Hello everybody. Jen, hello Emma Rainville and Mitch Barnham. How are you guys? We are fantastic. We're in the same room, so we've been playing bumper chairs all day. God, how exciting is that? Mitch has been whining about it. Well, you know, only about bumper chairs only because it was it turned into bumper knees for a second. I was waiting for that. That's because he moved his legs in the wrong way. You're supposed to know how to play bumper chairs. You're 40 years old. That's facts. I had like Well, you made me older than I feel
like. You know, like a 12-year-old boy. So, you made me 14. I appreciate that. May you never lose that. 14 years old. You made it to 14 years old. You should know how to play bumper chairs. That's true. I should. Guys, tell them. You're all men. Shouldn't you know how to play bumper chairs? Don't put your knee in the way. I'm also like in We don't look that different, but in comparison, I am very I can't see a difference between the two of you at all. No, because my chair is up and fluffy. But if
you see us standing side by side on the VSSL, you can see he towers over me. Acts like a giant vagina. How is everyone today? [laughter] I hope everybody is fantastic. You guys are reversed. He's got blue behind him and white up front. You got white, blue in front of you and white behind you. How cool is that? Can you believe he's not wearing black? You know, he's Can I tell you? Can I tell you? You know how we got him to stop wearing black? We told him poor people wear black and he looks poor.
So, he stopped wearing black. He wore nothing but black shirts. That's all he ever wore. It made picking out clothes every day very simple. Same black shirts. Black, black, black, black, black, black, black. Kevin Nation y j y j y j y j y j y j y j y j y j y jelled at me about it at driven because I told him what we did and he's like I wear black shirts every day. [laughter] I I I wear them a lot too. Ken, you know how generally speaking for me, I'm in a pair
of yoga shirts and a t-shirt that someone from Ignite sent me from something ridiculous that came out of my mouth. So, all right, let's get to work, shall we? VIPs. All right. So, today number one in your portal, did everybody see that your third agent is available to you? No. Okay. Um, can everybody see in the portals that Can everybody see in the portals that their new agent is available? It's there. Voila. Yay. Been there for a few days. [clears throat] It wasn't available though until Oh, yesterday it wasn't. Mine wasn't. Yeah, I did. I
didn't want to download it yet, so I didn't try to Ken if you didn't. It's been locked. It's okay. We I just usually let him talk. Um You would have got a virus, Jackie. I don't Yeah, he would have gotten a virus that was locked. You couldn't I'm just playing. That would be funny though if we put little viruses in their computers. I feel like we'd go out of business pretty quick. We would. Yeah. All right. So, we're back. I would love to hear how everything is going for everyone. What have you built? We do
this intentionally like a week later because we want to know what you built, how it went. And you know when the questions come in the week following the boot camp. So, everybody out there does the freaking boot camp and then they do the questions right following the boot camp. You haven't had a second to play around in it. It's not useful now. So, I would love to be useful to you and make sure that we get all of your questions answered. My ops um agent is pointing to an old um Slack account that I've got
which I had. I'll change the Slack account to a new one. Is there an easy way to change that? We just disconnect and reconnect and sign in under the other one. Do you feel comfortable? Do you feel comfortable sharing your screen? Trevor. You Trevor, right? Yeah, Trevor. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. I remembered your name, dude. If you understood how special that makes you. Huge. It's the It's the accent. You'll dream about that accent. Just kidding. Gabe, is he on? No. No. Is he not? I don't know. No. There you go. Right. I won. So, what do
you want to see? Okay. I want [laughter] your photos. No, I'm kidding. Go to Go to Claude, please. I can only see me and Mitch right now and Ken Grow. The Claude desktop app. What did I say? Claude, same thing. Yeah, there I am. Hi, guys. Oh, there. [laughter] Okay, so we got the desktop app and isn't it connectors? Customize and then connectors. Yeah, go to customize and then go to connectors and then find Slack and let's disconnect. upright. Thank you. And then we'll click connect. I keep one. You can try to click the buttons.
[laughter] Um, how do I know which account it's going to? So, you'll sign in. Yeah, there you go. See the See the way I named it D more old. That was sensible, wasn't it? Right. I'll try that. Say that one more time. What was that? I named the old one Denmore old. Nice. You changed the old one to say old. Oh, yeah. So, it makes it a lot easier. So, you're like, which Denmore am I picking? I don't know. Yeah. Not Dmore. Okay, that's great. I'll try that. Thank you. Beautiful. Thank you. Easy peasy. That
was the easiest. I'm just going to stop sharing my screen now. There you go. Absolutely. All right. Who's next? I'll go next if that's okay. Absolutely. Jackie, how are you? I'm doing great. How are you? I am fantastic. Saka, I sent you a message in Slack. Can you look please share? So, I was successfully able to Oh, we don't want to see that. Um to depends what we were about to show us. Yeah, [laughter] maybe we want to see it. To um see to build my my first agent. And now, granted, I didn't do some
of this stuff, but I did have a couple questions. So, during this process, it was asking me questions and I was answering them. And let's say I answered one of them incorrectly. Is there a way to go in and edit those questions that it asked me to build the agent? You can literally just like type to it if you want and say, "Hey, I said Slack when I really meant WhatsApp." And then Okay. It'll it'll edit its files. Okay. I Okay. Like, so here are some of the questions. So, if you know, like I said,
so I could just type Yeah. the update. Okay. Oh, that's pretty easy. Yeah. And so, it's going to be a twofer. Then if I wanted to name my agent, how do you do that? Do you want to name it? I just put in the instructions. You just put in instructions. You now call me this. I now call you that. Oh, okay. Yeah. So for now, just like you do for chat, right? Yeah. Yeah. But you can do it per agent. Like moving forward, your name is now I'm named mine in weird [ __ ] but
moving forward, your name is now insert name here and you will call me queen. [laughter and clears throat] And you can do that per agent and um you write it into the agent instructions as well that which which you won't. So when you do it like we told them one time from now on I'm boss lady. Remember that? Mhm. So for a while I was boss lady but after a while it stopped calling me boss lady cuz it didn't write it into the instructions. And then something Mitch taught me is you just tell it update
your struct or update your folder, right? update your folder and then you name the folder that it's connected to. So if it's like bookw writer folder, update instructions and bookw writer folder. Your name from now on is I will refer to you as Jim. I was going to say [laughter] I'm very creative. Jim, tell me he's a white guy with a Motorcycle without telling me he's a white guy with a motorcycle. No motorcycle. So in the agent instructions is that where I'm doing it. Okay. Okay. But you can do it right when you're create remember
when we create the agents out of the job description. Yes. Go into the job description portion. I'm sorry. Go into the um project and then say using this job description build me an agent that will forever be known as Tanya Tata. And Tanya will forever call me queen bee. Okay. You know what? Yours was much more creative than my gym. You know what to Tanya Tata does? What? Tada. She makes magic happen by reminding me things so that things get done. I like it. Yeah. [ __ ] that gets put in Slack that never gets
put in ClickUp. She puts in ClickUp for me. Tada. Magic. And then one last question. If nobody objects, we don't we don't care if any of them object. [laughter] We're going to answer your question. Go ahead. So, um, I went in to build the second agent and I noticed the files are a lot different. It's just a report. Am I still following the same protocol even though there's really not the same setup as the first one? The one Mi The one Mitch did or the one that you did? Well, the one that Mitch did. So,
the second the second a follow the same exact instructions. It's not really It's still instructions. Okay. The second one. Um, one is the ops analyst and the other one is the marketing one. Yeah, that's the Yes, the marketing one. Just has like a report. It's not It's not a report. It's still instructions. It's it's it's a it's a marketing analyst. So, it's doing things based upon the way a marketer would do things. your ops analyst is doing things the way an operations person would doing things. Okay. All right. So, second one to build. Follow the
same exact instructions. Every agent that comes from Mitch will look a little bit different. Okay. And that's okay. Your projects is probably going to write instructions the same format every single time. Mitches are going to be a little bit more um handwritten detailed. Okay. Thank you. You bet. That was fun. Ken, is there any alcohol in there? Uh, no. It's It's green tea. Boring. I know. [sighs] Sorry. I should have just made you fantasize about it, but you know, I don't drink. You should have made me fantasize about it. Why would I know you don't
drink? Was that You know, I didn't I don't drink. I def I don't know things about my children, Ken. What makes you think I would know things about you? Because you love me. Anyway, um, can I ask a question? Yes. Thank Thank you. Let's get right down. Yes. Delusions of grandeur. You can absolutely ask a question. Very kind of you and I love you too. You are number one. Uh anyway, [laughter] so I call you gay but you know I am happy. I am happy to see you. Okay. So I ran I I have two
uh claw accounts that I bought for myself. One was the desktop that I was using for a while. Then when I when I crapped it out and got it so so full, I opened up another one which I'm going to use just to do video stuff with right now. And I'm doing that with terminal. The user experience for terminal is very different than the user experience on the desktop. Yep. I'm I'm trying to figure out how if there's any way to improve the terminal experience because it's like the desktop I I have a sidebar. I
can see where different chats are um or different sessions are. And with terminal, I feel very lost and and I want to use the terminal one as my as my video editor, you know, as as the as the video team, just like you were talking about that you have a, you know, a specific agent for video in in an account. So, I'm wondering what the best way is to do that so it doesn't feel so weird. Um, it's a great question. Try using VS Code or any gravity. It'll be terminal feeling. You'll still you'll be
able to see the uh file and folder structures on the left and then it still has like a it keeps the history of your chats with it. Do you have anti-gravity? No, I don't even know what it is. I like it. Okay. It turns it turns dork code [clears throat] into readable words simplified for those of us. Some people are going to do way better um with the code and like because they understand it. We spent I'm not even kidding and and two very very smart people that make a lot of money. We spent so
long trying to explain to them Where the agents live when he built them a bookw writing agent at Driven. And then when we finished it was probably about two hours total because I was on the whole time you were on with Rose. Um probably about two hours total. And as we were getting up, he looked at me and he goes, "But where did the agents live?" Um, so this simp this definitely anti-gravity simplifies it for you quite a bit and it makes a lot of sense. Have Claude walk you through how to do that. Okay.
