Brother, if your Instagram is not getting you laid or getting you paid, then you are using it completely wrong. Today, I want to show you exactly how to build an Instagram that is designed for the female gays, that actually gets women to DM you, to trust you, to like you, to want to go on dates with you, and really works as a massive asset in your dating life in finding a woman that you want to date. Most guys get all of this stuff completely wrong.
But we're kind of playing a video game right now in 2026. If you understand status and some of the leverage that Instagram can give you, your life just gets 10 times easier. But let's get into this.
So, the six pictures you need, the golden rules, and the things that your Instagram needs to do in order for women to want to date you and to use this basically as a dating app. Instagram's the number one dating app. So, I'm going to start with what you want your Instagram to do for you.
For anyone with no posts, private profile, no profile picture of their face, no regular stories, all that sort of stuff, that's going to have to change cuz the first thing we want to do with Instagram is build familiarity and consistency. I recently saw a video and it was about Harland, Norwegian football player Harland. He went super viral over the World Cup and at first women found him ugly.
There's multiple videos of people saying that they found Harland ugly at first and then he went super viral. They saw him 20, 30, 40, 50 times on Instagram and before you know it, he becomes kind of a heartthrob. He becomes this guy that they're familiar with.
He becomes this guy that they're attracted to. That is a very, very important point. Women become attracted to a face that they've seen many, many times.
Your Instagram does that for all the girls that follow you, especially if they are good pictures of you and you live an interesting life. Let's imagine you go out on a Friday night one week and you meet a girl and you say, "Hey," and maybe you talk for a little bit and you exchange Instagrams. Nothing comes of it, but you both follow each other.
And then a month later after you posting every day on your stories, doing your thing, building your business, having a cool life, showing little bits of it, following the rules I'm going to give you, she meets you again at a bar. You are someone she's very familiar with now. If she's been watching those stories daily, she's someone that's going to come up to you and be like, "Oh, I seen your Instagram.
I saw what you were doing. you're essentially a mini local celebrity to her in that town just because of using your Instagram. And now you can imagine if you're sending every girl from a dating app and you're following on IG and every girl you meet in the gym and every girl you meet on vacation are all becoming followers of your IG, you now have really pick of the bunch.
You're going to have girls swipe up on your stories. They're going to DM you and your dating life becomes abundant. You can go out with who you want to simply by leveraging Instagram.
And I think a lot of guys don't use Instagram that way. They have like four or five pictures that have been there for years. They go out, they meet a girl, she gets the IG, but she never ever sees you again because you don't pop up because there's no stories.
There's no regular posting. So that's one very important thing that needs to be learned is you need to build familiarity and consistency. You also through doing that build trust, humor, and friendliness.
One of the worst things you can be in dating, in life in general, I think is a super serious person posting super serious stuff all the time. You want a lightness. You want humor, friendliness on your profile.
You want to show a lifestyle and fun that women want to be a part of. That's not that difficult to be honest. It doesn't actually require a lot of money.
It requires you going and doing something called backdrop maxing. Essentially, women do this all the time. They go on a vacation and they go on a night out and they go on a basically any trip and they get great pictures with a great backdrop in a nice place.
Guys, we don't think to do that. We've probably done loads of fun things with our friends and we just think that was a fun time. We'll enjoy it in our mind like normal people.
I get it, but we don't get any of their leverage. So, you basically do backdrop maxing. Every time you do a fun thing, you take a picture or a video of it and you get your friends to do the same and you deliberately go out to some nice places and then you post them on your Instagram.
And women see that lifestyle and they see that you've been to some cool places or some nice vacations or even in a nice Uber and that you're out and about and they see that regularly. They want to be a part of that. They don't want to sit at home.
They don't want to be dialed in and working all the time. They don't want to be in the gym all the time. You got to remember this.
When you have a six-pack, when you have a good business, women are not that interested in what it took for you to gain those things, they don't want it to be a big deal to you. This is really important point. A lot of guys, they get in shape for the first time, they make it their life.
I've done it. You look at one of my how my Instagram used to be when I first got in great shape. That's all it was.
Women don't want to know how hard you have to work to get this body. They don't want to know how hard you work in business to afford a lifestyle. They just kind of want it to be there.
They want you to be out and about having fun or at least have that perception because that's what they want in their lives. And if your Instagram can show that, but girls are interested. Oh, this would be cool to hang out with this guy.
He's always with cool people. He's always in different places. Even if that's just somewhere in your local town, doesn't have to be super expensive.
So, the difference in my old profile to my profile now, it's a very big change purely because I started doing cooler stuff and taking good pictures of it compared to just posting fitness content all the time. Another good thing to know in regards to building this profile is that women like men who can get other women but don't really care about [ __ ] So if you look at this picture here, this is the kind of pre-selection that you want on your Instagram. A dinner where you can tell that there was girls there cuz there's a girl's hand.
