Wife Cheated With Two Roofing Guys I Hired, So I Got a Divorce & Made the Guys Regret it...

hey hey hey time for the out of this world story from ourspace ah marriage there's wear and tear from years of weathering storms the occasional loose shingle when life gets windy and suddenly you're both standing there staring at the ceiling saying where did it all go today on our space the roof isn't the only thing getting some this week my wife let two Roofing guys sleep with her I beat up her Fair partner divorced her and flaunted my ex in her face it's been eight years of marriage and now all that is down the drain

I don't know what to do and I really need all of you to help me out because I can't get my mind straight to think of what to do to this woman I'm so heartbroken right now because I genuinely loved her so much 8 years of my life I don't know how long I've been living a lie I've 40 male been married to Sharon 38 female for 8 years now but we dated for 6 years before that we've known each other for nearly one and a half Decades of Our Lives that's more than a full

third of our lives so you'd think you know someone as well as you can at that point the only thing that you really need to know about her is that she's always been honest she's not one of those people who prides themselves on being blunt when in truth they're just an a-hole she tells the truth no matter how it make you see her and she knows how to deliver it in the softest possible way it was through her that I realized that sometimes telling the truth hurts in the immediate period but it usually usually pays

off in the end she's also very religious which is where I thought the honesty came from though I know religion isn't the sole source of morality it's why I always thought that if she cheated on me or did anything inappropriate she would tell me a very stupid way to think but if you've known her for as long as I have it wasn't unreasonable looking back I guess the problem started when we noticed that part of our roof was leaking this is a house that we have owned since we got married and since it wasn't a

newly built house it kind of made sense that the roof had seemed better days so we got someone to come and inspect it and while we had made a way with just patching the specific spot that was leaking the whole thing was going to benefit from being replaced so we decided to replace the thing which of course was very expensive I did it anyway especially because she was really pushing for a brand new roof and she wanted a certain style you know how women can be when they want a specific Vibe for the home it

was going to take 3 days for our home according to them and that was no problem with me I was going to be out of the house during those hours that they were working which was better for me because I didn't want to deal with the noise however my wife was going to be at home during that time I advised her to find something to do somewhere else but she had faith in her noise cancelling headphones to be able to pull her through it so I didn't bother trying to convince her any further our house

is rather large not a mansion by any measure but it is Big which explains why it was going to be more than just one day of a job for them to replace the roof as they told us it typically is on the first day I got back back and there was no issues they had done a good portion of the roofing already and my wife seemed to interact with me rather normally I could say that she seemed to be in a good mood but it was honestly nothing to make me feel any kind of way

on the second day it was pretty much the same I saw that the roofing was nearly finished and she made a comment about how the roofing guys were really nice and they didn't bother her much again there was no reason for me to think any kind of way about a comment like that everything seemed fine everything went to hell on the final day here's what happened so on that day I chose not to go to work because I wanted to see the finished product in the daytime my wife knew that I was at home but

the workers didn't since my car was inside the garage I wasn't going to risk the falling debris and they usually came to start working after I was already out I slept in initially but then I went to do some reading in the room that I designated as a study now that room was right beside the room that my wife used for her indoor plants something like a greenhouse since it had a bay window I heard someone climb the stairs and then down the hall and I could tell that the steps weren't my wife's I knew

it was one of the work people but I assumed that he wanted to use the bathroom or ask my wife something so I didn't even bother to step out if I wasn't at home I wouldn't have known that my wife was cheating on me because why did I hear this man whoever he was say relatively loudy to my wife so after today we won't be seeing you again Jesse and I wanted to know if we could get one more round in now after the fact I have considered whether I might have entirely and misunderstood what

that meant under normal circumstances yes that might have been the case if not for my wife's response to that from the adjoining room I heard her make a pretty subtle sh sound at him and then tried to whisper to him that I was at home but I was able to make it out then he cussed and heard his footsteps leave and go back down the stairs I sat there for a long time just stunned at what I had heard and up until now I'm still wondering whether I might have heard wrong or maybe I misinterpreted

the scenario but honestly my logical side has gone over it and over and over and I'm almost certain that they must have slept together the worst part is that it sounds like it wasn't just the guy I heard but him and another guy called Jesse did they do it at the same time did they take turns writing this right now makes me absolutely sick honestly about 5 minutes after that happened she walked past the study and she looked really surprised to see me there then she started to act really weird asking all sorts of questions