To say, "I need to add anti-gravity to this." As a matter of fact, when he was helping me one day and he had to go take a call and he came back and Claude had walked me through all of it and I had it on my computer already done without him. And this was like back when I didn't know how to work. I had to like tell it like I don't even know how to open the terminal. You have to tell me exactly what to do. I had to tell me to hit um um backspace
back slash [laughter] space bar. Wow. I think the stroke came back. Strokes are back. Strokes are back. And I guess I would do that in the terminal so that way it builds it itself inside of that whole installation. Absolutely. Uh it doesn't need to build itself. So you're like that folder that you you're getting into semantics. Well, it doesn't need to do anything in terminal. So like you don't it'll just download anti-gravity and then [clears throat] have Claude Desktop or wherever even just regular Claude web Tell you how to use it in there. It's super
simple. It looks scary. It's not. But don't even touch terminal to do that. Okay, cool. So, so it's something separate to download. In other words, I go to Google Google Anigravity download and then it's going to it's it gave me everything. Just go into the app and tell it you need to add anti gravity say would would you help me get any gravity installed and it'll give you the link. It'll tell you every single step. Okay. Why is it better than VS Code? It'd be better for Visual Studio. it. Virtual Studio is a million times
better. Yeah, anti-gravity would be better for Ken. Simplifies it. Just it makes it very very simple to use. VS Code I I will argue that it's better because Mitch uses it. It's the only reason why I would argue that it's better. Obviously, obviously makes it better. Uh anything that's simplified to make it easy is likely not as good. But it doesn't matter because if you can't use it and it's too confusing to use, it's not going to be good for you at all. So you and Anyravity has worked just fine for me, Ken. Okay, cool.
Thank you. Yeah, and that's what it can like with VS Code. You can do the same thing in anti-gravity. That's where all my video editing agents work out of is VS Code. That's I I operate 100% in VS Code or anti-gravity. You can use cursor replet all that [ __ ] It's just user user preference. Okay, cool. All right. Thanks, [clears throat] Jason. Please, by all means. Morning. First of all, from Oz. Um, 12week course. Extra team members. How do I book them and pay for them? I'm just finalizing some numbers now. Did you already
sign up for the I signed up? Yeah. And it was on Saturday or Sunday. Yeah. And I did flick you guys an email saying, "Look, how do I get back in? I need to confirm numbers during the week." Um, which I'm finalizing numbers. I'm probably gonna have about six to seven of us in total. Yep. Um, V. Uh, Victor's not on the call. Saka, are you on the call? Yep. Right here. Beautiful. Saka is actually the best human being in all of the world. I've been saying that for four days. I got my ass handed
to me at event this week and Saka just saved me every time. Um, Saka, would you please send him the link? If you are Jason going to do more than four, please. Did you email me? Cuz I'm not seeing it. Yeah. Um, just the general one. I don't have your direct contacts. Whatever that was on the website. So, yeah, best contact. But sucker sends that. I'm really sorry about that. I'm going to send you my email right now. And another thing, is there any prep work I should be doing with the team beforehand or let
them come in? They are some are are playing and doing quite a lot with Claude and and chat. Um I've sort of explained the file structure myself. I'm probably six, seven hours in built amazing files but finally got the shits and went hey I'm done with files. I want to do the work and I'm at that stage now where it said right let's let's start working and getting all the DNA stuff detail in. Um bit complicated because I've got an umbrella employment company and then multiple companies and brands. So, it's doing it the right way.
We're starting at the top and working down. And then I'm assuming we duplicate a lot across the other businesses and brands. It'll just be their DNA. I have to update the file structure will be correct. Yeah. Um, we're going to be doing like an advanced version of that DNA too during our time together. And so, Saka will send you a link for adding them. Mhm. Um once you add them, uh Saka, is it better for you to make new login for them for the VIP portal or do you want him just to share his login?
The same login should be fine. No need for a new portal. Okay. So go ahead and use your login for them and tell them to watch day one and two in the beginning of day three when we're teaching skills so that they're at least a breast with everybody else. Additionally, you get the digital workforce stack which is a 12week program. Mitch and I sell for like 2,000. It's just under $2,000. You get that immediately when you buy AIA. So, go ahead and um have them do the first two days in the beginning of the 3-day
boot camp first and then have them, it's called the digital workforce stack. We call it the AI edge blueprint. You'll have them go in and just start watching uh videos one, two, and three. And that'll get them nice and caught up. Perfect. They may be more advanced than I know, but that's And they can watch it three times this. Yeah, they can watch it three times the speed and slow down and fast forward through. Um, I will ask them to pay particular attention to the AI DNA and pay particular attention to how I build the
project because there are multiple ways to build the project. You know, 100 ways to that. Um, but other than that, they should be able to jump right in. No problem. Cool. And, uh, when you know, if you got enough Aussies, I'm not sure you did say the we're a Friday Saturday morning for us. So, um, if you did get enough Aussies, you were going to kick it out 2 hours, like do your on the on the Friday, but that's okay if you haven't. I've told them it's 4:00 a.m., so they all know their commitment is
4:00 a.m. Um, for Aussies, you're doing Hold on, we're just sidebarring talking for one second. How How many people are you adding? Look, there's eight I want. One's just working out whether she can juggle the kids that early in the morning. Um, so look, I'm gonna have at least six to seven, I'd say. Hold on. I'm a plus one, folks. I'm Michael Aussie. Good mate. Good day, bud. [clears throat] Where in Aussie are you guys? Sydney for me. I I I used to be I used to live directly across from Hide Park. I'm so homesick.
Yeah, you said that. Yeah, you said that. Right in town there. Where are you, Mike? I'm on the Sunshine Coast. Oh, cool. Been a sunny in ages. I have another one as well, but I've just got all my screaming kids in the background, so I'm just Yay. Um, keeping it quiet. Yeah. So glad you guys are here. I never stopped screaming. M 2022, they're screaming still. They scared the [ __ ] out of me last night. I had a conipion. [laughter] My neck's still sore. Hey, time to [clears throat] move him on, mate. Get him
out of the house. No, it's too much fun. It's way too much fun. Hey, can I ask a question really quick, Jason? 5:00 p.m. our time, does that work for you, or does it need to be later than that? No, no. Um, look, I've got him committed to 4:00 a.m. It's just it would make it a bit more. We're just We're just ask We're just asking the question. What time is it for you at 5:00 PM our time? Just working that out now. 5:00 PM. Now it is 6:22. What time is it there now? I
think we're All right, got it. Hold on. Yeah, that'll be like 8 8 in the morning, would it? Yeah, that's pretty good. Yeah, [clears throat] we can lipre and and do the sign language thing. We got all that. Don't Don't be smart, buddy. There's only one [ __ ] person around here. It's funny. Okay, it's me. Yeah. Okay. All right. Seriously, Jason, if you guys do 8, we'll do 6:00 p.m. Central time, which would be 9 a.m. New York time. So, if you guys tack on heat, we'll do one. Um, we'll we'll do it. We'll
have it. Yeah. Cool. Thank you. So, thank you. Thank you. What was your time again? What time you doing? We'll do 6 PM, which is 9:00 a.m. for you. 9:00 a.m. [clears throat] for us. Love it. Wow. And that's for the Saturday session. Still keep them going on the early session of the Saturday. Then the Wednesday would have to be kicked back. And Jason, remember just to be indexing index it on their time because when the time changes between us and it's all it's all screwed up like three times. Yeah. Hey Jason, we want to
make this a no [ __ ] brainer for all the Aussies. So what we're going to throw we had a bunch of you on the freaking call. So it we may even get it more. So it's probably good for us. If you do um the eight, we'll do t uh Tuesday and Thursday. So it's Wednesday and Friday and you don't got to ask your people to work on Saturday. Particularly your mother. Mhm. Cool. Yeah. Once you're happy, confirm the what you can do. We'll do it. And one thing I just confirmed. I just confirmed. Okay.
Just because you've just confirmed, Emma, can I just I I lost a little bit track there. That's okay, Michael. I love their voices. It's Michael. I know, right? [laughter] Do you have a knife? It's not a knife. The knife. That's right. I'll bring my knife out. You We're going to [ __ ] with you guys the whole time, just so you know. Yeah, they're not just knives. They're machetes and their swords. Anyway, S when when you said you said Wednesday, you were talking Wednesday, Friday, Australian time. Is that correct? I'm so sorry. Can you say
that? Mitch just got a text message from his wife that said, "Call me now." So, we're like, "What the hell?" Yeah. That's never good. Okay. Okay. Um, so, so it was Wednesday, Friday, Australian time. Is that what you you were saying? Yeah, because it'll be Tuesday, Thursday for us. Y at night. So, it'll be Wednesday, Friday for you in the morning at at was it Jason? Was it 8 and 9 or 8 or 9? It'll be 9. It'll be 9. We don't want you to have to come in at 8 if you have kids to
get off school. Awesome. 98 m. Love it. It's four for Mitch, six for me, nine for you. I love it. Ask um my guy in Australia if he wants to come to that as well then because I I wasn't going to get him up at 4:00. You bet, Trevor. We can Well, I already figured we were moving you over. That's one of the first things we said is Trevor's moving. [laughter] No, I'm I'm not I'm not moving, but he would cuz he's in Australia. You wouldn't want to even though you're in the UK, you wouldn't
want to move over. It's cuz that'll be for you. That'll be UK time. That Oh, it's 12 a.m. I'm a [ __ ] idiot. Time zone [ __ ] I'm so sorry. Forget it. All right. Sorry about that. Does that answer your question? Um, Jason, if you want to send your guy, Trevor, we can split it. It's not a big deal at all. Love it, Dan. Thank you. That's great for the Aussies. Mhm. On the call, huh? I've got an admin question. Uhhuh. I I know you you gave a [ __ ] the other day
when you said, you know, we're building AI agents, but we can't clear the cash a the history, right? I would never give anyone [ __ ] I would never give anyone [ __ ] I would never do that. I love it. If you're if you're not copying [ __ ] in Australia, something's wrong. All right. You need to you need to get it. So, I've relogged on various email uh various um devices over time. My son, iPad, phone. We're getting different results. I've just cleared my computer from your portal. Yeah. Some some are locked, some
are not. Are you still on at the same time? And I'm currently in my portal and I've cleared like I went cleared and cach a forever and this is not a computer I normally use so it's definitely gone and I'm still locked. Saka, are you on? Yep. Yep. See, can you share your screen for us? [clears throat] My tech guy is on the phone and so tech guy that was shitty. Saka. So, one one of the most brilliant operations specialists who specializes in ops tech is on the call, who is a phenomenal human being and
understands tech far better than I do. Can take a look for you. Saka, if you AK tech guy, [laughter] that's what I'm saying. He can't see He can't see that. Can you just share your screen? He can. It might be I'd have to log in on my iPad. Just hold on. But look, the other question I've got is is there were bonuses for showing up to the calls, which I've been doing. I found one on Facebook. I've got a hold of Victor. He was talking about I I'll send it via Slack. I think there's I
think there's three on Facebook, but we can send them all to you. Saka can send them all to you right now if you don't have them. I'm very Facebook challenged. I've never worked it out. I just I'm not a social media person. It's okay. It's okay. But they're very valuable. Me neither. So, yeah. Cool. It's not a problem at all. It's not a problem at all. Um Saka, can you pull his email, please, and make sure that he gets all of the freebies from Mitch? Yeah, perfect. Y So, just to cover up what we got,
you you we did three. You You guys Because we're VIP, we got three agents. You actually got four. I haven't given you the fourth one yet. That's the loans. Cuz I got the email the other day. Hey, we built you a fourth agent. Go. Awesome. And then there are three bonuses as well, but I don't know what they are. So that's it. So you you have other bonuses in your portal. Um Saka, would you grab the VIP portal and share your screen and walk them through where to find them? You have the bonuses for show
up, which we'll happily email them all to you if you didn't find them on Facebook. No big deal at all. Um they were dropped in the calls except for one where Mitch got off the call and forgot. But we'll drop the three to to everybody in email after the call. No problem. And then you have the bonuses that are in the actual um Saka whenever you're ready you can just share your screen and walk them through. You have the actual bonuses that are in the portal which Saka will show you now and then we'll figure
out what's going on with your portal. Can you scroll down um please Saka? And there's a bonus brand voice cloner. Is that another thing? I've got I've got a brand Michael. Michael, let's do one thing at a time because you're moving on before he showed you the next thing. So, chill out for just a second. Let him let him Do this and then we'll go through questions. Promise. So, to the left of your screen talk, if you scroll down a little bit, if you look at navigation, you get your session replays, the Facebook group, and
get support. And then you have how to install your agent, there's a bonus video there. There's an ops intelligent analyst. That's the one of the agents. There's a media intelligent agent. That's another one. The email management agent is another one. And then you have the meeting prep and agent daily brief. That's another agent that we just loaded in for all VIPs. You guys should see that now. So that's your fourth agent. So you have four agents. And then if you go down to resources, here's where a bunch of bonuses are. I don't know why that
AI employee is locked, Saka, but we've got the old versus AI powered playbook. We have the 21 agent job descriptions already built out for you. We have agent scout. So if you just don't know which freaking agents to um create, you can go through the quiz, answer the questions, and then use agent scout. And then Saka, how come the AI employee doing locked? I'll just unlock down right now. I'm sorry. Just the icon. Oh, the icon's locked, but it's right here under everything else. So when you click on it, it'll go straight down to there.
