hello and welcome to yotch product demo my name is Anastasia I am solution architect for Yang Tech and today uh we will talk about our last mile solution so before going to the demo itself a bit of theory Our Last Mile solution basically consists of three logical Parts one is dispatch and Bing functionality like uh the logic of managing the uh the way careers I assign how the orders are batched and so on uh the second is career management it's functionality which takes care of creating career accounts creating career schedule uh building analytics uh around

career efficiency and so on and uh the third is a career application it is uh easy to use user friendly app uh in which careers uh work to deliver orders it also has career wallet functionality Courier support solution functionality to deliver uh multiorders payment statistics and so on in today's video we will uh talk mostly about uh career application so we will look into the application itself uh we'll talk about like main features and functions we will talk a bit about slots management and we will cover career wallet functionality so let's go and see uh

our application so on the screen you see our CER career application uh career profile so in the profile CER sees his name the organization he can also upload his picture also he can see his current amount of cash and all cash transaction in case you support cash operation uh also we have the functionality of slot preferences each Courier can set his preferred schedule so he can choose his favorite dark store so for example uh I can choose our demo store and also he can choose the time interval in in which he wants to work and

preferred days when the career manager creates uh the schedule so the slots in uh our um solution uh The Courier will be offered exact slots based on his preferences and priorities so uh also any Courier can choose uh his uh delivery method so it's by car or like on food or motorcycle and so on also there is always a possibility to contact support we have built-in chat here so for example like if you have some problems you can open the chat and say like hey I have a question and write it to the support and

we have separate support panel where there is like uh Courier support uh agents who can help couriers in in case something goes wrong and also different settings to set the language navigation map and other points so as soon as the CER starts his day uh he goes uh to see his slots so here is the schedule here are all the slots offered to me also based on my preferences and here is the slot uh and uh the system show that I'm am late I want to stop here and talk a bit about this concept that

we track all uh actions of couriers in the system if the Courier was late uh it is logged in our system and then you can build all the analytics regarding the careers who are coming too late or who are leing their slots too early or who don't show up and based on this you can build already motivation scheme like bonuses uh fines and so on so uh to be able to receive the orders I need to press go online I press go online uh and uh I cannot go online because uh I have the a

cash limit exceeded so here I want also to talk now about uh our career wallet and cash Service uh functionality so um we always uh recommend to set the limit for how much cash the career can uh carry with him so uh in this example the limit is 200 but as you remember I have as a career more than 500 so what I need to do is I need to go to store manager and to handle him cash let me show case to you uh how it looks so on the left side of the screen

now you see our warehouse management system which take cares of all in store operations and part of the system is The Courier management functionality so uh we can go to cash register and see that I'm as a courier I have the uh cash limit exceeded and you need uh like as a store manager to accept money so to initiate this process so let's imagine the career came and wants to give you his cash you press here accept money and uh let's say we want to accept 400 here and we press confirm right away in uh

our Courier application Courier receives notification that he has to confirm that he's handling over um cash so we have this double confirmation because like cash is some sensitive topic and need to make sure that both store manager and career confirm it and then you can track it in the system in case you have some discrepancies in your balance so I press confirm and uh the cash is transferred and uh we can see here all the transactions that have been made uh by the career and now I should be able to enter the slot I can

also see now that uh here is the history so that I have just uh given the amount of money to uh the cashier and now I can go to the slot go online once again and now I am ready to uh receive new orders and uh also there is also the possibility in The Courier application uh to initiate getting cash or handing uh cash not only from the uh store manager side but also from the career side so again for example I can I want to hand over some cash I go to cash register here

I see that there is new uh request initiated I press here accept money I press that for example uh I want to have like 50 at your home I press confirm and again the request is finished and the cash amount is updated I hope you enjoyed our product demo thank you for your time see you at our next demos goodbye
