AI-Powered Content Secrets

Welcome everybody we are going to give just a couple minutes here for everybody to get in we are expecting uh about a thousand people to join online I don't know we've got almost 1,600 registrations so we're going to give it just a moment because it takes just a few minutes for those to come through uh so thank you for your patience as we do that soon as we get started I'll do a little bit of housekeeping we'll get Things started and then we'll go through and chat and make sure we get everything answered for you

guys uh so we're going to give it just a couple minutes here to go ahead and let everybody get logged in and I'm going to be expectantly watching as we break hopefully the 500 Mark we'll have to see we never know how many people register and show up but uh zoom's uh client management or contact license management can be a little interesting so I'll feel a whole lot Better when we break 500 without any issues but uh we'll see so uh we don't never know exactly who's going to sign up and who just bought for

the replay and that's okay too we don't mind that one bit so while we're waiting if you guys would do me a favor though I would love to know where about you guys are coming from if you would take just a moment and over in the chat which uh by the way I'll be paying some attention to but not as much as I'd like to as we go Through tell me where you guys know the routine right love it tell me where you're from that is amazing love that tons that is fantastic so we're also

right order here so I can start sharing my screen and then we're going to dive in so it looks like we're doing good I just a reminder if you're just joining us if you would throw uh your contact information inside the chat or not contact information I'm sorry you don't Have to do that just where where about you're coming from I'd love to know that would be fantastic we'd love to see that and while we're doing that I see Eric raised his hand by the way that's a good reminder Eric I'm going to bring you

up on the spotlight when you guys ask a question just like I'm bringing Eric up here I'm going to bring you guys up on the spotlight if you don't want to be spotlighted just leave your camera off but I'd love it if your camera's on it's Always much more engaging that way way and when we do that if you have questions we're going to ask that you raise your hand uh and we will get around to calling on you at the appropriate time and deal with that and I'm going to ask because of the number

of people that we have on the call today I'm going to ask that everybody ask one question at a time if you've got multiple questions I'm happy to take the time to answer them but I'm going to ask That you then get back in line uh because right now we've we doesn't look like we're going to get as many people on as I thought which is fine uh but we had about 16,700 people register um we we closed off live registration at a th just because I wanted to make sure we didn't over exceed our

license we've got a zoom license of a th and it looks like about uh 330 or so are in right now so we'll see how that goes uh with that Eric what is your question while we're Letting people log in here and get started I was just curious approximate time of we've got three hours we've got three hours planned uh thank you for that we got three hours planned we will uh I don't have anything let me commit here before I stick my foot in my mouth I don't think I have anything plan directly after

this no I don't so if we have enough questions and my family is not knocking my door down I will definitely take a little bit more time Because we're doing three hours we may take a short bio break somewhere through that really just depends on how much water I drink uh if we need to do that or not as a but good opportunity to get into the the kind of some housekeeping as we get things started here and get things going so uh if you guys haven't met me before I know some of you guys

the act button and on my screen uh I see a raise hand button you'll see that you can raise your hand and if you Raise your hand it'll kind of put you in line and I will call on you when we get there I need to call out Sherry though Sherry if you guys haven't met Sherry Sher Stockton is an absolute brilliant co-host with me she helps make sure that so many things go right I'm going to embarrass her by bringing her up in the spotlight here as soon as I can find her inside the

future unless we undo that manually so try not to hit that unless you really don't want to hear from us again and that's uh then please let me know because I hope that's never the case all right so let's dive In I'm going to share my screen we're going to walk through things a lot of this is is going to be sharing screens and sharing that I've got a number of tools I'm going to show you today you've probably are familiar with a lot of them I'm going to share a c couple custom gpts but

if you guys have paid attention to me online you know that I post a lot of content now the first thing I want to address before we do anything else is that posting a lot of content in and of Itself isn't going to solve all of your marketing problems it isn't going to build a great Community my little PSA to you today is if you want to post content and I I love posting a lot of content and it works but you need to make sure the content you post is helpful if it's not helpful

to your target audience then they're not going to read it and it's not going to help so today we're really going to be focused on not only how to create 100 plus social media posts a Week but how to create a 100 plus relevant and helpful social media posts because that's what really matters you can create a thousand social media posts and not have any value we've all seen people doing that and that's not going to build a community it's not going to build a following for you it's not going to set you up as

an expert in your Niche that's simply going to make things problematic as we go through that so all right let's go ahead and we're going to Dive into chat GPT let me share actually I'm going to start with perplexity because that's where I do a lot of my stuff so you may ask Jonathan all right so first and foremost 100 plus posts how do we do this what what in the world is driving things behind the scenes and what I want to share with you is what I call and I got to get my notes

here I've got to look through what I call my impulse content creation tool and what I mean by that literally is so those of You that don't know me I have ADD I got diagnosed with it when I was 43 years old uh so I'm not just claiming to have it for the fun of it I absolutely do but uh part of that is I can use that to help really do well when it comes to creating content because I can create a lot of content quite quickly and I do it like I said it's

based on impulse what do you say Jonathan what do you mean by impulse well probably like you I spend a lot of time on Facebook or this will Work on LinkedIn or anywhere else and I'm going to show you some of the ways that I get inspiration that cause me to create the post so the first thing we need to decide before we do anything else here is we you need to decide if you're gonna create lots of social media content why do you want to do that what's your purpose in that and for most

of you I'm betting it's because you want to be seen as an expert in your Niche you want to build a loyal following in Fact let's do this let's everybody in the chat if you would tell me give me one or two words why do you want to be able to publish a 100 plus posts a week why is that important to you tell me in the chat if you would I'd love to see what everybody says get traffic build leads lead generation lots of lead Drive business uh there we go I'm just scrolling through

build trust exposure grow your business no like and Trust one Of my favorite phrases influence great stuff guys I love this build confidence that's fantastic build a community great stuff great stuff well good those are all great reasons to want to do it and I'm glad to see you guys do that that so second question I want to ask you great feedback there second question I want to ask you is we need to pick a topic because if I post about everything that I may be interested in in life I'm going to have a really

hard time building a Community I'm going to have a hard time being seen as an expert I'm gonna have a hard time building that no like and trust it's simply not going to work really well we want to make sure that you have a specialist or a specialty a key that you want to focus on sorry guys as I'm trying to to mute a few people just a reminder uh please do keep your your Zoom muted if you would because if not uh that's disruptive to everybody so thank you for doing that so I now

want And some of you have already on top of it you know where I'm going give me your topic tell me let's commit to a topic you can change it I'm not nobody's going to get in trouble but I want you to commit to a topic and go ahead and put that in place uh there we go brand storytelling SEO accounts t-shirt business school care tech support sales leadership great you guys get it we need a topic no big surprise to anybody my my topic is AI That's What I focus on and So when I'm

looking and getting inspiration as you can see I'm on Facebook right here I'm going to look for inspiration about AI you're going to need to follow not necessarily the same groups that I follow but you're going to need to follow groups that give you the same inspiration and so what do I do first thing and I'm going to use Facebook that's where my audience is at if your audience is on Twitter or on Another platform that's perfectly fine you can search that platform but what I'm to do here on on Facebook Facebook is a just

a wealth of information and what I want you to do is I want you to go under the groups area and I want you to search for groups that are relevant to you the topic that you just gave me so I'm going to go to Facebook and I'm going to just type in AI prompts because that's one of the things that fits for me so I'm happy to See that you know what my group comes up first that's great prompts for AI I don't know if I'm in that group I'm just going to press enter

and I'm G to have it show me not all here but I want to filter on the left hand side I'm going to filter to go over to groups and this is great because now I'm going to get a a bunch of groups you can see I've got all kinds of them here that I'm not even part of you don't need to be members of hundreds of them but I want what I want You to do is I want you to search for your topic I want you to go ahead and pick the groups and

then I want you to scroll through and I want you to look for some of them that have great membership and a lot of posts so chat GPT community may even be a legitimate one I don't know 72,000 members 10 posts a day that's a good group so I'm going to click join I want to join that group why are we joining these groups not because we want a lot of spam but we Need some inspiration in order to create a 100 posts a week that are helpful to your audience you need some inspiration so

I'm also going to look at a couple of other groups that are up here and I'm going to pick some public ones for our s here you can absolutely pick private ones that's not a problem so as I come down here to half thousand members there's a lot bigger groups I'm going to skip that 550 whatever that I'm going to just Scroll I'm going to look for stuff that has at least 10,000 members and that is public so I can show you really quickly how to do that let's see where we're at um you're not

going to find as many when you do that so here we go creative AI prompts for beginners that sounds great a public one o probably not going to join that one and here's why only eight posts a month in other words they've got a lot of members but it's not very active if you want to find one that's Got more like four five six posts a day like AI art prompt sharing above this year four posts a day that's a whole lot better you can see that you know it's not showing you how many posts

we've got on AI prompts for entrepreneurs that's where most of you guys know me from um but here's a good one AI image Creator you know 50,000 members 10 plus posts a day that's going to be a good group now that's private so I'm not going to join it right here but you want to pick some Of those groups I recommend joining at least least 10 groups doesn't really matter which ones I also recommend that you follow any key influencers in your Marketplace so if there's other Market people that are influencers in your Marketplace we

want to go back up into the search and we want to search for some of those key influencers I'm going to grab one of my favorites Jeff Hunter is a friend of mine he's also an AI guy that I know I want to make sure that I Go out to Jeff and I want to make sure that I'm following him I don't have to be friends with him but I want to make sure that I follow him why because Jeff's going to have information that's out here and I can then go ahead and I can

leverage these tools and by the way when you find them don't hesitate to look at other friends of theirs so here's another friend of mine Dustin Dustin Stout Dustin happens to run Magi one of the best AI aggregator softwares That's out there so by me following and or friending Dustin I going to see things that he brings up and these are going to give me ideas that we can use so step number one you want to go to Facebook you can do this on LinkedIn wherever and you want to follow groups and individuals that are

prominent in your area of specialty that's going to be really key if you're not sure I see somebody asked a great question how do I find influencers go over to perplexity It's a one of my favorite tools you don't need the paid version and you can just type who are the top 20 major influencers in and you can pick any area you want just for sake of discussion I'm going to go ahead and pick Chiropractic and we make it Chiropractic Sports care so very specific let's say I want I'm a chiropractor and I want to

be known for that it's going to go do a search and it's going to literally come Back here and give you that again you don't have to do this on Facebook you can do it on LinkedIn you can follow people on Twitter Twitter I'm sorry I don't call it X I'm I'm too old I guess um but I can use Twitter to do the same thing and I can follow influencers there and there you go so here's some of those chiropractors so what I would do here is if I was trying to follow these I

would literally look up these individuals on LinkedIn on Facebook on Twitter and I Would follow them to be able to connect with them and make sure that I'm getting ideas from them again that's if I was interested in chiropractic care so super super valuable and definitely something that will help you out as you go along uh just to reminder guys please do keep your your sessions muted thank you in advance for that I appreciate it so once you've done that and you've got some followed let's go over and I'm just going to use Facebook as

an example so We're going to go and I'm going to take a look here at Dustin's profile and I'm literally just going to look at some of the things that he's posted recently so there he got tagged in one there he talked about some days are productive some are not he fashion o here we go Ai and human psychology so he talks really quickly here about how we attribute human traits the machines and when I talk about impulse creating literally I'm going to say wow this is great I Like this you say Jonathan you didn't