Thank you, Saka. Um, okay. What ones were you missing that you So, you also have the three that aren't in there. Thank you, Saka. You also have the three that aren't in there that have Um that are the re uh the show up on one. So, we're happy to send that to you. No problem at all. Um Saka, I'm sure you have his email. Yeah. So, Emma, I didn't get the third. Hold on. Sorry. Hold on. Hold on one second. Let us get through one thing at a time. I I I'll Saka, you have his
email, correct? Yeah, I do. All right. And then Jackie, was that you saying you didn't have it? Yes, I didn't have I don't have the third one. Saka, can we send all three to all VIPs emails just to be sure that they've gotten them and it's not confusing. Got it. Oh, yeah. Thank you so much. And we'll do um we'll we'll do um an extra one just for the aggravation. Give us a few hours to make it. Thank you. I I noticed there's a brand voice cloner as a bonus on the left. I didn't Did
you see that, Saka? I have this in my portal. I think the brand voice is one of the ones that he did um on the call, I believe. Wow. Okay. [clears throat] But we'll still message you all three because I think only one made it into the portal and then the other two are on the Facebook page. So we'll um or one's the other one's on the Facebook page and the other one went in the chat. So we'll make sure all three get emailed to everybody. Probably they'll be in your portal and probably Saka will
email you to look in your portal. But now you can't get in your portal. So let's figure that out. Were you able to log in here so we can see it? Um, I've just got to go back to my email. I've got multiple devices trying to work this out. Okay. Uh, give give me two sex. I'm just [clears throat] Java, how are you? I love that. And I want to make sure we get him in his portal. Saka, please. It It's kind of important because I'm doing the 12. It's very It's very important. It's very
important. Yeah, I'm doing the 12week thing as well, though. So, yeah, that portal is a little bit different. It's password protected. Um, you know, um, does everything does everything migrate over? No. No, you still have this one. Um, you're you work with Jason, right? No, we just we're in the same country. You know each other from the No, we don't know each other. It's a bit like saying you know Donald Trump. No, you don't. You just live in America. [laughter] We don't know each other. We don't talk about Donald Trump on these calls. [laughter] Here
we go. All right. I started politics. All right, we're not doing that. All right, so I'm I decided I decided I was not going to win that participation trophy because me and Mitch are very divided on the subject. All right, so I am currently in my portal. Um, I have to share my screen. I'm doing that with I know you guys are frustrated, but I'm getting there. No one is frustrated. Is anybody on the call frustrated? Is anybody ups that? If they are, then [ __ ] off. They're not our people. We need to get
you in. You're good. [laughter] Okay. Sharing [clears throat] screen. Absolutely. Now, if it's a cash problem, we are all going to collectively [ __ ] with you. I just want you to know that. It It may well be, but it's am I is it sharing or not? No, I see screen broadcast and Zoom. Is everything okay? Who the hell is I'm trying to find the portal through strokes and test? So somehow I'm I'm broadcasting. Am I? I must be. [clears throat] You're broadcasting. Um he can't share his screen. [laughter] I know. It's pretty bad. There
we go. There we go. There we go. There we go. Yeah. No. No. I'm not completely. Yeah. So, you're all right. You're all right. Hold on. Hold on. So, can you stop moving? Stop moving. No, that's should we have download agent zip file. Download agent zip file. Download. It's not locked. It's all here. What's slots? All right. So, this this is a good one. All right. It's just that it's not it's not regular. It's this is what I'm saying. Across different devices, I get different results. Even when I clear the cache, and I've noticed this
with my son's stuff. I mean, I'm literally I'm not completely tech. I get it. Mhm. [laughter] But, um, so that's going to be problem number one. But that's okay. We'll I'm just giving you feedback. That's all. We're happy. Honest to God. Honest to God. Honest to God, you'll be fine. It's all going to be okay. Um, why would why would it cash on one um or why would it go on? He tried to resign in. He tried to clear the cash. He tried to go incognito and it wouldn't work on one device, but now it's
working on this device, but he needs it to work on the other device because the other device is what he uses. What's What is there What are the other devices like the um iPad? It's Apple iOS and Mac and sorry and um and Windows. And which one which one is it working on? Just the iPad. It's just working on the iPad. But the weird bit was for my son it was working on his Windows and wouldn't work on his phone which is Apple. It was all it was all weird. I I I troubleshoot tech for
a living. So I got some idea and it's like this is weird. Not sure. That is very weird. I don't know. Daka, do you have any thoughts on this? Yeah. Uh, I'm just checking the back end as well. I'm just testing on my different devices as well. Not able to Look, guys, I'm not I'm I'm okay. We don't need to get stuck. Everyone else is happy. Um, I I got what I needed. As long as one device works, we're all good. Uh, I'm just logging in again. Now it's working. So, now it's working. I I
receded the cash. Yeah, Saka, I would still like you to check into this because here's the thing is if somebody doesn't have access to their stuff. So, one, that one little lock button, that's kind of a pain in the ass. Um, if you could fix that. And then two, if you could investigate this. Um, I don't know if there's anything you can do, but let's try, please. Yep. Yep. On that. Thank you. I'll see if I canate. Yeah. And then and then Mitch will try and replicate it. Thank you for bringing it to our attention,
Michael. The other thing that he brought up is the the bonus gifts are like kind of hard to get. And I know you only gave him the thing and it's been like but can we're going to email all three to all the VIPs today, but um he said that there's only one on Facebook, not two. I'm pretty sure Victor put two, but then we also have a third one. So, we're just going to uh Can you send all of the uh files to Saka and he's going to send it to via email before this call's
over to all VIPs? Yep. It's not going to be fancy written, guys. It's just going to go ahead Ken. Sorry. This is these are the ones for us showing up. I'm just going to send it to all VIPs. And so No, that's fine. I just I just I I ran out of power on on Friday and and um Victor said he was going to send it to me. So that's the one that you you were live to get, right? Awesome. Love you. Mean it. So I get all three. And forgive Victor if he was slow
responding. He was at we ran backtoback masterminds in Austin, Texas. Oh, no. It's fine. I just to let you know when I just logged on. I've got four agents showing now. Four VIP agents. So, as you should. Yeah. Good. Okay. Awesome. No, Victor's great. He said he was busy. He was all good. I'm I'm busy doing Can I ask another question? Yes. If you stop sharing your screen. Have I not share? Have I stopped sharing or not? No. Okay. Is that better? Uhhuh. Thank you. Okay. Pardon me. All right. So, I am someone that does
things very thoroughly. Um, I'm downloading my DNA. My DNA is my personal DNA because I don't have a company. Um, I am building a factory basically, which is why you guys are so important for me. So, I've got 25 years of research and development, execution. Um, it's like 25,000 hours of work that I've just downloaded over 9 months. human factors and like really good stuff. And [snorts] that's my database for producing products. But I'm building the layer below that, which is the factory, which is what this is, which is multiple computers, um, IP protection, which
is what you guys are offering, and then building out the agents, etc. I'm currently at the DNA stage. It's it's very very thorough. But something I always do is I bring things down to napkin. If it's not on a napkin, Don't work. You said it. Two pages and your agent. Anything more than that doesn't work. My human factors document's 93 pages and it's all important. When I bring this thing down, cuz I fly planes for a living, it's that technical world I live in. I've been trained like that for a long time. So, it's it's
very intensive. So to bring it down to two pages, c can a can an AI agent handle 93 pages of of that or does it just through chew through your tokens and unnecessary? How do I integrate this brain because it's [ __ ] good? Yep. I don't want to not use it. I want to use it. I know. I'm going to show you something. So, have you gone through the entire DNA yet? He's over here. Don't use 93 pages. cuz he's losing his [ __ ] mind. We're going to get We're going to get there.
