welcome Apprentice I am Darth Maul and these are the lessons of my lost holocron take note of what you hear today as it will make you that much stronger tell me Apprentice what is the value of rushing into Vengeance what does it achieve satisfaction perhaps but true Victory never the weak and the impulsive are eager to strike the moment they feel wronged they act on their anger blind to the fact that by doing so they forfeit their greatest weapon patience do you believe revenge is simply about striking back no that is the thinking of fools
the Sith understand that revenge is an art a tool for Destruction contr control and above all power the question is not if you should strike but when many fear the idea of waiting they believe hesitation is weakness but in truth it is the key to ensuring your revenge is not only satisfying but final today I will teach you the art of calculated Revenge [Music] venge patience the true power behind Revenge a true Sith does not act impulsively we do not strike the moment we are wronged nor do we allow our enemies to see the blow
coming revenge like power is best served after careful planning and patience it is in this waiting that we become stronger and our enemies more vulnerable consider this when you lash out in the Heat of the Moment you may achieve temporary satisfaction but have you truly destroyed your enemy have you taken everything from them likely not you have given them a chance to see your hand and they will recover quickly the Sith do not seek Petty Revenge we we seek Total Domination and that can only be achieved when we strike at the moment when our enemies
are at their weakest the first step in calculated revenge is to assess your enemy weaknesses you must study them carefully watch their every move and understand where they are most vulnerable do not be fooled by appearances no one is Invincible every person has an Achilles heel a point at which their strength turns to weakness your job as a Sith is to find it look not only at their physical weaknesses but also at their emotional and psychological ones some are overconfident others are driven by fear and still more are Shackled by their relationships and attachments each
of these vulnerabilities is a weapon for you to use but you must not rush the longer you wait the more their weaknesses will reveal themselves let them believe they are safe and in time they will expose the very thing you can use to destroy them next you must bide your time and let their guard drop patience is your ally in the art of Revenge the second step is to wait let your enemies feel secure let them believe you have either forgiven or forgotten the slight they inflicted upon you the greatest mistake they can make is
to believe that they have won when they think the danger has passed they will lower their guard and it is in this moment that they become ripe for Destruction understand this Apprentice to strike too early is to waste the opportunity to cause maximum damage when your enemy is alert they will defend themselves but when they are comfortable they will not even see the blow coming the Sith do not aim for mere injury we aim for annihilation and Annihilation can only be achieved when your enemy is unprepared patience however does not mean inaction during this time
you are gathering strength resources and influence while they grow complacent you are becoming more powerful revenge is not only about waiting for your enemy to weaken but about growing stronger so that when the time comes your blow is devastating the third step is knowing when to strike this is the most crucial element of calculated Revenge you do not want to strike when your enemy has nothing left that would be pointless instead you strike when they are at the peak of their power when they have the most to lose the fall from the top is always
the most painful to destroy someone when they are already on the ground is meaningless but to topple them from their highest point that is true Sith mastery look for the moment when they are basking in their success when they believe they are Untouchable this is when your revenge will be the most impactful in one calculated blow you can destroy not only their immediate power but their reputation their influence and everything they have built it is not enough to hurt them you must ruin them them completely and for that you must wait for the right moment
finally ensure they can never rise again a true Sith does not leave enemies behind to rise again the final step in calculated revenge is to ensure that when you strike your enemy cannot recover too often we see the mistake of those who exact vengeance only for their enemies to return stronger and more determined when you take your revenge it must be thorough it must be final you must strike in such a way that not only is your enemy destroyed in the present but their future is obliterated as well leave nothing behind that could spark a
Resurgence of their power an example Le Darth cidus did not merely seek to defeat the Jedi in battle he orchestrated the collapse of their entire order he ensured that even after their defeat there was no hope for them to rise again he dismantled their structure corrupted their allies and turned the Galaxy against them his revenge was total and final you must do the same leave no Loose Ends ensure that when your enemy Falls they fall so hard that they cannot get back up only then is your revenge complete Apprentice you must understand this above all
revenge is not just about emotion it is also about strategy it is about waiting for the perfect moment Gathering your strength and striking when your enemy is most vulnerable to rush into vengeance is to squander its potential but to plan to execute with Precision that is the true way of the Sith remember revenge is not about temporary satisfaction it is about ensuring that your enemies are utterly destroyed that they have nothing left when you are done with them this is the power of calculated Revenge so be patient the time will come when your enemies will
fall and when they do it will be because you were wise enough to wait for the moment of their greatest downfall this is when your victory will be the sweetest
