We are the last generation of pure humans this world will ever know. The problem with replacing our bodies with technology is that we begin to lose the very essence of what we cherish as a species. It is our destiny to unlock our potential and activate those extraordinary capabilities we think only special people have, like deep intuition, remote viewing, telepathy, rapid healing, longevity, exceptional memory, accelerated learning, and expanded cognition. We have something within us that allows us to access knowledge not limited by time and space . We are very close to the end of this cycle
of awakening this power. Or a concentrated effort for thousands of years to deny this power. That is why there are so many distractions in the world to keep us afraid, occupying our attention with this crisis. No other life form can do what we do. This makes us very powerful. When we lose our humanity, it never comes back. Technology outside of us serves us; inside the body, it enslaves us. This video is intended to transform your life through the expansion of your consciousness. Success off the charts. Welcome back to the Healing in Human Potential podcast, where
today we dive into one of the most important questions of our time. What does it mean to be human in a world increasingly shaped by AI, technology, and disconnection? We will explore how this is impacting our intuition, empathy, emotional intelligence, and what we risk losing if we forget our deepest capabilities. We will talk about heart coherence, the power of our words, and how reconnecting with our divinity can transform our lives and the future of the planet. We have with us Gregg Braden, a five-time New York Times bestselling author, scientist, and pioneer who bridges science, spirituality,
and human potential. His most recent book, Pure Human, offers a powerful invitation to remember who we really are. Let's go, Gregg. I am so happy that you are here. What a gift, what a gift. I can already feel your presence, the lightness with which you move through the world, but also the sincerity of your heart. Thank you, Alissa. I am very happy to be here. I live in the high deserts of northern New Mexico. I am not near water very often. And what a beautiful day, isn't it? First time we are working together. Yes, I
know it is an intense time in the world. A lot is transforming with technological and political changes, and people are even redefining spirituality. I would like to hear your perspective on this. How do you see this impacting us, and what are we being pulled away from in this process? Sure, I think it's obvious to anyone, certainly to our community. Your community and my family. So, we are talking to the same people. We know it's not business as usual. There is something happening in the world that isn't openly discussed. And if we don't recognize that it's
a rare and precious moment in human history, that something is happening, it gets very scary. It feels like everything is exploding out of nowhere. As if the world were collapsing out of nowhere; I lost my mother to COVID in '20. And shortly before she passed, she said: "Greg, the world is going to hell in a handbasket. " That expression was hers, the hell part. I understand the basket now, but to her, it felt like everything was collapsing for no apparent reason. I am a scientist, a geologist by training, with a very strong background in mathematics,
physics, and computer science. I am a systems thinker. A systems thinker tends to go for the broader big picture. To have that context and only then focus on this microworld that is our life, to understand where we fit into that larger frame. What I recognize is that we are living in a moment of convergence on several levels. Cosmological cycles are converging, tectonic cycles, geophysical cycles, cultural cycles, economic cycles, cycles of war. War happens in cycles, I spoke with some. They didn't know that. We used to think war was random, but there are cycles, 56-year cycles
when war rises and falls globally. All these cycles and a few more are converging in this small window of time right now, until around 2030, 2032, right around there. And in this convergence, everything that is not true is collapsing under the weight of its own contradictions. The falsehood, let's say. And we are also seeing that the systems, everything that is not sustainable is collapsing, is collapsing fast. And people tell me, everything is falling to pieces. It's because most of our social structures are unsustainable. And I think we know our social, political, economic systems and the
climate system, the way we deal with energy and finance, all of that is unsustainable. No, it doesn't mean they are bad. They were designed to work in a specific window of time and we have already outgrown these systems. We are moving past this window of time. What is quite interesting, Alissa, is that usually this change happens over a generation and we are seeing it in a single lifetime. In a single lifetime. And so we need to think differently, live life differently. And for those people who cling to the idea of the world as it was
and try to go back to that world, those are the people suffering right now. Because that world is gone. You can’t go back to the world we knew even 10, 15 years ago, because it doesn’t exist anymore. And that is difficult for some people. So, I think the challenge is for us to be honest, truthful, factual, and embrace what is real about the world, but especially what is real about ourselves . And that is precisely where the emotion, the real truth of the challenge lies. There’s a book called Pure Human, which I wrote for that
very reason. There are two parallel themes. In this book, there is a deliberate effort now, and it’s no secret to anyone following along, to replace our humanity with technology, both in the world around us and inside our bodies. And I want to talk about what the problems with that are. But there is a coordinated effort through artificial intelligence, computer chips in the brain, chemicals in the blood, RFID chips under the skin, nanosensors all over the body, and much, much more to replace our humanity with machines, you know? And that is one of the main themes
of the book. And I want people to understand that this is a concentrated effort. Laws are already being written, policies are already being put into place. It’s not hypothetical, it’s not something for 10 years from now, it’s happening right now. On the other hand, the best modern science shows that, in most cases, our own natural biology not only meets the capacity of the technology they want to put in our bodies, but exceeds the capacity of the technology itself they want to use to replace us. And that is exciting, because we have been conditioned and indoctrinated
by our educational systems, by culture, by society, and by false and obsolete science. To believe that we are a flawed life form, they teach us from a young age. It’s not just this generation. It’s been going on since the mid-20th century. Because we are carbon-based beings, humans, we are a flawed life form. And that makes us victims. It suggests that we need something outside of ourselves to be the best version of ourselves. That something is technology. So, these are the two parallel themes that come together in this book. The brightest minds of our 20th century
are telling us that unless we change the trajectory . Where we are right now, most likely, not possibly, most likely we are the last generation of pure humans this world will ever know. And that is where the book's name comes from. I believe we are worth preserving, because there is something so ancient, sacred, rare, and precious about our humanity that is often overlooked, especially in the modern world. With our youth, no one is warning them or giving them any reason not to put computer chips in their brains and chemicals in their bloodstream. Not that great.