even read it but one of the benefits of getting to know Dustin is I know that Dustin and I are on the same page on most things so I don't have to read through the whole thing in this case now I'm going to take that post I'm going to copy it and I'm going to go over to chat GPT and no we're not going to create uh we're not going to plagiarize him we're going to use a tool here called vir wave plus story and I'm going to share this GP p with you in just

a minute it's yours free for being part of the course and I'm literally going to type into here and by the way for those you new I do a lot of transcription because it's a lot faster than typing please create a unique and interesting Facebook post for people interested in AI using the following for reference so there's the phrase you want to remember unique and interesting either Facebook post it could be LinkedIn it doesn't really matter and I'm going to literally then copy that in and I'm copying pasting that post from Dustin so we've joined

a group we followed somebody and here we go um by the way while we're thinking about it let me go ahead and share this GPT with you guys this is my gift to you so hang on here a minute we're going to put that in the chat so this is what we call viral wave plus story and it's been trained How to write viral posts and use storytelling at the same time and let's see if this is any good I this is live guys so maybe I'm going to get egg on my face but let's

find out by the way before I post these I do read them I don't want to post stuff that I haven't read Because sooner or later most likely sooner you're going to look stupid if you do that so don't do that make sure you read it but let's try this one out AI isn't your friend but your brain Thinks it is let's talk about something wild about human psychology have you ever felt like AI really understands you like remembers you like you've built a relationship with it you're not alone it's called the Eliza effect and

it's mind-blowing back in 1996 a simple chat button named elizza convinced people it was a real therapist users poured their hearts out they believed elizza understood them even after learning it wasn't just a or it was just pattern Matching fast forward to the day AI is about more advanced but more the illusion is stronger than ever when Chachi PT remembers details it's just recalling context it's taking notes not forming memories blah blah blah read through that whole thing this is good I like like this I like this so much in fact what am I going

to do with it this is going to be one of my 100 posts for today so I'm going to go over to my Facebook Page we're gonna go to my my personal profile here yes can can we um make sure that we uh share this chat we absolutely can and notice I did it in my personal one this time Sher so it's I did that's why I'm asking so notice when I copy and paste over from Facebook it added a little bit more than I want to share I don't really want to scream that this

was a post so I I'm going to delete this last line and now I'm going to look up through here And I'm going to go uh oh it threw in some what we call markdown characters not a ton of them but too many of them for me by the way when you're posting you can choose how many emojis you want and all that but one of the Dead giveaways is characters like this see we on the Eli effect it puts asteris you go dang it Jonathan why' it do that AI writes in markdown it's a

format we're familiar with other formats so what we want to do before we paste this in we're Going to copy and paste this over into another free tool called markdown to html.com and we're literally going to paste it we're going to click over on the right and copy it and what it does is it removes all of those characters out so now when I paste it all those characters are gone by the way if you're curious I'll paste the link to that site as well and this is one you probably want to go ahead and

put inside your your saved area it's mark down to Html.com and it will automatically go ahead and fix that for you across the board so it's super super simple so again how did I do this I went to Dustin's post Dustin wrote something good I went into viral wave plus story and I had it create something for me I moved back into Facebook I deleted a couple little extra things I have one more thing to do I need to put a picture up right we're going to talk in a little bit about how we come

up with images my Recommendation is that we don't create unique images for every post you go what do you mean Jonathan well we're going to create enough images that will always have a unique image but we're not going to create one specifically for this post I'm literally I've already created a bunch I'm going to show you in a little bit how to do that we're going to click on the picture icon and again this works on LinkedIn or X or anything else and I'm literally going to go into my Download folder which I don't know

if that shows up when I do this or not and I'm going to scroll down until I find some images so I don't know if this is sharing but I'm going to grab an image here that I like there's a good one a little surp oh I like that the smiley guy so we're g to grab that and I just went in and was able to grab that image right off my drive I have a literally hundreds of images shave saved there and by the way let me give you a hint Develop a style of

image that you like I'm known for this Pixar style you can use it you can use something different doesn't matter and then create lots of pictures of either Happy People frustrated people concerned people EXC people whatever it is in for your pictures if you're about dogs create a bunch of pictures of happy dogs running dogs sitting dogs laying dogs sleeping dogs snoozing dogs whatever and have those in a library We're going to show you in a moment how to create those in bulk and then you when you need photos like this you just grab one

and you post it and just like that I'm going to say next post and just like that boom there it is it's live on my Facebook page it's one of the many posts that I I put out this week and it's that easy now if you're trying to build a group a number of I saw said you're trying to build a group I try to put more content on my group so the next Post we'll put out in the group instead but it's that easy hopefully you guys can see it's super simple find somebody to

follow once you follow them then you go ahead and find one of their posts so we picked on Dustin last time let's go ahead and uh let me pick on anic I don't if you how many know onic onic is great you and I have got to know each other an writes a lot about a lot of things but AI is one of those so let's just take a quick look and see if I can find one of Onyx's post here on this now onic writes about a lot more than AI so it's going to

take me a little bit more here we go he had a win number 35 so we're going to go ahead and copy this real quick I'm going to show you a tip here how you don't even have to read the post as long as you trust the person that's posting it I'm going to go back into chat GPT I'm going to start a new story and this time I'm going to do a little bit Different here's a post from one of my good friends onic and I want to create a Facebook post that is on

the same topic but it uses my facts instead of Onyx facts so please review this and ask me any questions that you need in order to personalize this to me instead of onic all right so it doesn't know how to spell onic that's all right we'll fix that no problem probably wouldn't need to because it's not really going to matter a whole lot And then we're going to go in and I'm just going to paste in onyx's entire post so what's going to happen AI is now going to ask me a couple of quick questions

in this case it may not do any let's find out here we go yes it does so first question do you have your own version of Onyx AI powered post writing system or should I modify his steps with your workflow I do have my own system and it involves being inspired by a post or Individual using viral wave a custom GPT to create unique content and then posting to the propriate social media channel with an image of happy smiling or emotional people as the picture so there's my first question second question your brand voice how

do we want it to sound well I've actually saved my style if you guys haven't trained your style it's really easy to do I'm just going to paste that in there We can talk about that later in the Q&A if we have time your Niche and my focus I provide AI coaching and group mentorship to people wanting to leverage AI to save time to make more money and to deliver more value and then it asks do I have any personal touches or experiences notice this is not taking me very long to do we can can

do this really quickly uh AI wins and experiences and I'm just going to say no at this point so based on that Now it's going to take onx entire post but it's going to create something entirely unique that's based on me and I know some of you may be going hang on Jonathan you're like plagiarizing you're copy and pasting no I don't think we are and the reason is what would stop me from reading something that onic did and then going and said wow I want to write my own version of that absolutely nothing nobody'

have a complaint about that we're just using AI to help us do That exact same thing so let's wait here a minute and see what happens going to take just a second this is a little bit longer one wait patiently I need the drama while this is writing let me tell you we're going to I mentioned we're going to give away a free class to somebody here on the call today so uh I always wear different hats many of you know that today my hat says something on it I'll tip my head down so everybody

can See what it is do not type this in the in the comments by the way do not type it yet because the winner is going to have to do something with it a little bit later but notice what's on my hat take note of it at some point during the training that we're doing today so in the next two and a half hours I'm going to say person number X that puts the location that's on my hat again there it is guys that's the location that's on my hat when I say that I won't

be able to Track it because we've got too many people on the call but we'll look through the logs when we're done and that person the right number I'll probably say something like 15 or or 17 or maybe 100 I don't know that person whoever it is will get a free pass to any of my past or future training classes that you want so does everybody if you've got a had chance to look don't put the location in just put a one if you guys have had a chance to get that Off my hat so

that I can make sure you've got all got it so you can make a note because then later I'll go ahead and ask you about it okay good everybody's got it that's fantastic good now just like that our post from onic is done so now we're we're going to go ahead and we're going to copy this post I'm going to go back into Facebook this time like I mentioned I'm going to go in my group instead so let's go ahead and go over to my Group and same thing I'm going to copy and paste this

in and notice this time everything came through without any markdown so I'm good but quick hack you want to do just a little bit of formatting to make sure this works so first of all I'm not doing daily wins anic is so I'm going to go ahead and get rid of that how to write a viral social media Post in 10 minutes using AI without sounding like a robot well I should probably teach this system Because we're writing him in a lot less than 10 minutes this will be wor Grand say hang on here a

minute guys if you would just a reminder please leave your your calls muted I would be great uh there we go so let's to turn off hand gestures if you have hand gestures turned on because I I think what's happening is some people have hand gestures turned on and it's unmuting them awesome can you do that on your end Sherry or no no do you need me To do that no they have to do it for themselves they have to do it okay got it yeah got it all right so I'm just going to quickly

go through and format this by the way one trick that will get your post a lot more engagement is put in a lot of line breaks we weren't taught to do this in school nobody wants to do this but when you put in a lot of line breaks it makes it a lot easier to read so like where I see these emojis that are supposed to be lists go back in Just put in a line break make sure they're there all right we're getting close we're almost done this one's a long post so it may

actually take 10 minutes like onik said to actually write this one be one of our longer ones if we have to and let's just make sure we finish this off here with everything that we need in our check marks Hang on we're almost done I'm literally just clicking through by the way if you see the formatting go Jonathan how do you Get the formatting and if you're posting in a group things like bold and aalex work if you're posting on a page they will not so that's how I get that done you're going work we're

going to go ahead and just finish up here with a little bit of formatting this is a much longer post than I generally put in place I also tend to get rid of the double emojis and now I want to take a quick look just to make sure this is accurate so let me scan it real Quick yep success is not a journey destination snooze nobody cares boom boom boom sounding human telling stories getting inspired instead of scratch us the vir wave uh analyze top performing that's exactly what we did we prompted with show me

five posts I don't actually do that so we got to fix this real quick we going to be good I'm just going to say let's see here to analyze top performing post uh I prompt it with and we'll copy and paste what I just did Here because I literally just did this so let's go back into my post go way to the top here a minute there we go we cop copy that I move over to my back to Facebook and again I'm literally going to we want to have integrity here guys so you want

happy notice this time I used somebody that looks kind of overwhelmed so notice how I mentioned the other day we want to take or not the other day just a couple minutes ago we Want to take the image and we want to create a series of images that we can go grab from any time that we want that we can use and I'm going to go ahead and post this in my group and just like that there I've got two posts done now you go Jonathan 100 post a week you said you're going to do

this in just a few minutes each post just takes a few minutes when you put it together and it can be that fast to do and that's how we do it so hopefully that makes sense we're going To run that we're going to find posts that we find interesting we're going to pull it through what's another thing that I do well another thing that I do is let's go out to YouTube one of my favorite places YouTube by the way has got more content than probably any other area on Earth that I'm aware of and

we're simply going to go out to YouTube and we're going to look up the topic that we want so I'm going to look up AI prompting and there's all kinds of Things that are here in fact well I'm going to do one better I'm going to grab this one I was actually on a podcast earlier today and if you guys aren't familiar on a YouTube podcast you or anything else you can scroll to the bottom oh and this is a live so it's not going to be there that's right I forgot about that bad example