Like this is one nice dinner with a few friends and an aesthetic picture taken. I'm going to show you how to really design your aesthetic IG in a minute. But this is the kind of pre-selection we're talking.
It's like you've been around women. women are in your orbit, but you're not going full damn Bzarian on them. They know you probably have a lot of girls circling you, but you're not making it overly obvious.
But that's great because if all you have is like me and Max back in the day was like p like no pictures of dinners, no pictures of fun stuff, no pictures with girls, like literally just the boys, the lads out and about getting drunk basically. Uh cuz that's what we did, me and Max, when we were growing up. Max is my videographer and still very very close friend, lives with me and we've known each other since we were five.
But look at the difference in his Instagram from here when we were younger to now with this real wide range of, oh, this guy has a fun, interesting life. Same with me and my life. Also, an honest truth and kind of a raw truth is that status works to completely change your life.
It's fickle, but it does. Having a decent amount of Instagram followers will change your life. And the way to do that is to post every day on reels.
Take your reels that you've posted and put them in reels only. Don't put them on the home grid. Just put them in reels only.
You talking to camera. That's all you need to do on a daily basis. Give your opinions.
Give something you've learned. Document your life. People will start to find it.
If you do that video a day for 30 days, you'll start to gain some following. You start to do a few aesthetic cinematic reels that you've been inspired by from other creators. One of them pops off, you can very quickly get to 10K followers.
And that makes a big difference because girls go, they see your Instagram. From my experience, I got 130K that I've built over time. They see your Instagram, they go, "You're famous.
" And they they've been doing that for me since I had 15k followers, which you can get off one reel going viral. I've had 17,000 followers off a 10-second reel before. Your life probably would go viral.
You just don't film it. You just need to film it and put it out. Rather than making the home grid look all messy with these reels, you just take them off Home Grid, put them in reals only.
And status will massively change how women see you. Like, it's just it's a big deal for all things in life. Like, building a personal brand is so important.

And what I did here, I just went on Pinterest. So, if you haven't used Pinterest before, it's just a website that you can go on for free and find cool pictures by typing something in. So, I typed in athletic luxury.
When you click one of these pictures, you get other ones that are similar. And I designed essentially a grid from Pinterest on what the perfect kind of dating profile looks like when it comes to Instagram to attract women. Picture number one or one of the pictures that you should have and you you don't have to follow these to a tea but these will really help you if you don't know where to start.
Max has this picture with a animal interacting with some form of animal is really important. So this is the perfect one isn't it? Nonchalant guy lean physique playing with a dog.
Girls are [ __ ] eat that up all day. She sees that guy. He's such a nice guy and he's hot.
It's like it's [ __ ] simple. It's the [ __ ] simplest thing in the world. Get a six-pack or die trying is another thing I will say.
Like there's no excuse for not having a six-pack. You eat less, train more. It's discipline only.
One to two% of men in the world keep a six-pack year round. So you just instantly you get a six-pack, your life will change. Especially when you pair it with this Instagram formula.
And it just requires discipline. That's it. It's depends on how much you want it.
But when you can fire that in and hang out with a dog, you everything in your life becomes so much [ __ ] easier. It's ridiculous. If you don't have a six-pack, decent leanness, that's top of your list.
So, you've got interact with an animal, have a six-pack, ideally not opposing shot. So, I had a six-pack back here, and I had a great physique, but it was too gym style. It was too broyy.
It's like a big bro page. Now, I have one picture here that my ex took of me when I was getting out of a pool. It is a little bit posy, to be honest, but it I don't think it's a bad picture.
You just don't really want it to be a gym posing bodybuilder style. You want it to be a little bit cooler than that. The whole point of my page now is like it shows I got a great physique, but it really isn't that big a deal in my life.
It's like it's not what I spend all my time doing. I maintain it with an hour a day and eating the right stuff. It's not a huge thing that I go into and it shouldn't be for you.
It's just something that you've got that other guys don't and it sets you apart. You've then got the archetype picture. This is pretty important.
So, here we've selected and these this could all be the same guy really. This could be one guy's Instagram grid and it would be a great looking grid because it has a real nice wide range of pictures that you could just note all these down and then just go and take them. But the archetype shot is essentially when you choose a character and women have a few characters that they really are drawn to the kind of boyfriend that they would want, right?
You got like the gentleman James Bond suave. Some women really like that. The finance bro kind of look.
Maybe that's your look. You have a picture that very well represents that. You got the cowboy, you got the biker, you got the bad boy.
You essentially choose a style or something that you want to go for in one of your pictures that gives you that look. It's kind of a standout picture that she would probably send to her friends and goes, "This is the guy that I've just started DMing on Instagram. " Mine's the kind of bad boy uh biker look.