We are worth preserving, but we are about to give up our humanity. We are on the verge of handing it all over to technology, to the speed and efficiency of the computer chip, before we even fully understand what it means to be human. My purpose, at least with the book, is that readers walk away with a much deeper appreciation for their own humanity, first and foremost, and perhaps a sense of pride. I personally am proud to be human, and the more I understand about our true history through revealed texts, through new translations of documents the
Vatican kept hidden. And the more I understand all of this, omitted from biblical canons and so on, the prouder I am of who we are, what we represent, and our potential, our destiny. I believe it is our destiny to unlock our potential. We are just beginning to do that before we lose our humanity, without even knowing what that means. It makes perfect sense , you know? And I'm glad you're here. And I am very glad too, you know? Talk about human potential, what you see, what you are discovering to give voice to it, so people
realize they have choice and agency. swept away by the idea that we are flawed, broken, and need to be replaced. Intelligence, first I will acknowledge a lot of what we are talking about here . I understand it's a very different way. I think, you know, I am used to being in a circle that thinks and speaks this way. When I'm on tour, I'm surrounded by people and it's very clear they haven't heard of this. As a multidisciplinary scientist, I have the ability to follow a lot of different research. These scientific papers are not easy to
read. You have to learn the technique, but the science is telling us who we are and it is published in very obscure journals indeed. Yup. Soft computing technology, for example, is a journal. How many people have a bound copy of soft computing technology on their nightstand, as I do for light reading before bed. So, here is what changed. A few years ago, scientists started looking at the human body, not from the perspective of that sticky, wet, gelatinous cell. Pure biology. They started seeing it under. Now it's a very different way of thinking. IT, information technology.
So, what do you mean by that? Well, they started analyzing each cell basically as an actual electrical circuit. And there is an image in the book. It is an electrical circuit. Input, output, processes, electrical information. Each cell in the human body produces about 0.07 volts of electrical potential. Each cell in the body is a photon receiver. Photons are light particles. Light is information. So, we are capturing information. Each cell emits photons. We are transmitting information. Many people have heard of blockchain technology. Do they not know where the idea for blockchain technology came from? Each cell
in the human body has a record of all successful genetic transactions our species has ever achieved. It is distributed in each one of us. It is in each of us. The way it is described. And see if these words are familiar. The record of our species, the genetic changes are encoded in our cells. It is transparent, it is immutable, it is secure. And that is exactly how we describe blockchain technology. External blockchain technology mimics how DNA stores information in human cells. We could go on like this indefinitely. We have about 50 trillion cells in the
average human body and those 50 trillion cells, do the math, times 0.07 volts of potential. You are looking at 3.5 trillion volts of potential. And if we could use this in our healing, it is a profound intuition to be able to access the information in this field that scientists now recognize exists. On July 4, 2012, scientists at CERN, the Large Hadron Collider in Geneva, announced that there is an energy field that sustains all existence. It was just a metaphor before. New Age people always talked about this field and now it is called the Higgs field.
Peter Higgs is the physicist who predicted this. He is still alive, I think. He got to see his prediction come to reality. So the question now is: is there a field there ? What is our relationship with this field? What does this mean for us? This is the field. Lynne McTaggart, a dear friend, wrote "The Field." Sometimes we call it the matrix, sometimes the Planck field, sometimes the zero-point field or Akashic records, all different names for this energy field that sustains our existence. And here it gets even more interesting, because there is a part of
us that scientists know does not live inside us, but an energetic existence that lives in this field. And our bodies, literally, the cell membranes, the DNA inside the cells are literally antennas that tune into non-local information for us. For example, one of those obscure journals, the proceedings of the Journal of Soft Computing, is one of the most important technical journals in the field. It's not a biology book. It’s about soft computing techniques. It literally says human DNA is a 3D fractal antenna. That is a big claim. A fractal antenna, we know an antenna tunes into
signals, and a fractal antenna tunes into multiple signals across a very broad spectrum of information. And here, science shows us that every cell in our body, all 50 trillion cells, we have 50 trillion antennas. Literally tuning into this information and the way we think and feel. Change the antenna's shape in the cell, you change the DNA's shape. Inside it, the HeartMath Institute, right here in Northern California, in Boulder Creek. Dear friends, I've worked with them since the beginning; I'm not an employee, but we share data. We share webinars, do fundraising. How cool, we became very
good friends. And they showed scientifically that human emotion changes the conformation, the shape of the DNA in cells. And it's very intuitive when we are afraid or in what you call a negative emotion, anger , frustration. DNA becomes tight and wrinkled like a tight knot and cannot fully express itself because it's contracted. In the presence of love, gratitude, appreciation, and compassion . DNA relaxes and is able to express itself fully. That is us having an emotion. The shape of DNA in our body determines what we are tuned into as an antenna in the field. Can
I give an example? Sure, I’d love to. It's fascinating. I loved it. There was an experiment done in 2022, and this is mind-blowing, especially for those who weren't alive in 1972. In 1972, the first commercial computer game was released, and it was a very primitive game called Pong. For those who don't know, it was basically a tennis or badminton game, two-dimensional, really very simple, appearing on the screen. The paddle moved up, the ball hit and bounced. People spent hours at work during company time, completely mesmerized by this game. Yeah, let me explain. In 2022, researchers