We're going to get there. We're going to get there. You have the 93 pages cuz you need all 93 pages. The history and the tribal knowledge is important, but do you remember when I did you go through the entire process of making the DNA yet? I I haven't because I've all right. So the reason is I wanted to finish what I was doing so that when I went into the DNA process, I actually understood how to take the important bits out of what I produce, which is far too much into yours. Yep. So work on
mine because it'll probably speed up yours by a massive amount. I'm serious. Because it knows how to interview to extract the information. So rather than you sitting and typing it all out and thinking of everything, it's just so much easier. But here's what you end up with at the end. If I can remind you, can you see my screen? Yeah. So this is the master DNA, right? This has the M. This has the markdown file with everything. And there's tons and tons and tons behind that that you can't see, right? But it's a massive markdown
file. And then I have a specification of the same thing which has a quarter of the information in it. It's the high level that we need to know. Yep. And then I have an executive handbook. This is all made off of the DNA. So DNA is step one. And then right after the same AI tool that you're in is gonna make this for you. So this is the executive handbook and that's a quarter of what the um specification one is. So it just pulls it and makes it smaller and smaller and smaller. So you house
all of the information cuz documenting all of it. What happens if it all lives here and you cease to work? I know that's why I took it I pulled it all out. I've got it in one document and then I'm gonna flesh it out to various places appropriately. I tend to put it in the DNA. You can put it in the DNA in one spot and then you can dummy that down to 25% of the information is high level and then you can dummy that down to like need to know basis but then you have
all of the information if you ever need the tribal knowledge in the history again. Yeah. So do I put those in files or artifacts? What what's the best question? When you get when you get done with the DNA process with either you can use what whatever AI tool you normally use is the one you want to do it in because it knows the most about you and it knows how to ask you the questions to extract the most information. When you finish it's going to make you markdown files. Oh yeah. Because those are the uh
most token friendly. Those are the most token friendly for claw for chatd for perplexity or whatever you're using. Okay. So, you'll end up with three markdown files that will access those and what it needs from those. Just to go on that same point what Ken's going on, but I've got those three files now. Where do they go? So, I've got I've actually got four. I've got the handbook, the runtime, the DNA, and I've also got my voice. So, where do I put them in my project? In my project. So I have mine on my Oh,
in your project. So specific to in your project. Let me share my screen again. Which goes in where? Specific to in my project. Here's my project. Right. I have my [clears throat] project instructions which I gave to you. You have for this. This is to write the job descriptions and agent instructions. Right. Right. And then I've got right here my context. So I can just upload files here and that's where I have all three of those. Oh, so you put all three in context. Mhm. Okay, great. Thank you. And then um just one thing, Jackie,
since I'm here, Jackie, you watching? I'm with you. If you want to, you can have the agent instructions go down at the bottom and just say, additionally, prior to writing agent instructions, ask me what to name my agent and have the agent call me Jackie or whatever you want to I I like it to call me queen or something [ __ ] crazy because I'm nuts. But um but you can do whatever you want and that's where you'll write it. That's where I was talking about. All right. Thank you. Absolutely. Any other questions? Javier, you
came in. What's going on? He just has the best smile. He always thumbs up for peace. Easiest ever. How you doing, Todd? Yeah, look, I'm just listening because I I'm a fair way back and I'm still doing my DNA thing and I'm going to have to backtrack and watch a lot of the videos. But I missed um at the start there was something about uh Slack. Did you send something through Slack to people? Was it something I didn't get there? That was us connecting. Oh, we were connecting. Oh, I already forgot that. That was like
a year ago. Um, we were we were disconnecting and reconnecting someone's slack because they had added the wrong channel to their agent. Okay. So, probably where where I'm at. Can't um I can't quite afford your your full thing, which I would love to do, but I'm thinking of doing the um the other program you've got. I just want to know is that it's basically what you're doing in the full like handholding things just you got to watch videos to do the same thing. Is that right? Um, no, because you watched the whole thing. So, I
think what you're talking about is our um AI edge blueprint. Yes. Yes. So, we have What do I miss? What do I miss out on? This is You guys are making like selling really [ __ ] easy for me. So, thanks for that. [laughter] I don't have to pitch [ __ ] You're asking for it. Okay. So, um we have two of those. And so, one is the AI Edge and one is the AI Edge Pro. and I'll just kind of walk you through that very very briefly. I don't have like a slide deck or
anything because I wasn't planning on pitching anything. We're on VIP. It was Q&A only. But I'm happy to share with you. So, it's a self-paced digital program. AIA is a bit different. AIA is a lot more advanced. So, I don't want to give the illusion that um it's the same program just um video recordings because it's AIA is much more in depth than that. AI we're going through and we're building an entire workforce together over a um period of 12 weeks. We're stress testing it. We're making sure it all works. This is like we're teaching
you how to how to do everything yourself and then you're off doing it yourself. We're not custom building anything. It's more general. It's still good, by the way. It's not bad, but it's the difference between a $1,500 product and a $9,000 product. It's not just that we're on calls. It's one is much more robust. Still a good program though. So we go through 12 Weeks um which everybody who purchased AIA gets this. So it's since so many of you got it, it's cool to go over anyway. So it's 12 weeks and we go over how
to get more in depth on your AI brain. We make sure that your projects are understood. So like if you saw my project, you'll see that you can schedule things and there's just a lot more of that in there. Additionally, um you're saying you're going to join the dots more on a on a specific level for each person. Is that right? Say again then. What you're saying is you're going to join the dots for how each specific person would use the AI in their business. Is that right? Rather than just watching generalized videos about you're
not going to watch generalized videos. They are more in depth. AI AI architect. We're going through and building together um agents for every department. We build out eight departments. We're building a command center where you can work with your agents and your tools in one dashboard. We're teaching how to build dashboards, how to build agents that build agents. It's it's far more advanced. So, I didn't want to give the illusion to you that what you watched in that slide deck is what you would be buying. But this is how to build agents, how to build
an AI workforce, and how to think about that. And so there's a 1497, which is just the videos and off to the races you go. And then there's a 1997 where you get one call a month for 6 months. Mhm. Um with Mitch and I. And it's like we're on and off in 30 to 45 minutes and it's just Q&A about the modules themselves. that that might help me bridge the the gap between uh you know theory and what I'm putting into my business sort of thing. Yeah, [clears throat] I might want to do that
but I would love to do the other program. Just I got to wait for another job to come through. So you do the this other program um like every so many weeks or months you start a new one. AIA uh the main program which is the 9,000 thing. Yeah. So, AIA we do um once every I don't know kind of when the wind blows. Me and Mitch are a little weird. So, we'll just be like I don't want to do this this month and then we'll say yes. But it's every time we have a boot
camp. We have a boot camp [clears throat] coming up. So, you'll have plenty of opportunity. And if you buy the uh AI edge blueprint, um if you've purchased it and within I think it's 45 days you decide to move to AIA, you get a full credit. If it's after that, you get a 50% credit. So, if you were to pay the two grand on the Pro, you would get the 9K for 2,000 off if you did it within 40 days, or you'd get 1,000 off if you did it after that. Anytime after that. All right,
that's good to know. All right, thank you. Sako, would you send him the link for that program, please, [clears throat] just so he has it? Yep, I need it. It's still a good program. I don't want to downgrade the program. The program's really good, particularly if you're techsavvy. If you're not so techsavvy, you know, you're not going to have anybody to walk you through it. But if you're techsavvy, it it it's a good start for sure. To be honest, on the very first day, I got lost just where I should save a file and I
got sidetracked with that and I just lost my whole place in of the next things to do. And so, I've got to go through the videos and try and work it out. But, um, yeah. Yes. I I would say if you feel frustrated with the boot camp, this is the next level of advancement. It probably isn't for you. Yeah. And look, I love taking people's money. Don't get me wrong, but I don't want to take someone's money who's not going to I want I I I Mitch and I I I believe we both agree. I
really don't give a [ __ ] if he doesn't. If people don't if people don't genuinely feel good about the money they gave me, I don't want to keep it. And I don't want to give it back after I've worked for it. So, I don't want to sell it to you unless you really feel like it makes sense for you. So, I didn't say I didn't feel good about it. What I said was I just got lost and I couldn't get my place in cuz I got a bit of an ADHD brain. So, once I
get lost, I'm screwed. We're the Yeah, we're the same. We're the same. And I wasn't saying you did. I was just saying go through the boot camp and if you don't feel really comfortable with the Pacing and like you can't implement, this pro this product probably isn't for you. Yep. That's a good call. Okay. Um, love to see you on another boot camp or at AI Edge or at AIA though. We We'd love to see you in the future when it makes sense for you. Does that mean it's a one-on-one? What like once a month
that you do for 30 minutes or something? I know. No, no, no, no. Oneonone. It's So, we do cohorts. Cohorts. Cohorts. Is that how you say it? Yeah. Cohorts. So, it's um like you'd probably be dumped in with like 30 40 people. The first month, five people will show up. After that, you'll be the only one on the call cuz no one [ __ ] commits after that. It just is. It's why I don't like that program to be honest. I like the 8K cuz not because I like the money because I do like the
money. We end up selling the same amount by the way and it's a lot less work for the done for you. Um, I just I really like the 8K because people the 8997 that kind of commitment you show up every [ __ ] week and you actually build it. For this one, it's like so we don't you you notice you have to ask us for it. We didn't even tell you about it. We tell so few people about it because you have To be super self-motivated. You have to not get anxious when you don't understand
things. You have to be willing to really sit and play around and then wait a month to get on a call with us and still be motivated enough to do it. That's why we're not big fans of this program and we don't promote it because it's really hard um to get people to actually utilize the modules and if it works out and booking design thing or whatever that's fine. Yeah. Um I'm a little confused as to what's on offer and what I bought. So I'm VIP now doing the boot camp. I'm all in. This is
all this is all I do now. I'm not working. The next thing is I'm going into the to the 12week program. Um I can't even remember what that which is that the one you just talked about where people No, don't. No, no, you get that for free in the in the You get that you get that program for free inside of the 12-week program you have. But is the 12week program your your your basic your big one where like there's nothing else to do? Just show up for that and you get everything? That's all I
need to know. Happy days. I'll show up every day for that one. No worries. I love that. He's like He's like, I'll show up every day. As a matter of fact, I'm going to join all the other cohorts, too. [laughter] No, not really. I'm I'm very pleased. Thank you. No, that's great. We're happy to have We're really happy to have you. People who are motivated to get it done motivates us. We have like very little motivation when people show up to What did you call it? What did you call it? Mental masturbation. Mental masturbation. We
