take this 1 2 3 4 down kick 1 2 3 4 up kick 1 2 3 4 side kick 1 2 3 4 right kick oh actually he kept it going nice face my Divine wrath now witness the Wrath of the god so Dragon Ball sparking is officially out and some of you guys are probably button mashing away and still pulling away with some W's that's great by all means you can play this game however you want but there is an actual combo structure that I do want to teach you guys in this video now
this one is going to be more along the lines of I guess the beginner to intermediate levels and we're going to keep it generic we're going to do it with U which essentially means that it'll work on most of the cast depending on the order and Route but we're going to talk about how the combos work why they work and how you're going to be linking them into each other and what things you can do in between that and honestly simply knowing how the combo structure works you'll be able to see for yourself just how
easy it is to create your own flexible Combos and routes for any character all characters function in the same way you just have to use specific combos in certain orders and of course you can mix and match between whatever it works best for you it's not inherently hard to get a lot of damage going in this game so it's one of those things that honestly anything works dragon ball sparking there is a generic combo route that every character can essentially follow with just a square button so we're going to do it from a dash in
from this range right here you get a little bit of a dash in attack if you execute it from there from this range you get a step in attack which is not the same thing uh that's steppins are typically used to extend Combos and get in a little closer when really close to the opponent so go Goku will just Mash Square a bunch of times just to show you guys what it looks like I'm sure you guys already know what this combo looks like and that's about it you get about 10 hits and 6,700 damage
it's it's pretty decent as a matter of fact you might be able to link it to even more if I do some vanishes at the end there and then end it this ah no that actually doesn't link there's probably a way to get that to link but that's not the point I don't want you guys to learn stuff like that I want you to get a little bit better if you've been finding the content helpful hit that subscribe button and notification Bell to help raise at 38% even higher guys we got lots of Dragon Ball

content that we can combos are actually called your Rush attacks so anytime you hit the square button to do an attack and then you end it with triangle right after that that's going to do a rush chain which you guys can see right here Rush chain combos that's what they're called so for Goku he has Flying Kicks as his uh first Rush chain second rush train uh Rush chain is going to be heavy finish and then you can go into different routes right here so for every character this page is going to be different obviously
this is the new command list of how it looks like it's kind of weird that it's called explanation of controls and not like command list you got to go all the way over here to find that but that's where you can actually find that guys and go through this and see what other combos you could actually get off of certain moves some things will be subtly different for for other characters it's not going to be the same for everybody so definitely look through these guys so with Goku he has that right there that's a two
hit you press square then triangle you get that attack right there now the main thing with this game is you cannot do two Rush chains in a row and expect your combo to extend it will actually end your combo so you see how I did two right there and if I do it again it'll push Buu away and he will not be combable after that and that's not just for that move that goes for all the other Rush chain moves as well and this is the same for all characters so Goku's uh punch fist right
there I have one right there if I do that it's going to end the combo so it's within your best interest to keep mixing it up so you can do things like one two one 2 1 2 3 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 5 you know like you can do that's a very easy combo structure to follow it's a square square square square then triangle which is the square four times and then square square square triangle which is probably the best one that's going to be turning your
opponent away from you and that's the big thing about this game if you really want to put together long extended combos you're going to have to turn the enemy away from you and uh a lot of characters even if they don't have a mo a kick that'll turn them around you can just press side Circle in the middle of your Square attack so one two square you can go right behind the enemy and in the behind them that way you can do it after any amount of times and then continue it within the combo but
you do got to keep in mind practice with your character it will continue the uh combo string that you're currently on so you don't want to launch the enemy away or do the wrong attack so if you're going to do like that one two that's the five squares right there so you can always do like that yeah you know like and still end up behind them right and the most consistent one is probably up Circle in the middle so like Square four times up Circle and he ends up directly behind them and uh if you
do back Circle it's like you get away from the enemy this is really good if your opponent is blocking you a lot and you just kind of want to bait them out so you can do stuff like that and then jump back in and hit them if they think that they're safe little subtle things like that make a huge difference in the gam playay you got the idea you can do four square and then a triangle and then you can do all five squares and then continue up from there so we're going to try to
get you guys to be able to do a 30 hit combo and this essentially should work on majority of the cast I'll show you how it works on the other characters as well so with this we're going to be putting the combination on the screen but essentially we're going to go begin with a single square into a triangle and then immediately go into three squares into triangle to turn the enemy around this way you can ensure the rest of the combo will hit and that's essentially what that combo would look like but we wouldn't do