go now this is where you start seeing some power We've been doing one to one what do we do this time we're doing one to three one piece of content to three social media posts this is how you can start scaling and get a lot lot of content done in a very short period of time so the biggest mistake when people make one prompting and how to fix it got totally useless yep explain how people assume AI knows too much ask the audience if they've ever had experience that looks good power of step by step

that's going To be good and simple AI prompting tricks that save you hours this is great so it wants to personalize it do you want uh all it knows a little bit about me from memory so I don't know why it does because I don't have memory turned on but oh it's just guessing it got lucky sorry yes these should reflect my personal brand as a AI coach I don't want to share any case studies or specific experiences but I do Want to use a casual and fun tone and remember that I am an entj

if you're going uh oh what did you just say Jonathan you're an entj if you guys haven't by the way and you want to write content that's more aligned with you here's a quick little filter hack go to a site called 16personalities.com it's absolutely free take about 10 minutes and take their personality test when you do this it's going to go ahead and give you a result At the end you're going to be one of 16 different personalities when you give that four-letter code I'm an entj right here oops there's a ton of information about

what an entj is this is just one thing I can go into other pages and chaty PT knows a whole lot about who you are based on that so all I need to do then is use that code like I did here and say I'm an entj and now it will automatically be able to write in a tone And style that very closely matches who I am as an individual so if you've never done that go out to 16personalities.com take one of those tests and then use that just that simple just say write as an

put in your code and it will sound a whole lot more like you so let's go ahead and see where we've got this one it's using canvas to write it which means it's going to be just a little bit slower let's go ahead and copy this really quick the biggest mistake people Make when prompting now here's a hint if you run a group you can't do this everywhere but if you on a group you can schedule right within Facebook if not there are tons of other social scheduling tools that you can use so you don't

have to like just hang around and be ready for these you can post these before you're ready so I'm going to go ahead and post this one let's make this an H1 ever asked be a question problem is people assume make sure this is all Good all right stop assuming this spell what's the I love this what's the worst you got it this is good so we're going to grab an image we're going to scroll way down to get something from a while back that's art I was working on that's not what I want let's

see if we can find something else hang on here while we scroll back there we go we probably don't need pink stuff that was around Valentine's day just to prove are you Still using the 35 mini on the on this are you four people are asking it's whatever well it's a GPT so if it's a GPT it's going to be four because it's gpts are using 40 right now okay so that's not something we can control so again I grabbed an image and if you're in a group or you're using a scheduling tool all you

want to do is pick a time and date and let's say well you know what I want to publish this a little bit later today so where I at it's 4:11 p.m. I'm in Central Time Zone let's publish this around 6:05 and schedule but notice now that I've also got in addition to that while this is scheduling I've got two more posts here that I can take a look at so I now just turn one piece of content in about two to three minutes into three pieces yeah Sherry I I just want to make sure

you're uh people are saying they don't see the images you're using that you're only your browser so um okay good when so the popup you guys Can see it when I post it then so like you can see that see the schedule post right now but if you were trying to share when I'm scrolling you can't yeah unfortunately I don't know how to fix that one uh unfortunately so we'll do our best not to not to scroll through too many images and bore you guys while you can't see that but suffice it to say I

have a in my downloads folder I have probably thousands of images that I've created and we'll show you in a moment How I create some of those in bulk and then I have the opportunity to just go grab one of those that fits around and it makes it super simple to fit something that's relevant to that post that I'm making so again a couple little things there again this is what I call like I said this is my impulse content creation it's literally getting an idea going ahead and creating it using a tool like viral

wave you do not need to use this but this viral wave tool has been Trained to follow both viral post characteristics and also to use storytelling when it writes that if you guys want to use something different that's perfectly fine and you can use anything you want now here's the cool thing guys you can do the same thing in any AI tool you don't have to use chat gbt I'm just using that for ease of expediency you can use this in virtually any other tool that you want you can post in any social Media I'll

show you in a minute how we can turn those into to tweets for X how we can turn those into LinkedIn posts that are a little bit different and by the way number 99 puts this on my hat wins a free class so go ahead and post them in and see what we get uh make sure everybody does it because 99's a big number but we've got 400 and some people on the call so I'm sure we can get 99 and one of you guys will get a free pass to a class love that great

turn this into options for me to give me a Twitter or X poost thread a LinkedIn post an Instagram post that I can attach with an image and and a threads post that I can put up so there we go we talked about Facebook we did now we've done Twitter LinkedIn Instagram and threads on top so we're going to get four more and look here it is and it's even laying out a thread if You guys are on exit all you know that you guys can oops let's turn off that it's still recording if you're

on exit all you can use and put threads together so it's got all that laid out for me here's my LinkedIn post that it's creating for for me now the key is once you've picked a topic then you can go ahead and you can easily create multiple posts on multiple different styles for you and it's really simple to go ahead and carry that on through across the Board so again another way that you can ex you know turn one bit of content into five six maybe seven different posts that you want to do and if

you think of it this way we want to post a 100 plus pieces that means if I find two or three pieces of inspirational content a day and I create even five from each one of those at the end of the week I'm at 105 posts that fast and that easy so hopefully that makes perfect sense for you Guys you bear with me for just a moment I am using a set of old glasses because I broke my other ones and my wonderful wife just walked in and handed me my new glasses that are apparently

don't believe so and here's the reason why Facebook is not going to show every post you put to every person in your Community Twitter is not going to show every post everybody in your community none of them are let me give you an example Sandy so you've been in a number of my courses by the way thank you for that I appreciate that would you find it at all surprising I've been doing two courses a month now for about eight months Maybe 9 months would you find it surprising that there are people in my group

that have been a member of the group The 350,000 people for over those Nine months and still don't know I offer classes it's true because they don't see the posts that I put up and it's not because they're not engaged these are some people that are in regularly the algorithms are not going to show every post you make to every person so let me share a quick example with you so um I used to I still have a friend that she used to be in in radio advertising and she told me in the radio world

that they knew that you had to hear a radio ad for Those of us old enough to remember radios when they existed yeah a couple of us are thank you Elena we had to remember we had to hear that ad 13 times before we ever remembered having heard that ad think about that for a moment that's just the way our brain works so it's very natural Sandy to be worried and go oh oh I can't produce all this content I'm going to overwhelm people you're really not likely to do that and the reason is Because

they're only going to see a fraction of the content that you can go ahead and read and the key here is yeah the key is to add value as long as you make sure the posts add value so somebody just posted and it's already gone oh look like Mar Mary made a comment I don't know if it's to me or somebody else but how your posts are literally my favorite thing on Facebook they wouldn't they wouldn't be by the way thank you if that was for me Mary I Appreciate it virtual hug uh that wouldn't

be the case if I didn't go out and make sure that I was one picking good resources and two doing some proof reading because then I'd have a bunch of crap candidly and you know what we've all seen people that post a whole lot of nothing and we they don't gain credibility one of the overwhelming threads that I saw whether it was building leads or anything else was hey I want to build credibility I want to Build no like and Trust And if you put crappy content up a little bit or a lot you then

you're going to hurt yourself but as long as it's good quality Sandy my personal belief and I'll stand by it I'm teaching you guys literally the same stuff I do on a daily basis so you guys all obviously know who I am you've met me through the group or through other ways like that if it's resonating with you now do I irritate some people guaranteed but I don't worry about it Because you can't please everybody all the time does that make sense it does but there seems to be two streams one is the algorithm and

the other is somebody lands on the feed and there's all of this content so I guess it's both sides just as a balance well and again all of that content just makes you look more credible if they land in your you know if if you went and looked on my page and You went oh my gosh this guy posts 10 times a day chances are you're not going to leave you're probably going to go what in the world does he post about 10 times a day and you're going to read a couple of them and

go either oh wow that resonates with me or nah I don't care and you know what remember if we're trying to generate leads or make sales or grow credibility there will be people that don't care and that's okay because we can't please everybody so well can I Just give you a thank you so much because I'm doing the 30-day challenge and the most comments I've ever had on any post has been one of those awesome I'd love to hear that if you guys don't know by the way we started a 30-day AI uh March Madness

Challenge and I'm love to hear we have over a thousand people just participating in it to have some fun and I love to hear that Elsie good to see what what's on your mind Elsie okay I think I'm unmuted yeah There we go um so I know you use a lot of emojis can you when you create this make the Emojis more platform specific Yes mine on LinkedIn it has very little emojis and I get a little Emoji out too yeah well and fair enough then then you and I try not to use as many

I probably use more than I should I try to use them mainly for reading purposes and words to create virtual breaks and stuff like that but yeah absolutely just tell it you don't want it to use emojis so That's literally I say is no Emojis or only a few emojis and it will it'll then go ahead and do that for you so good question and definitely one that you you may want to do and and then I have one followup so when you do images right you do for you had created now post for several

platforms do you usually switch between images between the platforms so they're more platform um appropriate or or do you do you just use the same image for the same post I use the same image For the same post on every platform yeah okay that's I'm in the March Madness uh as well and that's what I've been doing so it's it's fun it's a good question and one of the questions you need to ask yourself is what's more important is it more important that no one ever in my life goes Jonathan you posted that on LinkedIn

and Facebook and Twitter or is it more important that you build a community I chose very clearly I want to build a community and if somebody is Offended that I put it on all three platforms oh well because I'm not putting out offensive content and there will always be somebody that's offended if you you know we all probably learned by now there are some people that they spend their lives trying to figure out how to become offended and they're going to get offended at you too and that's okay it's all right it's fine because what

will happen is you build a good Community people will then start Stepping up even when you don't see it and defending you and that's a really cool feeling when that happens so good question and I think for brand brand recognition too so I yeah absolutely absolutely just a reminder if you would I don't mind how many questions you have but because we have so many people if you can do one question and then get back in line I would be grateful Justin you're up next what's on your mind Justin yeah quick question I want to

use The skill set to be able to train teams to do it for me and for other companies because clearly this is a very valuable resource have you tried to train teams in this and then create documents so they can follow the documents and the instruction so they can create uh you know content at scale great question yeah in fact we've trained a lot of agencies using this exact same system uh to be able to follow for the clients a couple of changes need to come in when You're doing it for clients and that you

you need to obviously get from the client some of the people that you should be following to get that inspiration but that's really the only part you just need to find out who the client is and yeah it's very trainable one of the reasons we use the viral wave GPT that we shared is because when your team grabs that information it's going to still create a positive post overall it's trained not to be negative it's Trained not to be argumentative all that type of thing so yeah I absolutely think you can train teams to do

up virtually uh next we've got Larry Larry what's on your mind when you mentioned uh your prompt to turn the U post into uh LinkedIn and Twitter and Y you mentioned something about um LinkedIn was different U besides the emojis that Elsie mentioned is there anything the biggest the biggest difference in LinkedIn is that as a general rule people there are a bit less interested in personal stories they're going to be more interested in in business related stuff professional related stuff and as a general rule again there's just a more disdain for emojis across the

board all that being said I can tell you that I don't do as good a job as I should probably editing for LinkedIn and many of my Facebook posts get copied verbatim over to LinkedIn and it doesn't seem to Have caused any harm if that makes any sense and my theory on that is people are people if if the content you're creating is resonating with them Larry it'll resonate with them on no matter what platform they're on so that's my my two cents on that thank you good question go ahead so the The Prompt doesn't

