Yo, what's up? Welcome back to Alpha Central. I'm your host, Jack, and today we're taking a look at men roasting toxic female gym Tik Tockers.
But let's jump right in right after you subscribe, of course. Disclaimer, this video is made for strictly comedic/ artistic purposes. No offense is intended towards any individual featured in this video.
[Music] This man is doing nothing wrong. He's minding his own business, getting a great workout in, and you decide to post a video on social media to shame him, to get some likes and attention, and you claim to be a leader in the fitness community. Really, all you're doing is the exact opposite.
You're making people more afraid of going to the gym. There's already so many people out there that are intimidated and scared to step foot in the gym because something like this is going to happen to them. And what exactly are you making fun of?
The fact that he hit a little flex. You literally have video after video doing the exact same thing. And you make fun of his outfit.
Really? A red tank and a sweatband? Or the fact that he's making a little bit of noise.
Take a page out of his book. Put your headphones in. Turn your music up.
Mind your own business. Be better than that. Just leave others alone and focus on your own workout.
Why does she need to record? You got to dap up the bros, but not the girls. You can't be taking any risks out here in the gym.
I'm actually in uh very disbelief right now. Who in their uh right mind goes out of their way to make a video about people that walk in front of their camera at the gym and then proceed to say, "Okay, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this problem. Every workout, at least one person walks in front of my camera.
" It's almost as if uh it's a public gym. Can we stop now getting mad at someone for walking in front of the camera? You know, that's like 2022 stuff.
That's She acts like she's some sort of influencer making millions off her workout. You guys, I'm I'm going to post a lot of things on my channels, okay? From from thirst trapping for real to acting to advertising to working out, you know, pretty much whatever the [ __ ] I want to do.
You know, I'm not I'm not in any certain niche. I post a nice workout video. And yes, I do look schmecksy naturally.
It's just how I look when I work out. I'm sorry. All the guys in the DMs.
Why is she working out with a big ass dog? What's with the garage? No car in it.
Why is she thirst trapping? Gentlemen, merry Christmas. Enjoy the [ __ ] Enjoy the video or not.
I could care less. And well, this just goes to prove exactly why women want to film themselves working out. [Music] Sometimes you got to do what you got to do to avoid getting yourself into the trap.
[Music] I mean, I don't know who's looking at her in the first place, but those armpits are enough to scare away an entire population. [Music] Well, maybe because they're actually at the gym for what it's supposed to be used for. She thought the men were all checking her out, but little did she know she had an embarrassment in her pants.
I'm at the gym and I just thought of three things that are a huge turnoff to women at the gym. Number one, when guys wear gloves. I don't know what it is, but something about it just doesn't come off as masculine.
Like, you're worried about getting your hands a little dirty. This is a big turnoff. Number two, when a guy is wearing clothes that look like he's such a bum.
Baggy sweatpants and big oversized tea. Just like you like to see a girl looking good at the gym, we like to see guys looking good at the gym. And number three, when a guy is like, and he's making all this noise lifting weight.
Yes, it's super attractive when guys can lift a lot, but when they're making like obnoxious noises to like get attention, that's a no-go. She made this whole video, but don't realize that most men don't care about women while working out. [Music] This is the best choice to make.
The gym isn't a dating pool. It's time to focus on yourselves, kings. [Music] She even has her boyfriend in on the plot.
Talk about a trap. Can't be taking risks nowadays. Boys, cover them eyes before it's too late.
Guys, come and work out with me and my new waist trainer. We'll just put it on first before we get started with the workout. been so fun with my waist trainer on.
For sake, sorry, just checking myself out wearing my waist trainer. Should be called a waste of time cuz that's what I'm doing right now. I promise that it's a lot easier to get into than it looks.
I can't breathe. I give this illusion that my waist is smaller than it actually is. Feel like my organs are getting crushed.
Going to do a really silly dance. Look like I'm having so much fun in the gym in my waist trainer. Let's go back up.
They act like the gym is their personal recording spot and wonder why men feel uncomfortable in the gym. Four. Good.
Lower a little bit more. One. Two.
Lower a little bit more. One. Two.
Three. Four. Good.
More. A little bit more. Absolutely spot on.
She wasn't even trying. [Music] That's a perfect way to get yourself out of the exposure trap. Why you working out?
You got a video anyway. Yeah. She really thought she'd make her gym membership money back from this thirst trap.
Sorry, ma'am. [Music] [Music] [Music] So, basically the problem with this workout is there's a few exercises that they're exact same. So, what's the point on just repeating exercises in different parts of your workout?
You're better off hitting different angles and having more variety in your program. for example, you know, doing an RDL and then squatting down, then RDL and squatting down in the same exercise and then doing another squat later and then another squat later. It's like, what's the point?
