there is nothing more important than a good night's sleep this is the precious time where the cells in our body can repair and heal I am going to show you something that's so simple yet so effective that's going to help you get to sleep quickly there's nothing like having a warm glass of milk before you go to sleep if it's dairy milk soy milk or even almond milk you're still going to get the same effect of benefits there are several sleep promoting nutrients that's going to help relax your nerves so you can get to sleep
the magnesium in milk will improve Sleep Quality because it binds the Gaba receptors Gaba as a neurotransmitter responsible for blocking impulses and reducing restlessness and the essential amino acid tryptophane when consumed the body uses this to produce serotonin which influences behavior and mood and tryptophane is converted into serotonin and then into melatonin which is the sleep hormone that helps to control your wake Cycles as it also regulates the circadium Rhythm and Nutmeg helps release neurotransmitters in the brain that completely relaxes your body and Nutmeg has been used for its sedative effects to treat nervous complaints
and to promote sleep nutmeg can reduce glucose levels in your blood nutmeg can help your body with pains and swelling in the joints it improves your brain activity and it keeps away depression by increasing the production of Serotonin hormones as serotonin has an effect on the neurotransmitters in the brain to help your body to remain calm and relaxed but it's those synergistic effects with that warm milk almond milk soy milk or dairy milk along with a few pinches of that nutmeg that can make all the difference that will get you to sleep fast and deeply