at the SK Institute, right here near the coast where we are, took human neurons detached from a body and placed them in a petri dish. And we know that neurons have extensions called dendrites. They took these small dendrites and found a way to attach them to a computer chip. There’s a small port there, where a biological cell can connect to a computer chip, creating an interface between biology and technology; a neuron connected to a chip, the chip in a computer, and the computer ran Pong. They turned on the game. They turned on the game, the
neurons started playing Pong, and the more they played, the more they learned and the better they got. And now, scientists are facing a very difficult question. How do neurons in a petri dish not attached to a human ...How do they learn to play Pong? Where are the instructions for Pong? Are they inside the neurons? No, they aren't. What we know is that these neurons are biological antennas tuned into a specific place in the field. Many people have played Pong. It was ubiquitous in our culture. There is a place in the field where Pong exists. Just
as there is a place in the field, if you learned to speak Spanish, for everyone who speaks Spanish. Spanish lives in the field, and as you learn the language, it takes time, because your cells and your DNA are following your instructions. You are trying to become something more than you were a moment ago. You are trying to improve yourself. The act of learning something new, that attempt itself, is the biological instruction for the neurons and the DNA. To create an antenna. To tune into the place where Spanish, French—I tried to learn Tibetan—or where these languages
are, or the intuition, or the answers to the questions in our lives. All of this is in the field, and science is struggling with that right now. Conventional science believes that all consciousness is in the brain. They try to figure it out as if consciousness were trapped only in the brain. And now, to close this circle, the coordinated effort to replace our humanity, the result of this is that we deny our capacity to access the part of ourselves that is in the field, because synthetics cannot tune in on demand the way we do to what
is in the field. Then we start replacing brain cells with computer chips, and we start replacing our immune response with chemicals in the blood, and we start replacing our body with synthetics. There is no DNA, no antenna, that can adapt to our belief systems, our thoughts, love, forgiveness, compassion, and empathy. Synthetics cannot do that. We lose our humanity, our human capacities begin to atrophy, and we lose the very essence of what we need as a species. That is the problem, replacing our bodies with technology, what they call the transhumanist movement. "Trans" means beyond, so the
movement beyond human. And that is what we aren't telling our children. There is a very attractive, very well-made advertisement. I know it's happening. I'm impressed when I see it. They make it look really good. So, Neuralink, Elon Musk's company, was the first to develop a computer chip for this, for the brain, that allows it to communicate with a computer hard drive, without wires and without a keyboard. Young people say: "Wait a minute, you're telling me I can play Grand Theft Auto 3 without a keyboard? How cool, bring it on. Look, there's something no one is
talking about. We were led to believe that we were born with a finite number of neurons, that every beer you drink kills brain cells. In college, every glass of wine kills brain cells. We've heard that before. Now we know that the brain produces new cells until the very last breath of life. But there is a catch. And the catch is, unless we engage that brain cell in a meaningful way within about 7 to 10 days, around a week, the body believes that cell is not needed and then it starts to atrophy and die because it
really is use it or lose it. So the body says:" Hey, I produce these cells, I spend energy to keep them alive. If you're not going to use them, we're efficient and we let them die. This principle applies to the entire body. That's why when you start to replace the body, whether it's the immune system, cognitive abilities, reproduction, or whatever, with technology that replaces our natural capacities, our abilities start to atrophy because the body feels they aren't being used in one generation, in the next generation. Through epigenetics. The body says: "We used to produce a
strong immune response against these diseases, but now we have chemicals in our bodies that do that for us. So, we lose those abilities that are so tuned to the world of today . And our young people aren't being told about this, you know? That's the downside. When we talk about this, I'm not talking about an isolated thing, you know? Titanium prosthesis, artificial heart. Sometimes it's even necessary to have a computer chip in the brain if a young man or woman goes to the battlefield in a desert on the other side of the world and loses
their limbs. And when they come home, they can have a computer chip in their brain that communicates with a prosthesis, allowing them to hold their children in their arms and feed themselves, brush their teeth. Such a beautiful thing, isn't it? Who wouldn't want that? That's not what we're talking about. The proposals are on a massive scale. All humans, for example, by 2030, there are proposals for everyone to have computer chips in their brains to be competitive. In this new technological world, that is the story. And you said you think in systems? You see the big
picture. Why, specifically 2030? What is your understanding of this? Have you ever felt that the pieces of the world no longer fit? That there is a frequency operating below what our eyes can see. While the world looks at 2030 as a goal for progress, few can see something different, a new silent order. It is not just about politics or economics, it is about the architecture of your consciousness. What happens when the system decides what is true? It is time to dive into what the global guidelines do not say. Connect the dots between quantum physics, spiritual
awakening, and the future that is already knocking at the door. Awakening is not an event on the calendar, it is a choice you need to make now. 2030, the awakening available now. Discover the truth before the silence becomes absolute. 2030 has been identified by several organizations as an important UN goal. The World Economic Forum, which many people know, identified 2030 as the year it wants to implement what they call the Great Reset. Or they say we are living through the so-called fourth industrial revolution, which is, in their words, the fusion of the entire tokenized natural
world. A digital representation of every fish in the ocean, of every tree, of every mineral deposit. We already have all of this, it is the fusion of the natural world, the fusion of the digital world that already exists, with the biological world, that does not yet exist, into a single unified database, let's say, managed by a giant AI. The AI is already there, the natural world is already digitized, the digital one too. We are the resistance and they are pushing for this to happen by 2030. The UN has the Sustainable Development Goals, the SDG 2030.
