Alhamdulillah in the name of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala the most gracious the most merciful. Peace and blessings be upon our beloved prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam. My beloved brothers and sisters today I want to share with you something so simple yet so powerful.
We live in a world where life is moving faster than ever. work, studies, family responsibilities, the endless notifications on our phones, all of it leaves us tired, drained, and sometimes even spiritually empty. Many of us feel guilty.
We think, "I don't have time to sit for hours in worship, to pray long now, or to recite pages upon pages of Quran every day. " But subhan Allah, Allah subhana wa ta'ala is the most merciful. He knows our weakness.
He knows our struggles. And out of his mercy, he has given us ways to earn unimaginable rewards in just a few minutes. Not hours, just minutes.
Imagine you stand before Allah on the day of judgment and your scale is heavy. Not because you spent your whole life in worship, but because you were consistent with small simple actions. The prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him told us that the most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are consistent even if they are small.
Subhan Allah. Do you realize what this means? It means Allah does not look only at quantity.
He looks at sincerity. He looks at the heart behind the deed. And when a deed is done sincerely with love for him, even if it takes only a few seconds, it becomes weighty on the scale.
Think about it. Sometimes you spend 7 minutes scrolling through social media and by the time you put your phone down. You feel emptier than before.
But if you spend those same seven minutes remembering Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, sending blessings upon his messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, seeking forgiveness, and reciting a few short verses, your entire day becomes filled with light, protection and baraka. This is the beauty of our dean. Islam is not a religion that overburdens.
Islam is a mercy. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala made the path to him accessible to everyone. The scholar, the student, the worker, the parent, the young, the old.
No matter who you are, you can earn closeness to him through these simple yet powerful acts. And my brothers and sisters, never underestimate the value of a few minutes. 7 minutes may seem small, but when they are spent sincerely for the sake of Allah, they echo in your dunya and protect you from shaitan.
They soften your heart. They bring peace to your mind and they fill your home with the mercy of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. We sometimes think spirituality requires something dramatic, something extraordinary.
But the truth is it is built through small consistent moments with Allah. Imagine watering a plant. If you pour a huge bucket of water on it once a month, it might not survive, but if you give it just a small cup of water every day, it grows strong and beautiful.
Your eman works the same way. Daily drops of remembrance nurture your soul. This is why the 7-inut routine is so powerful.
It is short, simple, and anyone can do it. But it contains treasures that can change your life. In fact, it can change your eternity.
In these minutes, you are connecting with your Lord subhanana wa ta'ala in ways that bring forgiveness, protection, blessings, and unimaginable rewards. So the question is not do I have time. The question is, can I afford not to do it?
7 minutes a day could be the difference between a restless heart and a peaceful one. between a home full of anxiety and a home full of baraka, between an empty scale and a heavy one on the day of judgment. And remember, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.
If he has given you these seven minutes, it is a gift. It is his way of opening a door for you to Jenna. And before we move to the next reminder, I ask you kindly if this touched your heart even a little, take a moment to like this video, subscribe to this channel and write a comment below.
Tell me where in the world you are listening from. My beloved brothers and sisters, now that we understand the value of small consistent deeds, let us go through this simple 7-inut routine step by step. Each part of it has been taught to us by our beloved prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him.
And each part carries treasures that no one can afford to miss. Recite surah alas three times. Take a moment, place your hand on your heart and recite These few verses summarize the greatness of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
And do you know what the prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him told us? Reciting surah alas three times is equivalent to reciting the entire Quran. Imagine in less than a minute you gain a reward so heavy it cannot even be measured.
Recite the last two verses of surah bak before you sleep. Take a minute to recite. for for to the end.
The prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him told us that whoever recites these two verses at night they will be sufficient for him. Sufficient in what? Protection, forgiveness, light, a shield from harm throughout the night.
Say, "Subhan Allah. Alhamdulillah. Allah abar.
" Each phrase is a treasure chest. Subhan Allah. Glory be to Allah.
Alhamdulillah. All praise is for Allah. There is no god but Allah.
Allah abbar. Allah is the greatest. These are simple words.
But on the day of judgment they will rise so heavy that they will outweigh mountains. You can say them while walking, sitting or even as you wait for something. They polish the heart and remove its rust.
Make it sincere. Pause. Reflect on your mistakes and say it.
Not just with your tongue, but with your heart. Imagine all your sins, the things that weigh you down being washed away with every sincerest. The prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him told us that the one who constantly seeks forgiveness will be granted ease, relief from distress and provision from where they least expect.
Send salawat upon the prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him. Say Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him. Each time you do this, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala sends 10 blessings upon you.
Can you imagine? In a few seconds, mercy descends upon you. Angels pray for you and your heart becomes lighter.
for the prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him said that whoever recites this 10 times after fajar prayer will receive the reward of freeing four slaves. In today's world, we cannot even begin to imagine what that means. But the reward is immense.
It's as though chains are broken and freedom is granted and that reward is written in your book of deeds. Share a reminder with someone. Finally, end your 7 minutes by sharing something beneficial.
Send a small message of to a friend. Remind your family of a dua or even just greet someone with assamlaykum. Every good you share multiplies.
And if someone acts upon it, you gain a share in their reward without losing anything from yours. My brothers and sisters, this entire routine takes no more than 7 minutes. But do you realize what you've just done in those few moments?
You've recited Quran, remembered Allah, sought forgiveness, prayed for the prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, declared the greatness of Allah, and shared goodness with others. In just 7 minutes, you have filled your day with baraka, protection, and forgiveness. Now ask yourself, can you not give seven minutes to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala who gave you every heartbeat, every breath, and every blessing you enjoy.
My beloved brothers and sisters, think about it. In just 7 minutes, you can rewrite the direction of your entire day and perhaps even your entire life. We spend hours on our phones, hours worrying, hours chasing the dunya.
But when it comes to the one who controls our risk, our health, our future, and our ja, we hesitate to give even minutes. This short routine is not just about ticking boxes. It's about building a connection.
Every subhan Allah, every every verse recited is a light that pushes away darkness from your life. The Quran is not only for Ramadan. They are for me and you today, right now.
Remember, Allah subhanana wa ta'ala does not look at how long your worship is. He looks at your sincerity. A tear that falls in sujud.
A whisper from a broken heart. A moment where you truly say, "Ya Allah, I leave it to you. " These moments are priceless.
So start small, but start sincerely. Don't wait for tomorrow. Don't wait for when you are older.
Don't wait for when life feels easier. The devil wants you to delay, but Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala wants you to begin now. Imagine the angels writing down your deeds.
Imagine protection surrounding your home, mercy descending upon your family, and forgiveness wiping away the mistakes of the past. All because you gave Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala 7 minutes of your day. My dear brothers and sisters, before we end, let us lift our hands and make a heartfelt dua together.
Ya Allah, forgive us for our shortcomings. Ya Allah, bless our risk and place baraka in our earnings. Ya Allah, grant us good health and heal those who are sick.
Ya Allah, make it easy for our children and youth in their studies and bless them with beneficial knowledge. Ya Allah, fill our homes with peace. Remove every argument and replace it with love and mercy.
Ya Allah, strengthen our iman, make us steadfast on your path and protect us from the whispers of Shayan. Ya Allah grant us a good ending and gather us with our beloved prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him in ja als without reckoning. Amen.
My brothers and sisters remember this world is temporary. Every hardship, every test, every delay, all of it is part of Allah's perfect plan. Do your best and then leave the outcome to him.