Some DJing, the dicati getting arrested. That's really part of my thing. And it's important because women kind of want a bad boy.
That would be good for them. That's what they're looking for. They don't want you to be bad as in disrespectful or not kind.
They want to know from your Instagram, from your life, that you're kind of a bit naughty, that you're a bit of a cheeky boy. But for them, you're like, you just seem so sweet and nice and they know a side of you that other people don't see. That's a real big hack.
So have your archetype picture. Decide what that is. Go and take a picture of it.
Don't make it ridiculous. Like it just kind of fits into you. It should be closely aligned to you.
Like this guy, he just looks suave. He looks sick. He's got some tats.
Smoking a suit. He's got a cowboy hat on. Slightly blurred pick.
Like really [ __ ] cool. Not too tryhard. If you go and pose like a [ __ ] cowboy, like it's not ain't going to look the best at all.
Then you've got dinner plus pre-selection. That picture is very important. Book a nice dinner with some friends and their girlfriends and have girls around.
Spend some money on one nice dinner and take a great aesthetic picture of it and put it into a carousel on your Instagram to show that you go out to nice places with other girls and that you're pre-selected for that reason. A paparazzi style picture, a picture taken of you from far away. I really like this one.
This one here essentially gone to a casino and had somebody take a picture of him on the table from far away. This is a really cool status shot. If you can get this, and you probably can go to a casino, dress up nice, get your friend to go and stand with his iPhone across the room and take a picture of you.
It ain't difficult. You don't have to play huge hands. You basically designing a real cool lifestyle.
And at the same time, if you think about life this way and you find these Pinterest pics and you decide what you want to go and do, you are actually making your life more fun and doing more cool [ __ ] and more stories to tell. And that's really part of this. Like it builds into your life.
You're not just doing this stuff for the pictures. You're doing it because now you're actually an interesting person. None of this works without becoming an interesting person.
And this is one of the ways that kind of makes that fun. You get a couple buddies together, say, "Look, we're going to go casino just to get these pics and have a good time. And don't spend too much.
Don't lose all your money. Obviously, you got another one here. It's just a guy dressed in aloe.
I'm not a huge fan of aloe, but he doesn't look bad. You could be wearing any sort of comfy stuff, any watch. You could wear a G-Shock.
That might even be a G-Shock. Got some sunglasses on. He's got a hat on.
He's in a nice Uber. It don't cost that much to go on a nice Uber in your trackies and get a picture taken, but it makes a great [ __ ] shot. Same here.
Not a great car. Gone for a run. Good physique in the mountains.
Backdrop maxing again. Takes a picture of it. Same with these guys.
They've done some fun things. This guy in his bed kind of looking cool. Can't see his face.
He's obviously working on his laptop. You and the boys just walking together away from the camera. Not all thumbs up monkey smiles towards the camera drunk in [ __ ] cavos.
You've gone a decent vacation. You're going to the beach. Like most of you will have done this with your friends, but you just didn't get the picture at the time.
Same here. You get a sick physique. You play paddle.
Get some blurred out pictures your buddy took. Boom. Before you know it, doing the fun athletic hobbies adventure picture, paparazzi style picture, dinner and pre-selection, an archetype picture, getting in good shape and interacting with an animal, you have a [ __ ] dating profile that really can't be matched by most guys.
You combine this with some reals where you say some cool stuff and you talk about your life and post some cool reels that will actually get engagement and followers and you're really going to start to change your life doing this. Couple other rules, lean as law, always stay lean, dinners and food maxing, friendly but not a monkey. You can have a smile.
You can have fun. But if every picture is you, thumbs up. Me and my buddies are just having a beer together.

Not ideal really. [laughter] But yeah, friendly but not a monkey. Make sure girls get the IG.
That's one of the most important things. You start posting stories, you start doing some cool things. If you turn up on Wednesday, you'll learn how to take good pictures.
Just use an iPhone in 45 minutes a day. So definitely get your seat for that if you haven't already before we are fully out. It's completely free.
But once you're doing that, you want to make sure you're approaching girls, giving them the IG, using Hinge, using Rya, using Tinder, using whatever apps you use, and sending people straight to IG. Don't get numbers. Send them to IG.
It's a marketing funnel. They see the stories, they get to know you, they get to trust you. It's now way easier for you to date.
You're just playing the game, knowing the rules, and a couple of the cheat codes, and you're just going to dominate everybody else cuz most guys Instagrams are on private with three [ __ ] pictures. Take a little bit of interest. You go and check out Pinterest.
Make the little mood board of what you want yours to look like. Go and get the pics. You can do it one time.
Invest a month in doing this and it will pay you back over the next two years in making your life easier in every possible way. Connections, money, girls, the whole lot. That's pretty much everything, boys.
