yo what is up This is the exact strategy I used to make over $6,400 I'm going to be going through exactly how I took this trade how I posted it live This was pre-called ahead of time Uh just so you know it's legit in the Discord So this is my pre-entry here Exactly forecasted with us looking for a reversal at this area of interest And you know what happened with price action We go on to here exactly as forecasted We'll go through exactly how I found my direction my area of interest and my entry models
uh and we'll go through you know some learnings that I found recently Uh this is mainly based off hourly candle behavior that I've kind of covered in some previous videos Um you know with reversals tend to be uh tending to be the best in 15 to 30 minutes into the hourly candle And we're going to go over some learnings around 15minute intervals Um so as we can see here in this chart this is a heat map of different 15 or 10-minute intervals um for reversals So in the first 0 to 10 minutes a 51% win
rate but in the f in the next 10 minutes next 20 minutes next 30 minutes it's increasing so 66% win rate 71 75 So the highest win rate around 30 minutes in but this is dependent on volume and it's actually the inverse for continuations Continuations have the best win rate 66% win rate in the first 0 to 10 minutes uh based off that hourly uh counter behavior based off my journal data as well So this main approach is based off market structure alignment identifying the condition and looking for um you know to adapt to the
condition and align different durations of price action of market structure like I covered in the recent video Uh you're also going to want to be you know looking at areas of interest about where you want to enter um an entry in relation to the previous move You know this is also being you know given context to the condition where you want to enter as you know no strategy works when it's applied to the wrong condition You're only going to lose either when you make a mistake when you trade the wrong condition or you trade a
condition and the condition changes Those are the three main mistakes you're going to make You can ideally you want to remove the first two and just you the best losses tend to be when you um you take your trade in the condition and then the condition changes That's just probabilities Um but yeah we'll go through that And then entry models we go through one minute high low shifts tick shifts um that I've been using more recently 15-minute intervals for candle timing um to you know uh predict exactly when volume's going to hand um when volume's
going to you know come into the markets and exactly when a shift in direction is going to occur on the lower time frame And then it's a correlation for direction and entry confirmation So um a lot of things to cover We'll go over correlation So how did I spot this move early today Why was I looking for buys if we were overall really bearish Um first we'll go over some correlation So I have some correlation on the left hand side here Um I have silver correlation as a added confluence I have a U US dollar
spread chart So this covers all US dollar forex pairs and DXY So think of this as US dollar strength Uh and then I have kind of similar but for gold This is all gold pairs against every other currency JPY AUD CAD anything like that Uh but it doesn't include US dollar It doesn't include gold against the dollar So this is gold against the dollar Uh this does not include that So we'll go through uh what I was looking at So prior to when I trade the second hour of Asia at the open of Asia session
we had a massive impulse to the downside Um and I you know was looking at that you know looking at into detail you know why did this happen or like how did this happen what happened there Uh if we go on to uh silver and looked at what silver was looking like at that point in time um you know silver also had an equivalent drop you know pretty bearish If we go on to gold against every other pair you know market pair Uh if we go on to here this is what um the gold spreadshot
was looking like uh no movement at all You were just moving sideways So I was like why did we have this massive drop on gold against the dollar but the gold spread chart didn't move anywhere Uh okay probably because the dollar had some strength If we go on to the dollar spread chart as we can see here we had some massive dollar strength um bullish So um that whole move was from US dollar strength Not that you know gold was weak in any sense but just from US dollar strength we had this big you know
bullish move pull back um as well And if we zoom in here uh you know we were coming into around some you know recent lows So if we're going to pull back this is going to be where we're going to pull back or reject from Um so I could look for you know a correction of this big massive bullish move on DXY Um and you know gold is still looking you know relatively bullish We didn't move bearish on the uh gold spreadshot We actually had a break above these highs a bit of a type three
shift here We we broke these lows We broke above these highs here to pull into you know these areas of interest to push up So gold was looking gold spreadshart was looking overall bullish Um dollar index spreadshart was looking like it was going to you know uh pull back because it had this big impulse to the upside So it's more likely to pull back Um and silver at this point in time if we go back uh silver was overall looking around it was around here Sorry Silver over was looking very bullish So you're clearly making
higher highs and higher lows You're coming into the low of this trending range So a good area for you to buy Um so with all that correlation for finding my direction added you know to that really easy just to look for a buy here Um so in the Discord you know I posted my analysis exactly looking for this based off all that correlation Um and we're also in a bit of a trending range here So we're in a bit of a trending range Characteristic of a trending range is that uh the you know you're going
to have a pretty decent pullback Um you have a big push you have a decent pullback If we can see here um you know gold looks like a pretty uh decent like trading range If we're going to lower time frames we're having a big pull but we're also having you know a pretty big pull back So um not it is directional but uh this is you know one of the best conditions to take a reversal against uh the direction Uh and as always for areas of interest So that's how I found direction for areas of
interest Uh you know 30 minute level at the open close or price Pretty simple pretty easy And this was just like an alley um area to the left here that I was looking at Open closes Pretty simple Um and then so direction area of interest and now we go on to entry model Uh what are we looking for Uh we have the new Alli candle open immediately push bearish which is amazing Oh my god this is amazing This is what I'm looking for The best reversals tend to happen when you have the new Alli candle
open immediately push in a certain direction into a 30 minute or hourly area of interest and then you wait for a market structure shift at that area of interest with a rejection uh to then take an entry off that So we're pushing into this area of interest Um and then we're kind of you know volume is kind of decreasing We're struggling to break uh this low We failed to break it a couple times and we're having some strong rejections Uh another thing to keep in mind uh this is an amazing timing to look for a