um tailor it for LinkedIn you can if you ask it to you have to tell it the platform it'll create a generic social media platform post meaning it'll Be a good post it'll follow the viral post framework and all that but it'll be it won't have be platform specific unless you ask it so if I want it for Facebook I'll ask for Facebook if I want it for LinkedIn I'll just ask it for LinkedIn okay thank you all right great question rob you are next what's on your mind Rob um hi Jonathan U this will

clients and a lot of different niches so I took off my memory um so how would you use viral Wave when it doesn't I know somebody posts selfs cribe but how would it use viral wave and show my personality and and not yours so it's it's viral wave is not programmed with my personality it's programmed to be plat personality agnostic if that makes any sense so so you just want to again I my recommendation Elena is go out to 16personalities.com take that test and use use your you do that you're going to be good and

by the way I forget who was Talking about onboarding I think it was Larry but I may be wrong I apologize my ADD kicks in and my short-term memory is terrible but in an onboarding sequence if you want to do this for clients just as part of your onboarding sequence have them go to 16 personalities and give you their personality code and then your content that you create will sound much more like them we've done that with clients for years and it really does make a huge difference uh because we Literally started doing this in

is there it is and I apologize sometimes I don't have all these up uh chat GPT does a terrible job sharing or keeping and organizing the left side of my screen so it seems like every time I try to do something they've changed where it is by the way any gpts that I use like this uh I will share with you unless I tell you in advance I'm not so this is Maxim if You guys don't have Maxim you guys can get her for free as well as some others but I'm going to put Maxim

here in the chat for you so Maxim is one of the ways that I create bulk images so I shared with you you know I don't create images as a general rule for a specific post I do create lots of images of people and things like that with different emotions and we use Maxim to do this now there are a couple different tools you can get And I'll share a link here with you if you want all of them there we oops I just lost it in my toolbar hang on I have three different image

tools that I regularly use uh three free image prompters put that in the chat as well you guys can get it there's Maxim there's Phillip and there's Felix I like to name mine so I'm just a little weird about that um but I'm going to use Maxim here because we're going to use mid journey and Maxim is designed to work With mid Journey you can use Dolly you can use these prompts and anything that you want but these tools that I've got they do not create the images they create the prompts that create the images

because sometimes that's the hardest part so I'm going to show you now how we create bulk content so we're going to go ahead and start off here and I do a 3D cartoon style you do not have to do that you can do photo realistic you can do watercolor digital art Whatever it turns your crank it's perfectly fine um but I'm going to use Maxim here to do this and here's how we're going to do it 3D cartoon animation of a multiethnic female entrepreneur sitting in a coffee shop staring out the window at cars driving

by inspired by Disney all right so notice I'm not giving it a whole prompt although I could use that as a prompt this is my idea and now what we're going to do is Maxim is literally going to go in and give me five unique image prompts you go Jonathan why five well first of all I throw away about half or more of the photos that I create because I just don't like the way they turn out that's fine Maxim is is actually trained on Mid Journey if you guys are using flux I recommend you

using um Felix he's trained on flux but these do generally work on any platform so don't feel that you have to do that I'm going to go Ahead and leave off the mid Journey stuff here just so I can show you how this works in different platforms and I'm going to start with mid Journey first so we're going to go over to Mid Journey here and I'm literally going to paste this prompt in if you're on the web you can actually choose your scale and everything else that you want I'm going to leave this where

it is and we're going to go ahead and do this while it's Thinking here one of the things by the way that I love about mid journey is that mid Journey creates four Images at a time so when I go back and I grab my other prompt that I had here notice we had five prompts I can do very quickly if I'm not talking at least I can go in here and I can do the same thing five times so I'm going to there's two and by the way one of my one of my hacks

here this is especially good for all the gentlemen on the call at night When you're sitting next to your wife on the sofa watching TV hand her the remote let her watch Hallmark and you decide to pop on your computer or your phone this works well on your phone as well and you go create a bunch of images that you want I think I'm grabbing the wrong onesz these don't look quite right but that's all right sometimes it doesn't listen it doesn't look like it got my 3D cartoon as well as I wanted but that's

okay so We're going to grab those and notice by doing that it definitely got more photo realistic so I should have fixed that but that's all right I'm going to create these images and now notice as they come up it's I've just that fast five times four I've created 20 different images some of these I'm going to throw out I don't like these at all but this top row I can see I like quite a bit there's a couple other ones coming up some of these are kind of cool these are too Photo realistic for

me some of these are a little bit better so I can now take any one of these images let's say I grab this one right here the lady in the white sweater and I can save that as I'm going to do right to my computer excuse me I'm sorry about that we'll try to grab the cough button and I can grab any others that I like so here's one again kind of staring out the window I like that one and we'll just scroll up here a minute to take a look there's are a Couple others

that we did got to go in the right order there we go those are two photo realistic for me not cartoony enough that one's pretty good I like that one we'll save that and I'm just going to quickly go through and grab the ones that I like that resonate with me and save them to my computer oh I really like that one I love the wide eyes hang on here a minute guys I gotta find who I can't see somebody's unmuted guys and I Apologize I can't see who it is so my apologies for that

we're just going to save these images and now just like that I've saved now I didn't save them all but I've saved about 15 images probably maybe 10 images that I can use next time I want to do this and all I have to do is go back into Maxim and run different prompts to change that around so let's try something entirely different here and let's say that I wanted to go for everybody loves dogs So 3D cartoon animation of a puppy playing with a kitten a ball of yarn and a ball inspired by Disney

Animation so again I'm just going to give it my concept and I'm going to do this you guys again you don't you don't have to use these in mid Journey you can use these in other tools I just really like mid Journey U mid journey is a payer playay platform so you are going to pay when you run images through that But there are other tools out there that for example Leonardo used you can use in Leonardo you get about 10 images a day for free uh you literally don't have to pay anything for and

if you were just doing that that works I'm really trying to focus on again creating a lot of content quickly and so I'm going to go through and do this but I'm going to create them in ways that I can create in bulk here and I'm going to show you one other aspect here in a minute one of the Reasons I really like mid journey I think it works on the web I use their uh Discord quite a bit which is a different interface but we're going to try it here a minute we're get the

rest of these prompts in real quick so there's three four I hope you guys can see how by doing this we can create a lot of images in very short period of time we don't have to use them all so the good news is when I learned to be a photographer and I'm a really amateur photographer but when I learned it when I was in high school I'm old enough that we actually had to buy something called film we actually put film in cameras this was before digital for those of you that are young on

the call and the downside of that is as a college kid I didn't have any money but I had to buy the film and I had to pay for the processing and that really stunk when you'd throw an image away because it cost you Money the great news about digital not so much all right so let's take a look at these I kind of like these we've got puppy and kitten these are very very similar don't mind those at all I kind of like the dalmatian those are cute uh more there and we're waiting for

the last one to complete so the great thing is though is I can grab any one of these images I love this one right here and I can then go into and this is one of the things about mid Journey this is unique To Mid journey I can go in and create variations on this I can create uh remixes of it I can pan it to right left and upside down I can zoom out on it if I want all those features are included one of the things I love is I'm just going to click

very strong and it's going to go ahead and create some variations notice it's going to create four more images so let's grab this one with a puppy I like that one I'm going to do the same thing just like as soon As I find a prompt that I like it can now create four more images I like this one will very strong on that one and notice I'm just having to make one click at a time and I'm able to create multiple variations so one of these images that I really liked with big eyes I

think was that one we'll just go ahead and do the same thing very strong so just that quickly from the interface I can do that and notice you can see here we Started here so just in a couple of minutes we've created a bolt load of pictures I don't have to use them all I just get to use some of them and just that fast I'm able to create that now the other thing about mid Journey quick little side hack all kinds of you have asked how do you create consistent characters it's a real pain

in the butt let me tell you but one of the easiest ways to do it is to go into mid Journey find an image that you like like the one I found here of the lady in the coffee shop and Vary it notice all four of these images if you look these look a lot like the same woman not identical she's got some really messed up arms right there so that one's not so good but these look like they could potentially be the same person now they're not all perfect they got a little messed up

some extra fingers and that so we'd want to create some more but it's that fast to go Through and create images again then you create an entire library of those images and now you use that library and pull from that Library as you're creating content and that will make just an amazing difference for you as you're putting this content together makes it all very very simple and straightforward so I hope that makes sense we're going to go ahead and open it back up for Q&A about imagery again you can use different platforms if you Want

Ai and viral post and net Niche would I be able to apply this to that 100% yes absolutely yeah in fact my uh my uh son's in-laws so they're not my related but my son's in-laws they have a landscaping company in Minneapolis and you know they've talked about the same thing I believe and while you may be able to find one that doesn't I believe You could do this in any Niche that you wanted or Niche that you wanted and make it work the key there Warren is producing regular content that's helpful and you you

bring up a good point let me explain why I think it works in any in any Niche that's out there every platform no matter where you want to post first and foremost post primarily on the platform that your audience is already at so identify you know who you're serving and where they're likely Hanging out and I want to encourage you just because you're serving let's say you're doing commercial stuff Warren and I don't know we haven't talked but if you were don't assume that means you have to go to LinkedIn because those same people that

own those companies are probably hanging out on Facebook looking at their kids and their grandkids and talking with their friends that may not be where they spend the most time but it could be so be open to that as you're Looking but every platform wants to keep you on the platform so if you're on LinkedIn LinkedIn wants to keep you on LinkedIn if you're on Twitter or X they want to keep you on X if you're on Facebook they want to keep you on Facebook they need more content in order to do that plain and

simple they simply need to get more relevant content so that they can show you as you're Doom scrolling through or me as I'm doom scrolling through more relevant content That keeps me on the platform so when you they learn and this process takes about 90 days but when you're consistent for about 90 days of posting two three or four pieces of content every day on the same type of topic they're they're tracking everything on the back end and Warren what they're going to do is they're going to start going you know what all these residential

property owners are liking Warren's content they all what what area of the world are you In Warren I'm in Indiana okay so it's all these people in Indiana I bet if we showed Warren's content to more homeowners in Indiana maybe they would like it so then they start testing and they start showing your landscape content to more homeowners in Indiana and when they like that content then they go huh I wonder what would happen if we showed it to more homeowners in Ohio and they share and they would probably like it too even though that's

Not good for your client does doesn't really matter for you it's for growing clients and all of a sudden they're going to narrow in and go it's homeowners that are interested in landscaping that love warrants content and they're going to start driving traffic to you because they know that your content will keep those individuals on Facebook or on LinkedIn or on Twitter longer and that's why it'll work in any niche as long as you're consistent with That does that make sense yeah absolutely thanks great question very good question love it all right uh I'm hopefully

get this right is it janelia am saying that right Hamilton yep you're saying it right all right what's on your mind just really quickly I just wanted to know are you you're posting a 100 posts per manually per per week per plus plus per week and I do it manually yes okay that's all I want to know like you don't use make or zappier to do any of This I don't no and and the it's probably an archaic belief but keep in mind I'm old I'm 55 I've got the white beard I'm I'm officially old