hate that. like learning for the sake of learning but not really learning. I there are things to learn for the sake of learning, not a $9,000 product, right? Yeah. So, fortunately on that product, people show up and they actually implement and every once every once in a while, I'll be honest, every once in a while someone will go through the program and they really feel a little bit lost at the end, like they couldn't go replicate it themselves. The point of the program is you should know it so well at the end that you could
go sell the same service. And so sometimes people get lost there and they'll come to the next cohort, which they get for free by the way. If if you don't feel like you've gotten everything out of it and you need help more, we'll let you come into the next 12 for free. Okay. We we got some If you shown up, if you've been a pain in the ass and you didn't show up, you can [ __ ] off. But if you No, I'll be a pain in the ass when I show up. That's fine. I'd
love that. Come, let's go. I will [ __ ] with you all day. You have talked so much. You've given us so Much ammunition. Challenge. [laughter] Let's go. Well, my my son, he's working with me. He got his own little pro project going. Um, and when I say little, it's actually freaking It's going to be really good. Um, but he's working in a gym and they've just he just mentioned he was doing AI and this is how desperate people are. He just got a gig to design a a um a system where they that they're
constantly chasing money and they're doing it all manually on the phone. And they said, "Can you automate this for us?" Yep, no worries. 400 all auto SMS, all email. And he got he's going to get paid 3,000 bucks and he doesn't even know what he's doing. You know, it's we're we're in a nice and he doesn't we we have literally gotten on calls with people. I'm not kidding. In our first our very first ever cohort for AIA, we were on a call with a guy who sold a bunch of people him doing this for them
and then paid us the 9K to teach him. And he's like, "Can we speed this up? I got to get these contracts serviced." No [ __ ] We're just like, "What the [ __ ] is going on?" Yeah. No, it's really like what you're teaching is so powerful. It's amazing. It's so foundational, so ground level. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Any other questions about implementing your agents, utilizing your agents? Everybody understands how to set up routines, skills, their agents are working, everything feels good, looks good. And we understand what the fourth agent does. Yes,
sir. Trevor, I've got two very quick questions. One is um I've started to get really pissed off with Claude because I'm asking it questions and it's getting going around in logic circle and I'm telling it, what the [ __ ] are you doing? It really is. Do you say that? Do you say that? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I just want to make sure when I have the same conversations with chat GBT, I get on really well. I'm just bond and it's great and I love it and it's that easy. You use chat gbt. Should I be
doing code in something related to the equivalent of cord code in chat chat gbt? You can do it in codeex. I prefer chat gbt. He hates that I say this. I don't care. I prefer chat gbt. Claude code in my opinion hates some of us and likes some of us. Claude behaves really well for Mitch. He has zero problems, zero issues. I experience hell. This thing [ __ ] hates me. When it becomes a robot, it is going to kill me. I'm convinced of it. It will. I know. Chat Jimmy on the other hand just
like he just does what the [ __ ] he's told. But it it varies on the conversation cuz I'd spent two well two months probably getting all the code ready and building the program. And I was doing terminal. It was telling me what to do and it was working really well backwards and forwards. And if the logic went wrong, I to stopped it and it came back and it was great. But when I've started to do this, uh, I've got all the 38 MD files together and I've started to say, I need to put them
into directories and sort them out and can you help me build the programs? Uh, the the prompt. Did you say 138 MD files? No, 38 for what? For the program, the software that I'm building. Oh, okay. I understand. Thank you. Go ahead. So, it's all it's all the different sections and layers of it and the the build process and everything because that's it took 38 different chats to get through it and so on. So they're they're all now compiled in in directories. But when I was getting to build those, it was just going around in
loops and it it wouldn't do anything. What um what is this called? Why can't I think of words? Model. Did your wife have a stroke, too? She couldn't talk. Yeah, hers is way worse than yours though. She gave it to us. Yeah. Yeah. Um we'll have to call her and yell at her later. What model are you using? Sonnet. Fable. Sonet. What what are you using here? Oh, it varies. If I I use the cheap one. You try Fable 5? No, but I I if it gets confused, I go up a level or two. You
need to try Fable 5. It's going to be more expensive, but you're going to waste so much less. And I if you're building software, if you're building software and you have the markdown files, wouldn't you agree? Wouldn't you use Fable 5 and code? I wouldn't use I wouldn't use codeex. I would use Fable 5 and code. It's going to do way better. Fable's only good really for coding, which was what you do. It's stupid at everything else. You might as well just use Opus or Sonnet. I mean, Opus 4.8 is good at coding, but um
I would use Sonnet for what you're doing coding software. I stick with Fable 5 or uh Opus 4.8. Yeah. Can I can I tell you something rather funny? Yeah. My guy that works for me, he's my son-in-law in Australia. He was trying out an AI tool. It's called V Pilot. It's in there some software that we sell and it literally does a API calls and he used 20 tokens. He I've used up my free tokens on Gemini now. I can't do anymore. And then I finished the call and then I did a um run something
to do this prompt and it used 4,000 and he fell off his chair. He was just literally, "What the hell did you do?" I said, "Well, I just ran something that needed to sort itself out." And he just he just couldn't believe it. Oh, yeah. It's just Yeah. He made me laugh. Sorry. Digress. 20 tokens. He's like, "Ah, done." Oh, it's okay. People are dumb. They would hate to see the millions of tokens you probably use a day. Yeah, I'll try Fable. I'll try Fable Five. That's awesome. Did uh answer your questions? Just make sure
that was helpful. Trevor, Trevor, did you I broke him. Yeah, the other the other question. Yeah. No, I was just saying the other question was about the 93 files, but I've got them into directories and sorting them out, but it's it's telling me to leave them all as they are because they're markdown files that are already compressing long long chats and just use them as base resource. Yeah, you should be fine because they're MDs and is only referencing it whenever it needs to. Yeah. And then the agents will if I give them the right job
description, they'll know which which element they're looking at. They won't look at other stuff. So, it should be fine. Okay, cool. Thanks. As long as it's not ingesting 93 pages every single time, you're Yeah, you're fine. No, it's not. Yeah, perfect. Okay. What other questions you guys have? Are are we is this is just a free-for-all question thing or do you guys are we okay? No, this is this is hot seats like whatever you want to ask us. Operations, marketing, agents, workforce, chaining them, skills, projects, I'm going back to foundation. Mitch grew that lush first
beard. Nice. Okay. Um the f I'm very foundational always. Everything works well if you set it all up. Mhm. And I' I've spent that much time understanding who I am, how I process. I've got Chache PT to to track me over a period of years. So, I'm I'm very stable about who I am as a human being because that's all I got to work with at the moment. I'm I'm a wage pig. I I fly planes and I get paid every week. I've never been in business. So to answer the the DNA questions, I I
have to do it personally right now and then I will go into the business side and probably do a parallel thing just for comparison. My I'm I'm going to pull because there are principles within my personal operating system cuz I run myself like a machine. I'm like freaking clawed. I got this is how my brain works, you know, like you guys. I think like you guys. So, do I take some of those elements and bring them into a a a project? Um, I'm trying to figure out how how do I answer this DNA question without
over complicating it and targeted it. I feel like I want to go through the DNA like maybe three or four times very specifically. So, you So, you're going to 100% you're going to have to. So, number one, we're going to go through it with in AIA together again. too, more specifically. But have you even put it in? Like I gave it to you. Did you even put it in? I I just put it in, but I I run a prompt that that is like it's taken me not it's taken me nine months to develop this
prompt, which is which is a I call a no [ __ ] prompt from Claude. It it is like what what's good, what's bad, what's ugly. And it is brutal brutal [ __ ] that you have to go through to get to no objections from Claude. And because I've got the prompt in there, I'm going, "Fuck, it's just it's just pulled what your prompt is apart on me." And I can't even get to the freaking process. Yeah. So, I'm going with a brand new chat. I've got no instructions in it. And you should be in
a brand new chat. You should pull my instructions and don't try and change what I'm doing. No, no. I've realized what's going on. But this is the this is the duality of it. I find value in what you represent because I want my own I want my own brain to operate and then I have a business side as well. But I'm I'm other I don't have a business. So I'm not making I can't make it up. I'm trying to get from that point of being me into a product that I'm giving to market which I
haven't designed yet because I don't know what the market was. What do you So I'm going to say something and then I want you to tell me if I'm right or wrong. with no other words. Is that cool? You're looking to extract years of research and data from what you've personally done, seen, accomplished, and researched. And you want to put that into a markdown file into an AI DNA, not build a business off of it as as decision logic. Is that correct? I want to take that step and then build the the the business from
that. Just a yes. Just a yes or no. No extra words. Is that what you're trying to Okay, I need to write you a different prompt. It's not going to work. You're writing a That's why that's why I felt You're writing a business DNA that has 15 genes for a business. It doesn't work for a person. I just need to write you a different prompt to get you. He can't You can't use an AIDNA. You'll use the AIDNA when you build the business. We'll build you, it's [ __ ] stupid, by the Way, but we're
going to build you a second brain, which every marketer out there is building. It's a good stepping stone point for you. It's a great stepping stone for you, but it's not going to help you run a business. Just so we're clear on that. It's not going to help you build agents that are going to do work, but what you're looking to do is different than what the AI DNA, the chromosome, it's a step below, right? So, it's I it's if I were going to take everything that I've learned as a COO and a CEO and
a business owner because I want to write books or I just want to take everything out of my head not just for a business but for life. I'm going to put that into um I can I shortcut that without you doing have to do that work? I've actually just spent nine months doing that. I actually have the the two operating systems. I've got two protocols, one for Claude, one for chat. That they're separate. They're different. They're how I run things. One's a personal operating system in chat. And the other one's a business operating system in
Claude. So, they're separate. There are products already in there, but I I have an endless stream of products now because I've got all that knowledge. It's all highly organized system. I'm this freaking machine of systems. I'm an architect. So, I've just designed systems of systems and I joined systems and I've been doing that for 25 years. I spent nine months getting it out. I mean, I'm It's actually there, Emma. Just so you don't waste your time. I'm trying to figure out um how to build that. It's cuz if you look At my desk, it's all
paper cuz I couldn't figure it out. I couldn't I couldn't organize it. I printed everything out. Now I understand what my brain is. cuz I know the factory. I've got the factory organized. So you have this all on paper. No, [clears throat] no, no. It's in it's in computer, but my brain had to print it out and put it on a table just to understand what I had. Now I understand what I have and I have all these operating systems and they're detailed operating systems because that's how I work. I'm just trying to integrate it
into um into this factory which then knows how I work. The agents know how I work. All my principles are loaded in there. This is like lots of and then I feed data sets in that which is economic research data set and we're talking like really welldeveloped 10 years all organized got an electronic dashboard indicators blah blah blah all that done human factors aviation training done all I do is put these these databases on top of that operating system and then I go make products and I'm already doing it with my son's I expanded his