that last hit there because that would just end the combo we want to keep it going and do some more stuff now this next part is going to be pretty easy we're going to introduce a little something new it's going to be square four times and then forward in Triangle so Square four times and then forward triangle or up Triangle really so you do that and it puts the enemy in a freef fall state can't actually get out of that and whatever they get hit with next is part of a true combo so there's a
lot of different ways you can go about this so after we press square four times and then we press up triangle launch them up we're going to press X which is going to teleport Goku to Super Bo and we're going to press triangle which will gut punch superb in the air and hold them in place so it's going to look like [Music] this take impossible damn here it goes impossible so that's what that looks like and now we're going to string the whole thing together muscle memory will make it super easy guys and there you
go you get 37 hits right there not the most insanely efficient combo but just wanted to give you guys an idea of what combo structure looks like and you can mix and match a whole bunch of different things and do all kinds of various different routes mixed up in there now here's the tricky part and why I showed you guys that you need to look at the explanation controls and your Rush chains for each character to see what their move set is going to be like Android 18 unfortunately has for her Rush chain one and
two backto back two heavy finishes which will end her combo which means instead of like how Goku can go through Rush chain one then two then three then four she can't do that she can either do Rush chain one or two and then continue with three and four and other things and also with characters like this it doesn't make it doesn't make them unnecessarily like not viable you could totally do other things and since Android 18 with her one and then two would actually like end the combos you would not necessarily go that route with
her you would do different things like square square triangle then maybe square square that into that [Music] still you would actually go a little bit further than that but with her leg sweep kick she could actually press forward triangle again after that to restand the enemy and go into another combo 1 2 3 4 turn them [Music] around this should do it I'm not done yet weird routes honestly she doesn't feel like she controls the same way that like Goku and other characters that have already been used to control Android characters are an interesting thing
because you can't key charge with them uh this is happening cuz I'm Max Key and that's how you go into sparking with them but you basically have to restore key over time and by hitting enemies so this is very important guys explanation of controls go to your Rush chains and make sure you understand what all these do what they link into and uh which ones you can't do back to back or within the same combo unfortunately for 18 it's Rush chain one and two you have to pick either one you can't do them both the
good news is is that sometimes a rush chain one is a little harder to execute in high fast combat CU just because it's such a short like button press input window uh I'd rather just go another route so zamasu could actually do the same combo that Goku did earlier that we showed you guys but if you really want to maximize some big big big damage instead of doing Universal stuff there's also the hold square combos which you could do in different directions so it's like you're holding Square you'll do the uh up kick essentially will
be a down kick if you do the down one and it'll be a side kick left or right if is uh the same thing by the way but you can do stuff like this so it's essentially 1 2 3 4 up kick 1 2 3 4 down kick 1 2 3 4 left a damn it 1 2 3 4 down kick 1 2 3 4 up kick 1 2 3 4 side kick 1 2 3 4 right kick oh actually he kept it going nice F my Divine wrath now witness the Wrath of the god
and now here's some fun stuff guys we're going to be doing uh we're going to start off with the four hits to turn them around and then go through only one other Rush chain and then we'll start going into the hold down Square combo so 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 hold square up 1 2 3 4 hold square down 1 2 3 4 hold square that way 1 2 3 4 up triangle and then go into that attack and you get about 15,000 right there
again not insanely optimal you can actually throw in some dra rushes once I figure out how to do those properly I got you guys but that's 15,000 right there and essentially majority of the cast can do that combo cuz everybody has a hold down Square attack that they can do when it's hold and square some intermediate stuff we're going to get some some more advanced stuff later on guys but I figure that you all need to learn to do these and uh you know once you get comfortable with your your Rush chains right the uh
the triangle Enders right you're going to realize that those are just only the beginning now you got the uh the hold down Square combos which are gonna extend your damage even more you got the the down triangle ones which is like the sweep right you got the little the little sweep combo right there that's such a really good one as well there you go those are some combos for you guys to lab on your characters and now you know how to read the explanation of controls to properly find Combos and then execute them that way
remember read all of them every characters is going to be different and you guys will be able to start stringing together some nasty 70 hit combos and remember to always turn the opponent around if you do not have a character that has one of these take advantage of the vanish that is universal all around everybody has this all you got to do is punch a couple times and press up Circle but you got to get used to the follow-up hit you kind of want to do it uh as early as possible so you don't mess