I believe that the engagement I get by posting it personally is better now I do schedule a lot of it meaning I'll go into Facebook and I'll schedule posts sometimes for a whole day in advance sometimes I have an idea that I go oh that would be really good on Thursday because on Thursdays we talk about images in my group so I may Post on Sunday something for Thursday and just schedule it for Thursday but I'm not using any of the scheduling tools one of the reasons for that is also just so you're aware on

that uh is that because a lot of my content goes in my group most of the tools don't work with groups in Facebook Facebook has continued to make that harder and harder and harder and so I just instead of trying to figure out which what works and what doesn't I just post manually But if you're posting on your personal page there's tons of tools like ghl and Hoot sweet and buffer and gazillion others social monals by the way is one of my favorite um that are if you're posting like your personal page or a business

page that'll work really really well for you and then you can absolutely schedule those at that point in time so all right Bill mccab you're up next good to see you again Bill what's on your mind um you mentioned um looking at each Platform and figuring out who is um the the viral person on that platform is there a generic Analytics tool or what you recommend in terms of for example I'd want to look at LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and apps for example is there a generic tool to go out that and say give me the

top people in this space on this platform so there there's not a great tool that's going to do that for you I would actually go to perplexity because while perplexity Won't be able to search all the platforms it will be able to search websites that talk about the top influencers on the platforms and you may not get a perfect list but you'll get a really good list of key influencers on any platform by just going to perplexity and asking that question so good question hope that's helpful all right next we've got Michelle Michelle what's on

and and mine has to do with a lot of emotions because I deal with stress and all this stuff you know so absolutely so what I would do there is again I'm going to recommend you use a tool called flux flux um I took the class I have it yeah so train that train that Laura uh L for those of you that wondering it's a low resonance model train that on you and then you can go in and you can come up with almost any images let me just I Know it's a really common thing

so let me take just a moment and share my screen and let me show you how this works in case you're going Jonathan what are you talking about so the tool we're talking about is called flux flux and you can't get flux automatically from uh the the tool you actually have to use it through a third-party provider and I happen to use a thirdparty provider called fa falai now the interface is a little Intimidating I have walkthroughs on YouTube for free I also have a three-day class I did on this if you want to learn

how to do it but what I'm going to show you here real quick is how you create these so I've trained these on myself already so you guys can look at me I've got glasses I'm a big guy got a beard pretty simple I can now go in and I can create images that will be very similar to me they're not all going to be perfect but notice I've got a trigger Word in here and so we're going to just go say Jonathan J Mast as a man with a Long White Beard glasses and let's

think of something fun so uh walking down the beach along the gulf in let me think here Pensacola Florida that's close to where I'm at Florida and then we'll just say wearing shorts somebody said riding a Dinosaur we could have fun with that if we want uh a monochromatic let's make it realistic first and then we'll do do something like that monochromatic Hawaiian shirt there we go simple just like that I'm going to go ahead and update this real quick here to make sure I can do four Images put this somewhere in the middle and

let's go ahead and run this and this is going to go ahead and create for us now four Images one or two of These will probably look a lot like me we'll see because we've trained this model on what I look like by uploading about 30 images of me along the way and so that's where we're coming from as we do this let's take just a moment and let's see how we did it all right so not perfect but that could probably pass for me not terrible I'm on the beach I've got the beard I've

got everything else going on let's see what else we've got here that might be a little better a Little thinner than me maybe but that's all right I need to lose some weight so that's all right take this one again definitely passable for the most part and I could continue to tweak it but now let's have some more fun and let's say instead of walking down the peach let's going to say uh riding a dinosaur down the beach along the golf let's try this so now we're going to create same type of thing but we've

added in riding a dinosaur and this is Where it gets fun for the things that you were talking about is that it gives us the ability to really put yourself in any type of situation that you want now the dinosaur one which I'm going to be if I posted this one oh man this poor Tyrannosaurus rex or whatever it is looks like he's not having any fun but there you go a saddle dinosaur doesn't look quite so realistic but it looks kind of like me uh I don't like flip-flops or thongs so there this one

I Really feel bad for the Tyrannosaurus Rex sun looks like he's definitely struggling just a little bit there but then I'm a little bit low in his back he must have quite the the the back in there but again you can see how very quickly I can create different style images and while the dinosaur here doesn't look nearly as realistic you can come up with some really interesting ways to do this very easily and you can make them far more realistic if you want To and that's easy to do so we get those closed out

a minute but this is what the power of what you can do with flux to create images and when you play around with a little bit and maybe use Felix The Prompt tool that I gave you instead of writing your own prompt like I did you'd be surprised what incredible images that you can get out that look like you so now you can create essentially an unlimited number of images that you may need for your thing So hopefully that helps out a little bit all right uh does that make sense Michelle okay good yes it

do I'll go back and share my screen here a minute this is a really good example uh hang on here a minute let's go up and share my screen let's go back into chat GPT and I'm just going to go into chat GPT here a minute Without anything more and I'm going to ask it to um let me think of a book that I've got here that everybody might know uh here I know of one please give me 20 topics that I could create content on or discuss from the book Think and Grow Rich by

Napoleon Hill now it didn't quite get this right but it should should more or less figure out what I wanted anyway and again you can put an all if the book's on Amazon Chances are unless it's brand new that chaty PT probably knows about it so notice as I'm starting here I'm not asking it to create my blog post I'm starting with topics and so then we're it's going to give me topics from the book because now I can use these to create other aspects and other things that I want so lots of various things

in here so let's go ahead and grab this this is a topic I love Faith with the Spere strengthening so you could pick your industry whatever you want I'm going to take that I'm now going to go into viral wave plus story and I'm going to say please give me three link in posts about the following topic and we'll paste that in right now I just want titles and a brief synopsis I'll pick the ones I want for you to write Next all right so we're going to just give it now our topic that we

what it was doing just a slight different way in which it applies and if I like one of these I can go oh that's really great or if I like all three of them I can now go ahead and say let's I want to grab this one I like fear is expensive so now please write me a viral worthy Comprehensive LinkedIn post without emoji on number one and again keep it in mind that Viral wave has been trained on how to do this once we give it some of the basics it'll do a really good

back and do that thank you absolutely all right Bo you're up next what's on your mind hey Jonathan hello my question sort of is in the theme of what Michelle was asking I wanted to ask how does using a AI Generated images affect like your engagement or um does the algorithm know and then good question yeah yeah a couple a couple things I want to address here so one when we go on Facebook and we post it asks us if the a that the content is AI done basically it's AI driven I rarely check that

unless it's absolutely something that is totally AI that I've not edited I've not done anything with and generally I'm doing that with imag or something where I'm Going to potentially mislead somebody and I want to let them know this is AI generated I don't think when it comes to text it matters one bit that's my opinion again the key here is it's got to be helpful B to the audience and if it's helpful to the audience it doesn't matter Google the other engines that are out there I can tell you they do not care who

writes your content whether chat gbt wrote it whether Claude wrote it whether grock wrote it they don't Care what they do care about is whether the content is helpful or not and it makes sense when you think about it I mean Google has Gemini and they're very much in the AI space it's very unlikely they're going to penalize you just for that uh in just a moment I'm going to hop on a soap box of mine which is on AI Checkers they are all bunk for the record and if you work for one I apologize

but they are all absolute crap um they they they have so many false Positives seriously they're they're I get in arguments with my my education friends all the time about it because they just don't work okay off my soap boox back to the reality no the platforms don't care whether your content's AI generated and when it comes to images you want images that engage more than anything else now if I posted one of those dinosaur images I would click on the box yes it's AI generated I would assume most adults could look at That and

go well obviously that's AI generated but let's say maybe I created one that was misleading in a way about maybe a location I was at or something I was doing I would click on a generated because I just believe that that's the best thing to do one of the things that I do have on the bottom of all my websites and everything not on social media but I do have a disclaimer it says you wonder where all this amazing content came from well it's a Collaboration between me my team and Ai and we talk about

the tools that we use and I'm very upfront about that so that if anybody says you tried to hide that go really where did I try to hide it because I put it right out here but sorry long answer to a very good question no I don't think they care okay listen thank you the key is your audience going to like the content I firmly believe if you create content that your audience likes both visual Video and written content none of the platforms are going to care because remember the platforms want engagement that's what they're

I get really FR oops it's not recording let's try that again there we go I am an AI coach and educator and I Get really frustrated when the educational institution not teachers per se but the institution purports that Ai and use of AI is is evil I want a scathing post that is incredibly negative about the overall institution of Education not about teachers but about the institution and their absolute adherence to the fallacy that AI is evil make me proud all right so notice a lot of it is How I'm oops a a lot of

it is in how I'm programming it and and what I'm telling it to do the instructions I'm giving it I don't know what we're going to get here so let's find out I mean but we'll try to be so okay there we go the education system is a lie for centuries we've been told that schools and universities exist to prepare us for the future but the cold hard truth the institution of Education isn't building to create isn't built to Create innovators is designed to preserve power control and outdated thinking man it would sound like it

can't tell you universally what's there um I do know that I have chosen one of the reasons I originally chose mid Journey was because I was paying for a License and I know from basic legal 101 although I'm not an attorney that if there is no exchange of value then it's hard to transfer a license because the courts would look at that and go there's no exchange of value they so by paying mid Journey $10 a month or 30 I don't know what we pay them now but it's right in that area 10 to 20

$30 a month I'm now getting a commercial use license from that and as a business that was a really big deal for me I know when you Use flux through f. you also get a commercial license for those images to be able to use those I don't know the specific details of that commercial license but I do know that you get that and I'm sure with I if I were a betting man and I'm not but if I were I would bet that all the platforms were you're paying money you would have the ability to

use those images commercially I would bet in most cases when you're not it's limited to personal use and not Commercial and that definition would not be something go ahead so I had another quick question the viral wave looks great what you shown of is it but I was wondering how to create like you said about subheadings I suppose would you call them to the left hand side of the of the window is how is it easy to create all that or because I I'm the same I I don't like to if I'm doing a YouTube

or Facebook or something that I'd rather have them in their own little headings or titles instead otherwise they do get all over the place and stuff you can do all that With viral can you absolutely you can just ask it tell what type of headings you want to create or to create unique versions for each however it'll do that and it'll it'll break them upart for you and if you don't like the formatting it gives you you can ask it at any point in time please put in this Format or make change and it will

for you yes my quick question is I you may have answered it but I think I missed it um my question is um how do you structure your Facebook page and scheduling post so you know do you have a personal page do you have a business page I know within your groups I've you know I feel like there's a couple layers because I'm in your group so I to the group then I see Jonathan mass and then I see there's several others so I'm just curious what is the most effective way especially concerning so if

you're on Facebook um I have I'll tell you what I have first so I have a business page for Whitebeard strategies I have a business professional page for Jonathan Mast and that's an old one because in the old excuse me in the old days they didn't sorry I need need a little water here no no go for it in the old days they didn't have personal pages That they would promote so they really kept them kind of Walled off so I do have a professional page I then have a group as you guys know and

then I have my personal page in the last year or so and maybe two years I'm not sure exactly on the time frame Facebook opened up personal pages to be able to be set as creators and you literally can basically apply to be a Creator it's no cost I think everybody gets approved I don't know but then when you do that now your Page has some of the same tools that are available typically on a business page so you have the opportunity for example to get insights on your page to do other things like that

that you can't do on a on a normal personal page so I post most of my content to my group the second most common area I post is on my personal page the one downside to this to be aware of if you ever share anything controversial like my educational post or things like that you Will find that some people will get confused as to whether they're in your group or on your personal page and when that happens you just have to be prepared to remind them that hey this is my personal page not my other