Year 2030. I worked on these goals for a while until I realized what was really happening. When you see the goals, go to the UN website. They are beautiful goals. 17 beautiful goals. Food security. Who doesn't want that? Children's health. End of poverty. Peace for everyone. Who doesn't want that? Then you read the fine print of how they intend to achieve this. This pain is horrible. They are working. Since 2019, they signed a formal agreement with the World Economic Forum and the UN, working together to implement the Great Reset. Ideas through the mechanism of the
UN Sustainable Development Goals. Many people don't know this. There was a formal agreement in 2019 and now these two groups work together. So you ask about 2030, they are behind this 2030 date. There are some natural phenomena that will happen around 2029, 2030, that we already know about. They are horribly behind schedule, is what they say. They aren't getting traction with these ideas. And now they are pushing even harder. They aren't getting traction because they are truly bad ideas, terrible ideas. Because the only way to achieve these goals is to give up our humanity to
technology. I'm a tech guy, I'm not against technology. What I learned working in corporations in the 70s and 80s. Technology is neither right nor wrong. What matters is the thinking behind how we use it. And we live in a time where there is a deeply spiritual battle unfolding. It has always been here. It is reaching a critical point, a battle. I lost friends for having this conversation, I lost jobs, I lost work. But I think we have to be honest. It is a fundamental fight between good and evil. The word evil carries a lot of
weight, it means different things to everyone. Let me define that. And then I'll pause, because I said a lot in a short time. We hear about evil. I was born and raised. In the Midwest, in rural communities, we thought it was a metaphor, you know? That red devil on the shoulder, the angel on the other side going back and forth. But evil is a very real force, it's not a metaphor, it's not a distortion of thought, it's a physical force indeed. On this planet , we could have a whole conversation about this, but I'm hesitating
on how to start. The important thing is to have a benchmark. Do you know how you identify evil? Great question. All right. When we talk about being the best version of yourself, the way this is defined in the oldest and most cherished spiritual traditions, we call it divinity. The word divinity is loaded, it means different things to each person. The modern definition of divinity is quite simple. The contemporary definition is our ability to transcend our perceived limitations. Is that it? Transcending our perceived limitations, those that probably aren't even real. Perceived because we were indoctrinated to
accept these limits by friends, family, culture, society, religion, obsolete science, it comes from many places, many places, places. Most of us live within limits that aren't even real, which we impose on ourselves. Divinity is the capacity to not only reach, but to transcend, to become more than these limits. Examples: our ability to imagine, our imagination as an expression of our divinity, creativity, and ability to innovate. Our ability to innovate, to transform what we imagine into action. Empathy, sympathy, compassion. These are three things. Sympathy comes first, excuse me, then comes empathy, and finally compassion. Our ability
to love, to forgive, to heal. All of these are expressions of human divinity. The goal of evil, as written in texts from 3,000 years ago. And not just religious texts, but Sumerian, Akkadian, Babylonian, translated from cuneiform. The goal of evil is to deny our divinity. Now we have a benchmark. Anything we are asked to participate in, to accept into our lives or our bodies or our society, we don't have to guess. Does it affirm or deny our divinity, does it help us be the best version of ourselves, or does it somehow steal some facet of
our humanity? AI is a perfect example, it is not right or wrong. When we allow AI to create for us, handing our creativity over to this technology, and then everyone can use it. When we need it occasionally for commercial purposes , that is fine. But I am talking about handing over our creativity to a computer chip and an algorithm. That is an expression of evil. Because at the end of the day, here is a perfect example. I remember in the 60s and 70s, when I was in school, we did math with a slide rule, you
know? Something most people don't even know what it is anymore, but it was. And we knew how to do math. In the late 70s, Texas Instruments released the first portable calculators. And now, how many people still know how to do math without a calculator? Can we even do it? Algebra, trigonometry, analytic geometry, differential equations, can we do them without a machine? We gave our power away to these machines. That is just one example. I am talking now on a large scale, en masse, about our creativity, our ability to create art and music. My wife is
a Grammy voter, and this year they faced this dilemma. They still don't know what to do. What do you do when you have a Grammy-winning composition that was written by AI? We took the lyrics, put them into ChatGPT, and asked it to compose music to go with it. And now that is competing with someone who spent 30 years of their life learning to sing, studying, perfecting the skill of playing an instrument. It's a fair competition, honestly. Nobody knows the answer. It feels like another category. It should be, but it isn't right now. And that is
what's happening. So, it's not a question of right or wrong, good or bad. It's how we apply that in life. This is being applied because we've been led to see ourselves as a defective life form. That's part of the indoctrination. So we become more willing, more vulnerable and susceptible to handing our humanity over to machines, to technology. I think the most important thing is for people to realize that the idea that you are flawed, that there is something wrong with you, is just an idea. This has been perpetuated, consciously perpetuated, basically since right after World
War II. It's been multiple generations since the 20th century. What we're talking about is a deeply spiritual principle, you know? There's a fundamental struggle between what we would call good and evil. Sometimes it's obvious, sometimes it's kinetic. On a battlefield it's obvious, but sometimes this psychological evil is much more subtle, you know? Algorithms on social media that turn us against each other and divide us even at the family dinner table. It separates partners, husbands and wives. It separates children from parents, because each one believes what they're receiving. And the algorithm creates what we call a
