of your organization your company your business or the name of a project so name here is um the name of a person for example my name is Joyce so I can put Joyce here and then you fill in a email address and password so this login information is to login this specific person after you log in this is your dashboard go B then Facebook Channel click connect click continue as yourself on this page make sure you select all the pages that you want to use use with you chat doesn't matter which personal account are you
logging into or uh which workspace are you using so just select all the pages otherwise you will lose connection for your previous Bo on you chat then click next done okay now when you back to youat click create Facebook board you can create your board based on uh templates or create a blank one give a name and then create open floow so click on the start Point select Next Step then choose a same message step so let's type in anything for example you can also select some emoji face okay then click publish click preview open