dog training thing into a kid training program with with high energy kids and ADHD adults undiagnosed and this thing just goes it's it's incredible when you get a database going and you task this these agents to do stuff and it's just these businesses just seem to evolve like mushrooms it's [ __ ] nuts I just need to before I start that process I need to have that baseline Mhm. Detailed baseline which I've got it's already done I've done nine months of it it's Do you have something you want to add to that or? No, no,
just working here. Okay. I saw you I saw you pop on so I didn't know. I guess if you could tell me in one sentence or less what the question is. I've got my I've got all my data. I've done the DNA of me. I want to plant some of that into a baseline. And then on top of that, I want to put my databases economic research and aviation training, human factors. All right, let Mitch talk now. He understands what you're looking for. Well, I think I understand. But it's it's Yeah, it's possible. I mean,
what the like MS? It's Yeah. So, you got that. So, we just need to structure it into the cloud code files so you can use it and then build agents around that. Yeah. I mean, it's like you're just building different departments to do different things based upon your history. They're all MDs. Yeah, they're all MDs now. Yeah, perfect. Okay. It's just Emma has in my head Emma's sitting there going two pages, two pages, two pages, and I'm going [ __ ] Well, we'll break it down and structure it, right? Just like [laughter] what I don't
want to do is I don't want to have you going 96 [ __ ] pages of [ __ ] So that every time you do something in Claude, it's going to access 96 pages of files. Yeah. And then $44 later, it can now even look at your task because it's reading the file. And that's every single time. So I I'm not telling you to get that into two pages. I'm saying we have to we have to put that in a way that it doesn't look at all of that information every single time. Yeah. Just like
Trevor and his, you know, 93 MD files. it it it could be structured so it's not ingesting every single time you tell it to write a [ __ ] email. I think that from a novice perspective as an end user it's very easy to get caught up in how much work these machines can do and then it just tells you I'm going to do this and you think you're doing the right thing and you end up in this freaking just claw I've just told Claude to stop stop making [ __ ] up. Oh well I
think I should create this document for you. Oh, I think there should be a book now. And before you know, you got 93 pages and all you needed was three. And that's how I always I always tell it, I'll ask your opinion when I want it. [laughter] We we don't we're learn I think I'm learning to get to that point now. I just wanted to to tell you what my potential issue can be is I get a little bit led by these agents and these things telling you, "Oh, I'll just do all this stuff." and
and it just produces it and it's it's you know it's that AI slop. It's just that sometimes it's really good. [laughter] Well, here's the thing. You remember me reading to you um um the Kevin Nations. Oh, ideas are debt. Ideas are debt and the interest is compounding. Uh, we spend a lot of time talking about that and and you know the only [ __ ] people using an AI is visionary entrepreneurs and they're the worst ever at getting stuck in ideas and no execution and so and AI accelerates everything including that. So we have a
million Yeah, that's why I'm here. I'm ready after 25 years. I'm going execute. Go ahead. Pop on. She's got something to add. I feel I don't have anything to add. I wanted to ask a question. So, I'm just letting you Where the [ __ ] is everybody from? Did we get like the whole globe? I'm in love with all the accents. I was like, accents only. I belong here. Accents only. I wish I could do accents, but I would just sound like I was mocking them. 100%. You've heard me do accents. We're both transition mid
accent. We love accents. We both love accents. Okay. Sorry. What is your Because you're not Spark I Knight and I don't remember anything. Oh, no. Sorry. My name's Kzia. Kzia. That's right. Kzia. Yeah. Sorry. I'll fix it. You're the other Aussie, right? Yeah, with her daughter. Um, I had a question about the ops intelligence analyst and I I've used it and it's been very helpful and I then put into it to ask it say I want you to actually tell me what's going good um what's not going good and how I need to fix it
and it came back with something even better and I now have something that I can go great I don't have to go and look at all of ClickUp and know my team and everything and it's telling me when to have one-on-one appointments and go this is what they're fixing. This is what they're not not doing. This person is behind on this. Um, this project's overdue, which is awesome. So, now I'm going, okay, well, well, what else could it do? Like, what else should I be thinking of that I'm not thinking of yet? No. So, the
next thing is, how much does it suck to go to your people and say, "You didn't do this, and you didn't do that, and you didn't do this, and you didn't do that." Sucks, doesn't it? Yeah. So, the next agent I would build is I would build an agent to to meet Mitch's agent and get all that information and follow up with the team and [ __ ] Slack. AI doesn't have a um AI is just facts. So, your people don't feel the same way about AI. AI is pulling data and sharing data. Pulling data,
sharing data, pulling data, sharing data. There's no emotion from your team or from the AI. When you're going in Slack and saying, "Where is this? Where is this? Where is this? Where is this?" Ken is like, "What the [ __ ] This [ __ ] will leave me the [ __ ] alone." When AI is doing it, it's a routine. It's a rhythm. And then it becomes, "I want to get this done before." And Ken's like, "Fuck, I want this [ __ ] goes in at 3:00 every day. I got to have this [ __
] cleared by 3:00 every day." So, you want to set a routine up with the next agent to be the cop. Routine One is when it's past due. I generally like to do 12 hours, but I have a I have a team that has a lot of [ __ ] on their plate. You may want to do it, you know, 24 hours, but where it goes to the person themselves directly. Mhm. And says this is on the list to be reported as late at 300 p.m. So at 3:00 a.m. they get it. That sounds terrible,
but Saka starts work at like 4 am my time because he lives in the UK and in London. Richard, same thing. So, they get it in plenty of time to get it done, but also before it's going to go into Slack and be like, "Hey, you didn't get this done for me." And then in my general channel, it's adding people and it's putting everything in ClickUp that is behind, including my [ __ ] You cannot not include yours. You cannot not include yours. You lead by example. Awesome. Awesome. Thank you. Because I'm excited to sort
of like I don't have to go into ClickUp and try and figure it out and all of that. But I love them most that it actually tells me what to fix and what to go and tell talk to the person about. So I don't even really have to know. I can just go through that and go tell me these things. But now if I can automate that as well. Do you guys get on on calls regularly? Is your team getting on calls regularly? Do you talk about projects on those calls? Yes. And do you do
um Otter or Fathom? Yes. Okay. You can build you can build an agent to review Otter and Fathom and update. You use ClickUp? Yes. Wet dream you are. So just perfect. I don't have to explain very much. You can have it go pull the information from Otter that you talked about during the conver, you know, during the calls and update click up on what was said. That is such a phenomenal tool because you want to know what that tells your people? [ __ ] update [ __ ] [laughter] Update stuff because they they get on
a call with everybody and they don't feel like they need to update the project management tool because they just updated everybody in the call or they're just moving too fast or whatever. So if you have it sweep otter and then take all that information operationally that takes so much you know how much work we all do because [ __ ] isn't updated or or documented that shouldn't be done. So would that be done like on the actual main project like description itself or would it update tasks like where would that live? That depends on you.
I personally really like to have it update in the Comments for Richard to update it in the task itself. So, let's say we're all on a call, right? And we're all talking about AIA and we're going to uh redo the page to talk more about AIDNA. I'm going to redo the whole funnel and I don't do anything in ClickUp. The agent is gonna pull that out. It's going to go into the AIA dashboard. It's going to create a task for Richard and it's going to tell Richard to create the task. Now, let's say we're already
doing it and we decide we're not going to use copy specific about AIDNA. We want to use copy specific about the pain point of your competitors being faster and cheaper than you. But the copy says or the task says that we're going to be doing it on AIA DNA. It's going to go in and say at Richard, here's the otter notes. You guys said you were going to change this. This task hasn't been updated. Now, if soccer's talking to the and this doesn't ever happen, we don't have copywriters. I write the copy. But if Saka
was talking to a copywriter, I this is all made up. If Sak is talking to the copywriter and Saka is saying, "Hey, I need you to go and write this copy." If Richard didn't update the copy and it's something I told Richard, then the copywriter who charges a gazillion dollars an hour is going to go write copy that I don't want. Make sense? So, just a way to keep everything. And in addition, if someone tells you, you know what, [ __ ] you and your agents I quit. It doesn't matter because the agents pulled all
the [ __ ] Out that they didn't do their job on and it's easy to hand off to other people. Yep. [clears throat] Okay. Yeah, that part too. Okay. Awesome. Thank you. Absolutely. Any more questions? No, I was just curious on that last call then. If you've got multiple staff, who has to have what on their machines? So, they'd all have to have Slack and ClickUp and things like that to be able to update. Well, if you have Slack and ClickUp, you would have your whole team on there anyway, but yeah, but if you've got
But who needs to have AI tools and who has agents on their machines and things like that? if I wouldn't employ a human being that didn't have AI tools or agents because that would be a complete waste of my money. So, how [snorts] do they share them? Is is really what I'm getting at. That's not me question. I don't understand his question. So, Mitch said that would be for me. You're too dumb to understand the question. Go ahead, Mitch. I didn't say that. No, it's Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, the way Do you see what Mitch
is holding in his hand by the way? His little stars. Stars. No power. No. So you can basically um we have people that utilize drive that utilize Dropbox to house their folders. The I like to code you know. You're you're a coder so you'll understand repo, right? So like or I personally use GitHub. So, I have we have a GitHub um account and it I mean I'm still able to use the free one and I Have a private repo in there that I control but we can all you know push and pull from. So, if
I make updates they can pull u I can allow certain sections that they can you know pull from or push to and from. I don't really like them to actually I I don't need them to push because they're not updating but if they want to share yeah 100% they just push into repo. Oh, okay. I need to pull this one. Great. It pulls it down into their computer and voila. Or Drive, Dropbox, whatever. Like one guy's got a huge structure inside of Dropbox. Um, and they just have to [clears throat] remote commit. I I had
a stroke. Uh, how is your agents? Is that the question? Yeah. Oh, yeah. So, does that make sense, Trevor? Yeah. What are they having on their machine? Are they Are they just all the agents just living in Git and that's it? Yeah, you can have it run through Git or you can literally they just pull out of Git. So like their machines attached to GitHub. Um you have to like and the cool thing is with GitHub like you give a because it's you want to keep it a private, right? So it's private. Nobody I can't
type in Trevor's repo and find it and download. U so you give them that system token that then allows them to download whatever files are inside of that. Uh and by files I mean agents and Everything. Um, and then yeah, that was a bit I was missing out the whole picture. I was trying to work out how they The other thing Trevor is, um, I might be overstepping, so tell me if I'm wrong, but there are some agents that you may want to have shared between people or someone leaves, they you know, agents can go,
but generally speaking, like the ops analyst for example, I would love for Saka to have one and Richard to have one and Victor to have one. Not necessarily they're sharing one. Yeah. Because they have different jobs and different roles. So the majority of the agents, all you have to do is copy the instructions. We don't have to over complicate it. If like if Richard were to I'm not even going to put that out into universe. Absolutely not. If Miho were to leave, then any of the agents under Miho could just get switched over to the
new Miho. It doesn't, you know, it doesn't matter. But I wouldn't like, oh, Miho's using these agents this day and Jay's using these agents that day and Marlo's using them the next day. I would just build them all their own agents using the same thing. Does that make sense? It does. The question was really I started off building I used the the PowerBook for doing my work stuff and I Did all this stuff on a Mac Mini and I should have just done it on a server and put it in Git then. Yeah. Yeah. And