page so but I I do I have four I rarely have ever post on my my business page it exists mainly for contact information I rarely if ever post any more on my personal professional page and I almost always paste in my group or my actual Personal profile now which is set as a Creator so when you're posting inside of the big AI group you're that is your personal page that you're posting in the grou yes correct I'm logged in as my personal page and doing it now for security purpos P converted to Creator page

yes that's correct okay and then once you convert it though you can it's like it's taking your existing friends and all those people and keeping it it's it's really the same thing it just what The difference is is that Facebook now promotes my content organically more than they do if I wasn't a Creator and they they do actually send you money based on on engagement don't plan to get rich though U my check in December was literally and I'm not kidding I took a picture and made a post of it it was for two cents

so what all the stuff that you post yeah I made two cents last last month I made $74 I think but again for all the stuff I did I think Facebook Paid me $74 um I can't even go out to dinner with my wife hardly anymore for 74 bucks I mean at least not with a decent tip so yeah don't plan on getting rich from it but yeah they do at least give you I'm in it for the organic promotion they do the fact that you know we probably wouldn't have ever met and connected had

going to go ahead and copy And paste that by the way quick little hint if you do this a lot and this is one of the ways you're getting content and you go that just seems like that took about half a second I don't want to do that you can download a chrome plugin called glasp GP that's this plugin here and when I press glasp now it automatically brings the transcript up and all I have to do is click like that and I've copied the entire thing so if you do that a lot That's a

plugin that can help be helpful for that so so now I'm going to go back here we're going to start a new one I'll just leave it in viral Wave It's perfectly fine and I'm going to say here's an hourong training on creating custom gpts I'm an AI coach and would like to create a number of social media posts using Snippets from this training please review the transcript that follows and give me a list of the social media posts that you believe Could be created from this content all right so if anybody wants to gra

we're going to go ahead and put that up and we're going to schedule that for tonight around 9:00 9:05 p.m. schedule all right so I think while we've been here today we've done at least four Posts today just that I've done from here that we're posting in and you'll see let's take a look here if any of them so this is one that I posted earlier let's just reload and see if I've got any engagement at all it's been up for now about an hour that means probably not very much just for the record but

let's take a look I know some of you are wondering do do these get any engagement or not and the answer is 749 post reach I've had 10 comments already And has been liked by by it looks like about 30 people so far so yes AI generated content can absolutely get you engagement so if that's something you're worried about there's a good example of how it can work and how you can get engagement so now admittedly part of what I'm doing here is it's focused in on a group that I very clearly cultivated for a

particular topic you want to do the same thing you want to cultivate your group for a particular Topic but it's that easy to go ahead and put in place and make a reality so hopefully that all makes sense I got to go to my notes here real quick guys I know that I'm missing a couple things and want to make sure that I'm not so let me go before we go into questions um I want to do this oh one more thing I wanted to share with you another freebie some of you may have this

already because I have occasionally Shared this in the past so if you're ever doing content and you need to put together and go I need I need something to grab people's attention that's going to get them to really pay attention to what I'm doing and everything else what can I do well you guys can use Harriet the hook Hot Shot we're going to put Harriet right here in the chat there you go it's your link to go ahead and use that anytime you want and here's the beautiful thing I can now Grab a post or

anything else so I'm going to grab the one that I just did so here's my whole post that I just put in it was not bad most people mess up but I'm just going to put this post in we're going to go to the top and say please give me three click worthy ho hooks for this and that's all I have to say it's going to now analyze that post you can take any content that you've created and give that to chat GPT and here we go It's going to then pick some so 99% of

the people skip the step when building a custom GPT and it destroys their results oh that's a good one if you're if you built a custom GPT without solid instructions you just hired an employee with no training not bad and your custom GPT is failing and if you don't even and you don't even know it here's why how to fix it fast so pretty good I like it well enough for example that I'm going to go ahead and grab this One we're going to go back into Facebook and we'll go ahead and edit one of

the scheduled posts that I have see if I can find the one there it was that one right there I think yep so let's edit this post one of the nice things about scheduling them in Facebook is you guys can go back in and do that and we'll change this to and I'm going to change this to most people instead because I don't know that it's really 99% so most people and we'll Make that bold and just like that I've updated my post and I've got a more viral click worthy clickbaity whatever you want to

call it type of hook in place so um another gift for you to use that any by the way you can take any content you have and do that and it'll work really really well so super simple and super effective all right I want to go back to my notes real quick here we're going to go to extended Q&A here in a second I just want to make sure That I'm not missing anything from my notes that I set up we've got that I covered that thank you for letting me just scroll and take a

look at this um you're not sharing so we're not seeing it NOP understood I'm just looking at my those are just my internal notes that I want to make sure but thank you Sherry all right so we're back to question and answer so guys that is the basic system get inspiration use a tool Create unique content create your images in bulk and then post as they come up and I hope you can see how easy and effective it is to literally get to your 100 plus posts a week that way by the way 100 plus

posts how many is that you need about 15 of them a day if you want to do that you some days you'll do less and some days you'll do more by the way you don't have to publish a 100 I don't want you to go through this training and go oh my gosh I got to do 100 no if you Want to establish credibility and the overwhelming thing that I got out of everybody posting up front what do you want out of this whether it's leads or credibility or sales or anything else it's about you

establishing yourself as an expert in order order to do that you need this many posts today three three posts today that's 21 that's a whole lot easier than a 100 but I will tell you if you do three posts a day every day that are helpful and relevant to your Audience and you do it for 90 days you're going to start having people come out of the woodwork telling you that they see you and your content everywhere if you can hold out for an entire year you can build yourself an entire business and an entire

new brand how do I know because in August of 2023 nobody knew me as an AI guy that was what just over 18 months ago nobody knew me as an AI guy now I'm blessed to be able to teach you I'm blessed to be Able to speak around the world and it's all because I posted helpful content seriously guys that is the vast majority of my marketing is just posting helpful content so I want to encourage you to do the same thing with that we're going to go into Q&A if You' got questions uh you

on here a minute let me mute that there we go sorry can you why not use an assistant you said yeah so really simply why aren't you doing more video because we know video stands out 10x more than posts I do I I average a video every Day right but you're doing 10 more posts why not do 10 more videos you know why not majority of your content in video with hey Jen or other tools I'm I'm a long way from using the AI stuff because I think it just looks fake and I really really

per and this is my choice I really value that personal engagement so give you an example we're in the process of redoing our AI prompting course and I'm like this is going to be so great I'm going to have Ai do all of it we had AI do about three sections of it and I'm like uh-uh never again no I shouldn't say never I may look at it again in the future but it was too fake it was not authentic enough and my brand is built on that connection and so I don't want to ruin

that connection with with AI video doesn't mean that you can't it's just I tell you the I point to the beard because it messes up beards okay fair enough um and you're Right it is still a little clicky I do sense it okay second question is um all your post have these great disney-esque uh characters which are bright colorful get your attention however um your own personal face is going to be a lot more um click-worthy than generic images and somebody and you actually said it earlier that is so why aren't you using exclusively your

face in Disney's characters or whatever characters versus Generic style great question saturation I want when I when I want to be able to use my face to get attention I want to make it special and unique I don't want people to go oh every post is like it looks like that all the time so I do use mine occasionally but I use it very sparingly because I want I want that to be a unique factor that pulls something out and because of the volume of content I do the the Disney style Pixar style images end

up getting associated with me Within my audience anyway and so it works out well but yeah the the main reason there is just oversaturation fair enough you mean people don't want to see 99 pictures of you every week I don't think so but that's just I know my wife doesn't so I mean you know I don't know but yeah no good questions I appreciate it and you know the benefit of these types of things guys all these decisions that Naim and I are talking about they're Really personal you guys get to make it for yourself

other words create a a virtual Avatar can be human looking that's fine for your brand because it will allow you to communicate through your avatar instead of for you personally so Janice you're not going to you're not going to be making statements about faith that You don't personally believe but your avatar can do that because your avatar can be anybody you want it to be that is true however I mean I've been doing this for 20 years I do have a very good personal connection with all my customers and authenticity is my big thing I'm

very into faith and I'm very happy to be a um to be the messenger of that faith for other people because I think faith for anyone it doesn't matter what your religion is as long as you're There I don't I've thought of this Avatar idea before it's just like how and there's just not that much um I don't even know how to say it this I I was doing what you were say saying and looking for groups and um I just don't see the content it's like I don't want to be an expert in my

field I want to get people to my website I want to reach chaplains and hosital well and in your case you're still going to need to build a community Of people that that your content resonates with or your your Holy Land material isn't necessarily going to stand out over anybody else's so I still believe at the end of the day if assuming the goal is to sell more product you still need to be able to create content that draws people to you Andor your brand and the good news is is again even if you've got

a strong personal connection with a lot of people you Could continue to build your brand out it will be a little bit harder because people do connect with people as opposed to Brands but if you build that brand out and build it strong sounds like you've probably already got it if you've been doing it for 20 years so you've probably already got a good brand reputation I would lean into that more and really try to leverage that with that content and then again maybe your content's going to have to be a little Bit more visually

oriented on the products you sell or telling stories about it and you know maybe that's a possibility I don't know can you tell stories about the product that talk about the importance of it coming from the Holy Land the what it's made of where where it was found that type of stuff yeah I do that it's just the idea of taking content from somewhere else and we go toing I just don't find the content I end up that's Fair so here's the benefit with 20 years worth of work I bet if you open up your

file cabinet you've got some really good stuff in there and I would scan that in as a PDF and I would then give that to chat GPT as a reference material and have it help you find more current revised content that you could use based on that that is true okay thank you I'm trying I'm trying to give you a good answer I hopefully we'll get there so awesome There's some good answers there even those things I've thought of before then it's always good to hear it again awesome Janice thanks for asking I appreciate it

I actually use two luras inside a foul or flux at that point in time I have one that's trained on me and one that's trained on 3D images and I stack them together so basically then I use two key words one is my my trigger for mine and the other is literally 3D cartoon which Is what I assigned to the model that I trained where I uploaded a bunch of of 3D images so two keywords and then a prompt yep exactly yeah or the keywords can be mixed in the prompt and they often are but

they can definitely be mixed in the prompt so I see um my second question is regarding um like YouTube shots um that you also post uh and the video there is a um when you're posting for YouTube along with the the video there is the text that has a lot Of stuff you know that goes in there do you have a yeah do you have a GPD that basically creates that or helps you create that as well I do I don't know where it is at the moment but I'd be more than happy to put

on your mind Jenny I'm Jonathan hi everyone um I Wanted to social monals earlier I wanted to see if you could talk a little bit about that and how you use that in your business when you yeah um so social monals is just a a social sharing tool that I like let me see if I can find you a link to that real quick while we're talking the thing that I like about social monals it's very similar to all the other tools that are out there but it lets you do one thing that's very Unique

and that is that allows you for the platforms that support it to not only schedule your post but to schedule your first comment that's really helpful if you're sharing anything like a video or an off-site link or anything like that because if you put those if you put anything in a post that's linking off site you're not going to get much traction on it it's just not going to work and so you want to make sure instead that you're going ahead and You're sharing that as a comment because when you share it in the comments

you don't get penalized for it if that makes any sense yes so I do not see that I have a link handy for that so I will definitely see if I've got it here here we go I did find it never mind it may I don't know if it's still available or not I bought it off of appsumo which is a discounted software place um so if you guys are interested In it social monals I'm not going to guarantee that link works but if it does you can get like a lifetime deal for like 59