reversal Ideally you want to look for a shift in low time frame direction around uh 15 minutes in or around 30 minutes in Uh 15 to 30 minutes I tend to find you know based off that data that we previously covered tend to be the best sort of trades Uh but also there's 50-minute intervals in price action There's like time cycles So for an example here um around the 15 minute intervals each of these is a 50-minute box You know the 15 minutes of price action Around 15 minutes you have a change in direction Around
15 minutes you have a change in direction Around 15 minutes you have a change in direction Um so you tend to find changes in direction around you know it's I I give it like a three minute buffer So um if it's you know a 15-minute interval in the first 15 minutes of an hourly candle I say from you know 12 minutes to 18 minutes into the hour you can look for that shift in direction So as you can see this happens like you know 12 minutes in you have that shift bullish uh and you know
you tend to have that those shifts around that So price is cyclical uh you know it moves through throughout time cycles Uh and then this for the market structure shift Uh this is more of a tick shift but uh if we go on to highs and lows we look at these one minute lows here So sorry one minute highs we're making lower highs and we're making lower lows So lower highs lower lows bearish market structure We're waiting for a low time frame uh structure to align with overall middle time frame high time frame context uh
to look for the pullback and impulse Uh so we have a break of this high here into this high here And then we have it respects the previous low we make a higher low and a higher high So for me that's a shift in market direction It's not the cleanest shift Um it's not really a tap through shift a little bit but not really more of a tick shift Uh and then I look for an entry 12 minutes in So at the it's a good time to look for that So we have direction we have
our area of interest we have our entry model and we have the right time to look for this sort of move So all these things I've stacked uh aligned in my direction and you know we also have uh you know lots of bullish volume on silver uh big type three shift on silver where we rejected this area of interest broken above these highs So you know added confirmation uh for buys there If we go back onto DXY DXY had this type two shift as well So bearish confirmation uh to look for sells on um the
dollar uh spreadshot And then on the gold spreadshot what are we also looking at here Uh we had a bit of a break to low but around 12 to 30 minutes we had a strong rejection of this uh 30-minute hourly area of interest level and we had a break above these highs you know 13 minutes in Uh so lots of confirmation there And this is how you can get you know a 90% win rate So 90% win rate on a pretty simple setup Um ideally you know for the best reversals they tend to be you
know price the alley candle opens immediately moves uh into a 30-minute hourly area of interest You have a strong rejection of that area of interest around 15 to 30 minutes in Um you know a tick shift or market shift Um and you know you can take um an earlier entry at the 15-minute candle or a later entry for a bigger type three shift at the 30-minute candle So there's always going to be two opportunities there if you're looking for that reversal Uh so for a pretty nice simple easy trade with all that correlation uh all
posted forecasted you know pre the open um with entries exits um and it all worked out really nicely Uh this is really nice conditions as well Maybe I should have held for a little bit longer but it is what it is uh and this is how you know I find my trades use that uh and uh you want to you know the holy grail of trading is clarity um most people you know say they struggle with discipline um and you know emotions all that type of stuff but you just don't like most of you uh
have all these psychological issues because you you're not actually sure or you don't actually know what a good trade looks like and what is you know how can you define exactly what a good trade is and that's simply because you know you need to put in the work in your journal to collect that data to validate what works for you Uh for me the number one priority is always to align market structure different directions of price price action I covered in this in the previous video Um but then the next step I always want to
be entering at a good high time frame area of interest Um and the entry has to be relative to the condition So if it's a little bit more ranging which it kind of is in these conditions um where you know I need to look at where I am in the previous move We've had this previous move um here kind like in this condition here Um if we have this big bearish move I'm no longer looking for sales I'm looking for correction of that because the conditions have been showing me that there's been you know equivalent
pretty equivalent pushes and pulls Price is likely to pull back towards the midpoint the mean Um so everything has to be adapting to the condition And then for entries uh it's mainly just a market structure shift with candle behavior timing for exactly when to enter a trade continuations in the first 0 to 15 minutes If it's more directional or trending uh but if it's more rangebound or if we're at you know an area where we'd be looking for a reversal it would be 15 to 30 minutes into the hour uh for added confirmation And like
ideally you want to be entering you know around 15-minute intervals uh in the hour And correlation is for you know general direction and uh entry Uh that's mainly what I use it for Um but you know if you want to get good at this if you want to trade like me practice practice practice take lots of action on this You know set up a journal use the journal because um even this on itself won't work A strategy only works when you apply it to the right conditions I applied this to the right sort of conditions
Um the trader has to have the skill to be able to apply the strategy correctly Uh so don't overly focus on strategy focus on building up your skill uh through action implicit knowledge understanding um all that type of stuff and you will get the results all the results you want Um but yeah an important learn learning recently that I had is that um you can trade every condition There's no bad condition Uh you just need to get good at trading it So I used to be really bad at ranges because I was so bad at
reversals Once I got good at reversals I got good at ranges and vice versa for continuations and high volume low volume Um but yeah hopefully this is helpful This is how you know I I won this trade Really nice It's a three riskreward trade Um and I have a 90% win rate So because I have a v variable uh risk award I don't really aim for risk award but it sometimes it just happens where I have a big win Uh but it is what it is Uh and yeah so hopefully this helpful I'll catch you
guys in the next video Uh if you want to join the Discord follow my trades for free you can do that in the link in the description below
