Club of maati is already familiar with this because uh we executed some of these workshops for your guys's hatch program if I recall correctly yes that's right that's right yeah if I may present my slides just so that I could introduce what these workshops are for all right go ahead okay presenting slides now all right um see so I I'd like to start um this presentation by introducing you guys first to what kind career is just so that everyone here especially the interns of the UPA as well just um could have a background on our

organization so as um sir Bowman sir Bowman I said uh we are a low bandd mobile First Community Based Career Development platform and we provide contextualized career resources and coaching for um the Filipinos here the Filipino students who hope to launch their digital careers so the problem that we're facing right now is we believe that a lack of school to employment resources like there is a lack of school to employment resources and then we need to support uh low-income students so because of this we have three specific gaps that we aim to address the first

Gap is the exposure Gap wherein these students don't have the information that they need to pursue the career of their dreams and then next is the network Gap wherein the people in these students Network they don't have the people who are invested in their success or who can help them and then next they have they also have the skill Gap wherein they lack the skills that employers are Su so to solve this we have um basically three products that we'd like to offer to you or we off offer generally to our partners uh we have

the career Explorer which provides information various careers we have the coach connector which matches our interested students with coaches who might Mentor them and we also have webinars and workshops which focuses on building skills so the this specifically is the project that I wish to discuss here because we provide webinars and workshops on various Industries be be it digital marketing or or um helping yourself shine at Career Fairs and more so this is like an overall list of what generally we offer to our partners in terms of the workshops executing workshops and most of these

really focus on Career Development so first we have the career Discovery Mission we have quest for passion we have resume interview Bonanza and then we also have um some workshops focusing on content creation social media strategies and as well as um digital marketing so let me go through each one by one just so that we could uh not settle on one for so long um first we have career def Discovery mission where our students where students who are participants of the workshops um get to design their own dream career uh one that promises both for

personal and professional fulfillment we also have um a resume interview bananza where we train these Workshop participants these students to build their resum aware on how to construct an effective resume so K career hops in to help them with that we also have cizar opportunity wherein basically uh Dogo you people or the students who participate in our Workshop gets to prepare themselves both professionally and personally for the work involved in an internship or o out to compies during the application process and also how do they handle job interviews and then we also have a workshop

focusing on menty networking manual basically build networks mentors coaches who are invested in their personal and professional growth um like um as they are to themselves we also have digital marketing so um this is a specific career path um if your students um are interested to pursue a path in digital marketing um basically um we focus on fundamental techniques on how to craft digital marketing campaigns we also have the Quest for your passion wherein our participants are able to discover what they truly care about what their passions are what their career trajectory looks like and

then we and then for our last UMO four workshops we have how tos of professional communication so if they are injected into the workplace how will they bring up professional concerns how are they able to communicate professionally so this is what this aims to do we also have basics of social media strategy wherein um if they want to pursue the path of Entrepreneurship they're able to formulate effective social Med media strategies that will take their brand or business to the next level we also have content creation where uh again if they pursue the path of

Entrepreneurship they're able to pick their audience's interest from the getg go through compelling content and then a so basically um just um some slides on how this Workshop works or how this partnership can work out uh so what we will do is we will be giving upaa a customized Workshop that tailor fit to the needs of your organization so besides the topic that I just presented um you guys can um present or perhaps request a specific topic that you want um kak career to discuss especially once you've assessed the needs of your students so that's

actually the reason why at the beginning I was asking um what are the needs of your students because we want to be able to gauge um and then decide what topic we'd like to discuss and then um your students will also have access to our coaches for consultation and even mock interviews if they're interested and then uh we will also be recruiting um students outside of the outside of upaa if you guys like um just so that we could these students could also interact and provide their insights as well and then um in exchange for

this we will be asking for four to six hours of commitments that includes an interview for chosen topic or we could finalize that asynchronously Nam uh this could also be um the participant on boarding execution of Workshop shop and then lastly we will be asking for a feedback call so um this is sigur for the side of the rotary um Club of Mak so because as a nonprofit K career aims to offer all of our services for free to students so as part of this we generally ask our Workshop Partners to donate a small amount

to help us continue running our workshops and webinars so here I've included some or we've included some packages on uh the rates that we typically ask for however all of these are highly negotiable Naman and if rotary club maati or upaa wants us to execute more Workshop uh uh workshops we could definitely um reach on reach an agreement on this um and then settle on um a specific plan that we'd like to pursue so I think that's all for these workshops um so what are your team like what are the team's insights they did they

guys have any questions for kak career yes sir thank you very much for that I just have a few questions so number one you said that we can request for any of those uh trainings that you mentioned um in case we intend to run one um do you have like um what do you call this a lead time so for example if you intend to run one in October how many days do you need us to um pass or submit the requests uh beforehand and number sir okay so we have I sir answer for that

but I sir definitely um so the lead time that we typically pursue for this Workshop is one month after um at least one month after the signing of the Moa so um in case after we decide on a package on or perhaps a quantity of workshops that we'd like to execute we will be creating a memorandum of agreement for signing and then a month after that uh month we will be using that up to prepare for the workshop who would be the party to the agreement will it be upaa rotary and K career or will

it just be between G career and upaa um so like my my vision for this um and feel free to um feel free to insert here um sir bomb but my vision for this is the Moa could be a three-way uh a three-way thing between kak Career Rotary Club and upaa because all of our teams have some contribution to the success of this project in some way actually I was about to propose that I'd like to do it with Rotary Club since they've been very uh supportive to us and I know that they know more

about this um know par program so that's one number two sir so for example uh request how many how many topics in in a session po um typically um in a workshop um because our workshops are hosted by our esteem panel of coaches uh we typically have two coaches um execute the workshop so typically a workshop will have two coaches execute two different subtopics under the general topic and then after that will be the Q&A portion so the NRE details will be finalized P after the signing of the Moa um especially once our team finalized

the timeline already um and then communicated the timeline to you but in general we have two subtopics under each ver all right so uh well I guess um we have to first work on the Moa would it be from your end who's uh who's got a template already I mean who's going to prepare the Moa sir cuz uh I would have to like endorse it right away to our president uh I believe this is something uh that's worthy of our time and investment P sir who's going to prepare for the template K career can prepare

participants per session maximize session uh generally per session we're open to um so wait L are we planning an on-site session like right Para it would be practical face to face we have a feel already of the okay soon we can bring this to thean and um the okay so on so for the participants we generally have 50 participants sign up to our workshops sir sorry sorry Siro po Ilan po 50 50 participants yes um but we're open we're open Naman um to more than that as long as it's fit within our maximum capacity okay