bucks or something so it's a really good deal if it works but yeah that's why I like social monals it's the only tool that I know that lets me schedule that first comment and a lot of times I'm sharing videos or I'm sharing a link and I don't want to put those links in the comment itself or in the content the post itself If that makes sense awesome great question Jenny thank you all right Lori you're next what's on your mind Lori hi Jonathan thank you so much um um I was wondering if you could

help um ask ask you about LinkedIn sure so um I myself I do business for myself but also for my husband who is in a completely different um Nation I am but and he does not do any social media at all so my question is number one is um would it be beneficial to do these kind of posts on His uh the business side of page on the company page or also on his page and um his page as well even if he doesn't interact or hire someone to help interact or what would yeah so

yes it'll still bring value but I would not put it on his business page because people don't like connecting with businesses I would definitely put it on his personal LinkedIn page instead okay and he doesn't really have to do a lot of Engagement just by putting the post It'll help now if he chooses to engage which my guess is he probably won't that's okay then you're still helping him and helping him build his business by putting that content out there it'll still gain him credibility and I don't think you'll need to they're probably on LinkedIn

you know at least for the first 90 days or so there's not going to be a lot of Engagement to do and if you then start finding that the posts are consistently getting comments and stuff Then you could hire a VA or somebody like that to come in maybe an hour a day and just comment on the post or like the post or something like that now for him would you also recommend that he um if it's it's providing value would it be um best for like a photo or or an image or just all

straight you know language you know I would definitely I would definitely add an image whenever you could and on on LinkedIn that's an area where maybe more images of himself or if You trained you know if you could talk him into letting you train aura that you could create images for him and just say hey here's the good news honey you won't have to take I need I need to take 10 pictures of you and then I'll never ask you again because I'm going to be able to create them for you and then then you

could create them really easily and then you know you could put them in any location and a venue different emotions all types of things like that I don't Know if I can come in supp to do that but I just in case you never know you never know okay perfect and then I apologize one more question like is is there a um amount of post that you should post on LinkedIn I would do three a day minimum three a day okay thank you so muchan appreciate yeah great question thank you very much appreciate that all

I don't know i' have to think that through but I would create a a some sort of character Spotlight where you're introducing me to not Marcy the author would be great but introduce me to the characters let me fall in love with the characters we're watching the show right now on on I think it's on Amazon it's a British show about some veterinaries and Around World War I and it's awesome I'm not generally into that type of stuff but it's really good I meant what I said by the way to all the guys in the

audience go when you want to go create images go grab your phone sit down next to your wife on the sofa hand her the remote she's going to turn on something you don't want to watch but once in a while they're really good and part of what I love about this show is the characters have so much depth so share Some of your characters make them interesting may people want to learn about what their loves their passions all the things that would fit in with a contemporary romance and I don't read those so you have

to bear with me I may get it wrong but but but entice people with the characters and the stories and create use AI what I would do I would literally upload your books or your character profiles or whatever you're doing and have it use that to create Teaser based posts and let it let it know I want you I want to create posts about these characters that make people want to learn more so they buy my books let them you know I would in this case for you Marcy I'd probably recommend creating what they call

a custom GPT where you can train it on you and your not even your books but you at least so you know say hey I'm Marcy I'm an author here's the type of books that I write I want you to train you on social media Stuff but I also want you to know as you're doing it I don't want to give away the whole story but I want to create amazing teasers like movie trailers that make people go oh I've got to see that I want to read about that and I would start doing that

on a regular basis and I'm betting don't know but I'm betting you would get a massive following of people that were just waiting to hear who the next character was to see the next thing that you were Going to unveil and then the other thing that I predict will happen you will find people that will ask you to bring a character back in different books because they fell in love with that character and then of course you can always choose to meet your audience desire or not doesn't matter but it gives you additional insights so

that's what I do um again I'm not a writer I'm not an author I said could be all wet but that's what I do okay that's helpful Because because it always says what are your pain points what are your your reader pain points like well they don't really have pain they just want I mean I just want them to read my books so that wasn't working for me but I love this idea I can't wait to go back and rewatch this and write it all down thank you yeah and and please reach out if you

Unique in other words kind of what's your unique Selling proposition why does somebody want your AI tool and then go out and literally poke that pain make people feel sick and then say hey here's the pill here's the solution here's here's the way to do it and it's your AI product and it's 27 it's 27 applications Jonah so far and trainings and uh Community oh yeah and so you know I would then my guess is I would focus just my two cents I would focus on overwhelm there are so many people that Are overwhelmed about

all the choices and everything else going on and I would call people out going are you overwhelmed about all the choices and AI all the things that are changing in AI here you need to take a look at this it's one platform with 27 different tools and an incredible supportive Community it's everything that you need in Ai and more plus a community so you never have to feel overwhelmed again that's the type of content I would put Out okay okay hope that helps thanks let me know when you go live I'd love to I'd love

couple things related to that one if if you want to build an audience remember your audience doesn't want to be sold they want to be entertained they want to be taught things whatever the case is but they don't want to be sold so as you're going Through that make sure that you're not selling too much my rule of thumb by the way is one sales post for every 10 value post that's kind of how I try to put things together uh and it seems to make a big difference so absolutely have intentionality behind it and

just like we were talking with velocity and uh that think about the the things that your product and services are going to do to add value and then tickle those pains I'll give you an example so you Know Sherry and I are doing a training next week on AI and Automation and how to tie those together I didn't go out and just I mean I did post one post about blatantly about hey sign up for this but most of the posts I did about it were sharing tips about automation tools when combined with AI and

through the trainings you've done before like the trifecta I think the Tropical that's what you suggested last time we spoke you suggested I take that as the first go yep now next I want to start building custom gpts for my business so I think at one point you were also Al giving a course in um AI Command Center I guess and now up recently so I'm really and then there's a bootcraft course so I'm really confused where I go from here because I have a business already and have quite a few employees And basically I

need to have these different agents I need to build up because every time they need something I am going into my personal account and doing everything so I'm planning to get a workspace account now buy all my entire team subscriptions and they can have these gpts that would like give them instructions on what to do so I want to build those kinds of custom bots and that's where I guess yeah my thoughts Were where do I go from there if you want to build those I would recommend let me ask you this are you comfortable

building out custom gpts or not I did take your preview training that you did I think for an hour about yeah the free one I did I would here's what I would do I I would start with the AI Command Center in that case um and do that one first and if you feel like you need more instruction on building which you probably won't then I would go back And take bot craft but I think that for what you've described the AI Command Center should should give you everything you need to achieve what you're hoping

to do all right so but in case I feel like I need more than marcraft would be the place yeah exactly so I would start with the command center and then I would go to bot craft after that that would I mean I'd love it if you buy them all but I don't want to do I want you to buy the Ones that are going to add the most value so that's how I would that's my recommendation of the ones I would take a look at that means after the trifecta you suggest I go to

either of these two yeah I would start with the command center and then go to bot craft after that if you feel it's needed yep and anything else you would suggest because I am getting confused on your training page at this point that because it's like wants to take everything but yeah We've got about 14 of them out there so I get that I appreciate that no I for what you've described I think those are the two that are going to make the most sense you may decide you need others down the road but I

would definitely start there again don't uh don't focus on all of them just focus on the next one and I think that would the next one I would take would be AI Command Center based on what you shared all right sounds good thank you so much thank you For asking abov nice to see you all right next we've got up Sheila Sheila what's on your mind hi Jonathan hello thank you for having me um my question is I do a lot of uh chat GPT but not just for myself for a nonprofit animal rescue Organization

for uh another person who does life coaching uh my question is how not to confuse my chat GPT to when I'm doing something for myself It it integrates those other two so sometimes it doesn't quite make sense I totally understand where you're coming from and I would highly recommend you just turn off memory entirely um that's what I've done and it is a simple solution to fix a very real problem that you're experiencing of that kind of cross-pollination so to speak perfect thank you very much for that that should that should solve your problem and

it's not exactly everything You hope to hear but it is I definitely think going to give you the best possible scenario there Sheila that would be my recommendation awesome thank you so much thank you absolutely Cynthia how's dinner coming and dinner's ready I'm waiting for my husband now he's working out great he's lucky man what what can we do for you uh so let's talk about trademark I noticed that some of your costom gpts have a named trademark Mark Others are not trademark what makes you trademark some of them and not all of them and

do you really trademark the name um is it like like a fee isn't it expensive to trademark a name so there's two types of trademarks let let me Begin by explaining by putting on the I'm not an attorney hat so this is not legal advice I always have to say that on video just to make sure um there's two types of trademark there's a a implied Trade Mark that you get much by creating something much like a copyright and things like that um it doesn't protect you from other people necessarily using it but it protects

you from being told you can stop using it if you started doing it first so I I do a a a TM and that's a TM on most everything that I do if I don't have it there it's just because it got through QC and nobody on my team caught it um we do not pay the trademark attorneys or the not the Attorneys but we don't pay the government to register the trademark and the reason is not that it's not a a fair deal but in order to keep a trademark which would be an r

a circle r instead of a TM the circle R requires that you actually vehemently defend your trademark and that means you are going to likely have to spend tens of thousands of dollars a year on legal fees and most of the stuff I do I don't think I'm ever going to have a problem On so I just want to preserve my right to use it and by putting that TM out there it's kind of like my Line in the Sand that says hey I start started using this name on this date and so you can't

stop me from using it oh okay okay I thought that meant that you actually trademark all of those names that's actually one of the benefits is most people assume that that's what it means but in in reality it does not yeah okay thank you hopefully that makes Sense good question glad you asked absolutely Janella you're up next what's on your mind hi me again so I just have one quick question I have about 13,000 subscribers in my Facebook group and nice thank you not as much as you but just curious how do you keep up

with the comments and people asking questions and things that nature like I'm falling behind on people asking questions how do I get how do you you know how do you Handle that with so many people in your group my phone I do most everything on my phone because it's so much faster and I respond to most comments by using transcript like I'm using here so I'm literally pressing the phone and I'm just I'm speaking an answer into things um it's by far in a way the fastest way to do it and then the reality is

some of them you just despite how hard you try some of them Facebook won't even show you uh which drives me absolutely Bonkers but yeah that is unfortunately part of the part of our our Saga of using Facebook okay okay gotcha okay thank you yeah really good question all right Scott you're next what's on your mind Scott hey Jonathan how are you I'm great how about yourself doing wonderful uhy this has been a great great uh my first one of your trainings love it um thank and then you had said a minimum three posts a

day so the question that I Really have is is it three posts per platform so Twitter okay so if I'm doing Facebook Instagram Twitter so now I'm at nine post for the day if you want to count it that way I use the same for most of them other than maybe Twitter so but particularly on the platform where you want to gain the most momentum so if you figure out where your audience is at Scott that's where you want to make sure you're doing the minimum of three a day if you're not Sure like you

know I don't do three a day on LinkedIn every day but my LinkedIn is not growing near as fast as my Facebook is either um you know I don't do three on YouTube but I do generally one video a day about seven videos a week on YouTube um and some are short some are long so it depends on the platform but yeah my my recommendation and actually I stole this from Gary vaynerchuck so I can't get total credit is he's like if you're trying to build a Platform don't do any less than three a day

on that platform okay cool uh and then speaking about videos I took uh your prompt uh on the sports betting uh ran it in viral hook turned it into the script and created a video so I'm going to share that in the mess oh please do yeah that'd be that's awesome that's awesome very cool we'll have to take a look at that thank you very much Scott I appreciate the update yeah you bet thank You Mark you're up next Mark what's on your mind hey Jonathan good to meet you you as well what can we

type of stuff I'm trying to get a feel for what I should even ask it to write content for me right because I don't want to be I don't want to say I'm a networking group because then people expect there to be meetings we're building a directory of trusted people That want to collaborate with one another right so how would you go about that maybe it's a great question yeah no I think um so I'm going to pull one of my old tricks out of my hat and that's I think I would actually have chat