bubble. It's an information silo. One belief system is reinforced, excluding the others for the youth, because that's how the algorithm works. And then the parents, same thing. They question something and get a million different answers, but it keeps feeding information that reinforces that original question. With no alternative thinking, you know? They believe what they get is right. Children do that and we're seeing it in society. Yeah. Yeah. And I think critical thinking is essential. Yeah. And that's where a deeply spiritual principle comes in, you know? Truly deep. When we face these challenges in the world,
who do we let ourselves become? What do we allow world events to turn us into? If there were an election, I know this would never happen, but hypothetically, if an election didn't go the way people wanted. We allow the result of an election to drive us to these primitive instincts of fear, hatred, and revenge. Something we would never consciously choose. We really do make choices in life. That is a very powerful difference. We make choices in life out of love for family, friends, and the society behind us, or out of fear and hatred of what
we see as the enemy in front of us. So, the outcome might be the same, but from a deeply spiritual perspective, who we become is really the goal. That is the goal of the struggle. Because when we surrender to fear and hatred, evil denies our divinity. And that is the definition of divinity. Perhaps it is the most important thing I can offer our community. How do you know when something is evil? You have that feeling, but how do you really quantify that? Evil denies our divinity. So, anything that denies our divinity, everything that stops us
from being the best version of ourselves, from loving, forgiving, and healing our own bodies. When we are told that something external must heal our bodies, because we are so flawed that we cannot heal ourselves, that we need chemistry for that, that is an expression of evil, because it is denying our own natural capacity, it is denying our divinity. When we are told that we cannot even think certain things, or if we do think them, we cannot communicate or share them with others, that is an expression of evil's repression. It doesn't mean that every person who
does this is evil , because many people are not aware that they are denying our divinity. These people have a propensity for greed and power and control and fall easily into traps of creating policies and technologies and applying these things to deny people their divinity because of their propensity for greed. Or the power and control already exist, so they become vulnerable and susceptible. But I think it's important because we will all face decisions. How do we know, how do you know what is right, when every person tells you a different story? If you google it,
you will get a biased answer from some algorithm. How do you know what is truly the truth? You go to your heart. And we haven't talked about this and asked. Does this deny it? Does this nourish my divinity, my humanity, my capacity to love, heal, create, innovate, have empathy for my brothers and sisters, and forgive? Those are important questions. Yes, discernment. I said quite a lot. Very beautiful with you. There are so many different facets to explore. And one of the things you keep mentioning is that our divinity is encoded within us. And so what
do you think becomes possible when we truly wake up to the truth of who we are? And what are we, especially now that you've said we are evolving rapidly? What becomes possible when we truly begin to wake up while everything accelerates? I think part of it, as you're saying, comes from where we are actually starting from. Is this something against, or is it out of love ? Is this in support of what is not possible for us? Because there is this philosophy that everything we build in the world or around us is, in fact, a
reflection of something we already do within ourselves. Let's break this down. The philosophy is that consciousness knows itself through what it creates itself. Suggesting that the things we do in the world around us, we can call entertainment, you know? Music, books, movies, whatever it may be. And in truth, we are being entertained. Deep down, all of this is consciousness asking us to build something out here. Because we want to tell ourselves stories, we ask ourselves to remember something about ourselves. Let me give some concrete examples here. Movies. One of the most surprising blockbusters of all
time was The Matrix. It was a science fiction movie with a relatively low budget. It was the highest-grossing film in theaters until Avatar arrived. Okay, The Matrix. What exactly is it? I mean, it's Hollywood with those shootouts and everything else. But deep down, the message of The Matrix is that there is a world we cannot see that influences the world we can see. And we exist in both worlds. That was the movie The Matrix. It touched people, it resonated because we feel deep down that it really is true. We exist in worlds that we cannot
see, but that influence our lives every day. Yeah, you were talking about the field. Then came Avatar, reminding us how important our relationship with nature is. You know? And kids are drawn to these superhero movies, like The Avengers and Wonder Woman. And Harry Potter, you know, suggesting there is something dormant, sleeping inside them , that there is a capacity that wants to wake up and that is why young people are drawn to it. If it works in movies, it works in technology as well. So, I worked in high-tech throughout the Cold War in the defense
industry. It wasn't by choice. There's a whole story of how I ended up there as a computer systems designer. I worked for the Air Force and the DoD in the Cold War. That's why I say this. I was exposed to the most advanced technologies the world has ever seen, including artificial intelligence. We had it in the 80s, not like now, but we had it. And what I say is, I still haven't seen any technology that doesn't mirror the body, just better. So, where did this idea of the internet come from? The internet is us. We