you can still put them on Git the way they are now. Put them on Git anyway. Just just because if someone quits or gets fired or gets sick, it's not the end of the world. The agents still belong to somebody. Yeah. And I didn't like start off by putting everything in Git. It was once I had enough built out and wanted to share with the team. I was like, "Okay, here you go. It's on Git." You want to get with me? No. No. [ __ ] No. Sure. And you you you said you'd got a
playground where you've got certain agents. So I'm I'm I think I'm right. I should have the work business agents in one. I should have the programming agents in um so the work stuff's in Rise of the Robots and the other stuff's in uh Dinsdale. You like that? Yeah, you're Yeah, correct. I have a couple different repos um for different situations, but Playground is the biggest one. And it's funny I named it Playground because that I really intended that one to be one I was going to screw around in and I turned it into everything that
was really working and awesome. So now it just is there. Yeah. So now now I sound like a child when I tell people the name of my my repo. That's cool. You sound like a child all the time. Hold on one second. Tim has his hand up. And I will get to you, Ken. Tim, go ahead. Yeah. Thanks. Um my question is I've got I I put everything into Dropbox and I'm not so sure that's the best solution, but it's the one I have right now because that's where all my data is. Um I'm attempting
to create an ecosystem, i.e. maybe, for lack of a better word, a brain. Um, and I'm curious if I want to have like my chat conversations automatically loaded into there. If I want my my coaching calls loaded into there, um, you talked about repo a repo. Is is that what I need? Am I building an agent or am I building a skill or am I just creating a repo? Like I don't really know what a repo is, but is it what's this uh structure that I would create for that? Tim, first did you create the
AI DNA? Yes. Then why are you building a brain? Um, well, because I have 40 years of experience and expertise and and I'm finding that the the AI um DNA wasn't as nuanced as I would like it to be. And so, tell it that. Okay. you didn't you you can literally tell it that under um your chromosome one the identity go back into identity and say this does not have what are you looking at oh that's the guy's name I was going to Poach I was looking for him on Facebook sorry um he's finding notes
but um so under identity just say I have 40 years of experience in this industry it's it's in that industry correct Yeah, in this industry, if it was different, then I would tell you something different, by the way. But if it's the same, I have 40 years of experience, and I don't feel like we've extracted that. I want to go back and I want to get this a 10 out of 10 of the 40 years of nuance and history and tribal knowledge that I have. I need to get this better. Did you use Claude or
Chat GBT? Claude. Clude. Emma, can I say that? That was exactly where I was at as well. I think I'm forget who's speaking at the moment. Tim, you don't have Tim. I think Tim and I are kind of asking the same thing. You were you I mean, you were going to It's different. You were going to write a pro. Yep. I have a solution for both of them. Go ahead. Yeah. Great. So, you basically want to build out uh what's considered a wiki. Um so, it's a knowledge based wiki where it's all your guys' MD
files, all of your the aid that be good. um put into I it's essentially another and Tim when I say repo it's repo is a fancy word for repository which is another fancy word for folder. Um so you we got to make things complicated. So you have a f a file and folder structure based upon the Wiki. So like then you would have different sections. Uh think of them like categories like you would on like a ecom site, right? So you you know shoes, joggers, stuff like that and it's all your different pieces of 40
years of knowledge, 93 MD files sorted out like that that then you can have an you would you would have an agent in my opinion that can go and look through those and then to your main question of how do I get new stuff in there? You basically just it it's on a routine. Hey, at the end of the day I want you to go through and extract any new information or anything new that we talked about and then put it into my wiki. And is that an agent or is that a skill? It'd be
an agent. Okay. Hopefully that helps. Did that make sense? Does that help? I think so. I'll try. Okay. Did the agent thing get Make sure that you pull pull all that information. If you've got 40 years of experience, like my company, Shockwave, I wouldn't want for uh 40. I wouldn't want I'm smiling. I [ __ ] dare you. I will bash your whole head in. What? You're 40. I wouldn't want um 20 years of operations experience in um my company seismic wave support, right? Like it would just be too much. But for my company Shockwave,
I absolutely need that there. So when you're done with that wiki, you need to share it with your DNA. Does that make sense? Yes. Thank you. Absolutely. Well, when you say share it, how do you do that? Sorry. Say that again. When you say share it, how do you do that? How do you share that wiki with your DNA? I know I'm getting confused. So the DNA goes into the wiki. It's part of the wiki. So you'd have that in there plus everything else because that's kind of the thing like with the brains, right? And
I'm going to be a smart Oh, no. Sorry. I can I I sorry. I thought you were extracting the DNA from the wiki. Yeah, me too. So like you could have it in there as well, but um now I'm starting to confuse myself. So I think Tim and I are trying to build or use databases below the DNA. So we got Tim's got 40 years and then that it migrates through the DNA into various My brain is going to over complicate. You're over complicating everything. My brain's going to over complicate this for a second. But
yes, I I Okay, I think I understand what you're saying. So if we think about a file structure, you Have your main folder and then that would be anything in that main folder like just floating around file-wise is your is the root, right? And then you have your subfolders which would be all that 93 MDs categorized 10's 40 years of experience. So in my opinion the best way to have that is like the DNA lives in the root kind of like a claw MD file and then everything else is categorized in subfolders. And and then
to um Emma's point, in order to update it, you're now just going back through a chat saying, "Go look at the wiki and update the DNA file." Correct. Yeah. Yeah. Because that's like that's what most people with even in Obsidian like uh the Obsidian [ __ ] Like I said, at the end of the day, it just goes through and like, "Hey, anything new and updated that we've shared, like go ahead and pull it." I mean, you do the same thing like uh the agent can pull from your Zoom recordings, Meet Pop recordings, [ __
] Notepad, whatever it is, and then takes that, "I categorizes it for you." So, that's just one agent that's responsible for that action, correct? 100%. Got it. Thank you. I like to nerd out. Cool. Nerding out was fun. Can I ask another question? Yes, of course. Ken had a question. Um, with this uh email management agent that you have, can you tell me a little bit about how that works and how I could implement that into my team? Is that for like one email account? Hold on a second. Ken, put your hand up so I
don't forget you again. Right. Sorry. I'm sorry. So, Cassia, the email uh triage agent. Yes. So, that thing is built to basically that thing that thing it Jasmine. Jasmine. Oh, we were going to take you on a magic carpet ride. Well, I like it. Jasmine is built uh and designed to basically be able to respond, categorize, um create drafts, like mine in my inbox, it actually sorts like my emails. Uh so it it is actually learned what I usually mark as spam, what I usually trash, which is actually kind of crazy. Um and then it'll
create draft replies. So, but I also told it doesn't send any replies. It's going to create a draft response for you. Won't send anything. So, everybody's eyes widen like, well, but you could tell it to send for you. I don't. It's not the agent's not built that way. You'd have to change the instructions. The agent's built to draft you a message to the person in Yeah. And it's set up to be able to run like, you know, based on the routines. So, yes, every chance I guess to full circle back to the main question like
everybody on your team could have it. Um, everybody on my team has it. I have it. So, it's I have a reply ready to go that based on what the email is that came in. So, it also can like look back at history of emails you've had with that person. So, say Emma and you had many emails over the last six months, like it will just quickly look back and go, "Oh, okay." And then Jasmine creates a draft reply. uh you know in and is that reply sit in your email or do that sit in
Claude or where does that sit in your email? Okay. Yeah. So like for me I use Google Workspace. So it's just literally sitting there as a reply just a draft reply wait just waiting for me to read it and then go yep good and then hit send. Okay cool. And can it learn from other ones? Cuz like if like in your business people are like sending you questions or queries about the same type of things often, will it learn to then be able to go, hey, this is how we standardly your DNA will probably provide
most of that for it already. Okay. All right. Okay. Remember that's where all your info is, but also you want to take um I don't know. Do you do you have an agent that does that already? Does what? I have one, but I don't think it works well. Um, so I have an agent that when it pulls the DNA from the from when it pulls from my file with everything, it goes and it drafts the response. Mhm. But then when I change the response, when I click it off in ClickUp that I sent it, it'll
go back and look to see my changes and then update my files if if it's not clear, needs more information. It doesn't work well. Same same but different. Yeah. Different methodologies but yeah. Same same. Yeah. Nerdy nerdy over here. Whatever talking about how to get to heaven high. Thanks Mitch. What's up? Such a great conversation. I have some re some human people that work work with me as well as amazing actually. Um, so they're ex they're they're in Slack and what we're doing is we're sending messages from Claude Code into Slack, But when they respond,
we don't have a way for Claude Code to get the response from Slack unless it goes into Claude and tries to p into Slack and tries to pull it. I had it set to do do it like every 15 minutes. So that way it have something sort of real time for conversation, but that was getting expensive. it. What's the best practice for having my humans actually talk to my agents? Have you used claude tag yet? No, I don't know what that is. So, yeah, it's uh Claude's So, did you ever see the ads for Victor?
Not our Victor. Victor Victor way better than this Victor. Um, so it basically Claude was like, "Oh, cool. This Victor thing is getting kind of popular. So, we're going to come in and we're going to teaag them and basically you can have a full-blown tea bag. Ah, [laughter] we're gonna drop our nuts on their forehead and literally [laughter] made it so you can go at Claude and have a full-blown [ __ ] conversation with Claude right there in Slack. So, they ruined an entire business about three weeks ago. Oh, wow. Yeah. So, and it's just
like an add-on. It's just a little like connector that with your Slack that you can literally have full-blown conversations. Like I say, they screwed Victor over and Victor Was hell and you could always do that with ClickUp. Yeah, you could always do that with ClickUp super agents. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, but if you want to do that, I don't understand why it screws them over. Victor. Yeah, because that was all that, you know, Victor. Of course, I know Victor is it's a wraparound claude, but it was a well-built agent with a lot of instructions. I don't
think just that you think the Slack thing is enough. Yep. We'll see. It's not just like uh it's trust me, it's well built. We're talking and so that's something I set that's something I set up in in uh in Slack. What's that? Say that again. That's something I set up in Slack. Just I don't know off hand. If you Google Claude tag t, it'll literally tell you how to set it up and connect it to your Well, have Claude tell you. Yeah, of course. That's great. Thanks. Have Claude tell you when you tell when you
have Claude tell you how to add Claude tag, make sure you have it create for you the most cost effective way. Yeah, for sure. Because I got smacked badly with it. Oh, that's why I now have two installations. [laughter] Um, so and Emma, I know you've been a real fan of of click of ClickUp for a Long time. With all the agents that we're building here now inside of Cloud Code, what's the what's the allure to to ClickUp? And why would I want to consider having that? Because I don't use you wouldn't. Okay. More expensive.
It's for dummies. That's why I like it. It's for stupid people. I can build out um agents way faster that do way more, but cost way more. This is the better way. Okay. Otherwise, I'd be teaching ClickUp super agents. Yeah, got it. I still have ClickUp super agents, but I went How many did I have when we met? Not when we met, but when we started talking about it. Oh gosh. [snorts] I want to say like 10 to 12. I was paying 10 grand a month. Yeah. Wow. They were I mean 10 10 or 12.
