something I cannot give up that is why I'm spending so many hours in doing cardio because I love carbs so this begs the question can I have a cheat day hell no if you have a cheat day that's I it's not the end of the world you just be set back a day or two from where you want to be now for me even though it's looks like I'll be having a cheat day every single day technically I'm not because I am burning it all off doing cardio the very same day so I am not
having a cheat day because I am still within the caloric deficit range I want to be in so my advice to you is if you see food you really want to eat just eat it but you have to work it all off if you don't you're you're a [Music] bum you know I may skip class I may skip homework I may skip my social outings I may skip a funeral but the one thing I won't skip is [Music] cardio [Music] probably wondering mate get a [ __ ] job get a life I have a job