communicate telepathically within the field. We communicate intuitively. I tell a story in the book. A mother in Sydney, Australia, wakes up at 3 AM and knows her son on the battlefield in Afghanistan is in trouble. She calls his commander. He says:" Hey, they're on patrol. Everything is fine. "Only when he returns that night, he calls his mother and his wife and says that the convoy was hit by a roadside bomb, but he was okay and he saved others from burning cars. Only after he told them was it confirmed; how did she know before even the
commanding officer knew ? And we hear this all the time, everyone hears it. But that is communication within a field, okay? So, we are the internet, we are the blockchain, we've talked about that, we are the vaccine. The vaccines injected into us mimic what our bodies already do, only we do it better. We do it on a very broad spectrum, in very precise sequences, while chemists lack these sequences and force the body. To focus on very specific contagions, excluding others, which leaves us vulnerable. It might be good for what we are vaccinated against, but what
about the rest? We lose the capacity for that. You know, everything we are building out there just imitates what we already are. So we ask ourselves, what would the world be like? Would it be like the technology we are building? We would have a simpler world, but we would be more complex. We would drop the mess because we are the technology itself. We are not that primitive computer chip technology. We are much more than that. We are advanced neurons, cell membranes , soft technology that has the ability to self-regulate at will on demand, when we
choose through seven primary epigenetic triggers. Thought, feeling, emotion, belief, breath, focus, movement; I think there were seven, you know? Thought, feeling, emotion. What is the difference between feeling and emotion? Emotions, the two primary feelings, are love and fear. Feelings are everything else. And we feed these feelings through love or through fear of them. That is a distinction that appears in ancient texts, in ancient traditions. So, epigenetics like no other life form. We can do what makes us powerful beings. That’s why I think for thousands of years there has been a concerted effort to deny this
power to humanity. And now that we are getting close, that is the context. It’s not happening in a vacuum; it’s nearing the end of the cycle. We are so close to awakening this power. Are more distractions needed out there in the world to keep us in that state of fear? You know, to divert our attention, keeping us busy 24 hours a day with this crisis, this crisis, this crisis. Because now we aren't focusing within ourselves. When you let go of these crises—they are important, and we need to deal with what’s happening in the world—but without
setting aside the awakening of our potential. The book's title is, at its core, our actual destiny. It is our destiny to become fully human, to activate these extraordinary capabilities we think only special people have, things like deep intuition, remote viewing, telepathy, but also rapid healing, longevity, super memory, super learning , supercognition, all these things. Science is on our side, you know? It’s all right there. I get passionate about it, you know? So exciting. And was there any study about that? I’m thinking of Edgar Cayce. You know, the one who would sleep on a book and
gather information, tuning into the field. Is there any research or study that could give people hope and enthusiasm about this? It’s all within them, you know? Everything we are talking about. One of the many tools. I think one of the most multifunctional and powerful tools we share is the HeartMath Institute, up in Northern California. If you don't know Hmh, it’s capital H, A-R-T, capital N , A-T-H, all together, one single word. They are a pioneering research organization in Northern California, very close to Santa Cruz in Boulder Creek, California, specializing in unconventional explorations of the human
heart. Everyone knows the heart is a pump. But it seems that is the least of it. You can build a machine that pumps blood, but the heart does much more. So, in 1991, science discovered a neural network inside the human heart. These are neuron-like cells, but they aren't in the brain; they are in the heart. And it is this neural network that accesses information from the field through what is called heart intelligence. So, I’ll do this from memory. In the magazine, you know? In a peer-reviewed scientific journal from Paris, the Journal of Complementary and Alternative
Medicine, the quote says the following:" There is compelling evidence suggesting that the human heart is coupled to an information field which does not obey the laws of physics. "Now think about what that means. There is a part of us. We have something inside that allows us to access knowledge in a way that is not limited by time and space. This is the mother's intuition in Sydney. Knowing that her child was in danger. I can share a quick example. I love this. It is very interesting. Recently I just mentioned this. Watch closely. I did it transparently
so we could build upon it . But you aren't supposed to know. I mentioned that DNA is an antenna, a three-dimensional fractal antenna. Perfect. So, scientists discovered that every woman, whenever she conceives a life, even if that life doesn't come to full term inside her body, that life is growing and, as the blood circulates, her DNA gets lodged in the child's body (usually in the liver) and the baby's DNA gets lodged in the mother's liver for every child. And the DNA is all tuned in separately. We now know that DNA is an antenna and this
antenna is transmitting a signal into the field. That is how a mother knows when her child is in danger. This helps us understand why when we lose a parent or a mother loses a child, it hurts so much. And the reason it hurts is because there is literally a rupture in this information stream. And we know this, we say it. It feels like a part of me is missing, that a part of me is broken, that I am empty. We are expressing what it is to lose that energetic connection with another being . And this
energetic connection happens through DNA. So now science is catching up to this. That is how the intuition between mother and child works. Now we know the heart has a neural network that tunes into the field. What is in this field? Everything you would like to know about yourself. You can ask:" Is this choice good for me? Is this a good partner for me? Not just if you ask the mind, because the brain is an organ of polarity and in the brain you will always have good. Bad, right, wrong, success, failure, worthy, unworthy. That is binary.
