all of his signs and was taught in his dancing swordfight style along with being taught Magic by the most powerful witch yennefer which means she has a huge arsenal of magic to play with not only that but we also know of her Elder blood
Powers which if they are still present she also has that to draw upon too which means Siri is an extremely powerful character that we are going to be playing with now as she electrifies the bout we can hear the new theme for The Witcher 4 which has that same style and tone off The Witcher 3's theme [Music] which sounds absolutely incredible and I like that it's her very own new theme but is very recognizable as a Witcher sounding song as she then has the advantage Siri's able to cut off two arms of the balk the
balk is then aggravated and stands into a much more aggressive position and this is probably something we're going to be seeing from the boss fight and kind of have those stages of a bus fight where the more Health you take down the more different attacks they start to implement within their move set Siri then unveils her brand new weapon the chain which has a hook at the end of it which again also leads me to believe that this could be used for traversal purposes as well the herea is going to be used to attack and
tame this monster in order to dodge the balk oncoming attack Siri jump and turns in the air which shows she is a lot more acrobatic than geralt because obviously she's younger and perhaps tells us that she's going to be a much more acrobatic character to players and has a much more free flowing movement than geralt since she is a lot younger also with the new Unreal Engine 5 this might be something new they could Implement and it's easier to implement than it was within the red engine also during this jump Siri had thrown this hook
around the balk monster in where she flips it on its back and then ignites the chain with the igny spell showing just exactly how this can be used as a weapon and this will definitely be a brand new mechanic in this game where we can wrap this around the monsters and then likely Electrify it poison it or cause it a flame and although she's not going to be doing it in this trailer you may even be able to use it as a sort of slashing chain kind of like Scorpion in Mortal Kombat perhaps with this
chain you'll also be able to tame monsters like Griffin that perhaps then Mount them and fly over the map as Siri burns the balk with this chain Flame the balk once again start shouting aloud voices of the Villager speaking as the village girl in a panick state saying I must save them Save The Village his tradition I were chosen these are probably the actual thoughts of the village girl as it's likely this balk has some psychic connection with the local villagers we also then see Siri applying more pressure with the chain wrapped around the bal's
head as she wraps the chain around herself intensifying that pressure and causing cuts and lateration on the B you can also see the flame died out on the Chain which has these chain effects on a short timer before it goes out Siri then executes the balk with the silver sword and beheads it like witches do with other monsters Siri also seems relieved after killing the bow as she may believe she has saved the villagers from its torment and saved the girl from a sacrifice Siri then walks back to the village and we can see that
the fogginess and mistiness has disappeared likely because the balk is dead she's also holding the head of the balk as a trophy and taking it back to the Village we then get a closeup of her shoes and just see the Great detailing off these leather shoes as she approaches The Village very slowly to see what the screaming was about we then see the Villager pointing and saying she were to go to the woods blaming the girl for his own action the girl is then revealed to be stabbed and being held in her father's arms as
he cries and shrieks in pain the villagers in the background are saying is tradition she was the chosen one again collectively blaming the girl for their own actions we then understand that the balk was actually correct as he told Siri that fate cannot be changed meaning the girl was either going to die by his hand or the villagers we see the expression on Siri's face understanding that she couldn't change the fate of this girl and we can also see that choices have consequences Siri also realizes the fact here that the people are also monsters as
we know from the previous Witcher games we also get a closeup on the Dad we can see has also being beaten up and it's likely because he was trying to defend and protect his daughter from the villagers who then overpowered him and stabbed the daughter sirri and the father look at each other and likely confirms the theory that the dad was the one who called for Siri to protect his daughter from what ever they were going to sacrifice it to we also find out here that the villagers do believe that they were sacrificing her to
multiple gods and likely didn't know about the other sacrifices being killed by a balk it's likely they thought that they were taken by gods to heaven for them to serve them doesn't seem like they knew here that it was a balk creature the final shot is an angered Siri denouncing their ideas of gods and labels the villagers as monsters for what they have done we also then get a closeup of Siri as she walks towards the villagers in Rage and we get a very clear look at her Witcher eyes and her black eyeliner and let
me know do you think Siri killed these villagers or perhaps just killed the man who stabbed the girl let me know in the comment section below we then get a reveal of the logo for the Witcher 4 in where the four of the Witcher is engulfed in that Elder blood magic meaning that part will be explained in the story and because it's incorporated into the logo I'm thinking that Siri does have the AL the blood magic but we never got to see her use it within this trailer I wonder what the story will be for
that and please write down your theories down below it also ends with Doug cockle the voice of geralt saying time for a new saga see you on the path now CD project red also used Doug [ __ ] for the marketing of cyberpunk 2077 and it didn't mean that he was in the game however it's likely that geralt will make an appearance as he is the whole reason that Siri is even alive in this game and is the reason why Siri is a Witcher and taught her how to fight and likely was there when she