Is that what you think? That's what I feel like. [ __ ] image creators, content creators. Oh, it's right. You had a [ __ ] Now I'm picturing it. There was an entire wall. I had an entire wall full of agents. I have six now. And they're beastly. They obviously they ob beastly they run they you can do multiple things at expert level. Um and and it it it there's so much to say that's great about it, but it's really expensive and it's it's for stupid people. It's for stupid people that don't know how to
connect things and don't have workflows. It's for stupid people. I have the ones that I have because I really like them and they're trained for so many years and I just don't want I don't want to give up the freedom that they brought me even for a short amount of time. It's not worth the money I'd save and we're talking about a couple grand. Um but they're wildly more expensive. That that's your IP. Um Emma, are we able to get a generic stack so that we don't go down that same route of too much? I
didn't have too much, babe. I I absolutely didn't have too much. It was just costing way more than clothes costs. Okay. I didn't put it correctly. That That's more what I mean. Then how do we Because that seems to be the bottleneck for everyone. We It You can put too much into the business. Cost too much money. I did not I did not put too much into the business. I did not put too much into the business. It wasn't that I had too many agents. It's that I had them in as super agents in ClickUp,
which the tokens cost so much more. Victor, same thing. Tokens cost so much more to build it in Clawed Code, which is what we've taught you to do. It cost so much less. I would argue I would argue that I needed three times the agents, but three times the agents would not have cost me one half of what I was paying for onethird of them. Okay? it it's all about where you build them. Can I ask about the agent model and you asked us to think of them as people? Um that would be crazy. That
doesn't sound like something I would say. No. [laughter] So if they're people and they're employees and we we are onboarding them, I'll take it a step back and go, okay, do they live in Git? If they if I send them home at the end of the day, do they and and do I do I populate? I'm gonna ask you to save my life because we're already over on this call. We are going to build a command center where all of your agents are going to have a house on AIA. So, you're going to have the
command center for your agents, your tools, and everything. And we're going to go over that. That is a 4hour conversation. Okay. Yeah. Beauty. That's all I needed. Thank you. I'm hungry. Angry. I get [ __ ] when I'm hungry. What's up, Jackie? Getting hangry. I I am. I just had Cheezits and now I'm like, "Fuck, I need some chicken." Okay. I don't want hangry. You're fine. You're fine. You [laughter] barely talk. So, um, babe, when I Wait, did we answer Ken's question? Did he Oh, sorry. Did Yeah, I'm good. I'm good. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah.
Complete. Thank you. I thought I [ __ ] up again. Sorry, Jackie. Go ahead. No, no, no. So when I'm looking at kind of what's next for me, I think I shared in the beginning a little bit my situation is a little different because I'm just a soloreneur uh um a consultant who gets all my you know all my contacts through LinkedIn. So my goal after today you know installing the agents that you've created um or given us but um what I really need is kind of someone who's going to help me uh with my
LinkedIn post. So, I kind of have my team set up like the researcher, the deep researcher, postwriter, all that fun stuff. Um, someone to create images, a publisher, um, somebody to QA, and then that final agent that's going to post kind of that comment after my first, you know, after my post. Um, so, how how do I connect how do I connect these or is that kind of the next level? And is that kind of the sort of thing you're teaching? in either um either one of the sessions that you offer. I mean, not the
AIA, but like some of the other sessions. Is that Something that's in there or Mhm. Yeah. You're Yeah. How to chain them all together. How to chain them? Not that specifically. So, chain them. Okay. Yeah. I I don't want to give the impression that we teach that. We're not teaching you how to scrape LinkedIn. No, no, no. That wasn't what she asked was how to catch them all. We're not teaching like that whole going into LinkedIn and scraping building those agents, but you'll learn how to build agents to do exactly what you want them to
do, no matter what it is. And then connect them together so that one input creates an output, one output creates an input. Is that okay? Do I said that? Mhm. So, is that the AIA or is that or or is that the um I forgot the name of it. You mentioned it earlier, Emma. I'm sorry. AI edge blueprint. Um, edge. Yes. He definitely teaches he he we teach it extensively in AIA, but he definitely goes over an AI edge blueprint. Okay. And the difference between AIA blueprint and I mean the pro Oh, boy. I'm hungry,
too. The pro [laughter] and the edge. the edge and the pro is that we do get a monthly call that we could join and you you get a monthly call specifically Regarding the um module. So if you have a question about something that you learned in the module, you can't come ask about Mitch's beard or the feet picks that you found in a they're out there. They're out there. Onlyfeats.commitch only beards and feets. Yep. Only beards. Somebody owns only beards.com. I know you've told me 5,000 times. Yeah, I was very sad. I was actually going
to buy it for you and like give it to you for like your birthday or Christmas or something. Do you know how much they want for it? Like 20 grand. $147,000. Wow. Jesus. Beards aren't worth that much. No, not at all. Sorry, Jackie. No, that's okay. I love that. And then [laughter] there's still people here. There's still people here. Whoops. Sorry. No. And um and what how do you think I could benefit given my situation from the AIA? [ __ ] They keep they turn it into a [ __ ] sales call. It's awesome. Um
soloreneur. You can basically, in my opinion, learn to build out your entire team without having to hire a human. You could be our first trillion dollar solo business. That's not a claim. and he cannot make that. That is not a claim and he cannot make that claim. Um, what the [ __ ] is wrong? We just spent two days with our lawyer and you're just like, I don't listen to him. I noticed um we one of uh one of the mastermind members, the mastermind we were in is a FTC attorney, Ryan Poti, and he literally
went over not making claims that you can't make. Everything said here is for educational purposes only. He said she might be and results are not typical and results are not typical. Say again. He said she might become a billionaire or millionaire. He didn't say I'm not saying she won't be but it won't be because something we taught her. We can't claim that. It was a joke. I'm joking. But yeah, I mean so there's that aspect of it. Um in my opinion for you, Jackie, as a solo because you're you said you're a soloreneur, right? Yes.
Yeah. AIA AIA is um Everybody keeps saying handholding. I guess we do kind of handhold. Mitch does. I get mad actually how much he hand holds. Um, but we're building out for each each person that's on the call, they're building out their own custom set of agents. So, like while we're going over operational agents and how to Look through operational agents, every business needs operational agents because every business has day-to-day operations. Every business needs sales. Every business needs marketing. Every business needs logistics. Every business needs those things. And so when we're building them out, we're
building them out in a fundamental functional foundation way. But you could go build agents that would do literally [ __ ] anything on the call. When you have no nuance, no questions, and you're watching videos, it's a little bit different. And I think in there lies the difference between the two because it's like we're building an ops agent, we're building a sales agent, we're bu and again, if you if you're super savvy, you can take that information and figure it out. It's just a matter of how quickly do you want to move? How much do
you know about tech? Because it's like like on this call for example, it's we he's like, "Okay, let's let's gauge where you're at technologically." And then if you notice, he said different things to different people based on where they're at. Trevor got very in different information than Ken did. Trevor clearly is writing [ __ ] software, handwriting software. He clearly understands, you know, a much more indepth lingo. So everything's taught one way on a video. So I there's the difference. So it's going to be a personal decision for you. Can you follow along on a
video? Does it make sense? I It's going to be a personal thing. And then also, are you self-motivated enough? And if you get stuck and you have to wait for a call, will you be able to kick back in again? Worst case scenario, you know, um start there and move over. I don't I don't know. It's going to just going to be a personal thing for you. Okay. Thank you. My watch time. Some [ __ ] I like AA because Mitch is on the call every week. A that was nice. No, it was nuts. It
fulfilled my requirement and operating agreement for today. She's hungry. She said something nice to me. Any What the [ __ ] are you drinking out of? That was the most Aussie thing I've seen on the [ __ ] call. Did you see that? Was that like a [ __ ] I think it was ice. It was an [laughter] ice bucket and beer. No, but normally it's beer. That's how we That's what we drink out of, isn't it? Come on. Let's go. I should have been an alcoholic there. Oh, you don't want to drink with the
Aussies. Oh, I have. Well, we would. Yeah, I absolutely. You definitely don't. That's No. No, I absolutely have. As a as a non-drinker living there was very interesting. Emma, do you know what the Australian word for tea total is? Tea total. Yeah. Someone who doesn't drink. Uhuh. They don't have one. Ah, [laughter] what is it? They don't have one. Yeah, I was going to say alcoholic for somebody who doesn't drink the word down there. Nope, they don't have one. I like it. I I did um I have a friend Kate Vidilich from Australia and we're
going to see each other in um New York tomorrow and I was chatting with her and she was like, "Are you going to get you're going to get so [ __ ] up, bro?" And I was like, "No, no, no. I haven't been drinking. I haven't drank in like a year and a half." She's like, "You [ __ ] [ __ ] quitter." [laughter] I was a raging alcoholic. Kate, he's like, "You should have went down dead. What's the matter with you?" I'm like, "Jesus, I'm so glad I'm going to see you." [laughter] So funny.
Anyhoo, all right. What other questions do you guys have or can I go eat? Um, by all means, uh, Jackie, if you have more questions, you want to chat more, you know that we're here for that. Let us know. Uh, Saka, I believe, went ahead and sent all of you the um I'm pretty sure he's already off this call. I hope he's off this call. It's so late. No, there he is. Oh, Saka, go to bed. For the love of God, go to bed, man. I feel like he only stayed on the call because Victor's
not on the call and he was worried we would say something and then forget we were going to do. Our babysitter's not here, so somebody has to babysit. Did Victor send you to babysit us, Saka? No, I just figured we need some money at least. Miho's on the call. Miho can't babysit us. It's fair. Yeah. Thank you, Saka. Night night time. But yeah, all the I think Saka said that the bonus agents have been added to the portal and the I believe he said the spore skills were added or emailed out. The the bonus agents
are in there. Just I just downloaded. Oh. Oh, I forgot what was happening. I saw that he was on the call and I forgot that I was mid-sentence giving instructions. Thank you for that. But we're here. Thank you so very much, Javier. Ah, Javier, one last time. Love it. Do you look at the Do you look at yourself when you do that? No. No, you should. You're like, I'm getting on the edge. He He needs to eat. He hasn't eaten all day. Every time I ask him to eat something, he says no. #epic. Thank you
so much, guys. This has been such a wonderful wonderful boot camp. We just appreciate you. For those of you who are going to be on AIA, we look forward to seeing you there. For those of you that are going to be on Blueprint, we look forward to seeing you there. And we're still on Facebook and we're still crazy, so hit us up. Thank you so very Thank you so very much. We'll see you all soon. Thank you for your trust and hanging out with us for the past two weeks. It was a slice of heaven,
baby. A write a review, you piece of garbage. [laughter] Love you, Ken. That definitely makes for a good review. A piece of garbage. There you go. I love the charm. [laughter] You've known me a long time. You I do expect anything else. Listen to art. In my language, Bucky means I love you. So, there you go. Facts. Thank you guys. Appreciate you. Bye. Bye. The