Yes, but the heart is an organ without polarity. It was interesting, you know? Part of my heritage is Southeastern Cherokee, on my father's side. And there is a word in Cherokee for exactly what we are talking about. It's called seista, meaning the single eye of the heart that sees the truth. Now, what is really fascinating is that in Lakota, a completely different people, they have the same word and it means exactly the same thing. Shantiasta, the single eye of the heart. When there is no one to ask, we are never alone. Because when we learn
to close our eyes and access the heart, we can bypass the ego loops and the polarity of the mind. If we question the mind, we get stuck in these ego loops. And that is what drives us crazy. My mother always said: "If you're going to make a decision, take a piece of paper, make two columns , pros and cons." It will never work because you will manipulate the data to the side you want. But heart intelligence, you know, is one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal as we enter times of uncertainty.
Because if you Google an answer, the algorithm will feed you answers that favor your feed if you ask . If you have a health problem, I have two friends going through this right now. They ask their partner, their spouse. What do I do now? And then they only get one answer, because they are afraid of losing their partner. Then they ask their friends, and the friends are kind of new age, you know? They say : "Drink this mushroom tea, use this crystal, do this meditation." Then they search on Google, Google says one thing , the
doctor says another, and it becomes a mess of not knowing which way to go. If you go to the heart, that is an extremely powerful tool, the intelligence of the heart. And it is based on solid science. The secret is to learn to trust and master this process as a tool you use all the time. And it involves breathing. I have all the instructions in the book. I talked about this in several videos and many people followed my programs, but it involves shifting the focus to the heart, slowing down the breath, and a positive feeling
of gratitude works very well for most people. Appreciation , care, something along those lines. It's this combination that opens the heart to this field and then you simply ask the questions. It's incredible, you know? The more you practice, the more you develop that muscle memory to access it. Why do you learn to trust? If you only do it when you're in trouble, it's hard to trust. And fear creates a noise that makes us lose clarity. For sure. This is very beautiful and truly useful. And I know that heart-brain coherence is important for those who don't
know what it is and how to use it. We have managed to build a very solid foundation to answer this question. We now know that the heart has a neural network. We all know that, Alissa. We are the only life form, Alissa, that can do what I am about to describe. To sit in a chair of one's own will, on demand, when we choose to say at this moment, I choose to create coherence between my brain's neural network and my heart's neural network. Think carefully about what that means. These are two separate organs that are
now harmonized into a single powerful system, a single powerful neural network. And when we do that, we call it an optimal signal. What creates this harmony? It is a coherent signal. The ideal coherence is a very low frequency , 0.1 Hz. We cannot even hear that, 0.1 Hz. So, the three steps: shift the focus to the heart, slow down the breathing, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system and the relaxation response. This sets the stage for the meal. And now the meal is when we can feel this positive emotion. And that is the key, you know?
We choose to feel this positive emotion. Many people wait for the world to give them a reason for it. So, what should I be grateful for? You can choose. Other life forms create coherence by instinct , but they cannot consciously choose the time, the place, the duration, and the quality of this coherence. When we create that 0.1 Hz, sorry, moving from the heart to the brain, it establishes coherence between the heart and the brain. Does this coherence, just by the fact that you do it, bring passive benefits? In other words, without doing anything else, it
activates longevity enzymes in your body. You become younger after just 3 minutes of coherence. It creates greater resilience, a life change. You know who doesn't want that? The world changes every day; it allows us to have a much more powerful immune response. And who doesn't want that? A very powerful immune response, you know? I am doubtful because there are so many stories. I want to hear a story. The scientists at the HeartMath Institute, when testing the effects of coherence, performed blood and saliva analysis. On white blood cells, the human body's first line of defense. So,
they collect blood and saliva, send them to independent labs that don't know what's happening, and ask: "What are these responses like? How is the immune response? And what is the red and white blood cell count?" So, they did that with coherence. One of the labs called back and asked, "My God, what antibiotic are you working with?" And then they asked, "What do you mean?" They said, "We have never seen a response like this. It’s not penicillin, it’s not tetracycline. What kind of antibiotic is this?" A HeartMath researcher said, "There is no antibiotic, it’s a natural
human capacity." And the guy, oh, come on, come on, you can tell me. You know, we won't tell anyone. He said, "Really? Is this the result of coherence?" And I replied, "Okay, okay, take it easy. But is it true that we have the capacity to trigger this extraordinary immune response? We rarely find out about it, you know? So, that is what we call passive benefits. Now there are active benefits. Meaning, once you create this coherence, you can apply it to deep intuition. You can go to your heart, communicate with this field and ask questions, heart
intelligence, affirmations. If you want to use an affirmation effectively, you need to speak to your unconscious in a language the unconscious recognizes and it’s not always verbal. When you create coherence, it’s a direct line to the unconscious, without hypnosis. You don't need to use hypnotism. Then you place, when you create this coherence, you insert your positive affirmations and have an ability to formulate these affirmations in a way that really works . May I share? As a computer systems designer, what I learned in the industry is that, no matter how brief it is, whether it’s code
with 3 million lines or just three lines, complexity doesn't matter, you know? Every program needs to have these three main parts: the introduction, that is, those statements that say this is what will happen next, the development. With this is what we are doing. And finally, the conclusion or the other, that is, the conclusion of this program. so that it knows when it ends. Consciousness and biology are like a computer program . Remember? The things we create imitate what we already do. So, we function the same way. And an affirmation is a program in the operating
