Dear friends, I have brought you a great technique for focusing your mind that can give you great concentration in a few seconds. Many dear friends have asked me for this technique in the comments. Of course, dear friends, I have published a few other videos on focusing your mind and increasing your concentration in my mental affairs playlist .
I suggest you go and watch them too , because they are techniques that are not taken from yoga and will help you increase your concentration, but the technique we are working on together today is amazing. That is, it can take your concentration to its highest level in a few seconds. If you like to listen, please stay with me until the end of the video.
Please sit in meditation or any position that is comfortable for you, preferably with your spine straight. It doesn't matter even if you are lying down. It is preferable for the spine to be straight so that electrical and magnetic currents can travel along the spine.
Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths. As I will explain to you, your inhalation should last 4 counts. After those two counts, we will have a breath hold, meaning you have to hold your breath and hold it.
After that, 6 counts are for exhalation. So do the four counts of inhalation , the breath hold, and the six counts of exhalation with me. I will count 1 2 3 4.
This is the inhalation. 1 2 3 4 5 6. This is the exhalation.
I will repeat it two more times. You did the inhalation. 1 2 3 4.
Exhalation. 1 2 3 4 5 6. We will do 1 23 4 1 2 1 2 3 4 5 6.
After 3 deep breaths, your mind will enter a light meditation state. Your mental inflammation will decrease , and the deep breath will also reduce your physical inflammation. Now that you have entered a meditation state, it is very easy to stick the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Do it. Stick the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. You don't need to go back too far and do the Kechari Mudra.
It is enough to stick the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. While you stick the tip of your tongue, I will give you some explanations. Dear ones, the place where your tongue is now stuck to the roof of your mouth is the closest point to the brain where you can create a sensation.
To increase concentration, you can, for example, stick your fingertips together, but the distance to the brain is very large. There are many cells in this distance. And it cannot create a very high concentration.
But the roof of your mouth, when felt or touched with the tip of your tongue, is the closest distance to the brain. Therefore, it gives a sensation to the brain. You continue to stick the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Keep it stuck and if a thought comes to you, return your attention to the connection point again. Very easily, keep returning your attention to the connection point of your tongue with the roof of your mouth for 7 minutes. I will be silent from time to time, but you continue the technique .
That is, keep your tongue glued to the roof of your mouth and focus your attention only on the connection point. Whenever a thought comes, return your attention to the connection point. I will be silent from time to time, but you continue .
Dear ones, the brain does not have a single task. As I said, each neuron wants to have the most energy consumption. Therefore, it tries to get the most information from the neighboring neurons and give the most information to the next neurons.
This is the task of each neuron in the brain, of which we have 85 billion in our brain. When several thousand to several million neurons are in a path, that is, they pass information to each other and keep this information smooth, a neural path is created that represents a thought and an emotion. With the conscious part of your mind, those 5, you can choose any of these paths and focus on it.
This power has been given to you, but the mind is playful. It likes to jump from one thought to another. He likes to scroll through Instagram to constantly acquire new information.
This acquisition of information does not mean awareness. It means just seeing information. And the brain does this all the time.
The playful brain . You need to be able to focus on one of the neural pathways through the conscious part of your brain . This technique allows you to do this.
So as soon as the tip of your tongue touches the roof of your mouth, constantly return your attention to the connection. Do this 3 times a day. 7 minutes each time and after 1 month you will become a genius.
A genius with laser-like focus. You still maintain the connection of your tongue with the roof of your mouth. It may hurt.
Relax the muscles. Relax the muscles of your tongue and the roof of your mouth. Don't let tension build up.
If you feel that tension has increased, you can disconnect for a few moments. Relax your tongue and the roof of your mouth and Continue the technique again. Dear ones, during this month when you are going to find laser focus, try to choose a specific topic.
Outside of meditation times, I said to perform this technique three times a day for 7 minutes each time, but outside of those times, choose a topic and try to focus on it, don't let your mind wander elsewhere. The neurons of the brain are playful. You have to tame them with your awareness and this is done under pressure.
Nothing is done by will. So do this and please share the results of this technique and this meditation with others in the comments. Thank you for being with me until the end of the video.
Until next time. Amen.
