I know I'm going to die. I got to figure out how long I want the death to last. They want to see us in the playoffs.
They want to see us in the playoffs. They want to see us in the playoffs. They want to see us in the boys.
>> I look like you didn't even run that thing, you know. So Jordan today has got two 120s. First one's a little bit of a warmup for the second one and then we're going to do 300 after he gets a full recovery from the 120s.
what we're doing. He's kind of starting another cycle over a little bit. So, I always tap a little speed with a little strength on it.
And today's one of those days we're going to get a kind of a combo workout in. [Applause] Good. Good heel recovery.
Good stuff. Now stand up. Be tall.
Tall on the finish. >> Perfect. >> Yeah.
>> Yep. Let let your let your upper body be tall. You know, remember we talked about that earlier.
You hear about that a little bit, but it was it was good. First one. We'll walk back up there and try and take about six.
Do another one. >> You feel tappy? >> Oh, yeah.
>> Okay. How you feeling, Jordan? >> Smooth, man.
Just >> I know I'm going to die. I got to figure out >> how long do I want the death to last. That's it.
It's weird. It's not weird. They're different cuz I'm running new different spikes through.
So, it's like it's my second day sprinting these. So, I'm trying to accommodate them. But feel smooth.
First week out. Nothing to complain about. Just getting ready for trials.
Make a team. It's going by my day. >> Yes.
>> Hopefully win that month and hopefully have USA win a 4x1. >> Yeah. cuz God knows.
Definitely hot out here today. >> Right on my feet, too. >> All right, you guys feel like you're really good and warm.
>> That was warm for me right there. >> I figured it was. It's so hot out.
It don't take much. So, >> yeah. >> All right.
Let's just Let's just try and put a little more juice on this one. Okay. Just a little bit more.
Keep it tall and tappy. >> Try and let your chest rise. Let everything be tall.
Just be really tall on the finish. That last 50 meters, be up tall and tappy. Okay.
All right. Keep the chest tall. Everything tall on the finish.
That's what I'm looking for. >> I got to drive that home more. >> Just stay really tall on the finish.
Really tall. >> Hey, just drive. Just drive.
>> Yep. Stay with the knees. What's up, Yep.
>> How it feel? >> Same. Coach K said me up a failure.
>> So this is the easy part, right? >> Yeah. >> So I want you guys like 22 22 33 to 34 on the three.
No world records, right? Just just get tall and be smooth and work on that technical technique through the end of the race. Give me those last three.
Okay. Last three. Tall.
22s. Yep. Nothing crazy, man.
Just just smooth run. No, >> this is that this is that cruising altitude. >> Nice cruisy on me.
Set. Go. Come on.
Be tall. Be tappy. Be tall.
Easy. Now stay with it. Give me the last three.
Same position. Give me the last three. Right there.
Yep. Yikes. >> On fire again.
217 33 oh >> 33 0. Yeah, about 339. Good job.
I know that's fatiguing when you do it like that. >> Hell yeah. >> Good job, man.
217. That That looked like you didn't even run that thing, you know? Yeah.
You really moved a little bit until that 150 mark. That was perfect. That's what I wanted.
just getting up to cruising altitude and just staying with it for a long period of time. That was nice. >> Coach, what' you think so far?
>> I mean, that was almost exactly what I wanted. It was maybe a little faster than we were looking at, but you know, they got out a little harder and ran 217 through the two, but put him in good position. He didn't he didn't press that run at all.
He looked nice and relaxed, nice and calm. I was just looking for a long period of time that he was up to a fairly good running pace and have to stay with it for a long time. And that's what we got out of it.
So it was good, really good workout.