system of consciousness. We are actually quite good at saying the statement, the beginning. So, if someone says," I, I am. "That is an opening. You say," I am "and then you complete it. I am ready to receive love , healing, and abundance in my life. Right? The" I Am "is the opening, the declaration. You are speaking to the universe. Something is about to happen. Receive abundance, love. Healing in my life now. You're doing the work, but rarely in affirmations do we have that closure that sets a deadline, you know? For when we want this to
happen. So just let it flow. So, how the universe hears this, the universe hears. I am ready to receive healing, love, abundance, and my perfect relationship. And the universe replies," That's cool! I'm happy you're ready to receive love, abundance, and your perfect relationship. When you have an idea of when you want this to happen, let me know, because we didn't provide that closure. "The key is for us to provide closure, like, right now. I am ready to receive my healing now, and there is no ambiguity and it's not a mesh. It’s literally how the code
works. It is a code of consciousness we are working with. It's not about blaming anyone. It's about incomplete affirmations. And if for some people their affirmations don't seem as effective as they’d like, perhaps they should consider. Have you met these three requirements, put a deadline on it? When do you want the universe to bring this to you? And get ready for big surprises, because when you say" now, "man, it happens, it will happen, and doing this healing work to get out of our own way, you know? We want it, but we are afraid. That's why
we accompany it with healing to remove the fears, because we were told we aren't worthy. We are an imperfect life form and we need something outside of our body. So, my goal in writing" Pura "is at the very least, hopefully, to awaken a sense of pride and appreciation for our humanity . And I think that invites the reader to ask a very simple question. Do I love myself enough to accept this deep truth of my own divinity? Of my own humanity? Or what does it mean to be human? To answer that question, you need to
determine if you can accept the power of your imagination, your creativity, and how much you are truly willing to love. Are you willing to let go of the love you have in life in exchange for something much deeper, or do you love just a little, but always keep something back because you were hurt in the past? Again, there is no right or wrong answer. These are very personal questions. The better we know ourselves, the less afraid we are of our own power. And that is what being genuinely human consists of. That’s exactly what it’s all
about. And we will all be challenged to give up parts of our humanity, sometimes in a deceptive way. So we step back and ask ourselves:" What are they asking me to do? Does it affirm or deny my divinity? "Then you have the answer. Then you act consciously. It's not that you stop doing what you do, but you are consciously giving up part of your humanity. I really use it to empower people to find their own truth, out of love for our humanity and the awakening of our divinity, sharing other possibilities of our human potential so
that people make a conscious, not superficial, choice. You will be guided by experts. And we see this in Silicon Valley. You see A.I. experts saying it's the next step in human evolution. Ray Kurzweil. I love Ray Kurzweil. He's an author, a science fiction author. He was a director at Google. I don't know what his position is now. For those who don't know, he is a futurist. He says we are very close, a matter of a few years, just 20, 30, 20, 31 years, to reach what he calls the singularity, where we, our consciousness merges with
the digital world. The World Economic Forum is talking about the singularity, where the idea of carrying technology in our hands is becoming obsolete. We were told recently that in 5 years we won't be holding cell phones in our hands anymore, they will be inside our bodies and we will access information and communicate with friends by the way we think about this technology, because we will all be part of the cloud. Look, I don't like this idea of everyone being connected, you know? It's the Borg mentality. Exactly that. It's a reference to Star Trek. I think
technology outside our body can serve us, inside the body it can enslave us. And once that happens, we never go back , never ever. Once we lose our humanity , we never get it back. And I think we need to be aware of this. At least know what you're losing before choosing to lose it. Then if we choose, at least it's conscious, you know what you're giving up. You're not being deceived. I think we owe that to ourselves. Thank you for guiding us, for keeping us informed, and for the love you have for humanity and
the possibilities. It's truly beautiful to be in good company with so many people like this. Talking about this in different ways. You know, this book brings everything together in a way that helps us understand and apply it to life. Any final message you’d like to leave with people about Pure Human, this book that just came out? Look, it really is a very different way of thinking. It’s not always comfortable. In a way, we’ve misled ourselves into this comfort zone where everything just revolves around our own bubble, you know? And then we end up disconnected from
the rest of the world , which is now changing very fast. Many people are simply not prepared, they aren't prepared emotionally or psychologically to embrace this change because they’ve stayed inside that bubble. I think it’s important to recognize that this bubble is part of our world and that we have everything we need. We are programmed to thrive in this kind of change. And the world is asking us a simple question. Do we love ourselves enough to accept the truth of our divinity and our divine destiny, to awaken these potentials in our lives? And when we
say yes, man, nothing can stop us. Nothing can stop us. That’s what’s exciting. And I love that the book has practical tools, stories, science, and research as well. Where can people connect with you and where can they get the book? The book is available everywhere, but I think Amazon is the best way. And it’s also at Barnes&Noble. As you say , connect with me. I live in the middle of nowhere, in the high desert of New Mexico. No one can find me. Just go to our website, Gregg Braden. And everything you need to know is
there. What a gift you are. Thank you for who you truly are. Alissa, this time very quickly, okay? I wanted to thank you for your trust, because honestly, you didn't know what I was going to say. That’s it. And I look forward to the next one as well. If you liked this video, leave a like, subscribe to our channel to keep following content like this.