PT interview me in other words I think I would describe that and and I would start with a prompt something along the lines of just what literally just what you said to me Phil and say please interview Me and ask me all the questions you need one question at a time allow me to respond and then help me identify a solution to this problem I'm experiencing it'll probably go through 10 to 30 questions and then it'll give you some feedback and then you'll want to continue that conversation but that's how I would handle that one

I find when I when I'm not quite sure if you ask AI to interview you it'll ask you some good relevant questions and it's a great Brainstorming partner okay awesome and then something simple that I'm probably just missing when I'm in the chat gbt how do I I saw you using your microphone how do you turn the microphone thing on so I can just talk into it so it depends on whether you're on a Mac or PC or which are you on PC I don't know um but I know it's possible because I'm on a

Mac um so there is a keyboard combination and I'm Pretty sure that Jonathan can I just weigh in uh for for for Windows it's um it's a window key and then H as in horse I I knew it was something simple thank you Heidi okay yeah so there you go yeah and I will tell you if if you're looking for like the ultimate productivity hack for me me it's not just using that in AI it's using it I mean I use it in my email to answer emails I use it when I'm writing documents and

in 15 minutes but if You'll stick around and I'll answer any questions I can after we're done with Mark or anybody else so let's go with one to get started with okay so I just signed up for two of your classes umk in this in this um session I've signed up for two of your classes so I'm well invested at the moment um so your um what's what is it your AI Command Center I've been looking for something like that what can I expect so AI Command Center is how we basically stack Gpts together and

what that means is you can take one GPT in this case we're going to recommend you create an organizational or a personal brand and then you're going to bring in a series of Specialists underneath that so it's probably similar to what Mark was talking about that he's doing in just we use chat GPT instead where you have an organizational or a client GPT that's trained on you your brand your organization and then underneath that There's going to be Specialists that you bring in for different purposes let me give you an example let's say I'm going

to create a new campaign in fact I just did this so we are in the process this is a a good example for me to share let me find the right screen here hang on I just shared the link to command center by the way okay thank thank you so I'm going to share this so this is something that we haven't even officially announced yet but I'll show you because This fits into the command center I Ed this to create this so we have a new a new membership that we're on called AI Insider and

what I did is I took my custom train GPT that was trained on me and my company and I basically explained what we wanted to offer and then I brought in a marketing GPT that helped me put the plan together and then I brought in a landing p GPT that helped me create this landing page all the text and everything in here I had I brought In a um uh a product expert that a copyrighting expert I'm sorry that wrote All My marketing copy for my social media posts that are yet to be sent out

the emails that have yet to be sent out the um the product description that I sent out um all of that stuff I did by using again my basic organizational GPT and then my Specialists so that I could have the landing page I could get my product description all of this was Created even this logo was all largely created using specially trained AI models knowing who I was in my company to create that so again that's just an example of how you can do that and we would tie or stack those gpts together doesn't have

to be marketing it can be sales it can be operations it can be anything like that that you're interest interested in across the board so uh hopefully that gives you a little idea of what you might be able to expect in That class yes so I have a half question okay what's the difference between that and projects because like that's what I would do with Claude so what's the difference Claude projects and and custom gpts are almost identical the difference is I don't know if you have the ability to stack them in in a Claud

project so you can you bring two of them together I don't know if you can bring two of them together or not so I'm not sure about that and then in chant GPT You can share them then with other team members and clients and things like that so A number of the people that for example took that class have now asked me to put on one about building a business around that same thing Mark's doing building a business around creating AI agents uh and so that's a class that we will likely be offering in the

next couple of weeks as a result of that that input that we've gotten from people so okay s good thank you all Right so another Mark that's up next Mark what's on your mind hey Jonathan I really appreciate your trainings I actually just discovered you last week and uh did the boot boost the book boost uh training oh well great thank you so much yeah amazing training recommend it to anyone definitely worth it if you're looking to write a book and uh looking at what makes sense for the next training I wanted to just get

a little bit more Insight on your automation training and and the difference between that and um really the biggest challenge with the overwhelm is really keeping track of all the different AI tools you're using at this point yeah yeah so for you know AI tools I I spend 90% of my time in chat GPT because it does 90% of what I needed to do the real exceptions are when I need to do searches I'm I'm a fan of perplexity over GPT search and when I need to do Images I tend to go to Mid journey

and flux instead but um I will admit I've been toying around I I mean I play with all of them I try them all out because I need to give you guys input on that um I like some aspects of the new grock 3 but not enough to switch um I like some of the new Google stuff that's come out which is the first time in history that I've liked Google AI products um but they actually are are seem to be doing a really good job on their new stuff uh And uh but at the

end of the day I still like chat GPT the best and I find it the most flexible all around of that makes sense yes it does thank you what about a little bit more insight on your automation training coming up yeah so uh Sher and I are doing that one together uh we're putting that in and um hang on here a minute I just realized guys I apologize I just saw in the note there isn't a cost on that AI Insider page obviously I messed something up There I'll have to figure that out if you

functions if you can imagine for example that the the price by the way just got fixed guys I just shared it um if you can imagine that you want to create let's say we have a blog post we want to write a blog post and then based on that blog post Like we did today we want to create some social media posts we want to create some video scripts with automations we can we know we can have ai write all that stuff but we've still got to get in the middle of it to take that

blog post over to social media and then take that over to to the video script writer and then to move those into a Google doc and then to figure out what we're going to do with them with Auto automations we can literally automate that so that blog Post can automatically be sent over to another GPT to write um your social post can be sent over to another one to write your video scripts could be sent to a totally different one if you wanted and then it can coordinate even with Google or whatever to actually create

like a Google Drive for you so that you could put the folders in there create the folders create the files and then even email or text you when it's done and go hey Mark I got that all done it's all Ready for your review so that's where the automations come in we take we remove the human out of a lot of the steps if that makes sense it does thank you thank you great question all right Vanessa what's on your mind Vanessa hey Jonathan again um love it I just left you a testimony on the

Firefox or try the app okay yep that question wait Hold on Jonathan you need to make sure that it's uh in the sidebar if it's not in the sidebar it won't see it just for yeah it is the other thing I read was you had to have have a conversation with it initially before you can call it in so I went and even did that yeah that's not true not you can you can do it you you need to used it once basically in order to get in the sidebar so I suppose it's kind of

true because you need to do it Once in order to get it in the sidebar but once it's there yeah Chrome now my Chrome started working today um it has not worked for the longest time when I did the training I told everybody to use Firefox in the app because I couldn't get it to use it working Chrome today it started working so my guess is there's a new roll out that's come out that's fixed whatever problem existed but if you use Firefox or if you use the Chrome app if you have or not Chrome

next it's my last question no you're good you rarely ever use the projects the folders that they have on G okay because I I really enjoy the organization that that brings where I can keep all my stuff together absolutely separately there's nothing wrong with projects but can't use custom gpts in them and I'm a custom GPT guy I love custom gpts so that's the main reason I don't use projects very often It's just because they don't let me do both if they would allow me to use custom gpts in projects I'd be a massive fan

because it is great for organizing things and you don't think that um the fact that you can upload documents and they leave inside of that custom folder it's not it's still not the same no it's a different thing it's a different the other thing is memory applies inside of projects it does not apply in custom gpts uh and other things so I mean there There are some similarities but projects is really about organizing your workspace and custom gpts are about custom trained applications essentially that will do specific things so hopefully somay they'll combine both they

probably will you if they don't all it will take is for some Chinese company to do it and then the next day open AI will miraculously announce that they've been working on it and have it available for all of us so Yeah just a little stick it at Sam Alman for the fact that they seem to all of their latest releases seem to be in direct response to competitors releasing things so but yeah it's just probably just a simple personality difference you know my ADD is not high on organization uh I'm definitely high on functionality

to do the The Voice Ai and and voice uh I mean voice AIS and and chat Bots um For local businesses um but with the new um AI that just came out Manis have you played around with it and what do you think um I have not got access yet because um I just one of my peers just pointed out today he got an access to it but I have not been able to get any codes or anything else and I haven't had the time to download it and and play with it locally reading from

the reviews and talking to a couple people that I Know that have downloaded it locally that I know um it's it's really the next step in agents that we're talking about and it's going to absolutely Drive what we call agenic AI to a whole new level um because what you're basically going to have the ability to do is you're going to have the ability to create multi-step processes including things like logging into websites and that type of stuff and have it do that for you um I think that probably for the next 90 Days or

so we're going to hear lots of news about how amazing it is and most of it's going to be more or less true but not totally true it's kind of like when chat GPT came out and people started purporting some things that were just a little bit too good to be true um but I definitely think this is the year for what they call agentic AI or AI agents and I think that you know next year when we're doing a training like this we're going to think back and go remember when We could only do

this we're going to have a lot more capabilities that are going to come out so yeah I um I I'm excited I haven't gotten access either um I know that from what from watching another Creator on YouTube they were saying basically if you are in um in Ai and you have a a decent following they're reaching out to them you know um to give them access so I wouldn't be surprised if they reach out to you I wish that was the case but as of as of About two hours ago or two and a half

just before this I checked my email and they have not said anything and I told them right in there I said hey this is my community size but the uh the gentleman the gentleman I know who got it today he has a community of about 1 and a half million and he he did not get his through Manis directly he got them through I don't want to say a back door but they didn't come to him he knew he knew somebody who knew somebody who knew Somebody and he got he got some codes uh to

get in as a result of that so it's not like they reached out even reached out to him but I trust in time it'll happen um I tried really hard to know that you know as I recommend everybody there's always going to be a new bright shiny tool the key to being successful in business side is using the tools we've got today and then being ready for the new ones when they come out absolutely I just the and last thing I'll say on that is the stuff that I've seen people create with it is insane

from from a simple prompt um you know like creating whole websites just telling somebody research this person and then create a website around them and it creates the full website I mean with navigation bar with all the additional pages and everything it's insane like I've never seen anything like it so um if anybody has a chance definitely look it up on on YouTube awesome but yesk that's all I wanted to see was your thoughts on on it and where you thought it was going um you know just kind of get some feedback I think it's

lead magnet so for example one of them I shared with you is Harriet the hook that's a lead magnet that I have used as well and I've gotten somewhere north of six or 7,000 new email addresses from just making that available to people for free in exchange for their email address so GPT magnet is all about leveraging those gpts select ones as lead magnets to try to build your list okay great um so the the bot class of it goes over you know I remember in some of the other trainings you went through using perplexity

to get The data we cover we cover some but bot craft is by far the most detailed on that and then we've got some updates in the group as well for some of the new deep research and things like that gotcha I would definitely love that I think I'm going to purchase that one because I want to make some custom gbts not only for my business but then also for other businesses as well um does that bcra that doesn't go over the organizational element right or is that A different one that goes over the organizational