It looks good for videos and it gets a lot of clicks and um shares and and views, but there's no point doing it. I also really just like the cable pull through exercise where she's holding the cable and pulling through. That's a bad exercise.
And this has been debunked scientifically many times by really great trainers and I've said this for a long time. again acting like the gym is her own and then not even doing the right workout. [Music] What else did she expect?
It's a small public gym with other people just trying to work out as well. to wear a shirt. Can you at least have some muscles?
That's like If you're not going to wear a shirt, can you at least have some muscles? Listen, I get it. You want to train at a gym where everyone keeps their shirt on?
That's fine. But this gym isn't one of them. I called Absolute Recomp in Texas, and their rules say you can train with your shirt off, and you signed up there.
Therefore, you need to follow the rules, including the rule that says you don't film people without their consent to post on social media. And people tried to tell you this, yet you arrogantly posted your response when they tried to defend this man and you didn't listen. Therefore, you get me.
And I also find it funny that you post calling them keyboard warriors. That if you go to the same gym, they should come and find you. That they should speak to you face to face.
Yet you think it's okay to film that man and make fun of him literally behind his back without him knowing. And just a heads up, they can't find you at that gym anymore because I talked to the owner and your membership has been cancelled. You need to do better.
Mind your own business. Seems like a way to show off to me. Clearly not a workout.
If you give up on your dreams, if you give up on your dreams, what do you have left? What the hell is even that? I can't live that way.
[Music] Women bench pressing is one of the most underrated forms of entertainment. Hey, what's up you guys? It's Seisa here to show you how to get the perfect thirst trappy butt.
All right, listen. It doesn't matter you have a doodoo butt, scrunch butt, it doesn't matter as long as you have a very stretchy legging. You want to gather it from the bottom like I'm doing here.
Make sure you gather it all the way up to your crotch. You want to have a lot of extra material up there. Right there.
Yes. How can any lady get mad at a man looking in the gym when this girl is literally dressing up for the sole purpose of attracting men? Yeah.
What are you doing? I know you know what you're doing. So actually girls, are you pointing at me?
[Music] Dang. I really don't blame him for that one. What was she even doing?
One exercise were shoulders, back, chest, core, legs. I got one. Hi, you precious little dandelion.
What the [ __ ] doing? You really think that this is your world and everyone else is just living in it? It's amazing that you still have to lift while carrying that gigantic ego of yours.
Now, I got to ask, during this little interaction here where she was hating on you, what did you think her internal monologue was? Oh my god, my idol is here. How does she just sit on a mat like that?
Look, you want to tape yourself? Fine. Someone feels uncomfortable, they're not hating.
You don't double down by posting this. You look pathetic. You say sorry.
You do whatever the about to do, and you go home. Toodles. How are you beefing with someone in the gym?
Isn't it supposed to be for yourself? [Music] You shouldn't be doing an exercise that you're doing a leg exercise and then an arm exercise. Your arms are as never as going to be as strong as your lower body, especially if you're a female.
genetically you're just going to be stronger in your lower body and guys should be too. So if you're doing a squatting movement and then doing like a shoulder raise movement in one thing it looks cool. It gets lots of views.
It's the most complete bull to train and and just don't do it. It's that weird functional or super setting. I wouldn't even call it superers seting.
It's just trust me it's stupidity. You can super set and drop set with the same muscle group or the same limb or lower body etc. But if you're doing a squat and then a lateral raise, you're not squatting with enough weight to ever get close to failure.
Stop watching silly [ __ ] like this and copying it. That's not the best way to get results. She selfishly took over the gym and couldn't even do the workout right.
The hood on cuz I don't want anyone to talk to me right now. The whole fit is from dark sport. Dark sport, baby.
Anyways, people always stare at me when I'm doing these mindful videos. Mind your business. It's always the miked up people in the gym that think they should be put on a higher pedestal than everyone else.
I don't understand how you can get mad at someone for just staring at you when you're literally talking to yourself in the middle of a public gym. Are they supposed to put a blindfold over their eyes or am I missing something here? You want to know the best part, too?
Her comment section was coming after that guy right there for apparently recording her. I can almost guarantee you that guy probably doesn't even know you exist. I have this great idea.
Let's all go to the gym to work out and stop worrying about if another person is staring at you in a public space. Do you know that's kind of kind of cringe. This is another case of a Tik Tocker saying, "I hate when people stare at me, but they're the ones wearing skintight clothing, setting up a full studio in the gym.
" Of course, people are going to stare. You guys have made it to the end. Like and subscribe to prove you're an alpha.
And remember, according to YouTube, the best way to help the channel in the algorithm is to watch another one of my videos right after this video. So, if you like this video, you should watch another one. Till next time.