I think she was trying to gauge my attitude toward her so that she could see whether I had heard or anything but I did my absolute best to act normal and she seemed to buy it I think that's the part of what convinced me even more that something was off must have been happening but yet at the same time it was hardly absolute confirmation the roofing work is done now so I can't even confront anybody I don't want to go down to the workplace to cause a scene though with the way things are that might

eventually be my only option it's easier to get evidence when when it's a proper Affair and there are chat logs and phone calls but this seemed to be an opportunistic thing honestly she's always been honest about things but there was no way she was going to be honest about this if I'm right about what I think went on there's no way for me to get the truth apart from confronting her or Jesse since I don't know the other guy I need a lot of help my head is all over the place and if any of

you can straighten me out maybe tell me some other kind of possibility that makes sense I'd appreciate it if not I need you to let me know how to proceed I want to be sure before I do anything rash but if I do manage to confirm that my wife cheated on me with these Roofing guys I want to make sure that I make her hurt edit I'm glad that no one else can come up with anything conclusive that one more round might have been referring to I'm not saying it's impossible that there might be a

perfectly reasonable explanation but the chances that there is it's probably very very low edit two I know that I said that she is very honest about things so confronting her directly might work but I don't whether I want to do that yet because once I do and she denies it I won't know how to proceed I want to say that I'm going to take my time and see what I can find out but I'm genuinely clueless I've considered going to the roofing people's office but I don't know if that'll get me anywhere ah I'm sorry

op it's a tough situation to be in especially after so many years of marriage and Trust the fact that you heard what you did and her reaction to it definitely raises a lot of red flags it's possible she'll deny it if you confront her but seeing her reaction will probably give you a better sense sense of what's really going on no matter what happens you deserve the truth and to be treated with respect update considering how confused I was about what to do next when I came here with my ordeal months ago it's crazy how

with time everything can get sorted out honestly I'm so hurt with how everything went but things are genuinely a lot simpler for me right now and I got my lick back so I made the best of the situation I was faced with honestly if you remember my previous story it got to a point where I wasn't sure how I could confirm what happened with my wife so about a week later after I first had these suspicions I finally decided that I couldn't live with that anxiety anymore I really did consider just asking Sharon but I

was actually scared of how I might have reacted at the moment if she said the wrong thing to me I decided it' be better if I confronted the roofers instead so I went to the roofing company's office it's a local place so when that I asked for Jesse they told me he was out on a job they asked me for my name and whether I wanted to leave a message but I let them know I'd be back the next morning to speak to him myself I got there at 8:00 a.m. the next day and when

I asked for Jesse he came up from the back room as soon as he saw me it was clear he recognized me I asked him to step outside so we could talk in private the moment he was outside I told him to tell me the truth and I asked him straight up whether he had slept with my wife he paused for a bit and I could tell he had no idea what to say he said no but I could tell he was lying so I pushed him up against a car and repeated that he should

tell me the truth he shook his head not like he was saying no but more like he was regretful of the entire situation then he said yes it's like hearing that just activated something in me because I didn't even think it through before I threw a punch at him and it connected pretty well he wasn't a coward unfortunately for me as he started grappling and hitting at me too we basically brawled right there I haven't had a physical fight in a very long time but I held my own pretty well and if it comes down

to winning and losing I definitely wasn't the loser in this case I was held back by some of the other guys though I hadn't even known when they came around because I was too focused on beating the crap out of the guy I wanted to figure out who the other person was but that would have been for my ego I would have had my butt handed to me at that point because I was expended I had the confirmation that I wanted though and that's What mattered to me most there was a lot of commotion before

I could leave that place I had just beaten the crap out of one of their workers a stupid decision but hardly one that I regretted they were going to call the police but the other guy told him to let me go maybe he chocked it up to Karma anyway I headed home with a busted lip a torn up shirt and a blood stains on it and a raging headache I knew that I was in no state to meet Sharon but perhaps it was better like this I'd certainly be a lot more direct about the whole

situation as long as I didn't let my temper get the best of me when I walked through the door she shrieked when she saw me and started asking about what had happened part of me wanted to lie and say I had been mugged since I knew that telling her the truth would change my life forever I decided to tell the truth anyway because I was way too pissed off so I said it I told her I had gone to the roofers and I had assaulted one of them she was very clearly shocked to hear that

and I could see her hand start to shake because she must have started putting the pieces together I know you slept with him and another one of them too you cheated on me with two of these men I was Furious as I said it and I dared her to deny it honestly at that point I was just thinking back to how much of my life I was about to throw away so many years and so many memories because the woman couldn't simply remain faithful when she finally spoke it was to confirm my worst fear the

first thing was an apology she said that she wasn't trying to justify what she did that she had been looking for some excitement and that was where that she stupidly decided to get it then she started crying which on a normal day would have softened me instantly but nope not this day I wanted to hurt her when I saw it it was driving me crazy the last straw for me was when she went on her knees to start begging me to forgive her I shouted her to get up and get out of the house the

resentment set in right away I think it is crazy how a woman can cheat on you and enjoy it and then suddenly act all regretful when things hit the fan it wasn't a mistake she knew what she was doing back then thankfully for me she actually stood up after a few minutes grabbed her car keys and purse and left the house she could go and sleep over with one of the roofing guys for all I cared at that point it was from that moment that I no longer considered her to be anyone of importance to

me but I still wanted to hurt her the good thing was that she didn't come back to the house the next day if she had I wouldn't have even let her her in she sent me a text that was extremely apologetic but asking me at the very least to help her water her plants or at least come to get them but honestly I couldn't have cared less if they died I'd be happy because she had hurt me in a way that robbed me of several years of my life she had put several years of her

life into those plants so it would feel just if they were destroyed I didn't destroy them but I didn't water them either and yep needless to say after some time it was clearly showing I felt sleazy doing that but was I really any worse than her as long as the answer was still no I didn't care about a week after she left the house I made sure to serve her the divorce papers I served them to her myself at her sister's place where she told me she was staying she didn't fight it she looked like

she had been crying a lot and hadn't gotten much sleep again I didn't care she took the papers from me and I left the divorce process was pretty smooth I guess the honesty I thought she had was at play here so she was pretty moral through the divorce process to the dismay of her lawyer she admitted to what she need needed to admit to and she didn't put up a pointless fight she only said that she wanted to keep her car and be put on alimony I didn't want her to get anything so I initially

fought against it very hard in the end though I let her have the car and we agreed on a limited term for the alimon arrangement it is what it is I'll be paying for just 3 years and hardly anything that will me though it makes a dent she tried to keep things cordial after the divorce but for the most part I don't give her the time of day you can't blame me can you I still never heard the details about her cheating whether she was in a theesome or they ran a train or whatever frankly

at this point I don't want to but I know that she went way past the limit of anything I could ever forgive to move ahead with things I eventually started going out with my ex honestly she was a great girl back then but things simply didn't work out because we wanted very different things in life she wanted a house full of children but I didn't want any at all I loved her a lot back then though she had her children but she ended up divorced when I say we were going out though we both acknowledged

it was casual we weren't looking for anything serious they didn't stop me from posting our dates on every social media channel I knew my ex-wife used Sharon had seen this x ones and I could tell she felt threatened by her she kept trying to talk it down on her it wasn't surprising because my ex was gorgeous she had always made Sharon feel inferior without trying so I learned to not bring her up in conversations or anything I got the satisfaction of knowing I was doing things right when Sharon's sister called me she said she wasn't

trying to start anything but she was calling on behalf of her sister's mental health she claimed up my social media posts and how quickly you've moved on or affecting her sister on top of the divorce itself I remember saying Becky no offense but tough luck and then I hung up on her Sharon and I have had to interact here and there but she genuinely doesn't seem like herself anymore I honestly don't care I never asked to be pushed this far but she chose to do it for her own selfish interests and she got what she
